I ordered through their website at 8:00 AM and indicated I wanted to pick up my order at 8:30 AM. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. The next day, at 5:00 PM, I received confirmation that they had received my order and would prepare it "as soon as possible."

The food might be good, but they don't know how to pay bills, or they've never even heard of it! That owner, Ismail, simply doesn't pay his bills!

Wrong order and when you call them asking for the correct order you get someone on the phone who doesn't speak a word of Dutch and his boss will come to the phone and then just hang up.

The food was great! But if you order delivery, they give a 30-minute delivery time, and when you call after an hour and a half to ask where your food is, you're told "it's on its way" and then the call is disconnected. It's a shame, and not very customer-friendly. I finally got the food after two hours, it was good and hot, but if you're hungry and don't want to wait hours, it's better to order elsewhere.

I definitely wouldn't order from here! The food was supposed to be delivered at 5:15 PM, but 45 minutes later, still no food. I called, but still no apology, and the food was supposed to be out in 3 minutes. Result: €20 lighter, a hungry son, and food still thrown in the air fryer.

BAD! Don't order food here. Waited over an hour for one pizza and a platter. Upon delivery, the ordered sauces were missing. I called about this, but they didn't offer a solution and didn't even bring any sauce. The food was also cold, and the rolls that came with the platter were tough and dry. It's a shame I have to give one star, as that's actually too high. Once and never again.

Ordered food... sauce not delivered... food cold. Rolls that weren't... cold elastic dough or something... yuck. Called with the complaint. Nothing is solved. So once and never again!!!! Ugh not enough for you guys

Crappy tent. Food ordered via home delivery. Comes with drinks in the same bag. (food cold, of course drinks lukewarm. Received normal coke. Ordered Zero.) Then I called them. Were already closed for fifteen minutes. But after calling 4 times they answered the phone. My complaint has been filed. And then I was pushed away. Phone was no longer answered. Is quality and service less important than closing time? Yes here! Don't order here again. Costs enough. And you get absolutely nothing in return, except bad and cold food.

We deliberately ordered an hour in advance to receive it on time, but again almost an hour later, so we only received our food 2 hours after ordering. Lately things have been going wrong more and more often. Black hairs in the cheese, plastic in the spaghetti and even recently a stainless steel nut in the food. Everything was almost cold this time, the pizza was the warmest, pictured with the thermometer. After I called, they would discuss whether I would get my money back. No calls were returned after that, hence this review update, which had previously been 5 stars for 5 years. Very unfortunate, these days this no longer falls under a restaurant, but a very slow delivery service of unwanted microwave meals. I want my money back, home delivery is already working on that. If this does not work, we will go to the NVWA as this company does not take their responsibility seriously. You have lost another regular customer and I will advise everyone not to buy anything from you... there are plenty of options locally that perform better!

What an experience, within an hour I was sick!

Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd.nl, but when the food arrived later, the kapsalon was undercooked and cold and the calzone was ordered with extra jualapeños, but it contained extra pineapple and it was also almost cold. All very bad. Don't order here if you want to enjoy some food.

Became worthless for years, been a regular customer and then today, ordered an hour later and still nothing and then you call and they just call you a liar, well the only liars are them. Don't let me talk to you on the phone about a worthless company after years of being a regular customer

Top quality food elhamdulillah, staff always cheerful. Service is really top level. Definitely recommended. And always prepared on time and hot. Tip: calzone chicken special with sambal. Wow, finger licking good. The ayran was on the case. What a fantastic thing

Very bad to speak of, I would advise anyone not to get anything from here Just ordered a calzone without peppers and without mushrooms. 1.5 hours later after I ordered I finally had my food, but it was cold and it was packed with sauce that was not stated to be in it. I wouldn't order here. They are rude on the phone and the food is always late and when you call about it they simply say that they can't do anything for you and that you shouldn't order. Sometimes food is tasty and other times cold and unpalatable. If I could give minus stars, they would get -100 stars from me

They cannot communicate with you normally, they just hang up, we have to arrange everything ourselves with home delivery and they are too lazy to cancel it.

We ordered 2 kapsalons and 1 dish, the kapsalons were lukewarm and simply unpalatable, the dish was only 8 strips of kebab and nothing else, and that for 14 euros.. called to find out what was going on and they said casually. We didn't do anything about it, asked if we could get the money back, we got a big mouth back! Then they just hung up, called several more times but were simply pushed away... really rude, I'm surprised this place still exists... do yourself a favor and don't order from there!

Deze restaurant verdient altijd 5 sterren van mij, omdat eten service en de sfeer 5+ is. Zowel personeel als de eigenaar staan altijd voor je klaar. Ga zo door!

Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Heerlijk gegeten. Alle gerechten worden altijd met liefde bereid. De smaak was uitstekend. Beste Kebab van de hele omgeving.

Top zaak , hele gezellige Turkse muziek op de achtergrond. Eten perfect , Döner kan niet beter. Ayran was van de zaak hartstikke lief

De bestelling was keurig op tijd klaar maar moet warmer! Prijs/Kwaliteit prima! We halen zelf altijd af maar toch eens proberen om te laten bezorgen, kijken of dat bevalt!

Heerllijk eten is voor herhaling vatbaar

Super lekker eten maar de bezorging is veel te traag er stond eten word bezorgd en toen ineens eten word bereid dat kan toch niet

Menu opzich goed ook de prijs is prima maar de gerechten zijn niet warm genoeg waardoor je er al snel klaar mee bent

Lekkere broodjes doner, groot, goeie prijs, saus apart sinds kort, goeie keuze.

Pizza's laten bezorgen. Zeer rijkelijk belegd en zeer lekker van smaak. Zeer goede prijs/ kwaliteits verhouding.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen en niet duur!

For 2 Fries 12€ and no sauce to choose is not really cheap

Voor de eerste keer hier een pizza gehaald om in de tuin op te eten, de kok maakte twee mooie en bijzonder goed belegde pizza's de smaak was ook voortreffelijk op deze pizza zou menig kok jaloers zijn, een groot compliment, we hadden de pizza tonijn en de pizza shoarma, we zullen zeker vaker langs komen en de rest van de pizza kaart proberen.

Geweldige kapsalon gehad. Zeer grote portie , twee dagen vlees. Topper in Coevorden

Net een pizza tonijn met paprika en ui gehaald. Voor 6.50 terwijl ik bij Aziz 12 euro moest betalen. De kwaliteit was geweldig, de pizza smaakte heerlijk en bedankt Nazar voor de vriendelijkheid!

Top ik heb het eten daar opgehaald en het was heerlijk goed vlees en goede structuur van het deeg (werk namelijk in een bakkerij)

Weer eens top ! Ik bestel vaker bij nazar via thuisbezorgd.nl en telefonisch. Ze zijn netjes. Vriendelijk en het eten is erg goed!

Voor een redelijke prijs kun je op deze plek je buik bol eten. Extra aantrekkelijk is dat je bij deze zaak dezelfde prijs betaald voor zowel afhalen, alswel ter plekke nuttigen.
