OMG, my daughter and her boyfriend just got home with an order from you, the Ebi party and the Softshell box. Luckily, my husband and I got to try some of it, so delicious!!!! Truly the most delicious sushi I've had in a long time!! So delicious! Truly soooo delicious!!!

The food was deeeeerlijk, I will definitely come back next time!!

I'm a regular customer at Mr. Sushi in Voorhout, and the quality is consistently excellent! They're on time nine times out of ten, but occasionally they're not. If your order arrives late, they compensate you with free drinks, good service, and friendly staff.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered at 5:17 PM and expected my food around 6:50 PM, which was already quite late. It didn't arrive until 7:30 PM. Furthermore, the green beans were half full, the sushi rice was hard and dry, and the sushi itself was flattened upon arrival. For the price I paid, I expected much more quality and care; this is clearly a poor value for money. I've had good experiences with this restaurant before, but this time everything was extremely disappointing. I hope the team takes this seriously, because this level of service and quality is absolutely unacceptable.

The food is certainly good, but the wait times are getting longer and the prices are getting higher. Spending 60 euros for two is now normal, whereas a few years ago it was at least 30% cheaper. For that price, you could eat out better. For this reason, we no longer order from them.

Visited to pick up an order. Delicious with more than enough vegetarian options. Staff, very efficient teamwork.

My sister came to visit me from Poland, and I ordered our favorite sushi. My sister can't eat sesame, so I asked for a sauce instead, and of course, there was no problem. My sister was very pleased. The service, as always, was friendly and smiling. It was delicious, and the evening was wonderful. Thank you, Mr. Sushi.

Ordered a delicious poke bowl, arrived quickly

Ordered at 6:45 PM through Thuisbezorgd. The track & trace said it would be delivered at 8:15 PM, which I thought was quite long, but oh well. At 8:30 PM it still hadn't arrived, so I called. "It'll take another 2 minutes to make and then it'll be sent," she said. They still had to make my order?? At 9:15 PM the food still hadn't arrived, so I called again. This time the delivery driver was "already" on his way. At 9:30 PM the doorbell rang. The result was that the gyoza was completely cold. Fortunately, the poke bowl was tasty. But this wasn't worth 27 (!!!) euros! I didn't get an apology, no attempt to make amends. If you want to order here, it's better to pick it up or order at 3:00 PM. 😒 I'm reading more reviews about poor delivery. Why don't you focus more on this? It's expensive for you.

Very good food. I've ordered it many times, and each time I order something different. It's a chance to try it. And expectations are always met at a high level. Fresh ingredients and fast delivery. I will definitely order it again, and I'm sure it will be delicious.

I ordered my food at 6:30 and only called once, at 8:45, to ask where it was. I had a really hard time reaching the store, and then was told our food hadn't even been made yet and they weren't sure what time we would get it. When I asked why it was taking so long when I'd ordered two hours ago, all I was told was that they couldn't work any faster than they were. I canceled the order. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered three times and got fantastic sushi three times! We'll definitely order again. The longer delivery time is definitely worth it; just order a bit earlier.

We had to wait almost two hours. When ordering it was stated 30-45 minutes. After 45 minutes we called, it would take 1 hour. In the end we had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes. The last time it was exactly the same story, so no incident. No excuses, nothing. I will never order here again. The food was very tasty though! But because of the above I will unfortunately not order there again.

We placed our order just before 6 and received it 2.5 hours later, around 8:30 (and after two phone calls). The food itself was generally fine, but there was little sauce on the poke bowl and we received too little uramaki (6 pcs instead of 8 pcs). After waiting for such a long time you don't expect to receive too little food. Furthermore, we didn't get any compensation for the long wait.

At "Mr. Sushi" from Voorhout the chance is small that I will place an order, The delivery costs of € 1.00 is attractive, the minimum order costs of € 17.50 can be called average. The type of offered and (cold) dishes are somewhere at the bottom of my favorites list.

