I placed an order with you at 8:00 PM. Not only was this order absurdly late — not delivered until 10:40 PM — you were also completely unreachable. Your communication is downright terrible. This is unacceptable. This was my last order with you.

Ordered takeaway on 23rd of december and what we got was more than frustrating. We paid in total 58€ and for what we received was not worth it! Deepfried box. Consists of cucumber sushi , rice ball with cucumber on top , rice ball with deep fried tempura batter and rest was poorly made sushi with shrimp and fish or whatever. Its basically box with rice and pieces of cucumber , max cost 10€. Dissapointing , never again.

Opted for home delivery. Waiting since 2.5 hours for Sushi to arrive. They close at 9 pm so we can’t even contact to know the status. Horrible service

Picked up the two-person meal for €40 as takeout—it was plenty to fill us both up. The sushi was fresh and delicious, perfect for a cozy date night at home. Highly recommend!

Normally the sushi here is perfect. But the last two times they have used poorer quality salmon. Will try it one more time, otherwise look for an alternative.

Ordered sushi for takeaway. Not *amazing* sushi but solid sushi for decent price. Quick and efficient (at least for takeaway). Good deal for kids box. Happy with the order and will use again for easy weeknight dinner pick up.

Maybe you should let someone drive your cars who can drive at least a little. Today I saw a delivery driver cutting off cars, overtaking on the right and generally driving like a pancake. Everything indicates that this delivery person does not even have a driver's license. It does provide nice dashcam footage for Dumpert. I would fire him already. Good luck with your company!

Positive: excellent, I recommend takeaway! Well packaged, and no condiments missing (5 stars)! Negative: (1 star) Home remains neglected! They look at you, and then continue the work, laughing, while you wait for them to come and take your order! The price is still quite high, but you have choices!

Always struggled to find a nice sushi place [for delivery] in Amsterdam. Think we found our place! Very good Sushi at a good price and delivery on time.

Waited an hour and half for a delivery for this place! When I called to ask about my order, they basically said, sorry, that's how long it takes....? This place is dead to me. Wish I could give it zero stars

Poor job preparing the sushi - sloppily made, doesn't look attractive at all. I'm not coming back.

Make the order in advance to 20:00. After a hour in 21:15 I see the status “delivered”, but not to me. So totally frustrated with timing, cause I’ve a plans, and wanna waiting more then hour.

I am still in shock at how poor this experience was. I ordered the 100 piece “party combo” for 130 euros, placed the order at 18:30 and received it at 21:00. The service on the phone was incredibly poor when asking about the status of my order. I was told to wait a second and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Once received, the order had 60% surimi sushi pieces (the cheapest and worst kind). You would think if ordering the most expensive set you would get a lot of good pieces. But this wasn’t the case. The sushi was not fresh at all and had no flavor. Overall, extremely shocked and disappointed at this experience my girlfriend and I went through on Valentine’s Day. It is my second time ordering (after a very good first experience a couple years ago), and I can definitely say I will never be ordering again from here and would advise people against it. Apologies for the poor review but you left me with no choice!

Is one of the best sushi points but delivery is terrible always always always delivered late ( when I say late mean 30 min in good day and one time. Normally ) ! Please, Improve the delivery service !

Snel en warm aangekomen(de warme gerechten) Mooie presentatie, in mooie doosjes met cups voor de sojasaus erbij. Alleen jammer dat van de sushi alles door elkaar was gerommeld en de tonijn erg bruin was van kleur en ook niet heel fris meer rook dus dat echt niet heb durven eten.

Ik heb net voor dinner sushi bestellen van Sushi point eerlijk zeggen heel netjes, keurig, presentatie, voo4 mij Crème de la Crème de beste keten Nederland is uiteraard. Kwaliteit van de sushi alles compleet. Ik ben heel tevreden de cijfer van ons is 10 zeer goed . Chef Pipiet

Super Sushi, Fijne service. Snel geleverd. Via thuisbezorging besteld. Toen later bleek dat ik zelf iets was vergeten alsnog, telefonische contact opgenomen met de restaurant. Er werd fijne hulp geboden en er werd zelfs nog wat extra lekkers toegevoegd. Zeker een aanrader!

Ik was sushi 🍣 gaan afhalen. Ze hebben verschillende menu's waaruit je kunt kiezen. Je kunt ook verschillende soorten sushi apart kiezen. Ze hebben ook kindermenu's. Er zijn verschillende bijgerechten. De sushi en de bijgerechten zijn lekker. Het was een afhaal maaltijd, dus kan ik niet veel zeggen over de sfeer. Het was heel rustig toen ik bij het restaurant was, misschien is het later in de middag drukker. Het is aan te bevelen om daar sushi te kopen.

Sushi besteld en was weer super lekker! Echt een stuk beter dan de concurrentie en de presentatie is ook altijd goed! Bedankt voor het lekkere eten!

Altijd lekkere en verse sushi bij de locatie op de Scheldestraat. Wat mij op viel is dat ze veel bezorgfietsen hebben maar ook nog een stel zeer vervuilende bezorgbrommers hebben. Dat hoeft toch niet meer. Maar wat mij waanzinnig tegenvalt is dat ze ook nog vier bezorgauto’s hebben, die niet elektrisch zijn, maar nog op benzine rijden. Echt niet duurzaam, dat kan niet meer in deze tijd.

Veel telaat en ik woon om de hoek. En 2e keer koude garnalen. Shushi was wel lekker. Niet snel nog keer.

Sushi viel erg uit elkaar, waardoor elke keer bij het pakken van een rolletje de rijst losliet en het helemaal open brak. Bij de crispy menu roll zo veel stukjes crispy wat echt te veel was en niet lekker at en de ebi was weg smaakloos. Beetje jammer, had het idee dat het even snel snel in elkaar was gezet. De smaak viel ook tegen helaas. Hier zal ik niet snel weer bestellen

Tijdens mijn verblijf in Amsterdam ben ik op aanraden van het hotel sushi besteld bij jullie. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Bezorging was snel en op tijd. Eten was wel prima. Niet veel bijzonders.

Great quality sushi. The prices and delivery time are excellent as well. I usually don't eat sushi that often, but I ordered here twice in the last month.

Update: The money issue resolved after 8 days and two phone calls. I return two stars for that. Now we can talk about the quality. It's pretty much an average sushi. Better than supermarket sushi for sure. Packaging looks beautiful but doesn't support the sushi pieces inside and the topping can fall off during delivery. The size of each sushi is smaller than average. You'll need to order more than you normally would. ... Afgelopen woensdag heb ik een bestelling geplaatst. Toen ik thuiskwam en het pakket opendeed, zag ik dat "Nigri Miami Vice" ontbrakt. Ik belde de winkel onmiddellijk en ze kwamen overeen om dat terug te betalen. Een week later is er nog steeds geen geld terug.

Heeeeeerlijke verse sushi, en vriendelijk personeel en de verpakking en bakje dat je nog erbij krijgt voor de soy saus is gewoon geweldig! Super tevreden en dit wordt mijn to go sushi

Wat een chagrijnige dame aan de balie. Ze had er zichtbaar geen zin meer in. Ook opmerkelijk was dat er twee bezorgers binnenliepen en, nog met hun jas aan, zonder handen te wassen, gingen meehelpen in de keuken (frituren). Vrij apart en zeer onhygiënisch, zeker in coronatijden.. De kwaliteit van de sushi is wel erg goed, maar door deze ervaring (én de ontzettend hoge prijs) kom ik hier niet weer.
