Horrible place...food is either cold or disgusting...they have no hygiene there either...and when you call you get a load of nonsense...never order from here

Food is always delicious in New York

Got a pepperoni pizza with honey... Didn't ask for it... It was inedible... Honey dripped through the box.

I ordered a pizza and they said it would take 40 minutes. After an hour, I called them. He said he was on his way to the restaurant, which is four minutes away by bike. After 30 minutes, the pizza arrived.

We ordered pizzas on June 6th, and unfortunately, they arrived quite chilled. Such a shame when you're craving pizza. They were more cold than warm, which was a major disappointment. They're not exactly cheap, after all. After filing a complaint, we've unfortunately heard nothing back. Hence the review, as this is unfortunately not good service.

Also in Huizen I see on their BK website, that within NYP Huizen, there is also a branch of "Burger Kitchen" (100% Halal) at the same address. Eating and therefore also ordering Halal dishes is against my conviction, to be sure that I do not order and eat Halal, NYP Huizen is also going into ban.

The front door is barricaded with delivery bikes and scooters; you have to squeeze through, and I'm already thin. The food is always great; I only went to pick it up once, so I shouldn't have 😂.

Last year I ate the worst pizza ever (18 euros). Long wait and very expensive for a lot of sour tomato sauce, too thin base that is limp and falling apart. Too bad, I assume it is being worked on!

Order from the comfort of your couch and have it delivered, don't forget to leave a tip upon receipt 😉 the atmosphere at the business is irrelevant, pizzas are tasty and warm when delivered

On Sunday evening, a busy day indeed, I waited almost two hours for pizza. After waiting an hour, I called the store. They said the pizza would be on its way soon. After an hour and 45 minutes, they said the pizza would REALLY be on its way. This means the employee lied to me for 45 minutes. I'm not happy about that. The 10% discount coupon you receive can't be used on all items, or rather, not all pizzas. It's a real shame that they're lying, it's awful!

All the food was cold and therefore not crispy and limp. In short, it was not tasty.

If you charge €16 for a pizza, I expect the pizza to at least be tasty, but what a disgusting pizza. What an amateurish mess this branch is.

Today 31-12-20 23 for tonight 1 star ordered a pizza which was undercooked and not well baked with a nice garlic edge as I am used to I called and was helped on the phone, they came and brought new ones, which is good service Just like the first pizza, not the quality I am used to It's in the bin 😪 T must have something to do with New Year's Eve

What's going on at New York Pizza Houses?? Complaints are not handled and I just read the experiences of other customers, which is not normal. I will drop my complaint at the head office.

I ordered 2 pizzas but both of them barely had any ingredients on it at all.

Update: unfortunately still no refund after 4 weeks.... Ordered a pizza, waiting time 1.5 hours... Called after 1 hour 45, the delivery person turned out to have been at the wrong address and went back, so no pizza... I am surprised that the delivery person or New York pizza then don't bother to call, you provide a telephone number when ordering. Money would be refunded within a week, called after a week: it turned out to be an error, it would be refunded within 2 weeks. Ultimately, after two weeks, I still did not receive any money back. I'm still waiting for my money and won't order from here again...

The people who work there are really nice people, the price-quality ratio is also really great!

Yesterday I ordered a delicious pizza for my boys, my daughter and I were looking forward to a delicious caprese salad. The delivery person was standing in front of our house and seemed to be gathering the salad from his bag. The container was opened accidentally, this can happen, but it's not the most difficult thing to do. But... when we looked, ingredients were missing. There was no mozzarella in it. So the boy takes the 3 salads with him again... well after 3 minutes he was at the door with the same containers because according to his boss that shouldn't be in there at all. Well... it turned out after our explanation and photos from the website. He left again, with the salads! 2 hours later.. I was wondering if they forgot about us?? Suddenly the delivery person is at the door with 3 containers! I thanked him in full confidence that everything went well. I wanted to put it in the fridge because everyone was exercising in the meantime, but I thought I'd peek at these (new) containers. I was shocked. I almost fell backwards in surprise, what a disaster. I don't think these containers have been touched. Some leftover mozzarella (read.. 2 mini pieces) were thrown in. The lettuce is completely wilted, everything looks so dirty. Really a bowl of rubbish lettuce that has been left to wilt for 2.5 hours... what a sad event. You don't give this to your customers, do you??? We have emailed and haven't heard anything yet. I hope something will be sorted out. This is a shame.. 😪

