Great atmosphere, great food, great service

Gezellig ingerichte zaak met een schaduwrijk terras. Aardige en vlotte bediening. Mooie lunchkaart met lekkere gerechten. Gemiddeld prijsniveau.

Great location in nice weather, fantastic terrace and good service. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, think along with you. This drink/reception was attended by about 85 people. Delicious snacks and an outside bar. Chapeau Esther and Nanda, thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely place, great food and very good service

Nice restaurant for lunch, dinner or a "quick bite". In connection with a visit to the theatre in Capelle aan den IJssel, we indicated that we wanted to leave at a certain time and this was taken into account very well. The hamburger and the satay were very tasty. Extra plus: various white and red wines available by the glass.

Had a wonderful evening with the family. Made use of the separate atmospheric space above the restaurant. Friendly, hospitable and expert staff. An evening full of care and the food was delicious. Recommended.

Attractive restaurant with a luxurious appearance. Service friendly, neat and smooth. Sufficient choice on the menu. There was some nice and creative thinking when burrata turned out not to be available for the orzo dish. Ultimately a delicious interpretation with shrimps. Other dishes also very tasty and attractively presented. Fries tasty. Dessert millionaires bar was very tasty. Price-quality ratio is good. Nice experience of our night out at this place.

Food was fine. We were 5 people and it went wrong with a vegetarian burger. It came when the rest was almost ready. A sporty solution with extra fries and free coffee. It was very quiet and so was the atmosphere.

We enjoyed brunch on Christmas Day with 9 people. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. It was a somewhat messy presentation. There were no serving spoons, forks or sauce containers. There was something like red sauce on the cheese floating in it. The two children's pancakes were cold and we had to eat the dessert from a very small pot with two people. In short, we are a bit disappointed. It was not the fault of the operation and decoration of the place. It's just a shame.

Had a delicious lunch with dessert. Smooth chat from the service, time for the customer. Knowledge of food and wine. In short, highly recommended!!! And we will definitely come back for dinner.

Had a high tea with a small group. The food was delicious, many flavors of tea and nice service. Almost everything was perfect and then you start paying attention to the little things like no spoon for your cottage cheese, no plate for the tea bags and dried out wraps. But for this price you can expect perfection.

We had not made a reservation, but we were still able to have lunch with the two of us (on a Saturday afternoon), 1 person serving and 1 person behind the bar, but the service was fast, friendly, food was great, the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant and the coffee was also very tasty, not unimportant. ! Had a delicious meal at Muller & Co this evening. And immediately reserved for Christmas Day!

The signature dish of sole here is a huge disappointment. The plate came full of oil, without any garnish. Despite asking twice to have the fish filleted, the chef was 'too busy'. So I had to fillet the fish myself, but the oil splashed it all over the place and ruined my shirt and trousers. When I indicated this, at the end of the evening I was offered to reimburse the dry cleaning costs. But I'm not concerned about the dry cleaning costs; I expect a pleasant experience. The trousers have now been returned from the dry cleaners and the oil stains have not disappeared, so as far as I am concerned you can now reimburse for new trousers. After several dinners here, I wanted to take my family once, but this was a disastrous experience. I have never had such bad sole, and even one star is actually too much for what was served that day.

Beautiful and attractively decorated restaurant with friendly service. Food was fine, but not special. At the start we asked if we wanted some bread as before when the drinks were served. Always tasty. With 3 people you get a lousy piece of bread from which you could only pick up 1 piece for each. We asked later for an extra loaf of bread. We also indicated that there are 3 of us and that you are not serving this anyway. So little. When paying, it turned out that such a piece of bread costs 7 euros. I wouldn't dare ask this myself. We also ordered an appetizer. If we had known this we would not have ordered the bread. Glass of Chardonnay was also around €6.80. Such a glass is also filled up to the line on the glass and no more ml. You're really sipping a glass of wine. We are shocked by the amounts that the catering industry has to charge these days. We get it. This makes it no longer fun to eat out. Really a shame

Had dinner with friends on a Friday evening. Made a reservation in advance, but the place was not completely full, but pleasantly busy. Delicious food, friendly service and reasonably priced.

Top! We came with a group of 12 people, that went great. Very tasty food and everything (e.g. ordering fries separately) could be arranged.

It is a nicely decorated restaurant and the food is good, but what I especially want to focus on is the service. My wife has long Covid and a restaurant is a challenging place to be, but we had a very relaxing evening here. We were given a spot on the other side, where it was quiet and when it got a bit noisy, the waiter subtly asked other guests if they could take a seat somewhere else. Very nice to see that everything was done to ensure that it was a pleasant evening for all guests!

Bad operation. Unsociable atmosphere. Eating far too little and not accordingly. With the menu. I had seen the tempura shrimp but no crispy rice. Also waited a long time for the bill. There was no clearing or a dessert menu offered. Never again.

