Really bad service. After paying they told us they were sold out of the sauce we paid for and just handled us dry chicken with no sauce at all. Also waited over half an hour for a pre-made slice. Chicken was dry and pizza was greasy. Expensive as well

Horrible horrible service in here tonight. Miscommunication between the two people working there meant he didn’t put it through right on the till, then rude to us asking for more money. Really really unpleasant, not sure if racist to English people or just really poor customer service and bad attitudes. Would not recommend to go here, pizza not even good enough to warrant the experience.

This really wasn't a good place for us to eat. They forgot our drinks and then forgot to give us water. We still don't have it. This is why I hate Amsterdam. Don't go here. There aren't even toilets for customers. It's also expensive; for two pizzas and three drinks, it's €50. That's a lot for people who might not be able to spend so much for so little. Just don't come here. We don't come here either, and our day is ruined. We'll never come to Amsterdam again because of this. Never again.

It has self-service and you can also order at the counter. The pizzas are tasty, but in the end it’s fast food. Good prices and good service.

Unfortunately caught foodpoisoning here when all I wanted was to get a late night slice of pizza.

Would give 0/5 if possible New York Pizza at Leidseplein really had the nerve to serve what they call “Hete kip” pizza, but honestly it felt more like a health hazard on a cardboard plate. My boyfriend got food poisoned after one slice. One. Slice. It’s clear this place has never heard of basic food safety. The whole vibe is sketchy, the standards are questionable, and the outcome was absolutely unforgivable. More than a restaurant, it’s basically a walking health code violation. This place doesn’t need customers, it needs a health inspector. Save yourself the pain and grab food literally anywhere else in the square.

Had to wait nearly an hour for a medium pizza, overall poor service from employees, had to ask 4 times before it even went in the oven, one plus was the pizza tasted relativly good but it was also very greasy, felt like the thing had been fried. Advice to others, go to an Italian place/pizzeria, pay the bit extra and get good food.

Ordered a pizza, got laughed at by some people that worked there.. thats it.. 5€ a slice while laughing at me. Chargijg me €10 while being surprised at me ordering 2 slices of margherita. Which would be €8,-.. upcharging me while laughing at me is absoutey outrageous.I expect compensation at minimum. Ridiculous experience. Done with New York Pizza from now on.

These people are being dishonest and deny you the New York Pizza. They only sell slices instead of normal pizzas and than charge you way more than normal. They do have a normal order system, but just deny you using it. So run, it's bad quality of service and there are better places around...

Person was too lazy to make a pizza, claimed it was too busy on the weekends to make a pizza while there were three people inside. Insane just rejecting profit for no reason. Only thing he wanted to do was heat up some slices. I just sold my Orkla shares and going to recommend this to all other shareholders.

Besteld via touchscreen computer , vervolgens 1 product niet op voorraad , oké bij betaald voor een andere dessert, vervolgens €5 betaald voor een pizza slice , met misschien 6 mini stukjes shoarma , bij aangeven een agressief mannetje , geef die pizza maar lekker gratis aan een dakloze

I dont have photo but , pizza with chicken was really disgusting, for real on off the worst in my life , Salami was okey but only 1 slice, every next slice was making my reaction more bad. pizza was like a silce off beard , sos garlic was like mayo , with vinegar. Atmosphere 2 because i was small local without toilet,wc.

My kid was not super discerning when it comes to Pizza found it edible. It didn’t look super appetizing. The price was OK though, and it was ready very quickly.

Ordered a pizza at home, deeply disappointed. The appearance doesn't displease but the flavor leaves something to be desired. Full of oil I don't know what, with a strong flavor that stays in your mouth until the next day. I won't try it again. Never.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and it took an hour and a half. When the delivery person arrived he told me to cancel it and they would refund my money. He took the pizza and they didn't give me my money back because the restaurant told the app people that I was the one who rejected it. I was left without money and without pizza.

If there’s such a thing as a bad pizza, this is definitely one of them. Not only do they fail to serve what you order as a customer, but they’re also determined to treat you poorly. On top of that, the pizzas are chewy and have a slightly strange smell. However, we didn’t decide to buy a whole pizza because they have a policy of not selling whole pizzas to tourists—at least, that’s what we understood—on weekends. They only sell slices, even if they have whole pizzas available. They can’t sell whole pizzas because we’re tourists, and frankly, the pizzas aren’t that good anyway. We decided to buy a slice because one of my friends was really hungry, and the rest of us could wait a bit longer. Still, I find this establishment disrespectful and of very poor quality. There were also advertisements for the pizzas they offered, yet they still wouldn’t sell them. Were they engaging in false advertising?

This is a pizza chain restaurant that's great for a quick bite to eat while passing by. I had pepperoni and chicken pizza and it was crispy and delicious. I didn't expect much from the service and it was a good meal at a reasonable price😚

As bad as the food may taste, the service is even worse! For an amount of €10.99 they insisted on a whole €11 (I never saw my cent again) You can't even begin to talk about an ambience, they've never heard of sanitary facilities, you can't even blow up the bowl out of frustration!

I don't understand how they can allow a store where you can eat inside NOT TO HAVE A BATHROOM. They should say it before buying. How little shame

El hombre que nos atendió fue tan grosero y nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos siendo un inconveniente después de que pedí una porción y luego mi pareja ordenó después de mí y no juntos. Comportamiento asqueroso y la pizza no valía la pena. No es estilo neoyorquino en absoluto solo una rebanada normal de pizza que está fría y seca.

Terrible engañar al cliente Engañar al cliente, manipularlo. Pedí dos piezas de pizza pero me hicieron parecer un completo tonto y dijo que pedí dos pizzas enteras. Todo se hizo sutil y profesionalmente, así que me quedé impactado. Dos hombres trabajaban en parejas. El objetivo era muy probable que ganaran más dinero por sus ventas.

New york pizza is a chain restaurant serving pizzas by the slice new york style. We loved the place for it veggie pizzas (we're vegetarians). Couldn't find pizzas with onions and peppers anywhere else

A pizzeria on a busy tourist street in Amsterdam. Good selection of pizzas, there are options for vegetarians. Your chosen pieces are sent from the display case to the toaster oven (which heats, but does not dry). The workers are fast and polite. There were seats in the hall. You can also take the pizza with you (the pieces are simply covered with a second paper plate and packed in a bag).

Came in after a little snack, this place delivered on that. People sat inside the restaurant were very strange but this didn’t dampen the mood, just would have liked it if the staff payed attention to so something about the woman and bloke filling up perfume bottles. Pizza wasn’t the best Iv had but it wasn’t worse it was still edible.

Staff were unfriendly, they talk and sing in a very loud voice while paying, but to be honest the pizza ( pepperoni pizza big size) was fresh and tasty but i will not come back for this branch because of the staff.

Das Essen war lecker und wurde frisch zubereitet. Man kann etwas zum mitnehmen oder zum vor Ort essen, bestellen. Das Lokal ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hat auch unsere Fragen beantwortet. Ich empfehle es für einen Snack für zwischendurch.

Great pizza. Glad you can grab it by the slice. Not super foldable like real NY pizza, but it's good & gets the job done. Wife loved the shawarma slice. I had the BBQ slice. Full of flavor. Good prices too.

Well, I am sorry for New York pizza which probably one of the best if compared with Domino's or Papa John's however for an italian pizza lover like, it is difficult to rate this pizza above 3 stars. It's an eatable pizza but nothing compared with a good nice real Italian pizza

It’s Amsterdam city center, you gotta know English, you gotta know what you sell and don’t try to fool tourists acting like you don’t know what you’re doing. But I understand that low-salary workers are best for owner huh?
