We'll never come here for ice cream again. What a poor service. Not exactly value for money. We paid a fortune for just one mini scoop. We also went to the other place in Oudenbosch. They had to weigh the scoops there, because imagine if they gave away too much.

What a remarkable bakery! As a lover of French bread and pastries, I'm deeply impressed. The croissants are truly unsurpassed, the very best in the Netherlands, and even in France, you have to search hard to find this level. Their breads, baked with natural sourdough, are of exceptional quality: full of flavor, artisanal, and unique. The French baguette is also pure craftsmanship: crispy, wonderfully light, and exactly as it should be. All praise and compliments to Jan and his team. And not to forget: the ladies in the shop, all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Together, they make Bakkerij Nagelkerken an absolute gem in Halsteren and the Netherlands!

We always enjoyed coming to Maddey's every now and then; it was a real treat for us. But today was a huge disappointment. The girl behind the counter clearly wasn't interested. We received three scoops, but not even half a container. And if a piece of chocolate or goat's foot came with the scoop, it was taken off and placed in an empty spot in the container. Maddey's isn't what it used to be. Such a shame. 3 stars because a girl I know works there, but otherwise, I was extremely disappointed today.

Very unfriendly and I'm still being polite. Young girl with long blond hair. As far as I'm concerned, she could take a course in customer service. Iced coffee was disgusting with lumps of ice and old milk. So a big stomach ache. Thanks

Every time I want to get an iced coffee, the ladies think it's a lot of work. It goes huffing and puffing (certainly not with all of them) normally I look through this but today... Girl arrives with her mouth full of food, so no hello.. Okay that's possible, maybe she was busy. Then I ask for an iced coffee and a scoop for my daughter, the first iced coffee flies through the store, Okay this can also be her first day.. the 2nd attempt, Spoiled milk, the lumps fell out, my mother tells her off, what a reaction! That could have been friendlier for such a young girl! This was my last time there, very unfortunate..

To start positively, the taste is good and helped by a friendly young lady. But ice cream is too soft, melts before you have paid. Also the whipped cream is not firm but limp. The cookie cone is as old as the road to Kralingen. And tastes stale. No, we will skip this ice cream shop next time.

Nice shop with delicious products and very friendly staff, recommended

Got two Dubai chocolate bars with kunefe/pistachio. The price was quite on the high side but that was not the worst, the chocolate bar tasted nothing like pistachio but more like peanut butter. I can say with certainty that there is almost no pistachio in it. It just wasn't tasty, buying a piece of the bar and then throwing it away was nauseating.

Nowadays small scoops of ice cream, it was different in the beginning, but a pity. We'll go get ice cream elsewhere

Really delicious ice cream. Tastes really fresh. It all looks good and the staff is friendly. Too bad you can't sit at a table to eat ice cream, for example. Otherwise definitely worth repeating.

It's nice to have a place in Halsteren where you can get a good ice cream. Hopefully the ice cream will remain of a better than average quality, competitive with the local snack bars.

Ice cream is not cooled enough, melts off the cone before you start it.

Heerlijk ijs ,worstenbroodjes, gebak ,broodjes enz......

Mooie en netjes ingerichte bakkerij. Hele goede kwaliteit. Personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en bovendien ook nog eens vakkundig. De ijssalon heeft absoluut een meerwaarde. Kortom; een aanrader!

Met een enorme afstand het beste brood in omstreken. Elk jaar balen als ze sluiten voor vakantie.

Ze hebben er heel lekker ijs.!!! Vriendelijke dames, geduldig.!!! En wij nemen altijd een beker ijs met slagroom heerlijk. Mmmm

Sta je op vrijdagavond om 20.10uur aan de deur zijn ze dicht!!! Er liep nog wel veel personeel. Misschien een idee om je info bij te werken?

Heerlijke worstenbroodjes! Kwam precies op tijd, ze kwamen juist uit de oven. Heeeeeerlijk! Verder ontzettend vriendelijk personeel.

Super lekker worstenbrood!! Ik ga er speciaal worstenbrood halen vanuit een ander dorp. Brood is heel goed. De ijsjes zijn heerlijk!!!!!

Super gave plek om ijsjes te halen, erg meedenkend met allergie ook💖 Verrassend veel keuze in smaken en ook genoeg afwisseling.

Lekker ijs..... mooie bakkerij, maar die wespen zijn echt heel vies! Ik zie nu al 2 weken constant wespen op het gebak en koeken.

Gelukkig hebben ze vaak mijn favoriet: Cherry mania!