We had high tea today, it was fantastic, definitely recommended

Service was extremely poor, and we had to wait far too long for the bill... we took matters into our own hands and walked inside to pay. The employee is standing there with a mouth full of food, chatting with colleagues at the bar. Busted.. When she asks if everything was to your liking, we indicate that the service was less than satisfactory. She then stated that this was her fault. If you are aware of this, you may be summarily dismissed. Remember that the guest pays your salary. I am left with a very bad aftertaste. Once and never again. No, this was not an overcrowded evening... there were only a few tables occupied. We also heard them complain about the service in their company. By the way, I don't think the prices match the quality delivered, but that's another story.

Ordered drinks, there were 3 of us and 2 drinks, wait patiently because you are not going to start with just the two of you, cheers after a while Bread did not arrive, while surrounding tables that arrived later were reserved for bread, but it can happen. Just ask again. Asparagus was served - Hamburger too, we had to wait for the shrimp, after a while it came to the table, same guy from the beer. Asparagus, I explain to you, was raw, salt-free, rock-hard stems without taste and salt, ham was fried dry on the edges, as if it had been under a heat lamp for an hour. Worthless dish without quality. Rest of the food was okay. When I asked if I could have some melted butter, they nodded in agreement, but never received it. To my comment, After the question; “Did you enjoy it?” I clearly described the quality of the dish. And now comes the clincher, well then you should have told me. Worst thing that can be said in a full restaurant, I said, if I had sent it back, our entire dinner would have been worthless. You probably understand that. Evidence was provided immediately, our surrounding tables all returned dishes. There were all kinds of people sitting at a table watching the other side eat. An unpleasant atmosphere where everyone was very relaxed and giggly. Kind of looked like F Towers. My immediate proposal was, if you give us 2 glasses of wine and 1 Whiskey from the company, you will not hear from us anymore, there was nodding in agreement, it took a long time, I asked the captain. You don't get anything for free, I say that's simple: you give me the bill, I will pay it and you will credit the asparagus. Simple and effective. Paid properly and left the restaurant. Laughing and going home in disbelief, my bellies are still shaking. Epilogue; It is of course not the fault of your staff, it is the fault of the management and you as owner Mr Co, educating them and going into the field with the correct orders, after all, you have succeeded before. Had dinner here tonight for my father-in-law's 80th birthday. They were looking forward to it, but the food was not for everyone. Starter: stir-fried mussels, they were so tiny, I have never seen them so small and 6 bowls were even empty. Main course: salad with warm salmon, not warm at all and so salty (BREM SALT) that it was just too salty to eat. And the brisket steak was full of tendons and was difficult to remove. It was not a successful dinner. We left out dessert. After saying that we did not all eat well, the mussels and 1x fries were removed from the bill, that was all he could do. I don't know what happened to the restaurant, but it is no longer the restaurant as we know it. That was probably also the reason that there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Shame!

Starter was delicious, nothing to complain about. The service was fast and friendly, which was also very pleasant. It's a shame that the tenderloin was in a bed of mashed potatoes, gravy and pulled pork. That really affected the taste of the meat. These flavors were so dominant that the tenderloin had almost no good taste anymore. Dessert was really beautiful and delicious, nothing to complain about.

I always think it's a nice place to eat. It is a beautiful restaurant, good food and friendly service. Parking (free) next to the restaurant.

The 2 waitresses tried to provide all guests with their drinks and dinner on time. Unfortunately, we were regularly ignored. When we asked when we could have our main course, the answer was: it is busy in the kitchen and we only have 2 chefs. The next food that comes down is yours. The food was cold, no apology or anything was offered. Simply because they didn't ask for anything. Until the moment we said that it was not to our liking and the food was cold. Then, after consultation, they offered a cup of coffee on the house if we would have a dessert! In short, we won't be going here again. No adequate action by the staff and cold food!

After the order was finally taken, it took two hours between starter and main course. You also have to wait a long time to refill the glasses. When the main course finally came everything was cold. A really big disappointment. We have been here before and since the transition from the platform to Muller and co it has become less and less. Last time for us. Highly recommended.

Went on a team outing last week! Nice and cozy tent! Good food and top service. From the ladies at the table to the bartender! Food served on time and in abundance. Even the two scoops of ice cream for dessert were tastefully presented :-) TOP!

Great Local! Very Delicious and Fresh Food, friendly Service, nice Interieur, good Atmosphere. I ordered the Full Special of the day, Main dish was the Classic Wellington, whish tasted perfekt to me. Even for 3 Dishes, it was a perfekt amount, not to much, not to less. Definitely will come Back. Great Thanks to Kitchen & Team

We were there on a Sunday. Less than half full. The decor is tasteful. The new waitress still had a lot to learn and the kitchen was not running well. The steaks are not cooked enough. The price is too high for what is offered. We won't go there again.

