Great place , nice quality of food but the dutch girl is 2nd time that brings the receipt but at the card payment she add different ammount... well tips should be earned not taken sneaky... I live in Amsterdam and i have seen this story again by local waiters or bartenders...

It's a shame that this one is closed. We went to the other one, but the food there was terrible. We only like this one, but it's a shame it's been closed for so long without any reason and whether it will open again

The food was delicious, nothing wrong with it. Only it didn't always arrive. We missed things every round. It took 10 minutes before someone came to help us. I didn't like the atmosphere as much, I found it quite noisy, everyone spoke loudly, almost shouting at each other. The location is excellent, close to CS. It was also nice that we could order with the tablet

This is a wonderful spot for sushi! They have an all-you-can-eat option for a reasonable price and all options included are fantastic. Staff are very nice and informative. Plus the environment is welcoming. I highly recommend!

Nice looking store, staff is friendly and food is good. Only problem that it is really busy and you have to wait long sometimes.

Vuile lampen boven de tafels, wat heet zo-zo wordt geserveerd, alles is overdroogd, je moet lang kauwen. Vooral opvallend waren de vieze lampen .min 10

The food is of high quality and truely Japanese. We tried a variety of dishes from the ala carte menu and were truly satisfied with everything from the sushi to the roast duck and everything in between. The "all you can eat" option has been described by others here, so I won't repeat. 2 adults and 2 hungry boys were fully satisfied, with desert but no alcohol and we paid 120 €. The staff was excellent, polite, helpful, and made us feel welcomed.

ALL YOU CAN IT! Sehr gutes Essen, sehr guter Preis, gutes Ambiente, auch technisch gut aufbereitet, was will man mehr!

Food was served quickly. Delicious and great value for money. I love the wakame salad, okonomi gyoza and mixed sashimi.

We went for the all you can eat buffet, a tad expensive but the dishes were delicious, fresh and would defenitely recommend. The staff was nice as well, explained to us how it worked as it was the first time we went. I loved the banana fried dessert !

Vroeger was het beter. Eigenlijk kan je het geen all-you can eat meer noemen. Lekker eten maar je mag maar 4 gerechtjes bestellen en max 5 rondes. Voor een grote eter kan dit niet genoeg zijn. Wel lekker eten en lekkere sushi’s. Veel sushi met schrimps. Bolletjes ijs mocht je nog wel apart bestellen en dat was wel lekker. Service verschilde per medewerker maar gemiddeld wel aardig.

They present the menu as "all you can eat sushi" We asked the waitress at start to explain the formula She never mentioned that we are limited to 5 rounds each She never mentioned that rounds must be seperated by 10 minutes each She never mentioned that sashimi was out of the menu (only when we have ordered 3 sets of it they tell us it will cost us 3€ per set) In addition, when we asked the waitress if we could have more than 5 rounds as they never mentionned this at start, she laughed and said sarcastically that usually customers never order more than 5 rounds You order water they bring you 0.2L bottle for 3.7€ 😀 The service was strangely very fast as if the sets are pre-made... Overall experience not great Expected a lot more from this restaurant and expected to eat more for 35€ each

The place is nicely decorated and has a good atmosphere. The food was delicious, we ordered several dishes and they were all incredible. Prices are good even for Amsterdam.

Eten prima! Bestellen met een tablet. We hadden duidelijk niet alles gekregen, maar zaten vol dus zijn ook niet gaan klagen. Prima tent, wel beetje vreetschuur vibe ;)

This restaurant is central, the food is very tasty and the service great. With more than 2500 reviews an average of 4,2 stars ⭐️ says it all. The food came fast and the fried rolls were steaming hot. Also the waitress Shan was superb being service oriented and made sure I understood everything on the menu. The other waiter’s were also very service minded. Thanks!

Altijd heerlijk,maar het laatste jaar veel achteruit gegaan in service en vooral hygiëne op het toilet. Je durft er bijna niet op te zitten. Ook personeel moet erop. Ook veels te duur voor wat je dan krijgt.