Ordered at 17.50 and called at 20.05 to ask where it was and it was still there waiting for a delivery person...now let's hope it tastes good (if it ever comes) to give a few more stars. The food is really not better or more special than other so waiting for more than 2 hours is really absurd

We ordered food at 5:45 PM and indicated we wanted it delivered around 7:00 PM. At 7:26 PM, we received an email saying the delivery driver was on his way. Now, the food wasn't delivered until 8:00 PM, and it's cold.

Tasty sushi, lots of choice. So far always delivered on time. If you choose “as soon as possible” you sometimes have to wait a while, but ordering a little more in time is better.

We got delivery, and honestly, sushi were really good. Our favorite was surf and turf. Unusual and delicious. An only minus we didn't have any adds to order. Ig it would be great if restaurant include to delivery portions of soy sauce and chopsticks at least. Packaging was good, one of the best we ever got, I adore their own carton boxes for sets.

Crappy tent. You order your food and indicate what time you want it delivered. And they just show up an HOUR later.. And it's very expensive for what you get.

Perfect sushi after a long day After a long drive to our vacation spot, we had a craving for sushi and decided to give this place a try. We weren't expecting much, but it turned out to be exactly what we needed. The sushi was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, with a nice selection of traditional and creative rolls. The Crazy Fire Dragon Sushi was hands down the best – it had the perfect balance of flavors and a little kick that made it stand out. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the relaxed atmosphere made it a great place to relax after our travels. Overall it was a pleasant surprise and exactly what we were looking for. If you are in the area and want fresh sushi, this place is definitely worth a visit.

If I could give a lower grade, I would. Unfortunately, even 1 star is too much for you. I waited more than 1.5 minutes for my food and then called the store, they hung up the phone during our conversation, with real respect, I will never order anything here again.

Best sushi I've had in a long time in the Netherlands! We ordered while visiting near by city and the delivery was perfectly on time and food was super fresh. What a fantastic option to enjoy sushi on the beach, especially since there were no sushi places nearby. The flamed salmon sushi was my absolute favorite. Definitely recommend this place for an amazing sushi experience!

1.5 hrs (on a Tuesday!) to deliver a poor quality sushi. Salmon and tuna were completely tasteless. Incredibly small portions! Outrageous to charge 5.5 euro for two tiny skewers of chicken (that look much bigger on the website: change the picture at least!). In general, super overpriced. Never more.

Very tasty sushi! We recommend the soft shell salmon roll. Ordered 2 rolls for 1 person. Next time I'll order something more. Delivery was fast.

This is really the best sushi I know. I come from Lisse myself, which is about fifteen minutes from Voorhout. They are always on time and if it takes a little longer they always call. We were recently offered free drinks because delivery would take a little longer. Really and highly recommended.

I just ordered the student box, salmon lover box and the special box. Because it was my birthday, I received it very nicely wrapped with a nice note with congratulations. Also received a super sweet upgrade, I am very happy with it!!! The delivery person was also very sweet and congratulated us. The food was delicious and the food arrived on time as stated. My husband took a bite of his sushi and felt something hard. He spit it out and he was chewing on a rusted staple. So incredibly gross and dangerous. We called and they said they can offer us a 10% discount or remake the food. They didn’t really seem too concerned about the situation, which was the more alarming part. Definitely not going to eat sushi again from a place where they didn't seem to care there was a rusted staple in it. Thank goodness it was my husband who got the rusted staple and not one of our kids who may have accidentally swallowed it. Not impressed. Would not recommend this place again. Unfortunate because we've eaten here a few times and enjoyed it, but never again.

Placed an order today at 6:10 PM. The order was initially expected to arrive at 7:00 PM. A little later it said that the order would be delivered at half past eight. Finally received the order at 9 am, with missing products and cold gyozas. So we waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an order that was incomplete and cold. We were told to call the building. They could no longer be reached by telephone. So far nothing has been heard about the missing products or refunds.
