Delicious food, somewhat chaotic waitress. But she was alone and it was busy with mainly takeaway dishes. Very friendly. And I would definitely go back if we lived nearby.

Had the worst kind of service by the older man working here. Opened a beer can for my friend that exploded. Asked for a new beer as this was not full anymore. Got the answer that the waiter surely did not do anything to the can and was accused of knowingly shaking it before opening. Asked how he could accuse me for this and was told I would have to pay for a new one. Will never come back to this place.

A tall waiter came to our table when the beer can exploded while opening he told us it was our mistake and we won't get a new one, and he shouted behind us. The way he was acting was super rude and unacceptable. Don't bother to go to this place to get mistreated.

Can't tell much about Service & Ambiance as it was a take away order. But this has to be one of the worst Sushi place in Amsterdam, if not the worst. It feels that the Uramaki & Maki were rolled by a 5y old kid and that the sashimis were shaved (never saw such a thin sashimi before). Don't even need to tell how tasteless also it was. Craving sushis? Just dont order them from this place. I wish I could have try them there instead of take away so I could send them back to the kitchen. I'm not posting Google review often, but this clearly felt like a scam.

We liked it so much we came here 3 times . The gentleman that served us was super polite and the value for money us very good . The poke bowl is the best !!! highly recommend 👌

Stay away from this place. Ordered sushi from this place on Thuisbezorgd on Saturday and got the worst food poisoning in my life. Left a review on Thuisbezorgd, no reaction from there cuz apparently they don’t care.

It is definitely not a winner. Better pay more and eat real tasty sushi somewhere else. And gosh, the manager (sir, please, manners are very important in your industry) Success;)

I rarely write reviews, but in this case, unfortunately I just have to. I have never had such a poor service in any kind of restaurant in my life. We’ve been/ordered here 2 times before so we know how the food we ordered usually tastes like (such as texture) but when we tried it, it was absolutely inedible. The consistency was bad, The taste was horrible, which we were just shocked about. I’m talking about the main dish. (Don’t get me wrong the other side dish was good) but things like that happen in this industry, that is not the main problem here. The problem is, that when we spoke to (probably) the manager, he just completely disagreed the whole time and told us that we’re wrong and that it has been made the usual way. We even told him to take a look or even taste it himself because it looked absolutely different than it usually did, which was just returned with a “I think you’re wrong” and no effort to find a solution. absolutely unprofessional. it’s just such a shame to treat your guests like that, especially when they’re returning guests. Won’t come back here.

I have rarely encountered sushi of such poor quality. The rice was served still warm, which compromised its texture and taste. The tuna appeared to be thawed rather than fresh, contributing to a lack of the delicate flavor one expects from quality sushi. Overall, the sushi was bland and unappetizing. I would strongly advise avoiding this place if you're looking for a satisfying sushi experience.

We had to wait close to an hour for just a few small things only to get badly greasy wontons and makis that I can roll considerably better.

I've been to this cafe twice with my family. Food very good. The waiter was very nice and friendly!!😊. The tables and benches on the terrace could be cleaner.

Ordered food via their own website, but when I wanted to pick it up it turned out that the kitchen had already been closed for sushi for 5 days. They just hadn't adjusted this on the site. Only hamburgers were fried, which could be ordered via home delivery. When I indicated that I would like my money back, the very rude owner ignored me and refused to give the money back. I should just come get sushi another time. Finally received a telephone number from her colleague. I had to call him 3 more times to remind him to refund the money.

Placed an order and received the wrong one. The rude male employee who answered the phone at 2:50 PM on Thursday, February 22, 2024 did not want to help me and said he didn't care. What a service!!

Sushi was cheap and really good! Waiter was very kind, the ambience was chill. Clean aswell. Family vibe was really present, and really hardworking employees Definitely recommend if you’re looking for good sushi!

Zuzi bowl is a high-quality sushi and japanese-restaurant when you come in you are a guest the people from the restaurant come to you in the correct way. Your order is is taken and soon you have the high-quality food always fresh. I recommend it to everyone who likes good for a good price.

Food of very good quality, in fact nothing is too much for the kitchen and service. During our visit there was a sick person so we had to walk a step faster everywhere, this almost always worked. Hats off. Parking in front of the door in the parking garage is a nice extra, even though it is pricey.

You'll never get what you order here. I ordered some dishes on ubereats and they gave me something else. And just said sorry we don’t have it. Are you serious? You should have canceled the order or talked to me first. two items were different from what i ordered. And I am really annoyed. If you're going to do business like this, close your business. A restaurant with no basic common sense and terrible quality.

It's a nice place. The suggestions are simple but good. You can choose a bowl and select the desired ingredients, personally that's what I took, everything was fresh. I also shared some Gyozas which were very good. One of the people in my company had sushi which she did not particularly like. The setting is friendly and the service rather quick.

I had the pleasure of enjoying some delicious Korean fried chicken at this lovely place. Super friendly staff and the owner Sven is a very friendly, hospitable man.

Nice and cozy. The sushi was very tasty and well done. Plus the service was fast and welcoming. We had a quite pleasant experience and we didn’t spend as much as most of others sushi restaurants in Amsterdam.

The food was good but they forgot to bring one of our dishes and when we asked about it and to be taken off the bill, they threatened to call the police.

Top sushi!! Erg lekker en zeker niet duur. Personeel vriendelijk en de keuken is snel. Hebben echt niet lang moeten wachten, terwijl ze het duper druk hadden.

Service was not good. We had to wait for one and a half hours but nonetheless half of our orders were forgotten, so we had to ask for them several times. Sushi was okay though after it finally arrived.

Via een deal aanbieder hier voor het eerst sushi afgehaald. Aardige medewerkers, best okay sushi. Helaas waren ze de soja saus vergeten, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Locatie is makkelijk te bereiken.

Heerlijke sushi gegeten. Vers en snel bereid. Niet de gezelligste ambiance, maar echt lekker eten tegen een zeer goede prijs.

Fijne plek kom hier graag snelle service..alles is vers klaargemaakt...eet geen of weinig vlees daarom hier goede keuze voor een heerlijke en gezonde maaltijd ..prijs kwaliteit hier in prima verhouding..daarnaast heel aardig personeel zou daarom echt deze plek aanraden.

We pre ordered the sushi, I arrived early and had to wait a short time. Sushi was delicious.

It looks cozy on the pictures but it’s not. Their sushi is good, but I would not take my date here.

We hebben heel lekker gegeten, lekkere cocktails, maar bediening liet te wensen over. Discussie over onze deal die we online hadden gekocht en hierdoor erg lang moeten wachten. Spijtig, deze zaak heeft meer potentieel.

Maybe I chose badly. I chose their Genki Bowls menu choosing the Tori Don chicken with teriyaki sauce and udon noodles. It was really poor. Nice udon noodles covered in a salad and some really poor chicken on top. Since when did raw red onion, tomato, sweetcorn(??!!) Carrot, pepper and some other raw salad ingredients, ever make a Japanese tasting dish? I asked the Spanish server for suggestions amd she said she didn’t eat the things on the menu and her Portuguese colleague was busy. So I guess if you want an Asian dish you need to check the unlisted ingredients first and tell them you want an Asian dish. Really this was a disaster. The service was great!

Erg gezellig restaurant ! Het is niet heel groot maar prima opgezet. Ondanks dat wij met ongeveer 18 personen kwamen eten, was het eten er snel en zag er heel goed uit! Het personeel kwam tevens met ons karaoke zingen :)
