I think it's the best Bami Pangang I've ever had. The meat is fresh, crispy, and flavorful. Dishes are a bit pricier, but the quality is also better than your standard takeout.

After years of ordering hundreds of euros, I have a very bad experience to share: I often don't leave a review because I believe you should give the restaurant a fair chance to resolve a complaint. Last Saturday, I ordered 80 euros for my children. When I got home, it wasn't even half gone. And they love sushi. When I asked, they both said it wasn't good and had a very strong fishy flavor. On Sunday, I called the sushi caterer to inform them and also to complain. After all, mistakes can happen. I kept the sushi containers as "proof" that we weren't trying to get a good deal. But their response was that I should have called the night before. This was supposed to be discussed internally, but apparently, that didn't lead to any action. I haven't heard anything since. I got the strong feeling that I shouldn't complain so much. Goodbye, Sushi Traiteur. This was my last order.

I've ordered twice before, never had a problem. I pressed pay with cash and Thuisbezorgd gave me a different number, and then they didn't deliver. I'm sitting here waiting for two hours for food. If you've already delivered to a customer twice, you don't call, you just deliver... To the owner: I haven't changed the number. I've been ordering with this account for years. Apparently, something went wrong at Thuisbezorgd itself (I've called before because something was out of stock or had questions about an order). The order was open on Thuisbezorgd for two hours and was only canceled after I called you. If you had canceled it immediately, I would have called you immediately to ask what was going on. I also ordered with this account literally two weeks earlier, and it was delivered then. I also found your initial response very rude; fortunately, it was corrected a day later. The phone call was also not very friendly, with little empathy. Too bad. I'm giving it 3 stars, but some self-reflection would be nice too... I, and you too, could have done better.

Best sushi in the neighborhood! The guy is always super friendly. Once, he even brought it personally by car before the delivery drivers arrived so we could get the sushi as quickly as possible. Another time, we arrived a bit early for takeout, but were immediately offered a drink and were able to sit down for a bit! Fantastic!

Delicious sushi. Maybe a bit more expensive, but really good quality. Delivered quickly. The delivery costs are €2.50. The delivery costs do not go to the delivery people, so don't forget the tip. They simply receive the minimum youth wage.

We had to wait almost 3 hours for our order. I called twice to ask about the progress of the delivery. I was then treated in an exceptionally unfriendly manner by a gentleman who indicated that 'I can just come and pick it up if it doesn't go fast enough'. He also wanted to hang up again quickly, because he 'needed both his hands again'. I didn't get any perspective. I asked for compensation and did not receive it. Service and customer friendliness are hard to find here. Do not order here!!!

We regularly order something from here, the food is of good quality. Delivery leaves much to be desired: often 15-20 minutes late or incomplete order. More than 70 minutes late today with not very helpful conversations on the phone. Service well below par. There are much better alternatives in the region. We don't order here anymore.

Unfortunately unfortunately. Tried again after a long time, arrived too late, but that was expected given the reviews. Unfortunately, the shrimp & dim sum were cold and therefore no longer very tasty. The scallop sushi was stuck to the top, rice was dry. Other sushi was poorly rolled. Really a shame, had a delicious meal in the restaurant a few times and picked it up in the past, but this was really disappointing.

After a bad experience some time ago (where the sashimi was half cooked due to heating during delivery), I ordered again today. So that was also the last time. Not necessarily because of the quality, but the scandalous service and discussion about it by the owner. When ordering I take advantage of an offer of free chicken wings. Nice for the children. I also order an extra Uramaki. Confirmation comes in and the delivery note also shows the chicken wings. Unfortunately these are not delivered. Just call and it will be resolved. Unfortunately. The owner indicates that somewhere on the website it would be stated that the offer would not be valid in combination with other offers. Since there was already a discount on the Urumaki, he thinks there is no need to deliver, even though the chicken wings have been confirmed. During the ordering process it is never mentioned that two offers do not apply together (you can order two urumaki at a discount), but the owner does not care about that. He is "not Sinterklaas after all". Fine, save the chicken wings and lose a customer... Such a shame, quality and service used to be great.

Regelmatig hier besteld en in het restaurant gegeten. Deze keer was men bij het afhalen van de sushi en warme gerechtjes de sojasaus en wasabi vergeten. Bij navraag kon er niet (tijdig) nageleverd worden. Ook een sorry of kleine compensatie kon er niet vanaf. Het eten was heel prima, dus een gemiste kans, geen service.

De service van de ‘Sushi Traiteur’ is zeldzaam slecht en het personeel achter de kassa ronduit onbeschoft. De sushi is best goed maar de wachttijden en de daarbij horende klant gerichtheid is slecht en a-sociaal. Voor het geld dat je betaald mag je toch écht iets meer verwachten.

We stayed at an Airbnb very close to this restaurant and we had a very pleasant experience. We were able to walk in and place an order to go. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant looked very clean and nicely set up for Corona measures. We ordered the 9 Gerechtjes for two people. Waited a little less than half an hour for our food. The oysters, salmon, seafood soup, gyoza, and deserts were excellent and our favorite parts. Would highly recommend!

Wat een feest als Sushi Traiteur is geweest! Het liefst zou ik lekker uit eten gaan Bij red orchids of salt seafood bar , maarja dat word lastig in deze tijd... de kaart van sushi traiteur is een beetje van RED een beetje van SALT en een beetje Sushi traiteur kortom een groot feest aan super heerlijke gerechten... keep up the good work guys ! Als je sushi wilt bestellen in Heemstede dan moet je dat hier doen! Persoonlijk vind ik het aan de dure kant maar het is heerlijk en supervers gemaakt! Ze zijn over het algemeen niet op tijd, ik werd netjes gebeld dat het later werd (+/- 45 minuten). Enigszins rekening houden met een latere bezorgtijd. Tip voor Sushi Traiteur, liever geen sojasaus in een zakje.

De kwaliteit is bijzonder goed, heerlijke sushi van kwalitatief goede en verse ingrediënten. Waarom dan slechts 3 sterren.....Helaas voor de 2e maal te lang moeten wachten voordat het geleverd werd. Ditmaal duurde het 2 uur voordat we de bestelling hebben mogen ontvangen, een uur langer dan aanvankelijk werd aangegeven. Ter compensatie een flesje wijn, netjes maar dit lijkt een structureel issue, zonde.

Stay away!!! Unfortunately, I also didn't read the reviews beforehand and ordered through the Dutch Lieferando, which has good reviews. Two and a half hours later, no food. I called half an hour ago, and they said it would be here in five minutes. Now the restaurant is closed, and I can't reach anyone! Absolutely outrageous, and I've probably lost my money! Stay away!!!!
