Stay away!!! Unfortunately, I also didn't read the reviews beforehand and ordered through the Dutch Lieferando, which has good reviews. Two and a half hours later, no food. I called half an hour ago, and they said it would be here in five minutes. Now the restaurant is closed, and I can't reach anyone! Absolutely outrageous, and I've probably lost my money! Stay away!!!!

The food is amazing!! The quality of the sushi is so good, and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, our experience was a very delayed delivery. We waited over two hours for our order. We called the store after 90 minutes, and it was already ready for shipment. Thirty minutes later, we called again, and the woman claimed she hadn't spoken to us about the delivery yet and again said it was ready and would be shipped. Her communication was not exactly customer-friendly. We've never experienced this before when ordering food online.

Mr. Sushi or Mr. Snoozie? Half an hour after the promised delivery time, still nothing received, and no one answered the phone...not recommended if you're hungry quickly.

I had to wait 2.5 hours for my food. After waiting an hour and a half, I tried calling, but they were constantly unavailable. I ended up ordering from somewhere else. The delivery driver finally showed up at 9:45 PM. I spoke to a staff member, and there was no refund option. "If it's too busy, just close your delivery option." But the manager refused. It's ridiculous. Delivery drivers are constantly being criticized for this, while the manager seems completely unconcerned. I'll never order from here again.

The food is great, only the delivery service is a bit of a letdown. I called several times and couldn't answer; the line was always busy. This is a shame.

I ordered €55 worth of food through Thuisbezorgd at 7:30 PM. After an hour and 20 minutes, I called because the order still hadn't arrived. The company didn't answer. I was repeatedly dismissed. Now, an hour and a half later, the restaurant is closed and I'm left without food. It's ridiculous how this is happening; I don't understand how Thuisbezorgd has such a high rating.

Called and asked if delivery could be made at 6:15, which was possible so I ordered at 5:15 I called at 6:30, The delivery person was supposed to be on his way, it is now 8 o'clock and I have cancelled my order. Never order here again 👍

We've been waiting for over 2.5 hours and no one answers the phone. They close at 9pm, so I'm afraid we won't get any sushi.

After waiting for more than 2 hours and 15 minutes and a phone call, the 2 poke bowls were finally delivered. We had ordered and paid for extra chicken and extra sauce, which was not delivered. Called again because I wanted my money back for the extra paid items, after being put on hold 2 or 3 times without saying anything, the phone connection was broken by them. We had ordered before, which was always fine, after this we are going to look for something else because we will never order from here again!!!

Ordered at 16:45 more than 2 hours before my desired delivery time. There were also warm things that were cold. Called half an hour after the desired time. Yes ma'am sorry it is busy also towards Zandvoort you would think take multiple orders with you 🤷🏼‍♀️. When I called my order was already ready the warm things were getting cold. The quality is fine only a pity that it has to take so ridiculously long every time this is the 5th time that it arrives much too late.

Very bad service. Ordered at 5:00 PM, the lady on the phone indicated that it would take a maximum of 45 minutes, it is now 6:45 PM and the food has not yet arrived. Called to ask how they will compensate this, the lady indicated that she could offer a 20% discount code for the next order. I indicated that I wanted it on this order since it still hasn't arrived, but she said she wasn't going to do this. Ridiculous!! And then you order 70 euros worth of food. So I would order somewhere else!

Well, we ordered food from Mr Sushi at 5 o'clock on Sunday (today 16-03-25) we were told that the sushi would take 20 minutes to make and 20 minutes to deliver, so it would be there around a quarter to 6, after calling several times from 6 p.m., so we waited another fifteen minutes longer, we ended up waiting 1 hour longer for the food, and because it included fried sushi, they were actually no longer crispy but become soft, the woman on the phone offered a 20% discount voucher as compensation, which the delivery person would give, but that nice boy didn't know anything, not even that we had ordered 2 hours earlier, so in short, I would rather order sushi somewhere else, there are several in the Heemstede/Zandvoort area!!! Not recommended

I ordered food at 6 o'clock. It was supposed to be delivered at half past twelve, but since it was Valentine's Day, we expected it to be late. At half past eight we had still not heard anything, so we called. It was a bit difficult to understand, but the food would arrive and the delivery person would call. It is now 10 PM EVENING, 4 hours later and they are unreachable, no food but they have paid more than 60 euros. A genuine mockery. The next time contact is possible, I want compensation and my money back for this fiasco and not having dinner that evening. Let alone the Valentine's Day atmosphere, which is completely shitty because of this.

