A great experience! 🍕😍 The food is delicious and prepared with care. The pizza was excellent, with a delicious flavor, perfect dough, and fresh ingredients. The service was also fantastic: the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to the customers. A nice atmosphere and absolutely an experience worth repeating. The food was a huge disappointment. The chicken really doesn't taste good, and the onion on the pizza looks like it was made three days ago. You really don't get value for your money. Truly disappointing. Food is not brought to your table.

Not what it used to be. A lot less quality for more money. No deals anymore - used to be 2 slices and drink for about €11. No customer toilets. Very little mozzarella cheese on all the pizzas. Parmesan spread on top isn’t the same. Shame to see the quality drop so bad

The pizza was good; if you've spent all afternoon in various coffee shops and you're hungry, it's a good way to tide you over. I can't comment on the staff because I ordered the pizza from what looked like a self-service kiosk, and all they said was to announce that the pizza was ready. The atmosphere was deserted, and we ordered it to go.

The food was very good, the service was amazing and the waiters very friendly. But they don't have toilets. You have to get out of the place and head somewhere.

We order 2 slices, we waited 11 minutes for order… and on our pizza on top they putted parmezan. I am sure that when i ordered in this app there was nothing about parmezan which my boyfriend extremely dont like. We took 2 bites and we throw our pizza. Impossible, when i asked staff i heard that this is their receipt. And we paid for this 2 bites 14 euro almost…

I really like this new concept. Came here often some years ago and now they revamped the place with much better slices. We ordered a bunch and it looked and tasted amazing! Definitely coming back. Big fan of the Brisket Slice!

Their four-cheese pizza was amazing, but apparently they don't make it anymore. They don't have their old pizzas either; the only options are very mediocre. Even worse, it's a restaurant but doesn't have a restroom; they haven't even provided a place to wash your hands in that huge shop 😡 There are much better alternatives in the area.

Don’t eat here!!!! I went in to quickly order two take away slices and was extremely disappointed. I ordered on the self service machines but after ordering was informed by the guy at the counter that they had sold out of Hawaiian pizza. Unfortunate for me, but that can happen in a busy area like this so i said, ‘that’s fine i’ll swap for a pepperoni’. I also had ordered the beef brisket. While waiting, I proceeded to watch him take out a pre cooked slice of cheese pizza and then just place the brisket and pickled onions on top, with his BARE HANDS! I thought ‘oh okay weird way to do it’, but they surely have health and safety standards they’ve got to reach in an area like this and they might have an intense handwashing protocol, so i’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. When I received the pizza, the brisket wasn’t even warmed up! It was completely cold! The slice was appalling. The pickled onions were so much darker than in the images on the self serve machine and from other pizza places where i’d had pickled onion. Obviously not good quality. It looked almost like beetroot. Also, because the toppings weren’t melted in to the cheese they were just falling off! I can’t believe how shocking of a slice it was, I was very upset to have to throw out something i spent money on. I also witnessed the gentleman serving the pizza do the same when placing chicken on someone else’s slice. He was fully touching it with his hands, it was disgusting. The pizza slice was also on the bare counter, right next to the till, and the slice was also touching a receipt. Absolutely shocking. I regret not saying anything or taking a picture but I was in a rush and I didn’t think the food would taste that rubbish. The pepperoni slice was average tasting but i received a piece that had three pieces of pepperoni on it. You’d think he’d give me an adequate piece after having to change my order cause of something THEY’RE lacking! By the time i got to eating the brisket slice i was already too far from the shop and didn’t have time to turn around and try and rectify the situation. Very disappointed, I didn’t think it was even possible to mess up pizza that bad. Thanks for ruining my afternoon guys I hate this place!

Quickly picked up something in the evening. Politely asked if they had anything in particular. The snappy answer was, "No, we've never had one either." Well, a pizza then. They put two slices in the warming machine. I asked for a whole pizza, which isn't possible. The staff is on their phones and it's a bit difficult to look at you with earphones, snapping at you. Oh yeah, and there's mold on the ceiling.

Unbeatable pizza and the dough is a true standout. New York Pizza Amsterdam delivered far more than expected. The dough was the real star — perfectly risen, with that ideal balance of crisp edges and a soft. It gave the whole pizza a rich, authentic flavor that sets it apart from the rest. Toppings were fresh and service was fast and friendly. Easily one of the best pizza spots in the city definitely place to go for pizza lovers. Tried many different pizza in Finland, Brussels, Berlin and Tallinn but none came close.

