Stunning location with paths for walking and lots of space for kids to play. Spent half my Sunday here watching cyclist go by. Apple tart was also fresh and incredible.

A cozy restaurant with a basic menu, but don't let that fool you. The food is well presented, very tasty and not expensive. The service is also hospitable and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful place to settle down after a nice walk. We had a party but it was poorly organised. At first the ladies didn't know where we would sit. We had already ordered cappucino because we were early, but that took so long that the rest had also arrived. There was another party in the large venue and it was nicely announced on a sign. In the room where we were sitting, nothing had been prepared at all. Just a few candles lit. We could have sat 20 in 1 room, but that was not prepared. Two tables were hastily added that did not fit in at all. Not covered at all or anything. It also took a long time for the starter to arrive. The starter was very good luckily. The drinks were neatly served and the staff was very friendly. Her main course was a bit disappointing. Pork tenderloin and salmon quite dry. Dessert fine. It was a nice party, but that was certainly not due to the nature gate.

Warm bistro within walking distance of the Peel. We reserved the living room for lunch, which was delicious.

A nice, quiet place to spend a summer afternoon, but it's cool inside in the winter. I didn't really like the food. I tried tomato cream. It would be tomato paste diluted with water. But you can go there for a drink or coffee because of the silence and peaceful surroundings.

I've been here a number of times and have never regretted it. Great (family) business with very nice staff!

Very friendly and assertive personel, with good and quick service. We had a bbq with meat coming from the big green Egg they have in the open kitchen. Lovely smokey vegetables, very good freshmade coleslaw and awesome pulled chicken and chicken wings.

Wonderful for lunch on the terrace after walking a barefoot path a little further away. The food was delicious, we were there on a quiet day so it was wonderfully relaxed. The nachos with a top were really delicious as well as the goat cheese salad. It is in a nice location in the Peel, which is a beautiful nature reserve where the spoonbills can be seen from the road. I would go here again if I am in this area.

So cosy. Super active and caring staff. There was something wrong with the purchased drink and yet they were willing to give me that drink. I thought that was so sweet.

Beautiful terrace and a slice of lemon in the tonic, you don't get that very often these days.

Definitely worth it. Went again today. What a nice place to have a bite to eat. In the middle of nature and a nice ambiance. Staff extremely friendly. Food not haute cuisine but just good. Also suitable for vegetarian choices. And with a bit of luck you will be joined by all kinds of birds such as sparrows and finches that contribute to the pleasant atmosphere there.

Great rustic restaurant in the middle of the De Peel nature park. Due to the weather we didn't spend time in the lovely garden area but instead ate inside the restaurant. In addition to good food at reasonable prices, the attentive and friendly staff was particularly impressive. And if you're ever here, you definitely shouldn't miss a hike through the nature park. The circular trails start directly in front of the restaurant through the beautiful moorland landscape.

Birthday celebrated in family circle in "the living room". All wishes discussed in advance. Cozy space for ourselves, nice staff, good service and delicious food in buffet form. The grandchildren had space to play inside and outside. Dietary requirements were carefully taken into account. Granddaughter with celiac disease had no complaints at all afterwards, which in itself is worth a compliment. We all enjoyed it, so highly recommended!

We hebben hier onze bruiloft gevierd waar we een pracht dag hebben gehad. De Natuurpoort heeft ons in alles ontzorgd. Mooie locatie, flexibel tot het einde, heerlijke eten en snacks en uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het was fantastisch!

Geweldige zonnige middag en avond gehad. Leuke ligging en goed eten en drinken. Bediening is perfect.

Spontan um den Regen abzuwarten auf ein Bierchen eingekehrt und von der rustikalen und gemütlichen Einrichtung schwer begeistert gewesen. Außen- und Innenbereich bieten viel Spielraum für Kinder, der Kuchen sieht lecker aus und für uns gabs ein lecker Maibock. Tolle Lokalität!

Onze bruiloft kon helaas niet doorgaan zoals we hem voor ogen hadden, maar we hebben nog wel met onze gezinnen een soort van feestje kunnen vieren bij natuurpoort de Peel. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en we hebben erg genoten die dag! Mooie locatie, leuk personeel.

1 maart heerlijk geluncht. Lekkere bospaddenstoelen soep en plankje met drie soorten brood, drie soorten kaas en vleesbeleg. Heerlijk.

Na een wandeling met de honden een lekkere cappuccino gedronken.

Tijdens een gemaakte fietstocht hier genoten van een lunch en goede landelijke producten en een zeer vriendelijk ontvangst met bediening...Zeker een aanrader.

Lekkere lunch, iets minder variatie. Goed voorzien van verschillende soorten thee.

We hadden een familielunch .wat erg weinig was. 2 pakjes hagelslag voor 13 personen was wel heel weinig. Niets warms erbij, brood en beleg te kort. Thee en koffie genoeg. We hebbennhet ter plekke opgelost gekregen. Daarna hadden we een spel dat we ons anders hadden voorgesteld. Was ook ons ook zo niet uitgelegd. Was een tafeltje, maar moesten naar achteren in de schuur. Dat viel ons al tegen. Was ook niets van gezegd dat we dit spel kregen. Niemand wilde het en get was er koud. E was gezegd een tafeltje met vragen stellen. Dus gewoon bij de openhaard kamer. Dus geannuleerd en hebben we gezellig geborreld bij de open haard. Zelf gevraagd om wat pinda's. Maar toen werd er aan de ober gevraagd of hij een paar foto's wilde maken. We schrokken van wat hij zei. Nee gaat niet heb het druk terwijl er 2 tafels vol zaten en 4 x personeel. Kwam zó brut over , dus geen aandacht meer aan geschonken. Toen zagen wij dat het personeel gezellig aan de bar stonden te kletsen......had ie even een paar foto's kunnen maken. Maar we hebben aan de andere tafel gevraagd of ze dat even wilde doen. We kende toevallig die persoon. Die hadden hun eten al. En er was nog een tafeltje van ongeveer 6 personen, dus zó druk was het niet voor hun. Maar tenslotte hebben we afgerekend en nog even de jongen aangesproken dat hij dat zo niet moet doen. Niet klantvriendelijk . Toen zijn we gegaan. Plezier hadden we toch gehad. Zelf de slingers ophangen zeggen ze hé. Maar ondanks dat was de familie weer blij om elkaar weer te zien.

Wij hadden gisteren het jaarfeest van ons koor, eerst koffie met vlaai, daarna het Peelspel en toen een koud en warm buffet. Wat een geweldig feest hebben we gehad, dubbel van het lachen bij het spel, super leuk personeel en het eten echt top (voor mensen met een allergie werd er apart gekookt) een aanrader!!!
