Naansense in Delfshaven

I have ordered here 2 times now with my partner and each time it was great. Portions could be somewhat bigger but as it tastes very good, So that is something easily overlooked. The Spinach-Paneer and (my partners) butter chicken ware great. We ware able to pickup within half a hour and the time we had it delivered they ware quick and the food was very well packaged with separators to keep the liquids and rice separate. And nice and hot. The naans also tasted fresh and not stale at all. Definitely would recommend giving them a try.

Tasty food and special drinks. Well worth a visit. Maybe the music could be a little softer, but that's a challenge.

The biryani is half smaller than last time.

I was alone with my two small children and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Your waitress is very sweet, helpful and customer-friendly! So nice to be served by her. Such good people are rare, be careful with her. ❤️

Food is bland and no taste at all ! Missing authentic Pakistani/Indian taste by a million light years ! I had to throw out the food eventually ! Average south asian household dish has more taste than this. I ordered naan stuffed chicken and samosa chaat. Both had no taste and to my dismay it was literally bland ( hospitals serve better food in South Asia than this ) ! Regretted going to any other halal pizza shop which is way more better than this both price and quality ratio. Not going again and wouldn’t be recommending to any friends ! Waste of Money and time !

Friendly and good service. You will be pointed out how to use the QR code and will also help you if you have any questions. Food has too little taste and spiciness. Little meat and right curry flavors. This is because they fill it in the naan I think.

Ordered naan wraps here. Personally, I didn't like the naan bread. The wrap actually looked like a normal wrap. Their base is very thin and I think that has nothing to do with naan. Taste was fine, but not worth repeating.

I recently visited this restaurant and tried the Lahori samosa chaat and mango lassi. Unfortunately, I found the experience quite disappointing. The samosa in the chaat was cold and tasted stale, lacking the freshness and warmth I expected. For the price, I anticipated better quality and preparation, but it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of value for money. The mango lassi was okay, but it couldn't redeem the overall experience. I hope they will improve soon.

Picked up for the first time. Very nice help with ordering. The Vegi rice/punjabi chickpeas + garlic Naan in Vegan version. Various vegetarian dishes can also be made Vegan. It tasted super delicious! A real asset to Capelle!

It is a culinary feast in the Koperwiek, both in terms of taste and fresh vegetables, highly recommended. Never tasted anything so delicious. When you are done with that sushi and pizza, it is so much better.

Nice new Indian restaurant in Capelle. The food was good in terms of spices and tasty surprising dishes. We had the paneer naan pizza and chat puri. The mango lassi was delicious! We will definitely come back again.

New concept of fast food, at least for me. Opened 3 days ago at the food court in De Koperwiek. Ordered half a filled naan; chicken seekh kebab. Made a great meal. Then there is a lentil soup and salad for 4 euros. The lentil soup is delicious, heart-warming, the salad is simple, but otherwise fine. The half-filled naan is really delicious, richly filled, accompanied by a slightly spicy chili, tomatoes, garlic sauce. A generous glass of delicious Mango Lassi and you have had a delicious lunch. Very friendly staff. (they speak mainly English). Price, quality are good. Naansense is definitely recommended. Nice to have something like that.

I went to ‘naansense’ because of their catchy name, and I will definitely be going back for more ‘naansense’ food. Me and my partner order Chicken Biryani, chicken velvet stuffed naan, mango lassi and blacksalt lemonade. Everything we ate was perfectly delicious including the mint sauce (oh the mint sauce!!). Also you are greeted by friendly owner, and when you enter the place just smells great!! I definitely recommend the biryani (its the best I’ve tried in town) and the blacksalt pink lemonade (very unique) This is our new favorite place to go back to.

We recently had the unique opportunity to be the first customer to visit the new restaurant in the Koperwiek shopping center. We had lunch here. Staff are friendly and we had a delicious meal. A nice addition to this shopping center!

I am not sure how this restaurant has such high reviews. We dined in and ordered the biryani and palak paneer wrap but everything was tasteless. The rice was way too soggy and watery and the chicken was meh. The wrap felt like the palak purée was directly poured into the naan, without adding anything to it. Only thanks to the small coriander chutney we were able to eat the meal. The most bland Indian food we’ve ever had. Definitely not authentic, not even the biryani.

The concept of their main dish is very straightforward, curry-stuffed naans. It's alright, but portions sizes are very small which means you are paying a lot for what you get. The place is nicely decorated but it's very clearly a take-away place and not meant for a sit down. While waiting the host offered me some tea which was greatly appreciated.

Nobody is perfect, but...! I wasn't feeling well so I asked my cousin to just add some Naan and a bottle of water to her order, but my portion didn't come with the delivery! My cousin loved her meal! It took a long time for them to deliver my portion, and then it came without the water, but a double order of Naan and some lentil soup. All is forgiven! The bread and soup were absolutely delicious! We are visiting Rotterdam so are unlikely to be back, but we absolutely recommend Naan Sense!

Omg! The best Indian fushion restaurant i have ever tasted. The chicken briyani is amazing, the stuffed naan pizza is FAN-TAS-TIC! Iam litterly a big fan of the plnaanpizza's. Head off to the Chefkok. Servove is also nice. They are sweet and humble persons.