It's not too bad, quite simple when you want to eat quickly without making a real meal, the pizza slices are heated in the oven so they keep that crispness which is appreciable, but in terms of taste it's nothing to write home about and the restaurant isn't very clean either.

Its a mint slice of pizza on the move. God knows why its rated a 3.7. Fussy buggers clearly.

Really bad service. After paying they told us they were sold out of the sauce we paid for and just handled us dry chicken with no sauce at all. Also waited over half an hour for a pre-made slice. Chicken was dry and pizza was greasy. Expensive as well

Horrible horrible service in here tonight. Miscommunication between the two people working there meant he didn’t put it through right on the till, then rude to us asking for more money. Really really unpleasant, not sure if racist to English people or just really poor customer service and bad attitudes. Would not recommend to go here, pizza not even good enough to warrant the experience.

This really wasn't a good place for us to eat. They forgot our drinks and then forgot to give us water. We still don't have it. This is why I hate Amsterdam. Don't go here. There aren't even toilets for customers. It's also expensive; for two pizzas and three drinks, it's €50. That's a lot for people who might not be able to spend so much for so little. Just don't come here. We don't come here either, and our day is ruined. We'll never come to Amsterdam again because of this. Never again.

Unfortunately caught foodpoisoning here when all I wanted was to get a late night slice of pizza.

Would give 0/5 if possible New York Pizza at Leidseplein really had the nerve to serve what they call “Hete kip” pizza, but honestly it felt more like a health hazard on a cardboard plate. My boyfriend got food poisoned after one slice. One. Slice. It’s clear this place has never heard of basic food safety. The whole vibe is sketchy, the standards are questionable, and the outcome was absolutely unforgivable. More than a restaurant, it’s basically a walking health code violation. This place doesn’t need customers, it needs a health inspector. Save yourself the pain and grab food literally anywhere else in the square.

Had to wait nearly an hour for a medium pizza, overall poor service from employees, had to ask 4 times before it even went in the oven, one plus was the pizza tasted relativly good but it was also very greasy, felt like the thing had been fried. Advice to others, go to an Italian place/pizzeria, pay the bit extra and get good food.

Which would be €8,-.. upcharging me while laughing at me is absoutey outrageous.I expect compensation at minimum. Ridiculous experience. Done with New York Pizza from now on.

These people are being dishonest and deny you the New York Pizza. They only sell slices instead of normal pizzas and than charge you way more than normal. They do have a normal order system, but just deny you using it. So run, it's bad quality of service and there are better places around...

Person was too lazy to make a pizza, claimed it was too busy on the weekends to make a pizza while there were three people inside. Insane just rejecting profit for no reason. Only thing he wanted to do was heat up some slices. I just sold my Orkla shares and going to recommend this to all other shareholders.

I dont have photo but , pizza with chicken was really disgusting, for real on off the worst in my life , Salami was okey but only 1 slice, every next slice was making my reaction more bad. pizza was like a silce off beard , sos garlic was like mayo , with vinegar. Atmosphere 2 because i was small local without toilet,wc.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and it took an hour and a half. When the delivery person arrived he told me to cancel it and they would refund my money. He took the pizza and they didn't give me my money back because the restaurant told the app people that I was the one who rejected it. I was left without money and without pizza.

If there’s such a thing as a bad pizza, this is definitely one of them. Not only do they fail to serve what you order as a customer, but they’re also determined to treat you poorly. On top of that, the pizzas are chewy and have a slightly strange smell. However, we didn’t decide to buy a whole pizza because they have a policy of not selling whole pizzas to tourists—at least, that’s what we understood—on weekends. They only sell slices, even if they have whole pizzas available. They can’t sell whole pizzas because we’re tourists, and frankly, the pizzas aren’t that good anyway. We decided to buy a slice because one of my friends was really hungry, and the rest of us could wait a bit longer. Still, I find this establishment disrespectful and of very poor quality. There were also advertisements for the pizzas they offered, yet they still wouldn’t sell them. Were they engaging in false advertising?

This is a pizza chain restaurant that's great for a quick bite to eat while passing by. I had pepperoni and chicken pizza and it was crispy and delicious. I didn't expect much from the service and it was a good meal at a reasonable price😚

As bad as the food may taste, the service is even worse! For an amount of €10.99 they insisted on a whole €11 (I never saw my cent again) You can't even begin to talk about an ambience, they've never heard of sanitary facilities, you can't even blow up the bowl out of frustration!