The Gin Tonic dessert was soooo delicious!

We just ate tenderloin, the meat was delicious, but what was included was to fill a hollow molar. A smear of celeriac, a tablespoon of beef stew, 1 crispy fried salsify the size of a French fry, and 6 potato crackles 0.5×0.5 cm fries had to be ordered separately, they were not asked for this, so mustard after the meal. We did not enjoy your meal for a total amount of €95.00. So not worth repeating for us 😏

Op 1e Kerstdag genoten van een heerlijk 7-gangendiner bij Muller & Co. Het eten was erg goed en de gerechten waren mooi opgemaakt. De begeleidende wijnen waren prima. Het tempo was perfect (knap, terwijl het hele restaurant vol zat!) en de bediening erg vriendelijk. Het restaurant was prachtig versierd voor de Kerstdagen. Wij hebben een geweldige avond gehad, hartelijk dank!

Eten was heerlijk echter was de bediening niet alert op onze glazen want die waren vaak leeg en moesten wij ze er op attenderen

Hoe gezellig kan het zijn! Het is er erg sfeervol en aangenaam om te zitten. Je wordt er hartelijk ontvangen en de bediening is warm en goed! De borden zien er mooi uit en de gerechten zijn smaakvol! Een leuke afsluiter van een dagje Nederland a/d IJssel...

Lekker geluncht! Hele fijne, rustige sfeer. Vriendelijke en kundige bediening. Eten was goed, porties qua hoeveelheid erg wisselend (het één net te weinig, het ander net te veel.. maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk). Aanrader!

Ik verbaasde mij over de kwaliteit van het eten en de nette prijzen op de kaart! We hebben heerlijk gegeten en ook een nette kaart met niet te veel keuze wat mij bevalt. Al met al een aanrader als je lekker wilt lunchen of dineren.

Locatie lijkt van buiten niet bijzonder behalve dat het een oud ns station is aan een doorgaande weg, maar eenmaal binnen erg mooi en sfeervol. Zeer goede bediening. Wij kwamen voor een lunch en gingen beide voor de nashville kip burger en die is echt fantastisch. Hopelijk kunnen we snel eens terug om ook het diner te testen.

Leuke sfeer. Lekker gegeten. De kaart kent vooral redelijk traditionele gerechten, maar ook wat specials. Bijvoorbeeld de watermeloensteak als voorgerecht vond ik een mooi gerecht.

Heerlijk gegeten, mooi restaurant, sfeervol!!

Mooi interieur, goede stoelen… eten is “ok” (ietwat duur wellicht). Waar het echt misgaat is de wijn; de flessen die verkocht worden zijn way overpriced (wijn voor +/- €50,- per fles). Wat je krijgt is ‘schroefdoppenwijn’ met leuke labels en veel leuke teksten er op (gaan voor 4x de inkoopprijs weg). Niet echt iets waar passie in zit dus. Zonde… huur een sommelier in, mag wel bij zo’n zaak.

Vandaag HEERLIJK gelunched bij Müller en Co in Nieuwerkerk a/d ijssel, Het broodje van de maand was verrukkelijk! Luxe brood Met filet american met lekkere rode ui, saus en pijnboompitjes, Parmezaanse kaas en rucola. Bediening was top! Een echte aanrader Müller en Co in Nieuwerkerk a/d Ijssel!👍

Ontzettend relaxte plek met fijne bites en heerlijke drankjes

Afgelopen zaterdag m'n verjaardag bij Muller & co gevierd. Was een superleuke ervaring! Eten was heerlijk, waren met 7 personen en hebben genoten van allerlei verschillende (voor-, hoofd- en na-)gerechten (ook vega). Kan geen voorkeursgerecht aangeven omdat alle gerechten even verzorgd en smakelijk waren, complimenten voor de keuken! De bediening begrijpt wat gastvrijheid is en wat er nodig is om de gasten een fijne en gezellige ervaring te geven, chapeau! Hebben buiten op het overdekte terras gezeten. Door het zonnetje, de gezellige sfeer en het heerlijke eten hadden we het gevoel op vakantie te zijn. Parkeren kan gratis naast het restaurant. En station Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel is dichtbij.

Goed gegeten, vlotte bediening.

Prima gegeten, vriendelijk personeel. Ossenhaas was superlekker. Onze (kleine) hond was ook welkom. Grote eters kunnen beter wat bijgerechten bijbestellen. Komen hier zeker nog terug.

Uitschenken van een fles wijn met de hand om het etiket. Niet vooraf de fles presenteren past niet bij een zaak zoals deze.

Erg leuke zaak in een voormalig station. Heerlijk geluncht.