We loved the Aquarium the most. The food was also just as amazing. We did the all you can eat sushi for a party of 9 people and didn't even manage to reach our maximum on orders. The portion size and quality is not compareable to other sushi places (in a good way). The Staff was also amazing at explaining the different options and the process in general. Highly recommend for a nice evening.

Excellent food. The all you can eat sushi deal really is more than you can eat. Especially good is the unagi with mango roll.

Overall good. The ebi rolls seemed premade which was not desirable, but the rest of the sushi was good.

Eten was standaard Sumo, gewoon simpele prima sushi. De service was ook typisch Amsterdam centrum, die was er niet. De tablet sloeg ook nergens op. Blijkbaar is het logisch dat ronde 2 een copy is van ronde 1 maar dat je dan eigenlijk pas 1 ronde hebt gekozen. Sowieso ongelofelijk dat dit soort systemen overal zijn en je zoveel Sumo's hebt en dat dit gewoon echt het minste is van allemaal. Dus in een groep snel wat ook sushi eten voor een film is prima maar verwacht er niet meer van. Ik zou adviseren om daar in de middag te eten, want dan betaal je een redelijke prijs voor de service die je niet krijgt.

We were on Monday in August for lunch and we paid 26€ each plus the drinks. Food was delicious, the service was very efficient, food was arriving quick and the waitresses were always attentive. The only negative point was the drinks price. We paid 7€ for a 75cl water bottle.

The food was good. We took the 26,95€ menú. But the drinks are very expensive. A bottle of water 0,75 liters cost 6,95€. To expensive!!!

We took the “all you can eat menue”, was very nice! My advice to you: ask the dishes without sauce, they put mayonnaise on almost everything…

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il sapore dei piatti. Ci sono stata in coppia ed è stato un pranzo davvero piacevole. Premetto che a Napoli i gyoza sono quasi sempre congelati, qui si vede che sono preparati con premura e sono davvero buonissimi. La qualità del pesce era ottima, sia i nigiri che i maki erano fatti davvero bene. Di solito non prendo mai i piatti caldi, ma qui sono stati imperdibili, in particolare le polpettine e il chicken noodle. L'ambiente è davvero magico, accogliente, il personale abbastanza indaffarato quindi magari se dimenticano di portare qualche ordine bisogna ricordarglielo e aspettare. La formula ayce a pranzo costa 27 euro, meritatissimi per la qualità, nota dolente l'acqua che costa ben 7 euro. Se si ordano i nigiri ne arriva solo uno, di maki due, se sono quelli piccolini allora 4. Ogni ayce prevede un tempo di due ore a disposizione e 5 round per ordinare, in ogni round si possono ordinare 5 portate a testa. Questo mi aveva all'inizio spaventata un pochino, ma mi sono dovuta ricredere in quanto al terzo round concluso ero già pienissima. Consigliato.

This restaurant is insane. It is so incredibly delicious and the great atmosphere is very cool. I can only recommend the restaurant.

Heerlijk gegeten op 18/07/2023 met mijn dochtertje. Niet gereserveerd. Met drankjes en service ging het niet helemaal vlekkeloos maar het eten zelf was er snel en was ook echt heel lekker. Ik ga er zeker nog eens terug.

Super leuk! Relaxte sfeer ondanks dat het goed vol zat. Heerlijk gegeten. Menukaart is niet heel groot, maar de gerechten niet minder smaakvol! Het was heerlijk. Personeel liep hard, maar bleef vriendelijk. Niet storend aanwezig. Al met al een zeer prettige ervaring. Zeker een aanrader!

We waren met 18 collegas, all in + all in drankjes wat ze dus een behoorlijk bedrag aan geld opleveren, service was enorm slecht we hebben zeker wel 10 x moeten vragen waar drankjes bleven, gerechten die misten en het personeel die onvriendelijk was en onze groep “ het hoofdpijn” groep noemde.. dat word gewoon door onze collegas gehoord echt netjes “not” ik zou dit zeker niet aanraden!!!!!!

The all you can eat option is not worth it, unless you are going to eat a lot. We took some sushi and some other things and it was ok. The fish was fresh. The pieces were not huge, but not small. They are not really high cuisine or creative, vut is a good option to go to est in Amsterdam.