One of our favorite places to order sushi. Very steady in quality. The salmon sushis are delicious.

We regularly order from Mr. Sushi and are generally very satisfied. Delivery time is usually around 30 minutes, and if we order early it often comes even faster. The portions are great, even for big eaters like us, and everything tastes delicious. Although the price-quality ratio is reasonable, you might find cheaper and fresher fish elsewhere, but certainly not so quickly in Heemstede and the surrounding area. The app is okay, but it feels more like a ported website than a real app. Sometimes we have problems with our username and collecting points. I would like to see a more user-friendly app and a more transparent points system so that we can see more clearly how many points we have saved. Still, we really appreciate saving points and the associated discounts.

I have never been a delivery person before, but you don't have to be a delivery person to understand that you should deliver an order to the apartment resident and not simply hang it on the door of the entrance to the apartment building so that everyone can take the order. !

Ordered sushi with a delivery time of 30 minutes. It took two hours (!) before the sushi arrived. Mr sushi himself could not be reached by telephone. Shame

It is now 8:50 PM and we are still waiting for our food, even though we ordered well in advance (6:45 PM). We called, but they wouldn't give any indication about the delivery time. When ordering, we even offered to pick it up ourselves, but they said that was not necessary... We will not order from here again.

I have currently been waiting for my order for over two hours. And when I try to contact them by phone I get no response. Very disappointed.

Excellent sushi. I always order via their own website, it arrives on time and there is also a free roll with the discount code.

Unfortunately... if you pick it up yourself you can wait 1.5 hours and still get a big mouth from the overwrought chef. Maybe employ multiple chefs on busy days.

I've ordered here before, now I guess I won't. Special rolls get no ginger or wasabi? This stuff is expensive AF and nothing? For average and luke-warm sushi (no matter if the dish is hot or cold) I'm done with them.

Ik heb via Uber Eats een pokebowl met zalm besteld. Deze was erg lekker! De vis was vers en de witte rijst lekker ‘sticky’ de overige ingrediënten waren voldoende aanwezig. Via Uber eats had ik m’n eten binnen een half uur binnen. Ik bestelde rond 17:30. Voor mij is dit zeker een herhaling waard! Wel moest er voor minimaal €15,- besteld worden.

We bestelden hier altijd graag sushi omdat het doorgaans goede kwaliteit was! Helaas zijn we nu tot twee keer toe teleurgesteld. De bezorger kwam ruim twee uur na het bestellen nog aan. Het was ruim na sluitingstijd van Mr Sushi en ze namen de telefoon niet meer op. Ook kwam er geen update via de Thuisbezorgd website of email, er stond gewoon al ruim een uur dat het 'binnenkort' bezorgt zou worden. Het duurde zelfs zo lang dat we al op hadden gegeven en wat anders zijn gaan eten; Thuisbezorgd had voordat de bezorger er eindelijk was al een mailtje gestuurd met de vraag wat we van onze bestelling vonden. Toen de bezorger eindelijk kwam wilden ze het uiteraard niet meer terugnemen, een excuses kon er nauwelijks af. Het is slechte service om als je op een doordeweekse dag nog klanten hebt de stekker maar gewoon uit de telefoon te trekken. Jammer, we kwamen hier graag maar voor ons hoeft het niet meer.

Erg lekkere sushi! Vandaag pokebowls afgehaald, deze stonden mooi op het afgesproken tijdstip klaar. Ook een paar keer laten bezorgen in Hillegom, dit ook altijd op tijd en vriendelijke bezorger. Pokebowls zijn ook goed gevuld. Verhouding m.b.t. rijst (bij andere restaurants is dit vaak te veel en eet je vooral veel rijst) en groenten en vlees/vis etc zijn goed!

Bestelling was precies op tijd, eten was lekker.