Kregen een indicatie tussen 2 tijden maar kwam 15 minuten later wat niet zo netjes was. De bezorger toch nog fooi gegeven maar moesten de oven aanzetten want de pizza was gewoon koud! Geef 2 ster want smaak was oke. Voor ons hoeft het niet meer!!

Prima pizza's en er zijn vaak acties. Afhalen is altijd op tijd en dan is het personeel attent. Bij bezorging is het heel erg wisselend wat betreft bezorgtijd en kwaliteit. Over het algemeen wordt er meegedacht als er iets mis gaat. Het is wel handig als ze dit goed communiceren met elkaar. Dat kan beter. Opvallend is dat er verschil in kwaliteit zit in de pizza's. Doordeweeks is het vaak warmer, rijker belegd en zijn er minder kansen op missers.

Op een of andere manier was mijn bestelling via de app bij NYP Huizen terecht gekomen, woon zelf in Twente. De bezorger belde mij dat het adres voor hem onbekend was, logisch. Was allemaal geen probleem, ik kreeg mijn geld teruggestort en kon opnieuw bij juiste filiaal bestellen. Geld stond er met 3 dagen weer op. Netjes, goede service !!

Regularly order. Please guys stop overcooking the 5 cheese pizza! It is burned and happened several times lately, check your times in the oven!

Ik raad iedereen de east side shoarma pizza aan!

Was wel erg vies en afgeleefd. 1 meisjes was zo ongeveer het werk aan het doen van 4 man. Respect voor haar.

Op zaterdag 4 december hebben wij pizza besteld bij de New York Pizza. We hielden al rekening met een wat langere levering, ivm zaterdag; pakjesavond. Uiteindelijk 1uur en 45 minuten gewacht. Naar onze mening veel te lang, ook voor een drukke dag. Pizza's waren lauwwarm. Daarbij was de pizza van mij wat te lang gebakken waardoor de pepperoni te knapperig was. Helaas niet zo kunnen genieten, volgende keer lopen we wel weer naar de pizzaria om de hoek.

Meerdere keren te laat bezorgd, laatste keer bijna een uur. Niet alles zit erbij en zelfs een hele pizza verkeerd. Voor mij de laatste keer geweest.

Heerlijke pizza's als je van een dikke bodem houdt. Tomatensaus smaakt ook echt heel lekker. Altijd goede kwaliteit en aardige bezorgers. Bezorgtijd is ook helemaal prima, ik hoef nooit heel lang te wachten.

Pizza met peperoni en 3 soorten kaas was erg lekker. Pizza met kip teriyaki was vies. We kregen 2 doughnuts in hart vorm bij de valentijn actie. Die waren echter zo hard dat je er een ruit mee kon ingooien... Ze waren wel lekker nadat ze een paar uur later waren ontdooit Daarnaast zijn we alle twee ziek geworden van de pizza.

New York Pizza Huizen. Altijd heerlijke pizza's, eigenlijk de beste die wij ooit gegeten hebben! Ga altijd op dinsdag zelf de pizza's halen, dan krijg je flinke korting, ja ik ben een echte vrek...eh.. Nederlander ,,😂 Altijd perfect geholpen, vaste crew, welke al weet welke pizza's ik wil.

Binnen 20 minuten bezorgd en erg lekker

Top gegeten, Foutje werd gemaakt maar werd meteen goed op gelost. We gaan hier vaker komen.

De jongens zijn super beleefd en netjes. Werken hard en doen altijd de deur open terwijl je met je pizza doos stuntelt. Heel lief.

...die Pizza war lecker...ansonsten sehr einfach eingerichtet...man möchte sich dort nicht zu lange aufhalten...wir haben dort gegessen und sind dann los!!!