I have been coming here for 15 years (previously known as the North Indian Diner). A fantastic cheap eat, great selection of curries, and some of the best, authentic Indian food available on this side of Sydney. Great to see it’s had a makeover, where the decor now matches the quality of the food.

The most pathetic and sad naans I have ever had in my entire life. All the good reviews are by people who have probably never had a naan in their life. First of all, it's not a naan... These are not stuffed naans if that's what you are looking for .. Secondly cheese naan had no cheese. Spicy tikka masala was a greasy sweet load of poorly cooked chicken. It was just bad, seriously don't order and save your money. The only saving grace was the mango kulfi

We took the super meal, spicy tikka masala. Simply amazing !!!! So wonderful to have this place in our neighborhood!! Really friendly staff as well!! Btw, their chai is really good. ( we are from Taiwan, bubble tea kingdom)

It's exactly what I expected. A very small shop that specializes in Indian fusion cuisine and actually only has 4-5 dishes on offer, but can offer them in at least 4 different versions (rice dish, naaniza, burrito style, quesadilla style) The taste was very good 👍 but above all I noticed the friendly staff and the speed 😊 Clear recommendation 😊

Extremely delicious food! Delivered quickly despite the crowds. I was told on the phone that they were going to do their best to speed things up. Really appreciate the effort. The presentation of the food was attractive. The food tasted fresh and of good quality. Enjoyed it and will order more often. Too bad you are not open in the early afternoon due to lunch :)

Nice welcome with a cup of tea, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. We ordered filled naan: bland in taste and the raw onion was very dominant. The naan itself was also raw.

We highly recommend Naansense. The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel incredibly welcome. They even treated us to some incredibly tasty chai tea whilst we waited to be seated upstairs. We enjoyed every single bite of our stuffed naan. Don't miss out!

The food was good, but to be honest I was expecting more when I read about it. It didn’t taste much like naan to me, it was more like a normal pita bread. We could not eat at the place as well, only take away, what was a bummer. But the people were very kind and welcoming!

It's a shame that eating in you are given so much plastic and have to eat with wooden forks. Food is quite sweet and not so spicy compared to all the Indian food I ate living in the UK for 25 years.

Authentic Indian flavors with a fusion twist. My friends and I ate here while visiting Rotterdam. We had the stuffed naan and biryani, and they were both divine! All the food was gone within seconds. Highly recommend NaanSense if you're looking for good Indian places in the Netherlands.

I've have ordered from Naansense multiple times. The food is consistently of high quality. The Chicken Biryani is authentic (among the best I've tasted in the Netherlands) and the Naans are fresh and delicious. The masala chai is the best I've tasted yet from an Indian restaurant in the Netherlands. The customer service is amazing and food arrives well packed, hot and quick! A place that prioritizes quality over quantity, Naansense is highly recommended to anyone looking for Naan or Rice based Indian food in Rotterdam.

After reading some 5 star reviews, I decided to try order from naansense. Love the wacky name! As a Hyderabadi, I think I am qualified enough to judge on the authenticity of the nawabi biryani and I have to say the biryani is good! The flavours can be further improved but I was impressed although I don't know if raisins belong to biryani, never had them back home ;). The naan pizza with butter chicken was very nice! Soft naan, cheesy and loved the flavour of the chicken. Very unique and I 100% recommend it. Overall, the order was worth the price.

The food does not disappoint. Although it's a bit less spicy version of the original versions. I got the butter chicken pizza naan and the nawabi chicken biryani. Both tasted delicious. But would've loved to have proper desified dishes. It is a must try if you have a hankering for good Indian food.

Ordered this and let me say as a picky eater that this food had me speechless. It was sooo good. The egg was also boiled right. I'm not a fan of nuts, but it was still good. The raisins we like a delicious surprise. The mango lassi..... AMAZING!!! As a Caribbean person.... YES!!! And let's not forget the presentation. The cup is soo cool. Overall YES!!! ❤️❤️

Net wat te eten besteld, de butter chicken filled naan en een portie palak paneer. Ik ben blij verrast! Palak paneer is echt super, de gevulde naan is iets wat ik nog niet eerder gegeten had. Iemand anders in de reviews zegt dat de butter chicken smaak moeilijk te plaatsen is, daar sluit ik me bij aan. Ondanks dat erg lekker. Sausjes zijn ook erg lekker, had wel wat meer mogen zijn om bij de grote porties te passen. Origineel concept, ik bestel zeker nog eens.

Jest to mała restauracja, gdzie w środku może zjeść maksymalnie 5 osób, ale jedzenie jest wspaniałe. Przepyszne jagnięcina, lekko ostra. A ten aksamitny kurczak po prostu poezja. Przekonali mnie do indyjskiego jedzenia. Przemiła obsługa nadrabia cały klimat. Naprawdę warto tu przyjść!

I absolutely love this place. I walked in and was immediately offered some chai tea before a great conversation with the owner while waiting for my food. He was so excited that we stopped in. Learned that everything is made in house and he even gave us all the sauces to try (all were delicious). They’re fairly recently opened, but I really hope this place sticks around, it was so fun!
