I was very hungry, had a large order on my doorstep within fifteen minutes, the delivery person's name was Ahmed, I think he was a hard worker.

It was delicious and delivered quickly, best quality

Saddest place in existence, what an amateurish affair. Order simply not received and they still don't answer after calling several times. Expected delivery time was 2 hours back. Drama service

Top quality sushi for a good price. Often discount promotions. Here you are immediately a regular customer.

Nothing against the restaurant (we didn't eat there), but one of the delivery boys (in bike) started screaming homophobic and misogynistic slurs to us. The restaurant should be aware of the behavior of their workers.

I haven't eaten at your restaurant, but one of your delivery men shouted at me today in the street homophobic slurs. He not only insulted me, he also followed me. He was dressed completely in grey and wearing glasses. I find it shameful that you have homophobic and harassing workers.

Stop this! This has nothing to do with sushi. Didn't know sushi could literally be dirty, threw it away after a few bites. Experienced this for the first time in my life. Came by just after opening and was only told after paying that the fat still had to heat up. Ended up waiting more than 30 minutes. Luckily I waited until I was home to write a review, because the sushi was also terrible. Please stop this and do something else with your life.

There were several young people loitering in the front. Turns out they were the staff. The "sushi" rolls were mostly chicken with no fish. Seems like a scam.

Ordered online on Uber. Terrible quality. The order was late. They had been very frugal with ingredients; 90% was rice, cucumber instead avocado. Minimim quantity of fish.The tuna sushi was extremely spicy and it was not specifird on Uber. Already opened a complaint, hopefully they will reconsider their collaboration

With all due respect, how do you even think about having food delivered like that? The poke grilled salmon was like Porridge. Spicy maguro roll smelled and everything was loose in the container. I think it's normal. So badttttt!

I had a terrible experience with this sushi restaurant. We ordered €70 worth of food and never received it. They claimed they rang our doorbell, but we were home and it works fine. Then they said they rang the doorbell of our neighbors, who supposedly opened the door to our student apartment and left the food in the hall. However, our neighbors weren't even home and didn't open the door for anyone. I looked everywhere for the food, but it was nowhere to be found. When I called them, they were rude and didn't try to help. No food, no refund, and their communication was awful. Stay away from this place!

I have ordered food from hayai sushi amsterdam south before and I don't regret it. Fast delivery, tasty food and friendly delivery staff.

I ordered on Thuisbezorgd at midnight without seeing these GoogleMaps reviews. The expected deivery time is one hour later. Almost 3 hours after my order it was said that my food had been delivered. If they did not plan to deliver my food they really should have contacted me, instead they kept me starving and staying up waiting for food that would never come. I tried to call them but there’s no reply. This is ridiculous… never happened before with other restaurants. I haven’t got the money back yet. Now that I’ve seen the other reviews I’d say NEVER ORDER DELIVERY HERE! & DON’T TRUST THUISBEZORGD RATINGS!

One of the best sushi take away places in Amsterdam! Sushi is delicious and the delivery guys are always really very nice. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Have ordered here several times now and the sushi is always of good quality. Good prices with good deals (via their own site), fast delivery (often earlier than the stated time) and nice delivery people. I therefore cannot agree with the negative reviews at all.

Just see the pictures. No need for comments here. No fish at all. Very ironic as the set is called salmon lover box. Pity that we had nothing to love there. Ridiculous. We paid 40 euros for this joke.

Sushi one big disaster, sushi stuck together. There was no salmon to be seen. This establishment does not deserve a single star...avoid it at all costs.

Ahmed (bezorger) heeft een super dienst geleverd. Hij was er snel en vriendelijk. Sushi was heerlijk, alleen jammer dat we géén sojasaus, stokjes en wasabi meekregen. Dat maakt de sushi toch wel af. Ach ja, misschien een volgende keer ;)

Vorige keer was de bezorger enthousiast en aardig, genoten van de bestelling, we kregen nog een gratis drankje. Hij vroeg ook heel lief of ik een review wou geven. Doe ik, top. Dit ben ik vergeten helaas. Was ik van plan vandaag te doen dus bij deze. Vandaag was (volgensmij dezelfde) bezorger minder enthousiast, maakt verder niet uit, de gefrituurde sushi was een beetje koud en slap, dragon roll was lekker maar lag een beetje door elkaar hing scheef aan de bestelling.

Aardige jongens , goeie sushi, leuke sfeer, nette omgang met klanten, snel klaargemaakte bestelling. 2 rollen erbij gekregen ivm bestelling boven de €30. Nieuwe sushi spot gevonden :)

Bestel hier sws 2x per maand. Vaste klanten worden gewaardeerd. Bezorger was per ongeluk me sojasaus vergeten maar man aan telefoon begreep het en zou het doorgeven. Moet ook gezegd worden. Sushi altijd on point en ze doen in ieder geval hoe je je bestelling wilt ipv we-doen-het-zelf.

I ordered yesterday with thuisbezorgd. Friendly on the telephobe and sushi were made with care. Nothing to complain of.

We went and got sushi at this place. It only took the guy 10 minutes to "make" "fresh" "sushi". The kitchen wasn't used in the process somehow. The sushi was old and the things that needed to be hot weren't. The place felt more like a front than anything else. Cool dude though!

Heerlijke sushi. Goede service en aardige bezorgers. Warme rollen komen altijd warm aan en de smaak is goed. Al meerdere keren besteld en ben zeer tevreden!

Heerlijke sushi en je krijgt een grote hoeveelheid voor de prijs. Er werd aangegeven dat de bezorgtijd tussen de 25 en 45 minuten zou zijn, maar het was er al na 15 minuten. Echt top, enorme aanrader!
