The food itself is okay. I order something every now and then. But after the new opening... They're treating customers differently, you know. The atmosphere is gone. Long faces. And with the "2nd pizza free" offer, I mentioned it to the cashier. He shook his head very slowly, "no." I said, "There are signs everywhere saying, "2nd free," etc. Again... I shook my head, "no." Then I thought, fine, just one pizza then. Paid the full price. I found out later that you had to order it online. ...well... he could have just said, "I should have done that on the spot and picked it up right away." Reported it to customer service. I received a polite apology email. They're communicating with the branch. I received an email asking for details about where and when I ordered, including my full name, bank statements, etc. I explained as above, and after a week of back-and-forth emails, I received the final response: the offer only applies if you ordered on the website. 🤦🏻 ...Never mind.

Delicious pizza! And the staff are also super friendly. Definitely recommended for the best pizzas, you have to order from this New York place.

Today I ordered a delicious doner pizza with vegan cheese! Due to lactose intolerance, it's unfortunately difficult to eat pizza anywhere, but this one was specially made for me. We'll definitely be back!

I recently ordered two pizzas from New York Pizza. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas wasn't fully cooked; the dough was still soft on the inside and not baked properly, and the order arrived cold. I contacted customer service about this and, as requested, sent photos. To my disappointment, they said the pizza would be cooked through, so no further solution was offered. It's a shame this happened, because I usually have good experiences with New York Pizza.

Ordered food at 9:50 PM. Received the cancellation at 10:15 PM. I understand it was late and you'd already cleaned the kitchen. But they deliberately waited so long to cancel the order. I'm sure you heard that beeping sound. ;)

Ordered two pizzas here for the first time, and also the last! Ordered at 6:00 PM, called around 7:15 PM to ask if they'd forgotten us. The answer was no, they were busy, and the pizzas were just ready, fresh, and hot, and they were being brought out right away. Finally, at 8:00 PM, I received the two pizzas I ordered (no apology from the delivery driver), and the pizzas were cold and limp! In a word, terrible!

I ordered pizzas at 5:30. At 7:10, I called to ask where the pizzas were. The lady said they'd just left. (The drive definitely wasn't longer than 10 minutes.) They arrived at 7:15 with two lukewarm pizzas. So, you understand, we won't be ordering from them again. It's a shame, because the pizza is delicious.

Had a super delicious pizza. I even got an extra one. Great service and friendly people in the store.

Waited an hour and a half for one pizza and one garlic bread. The pizza and sandwich were lukewarm, dry and tasteless. Have had better from this location before. Very disappointed

Very nice people, only because of a school assignment, the three of us got 3 pizzas and 3 cookies. If I can give it 6 stars then I will.

Unfortunately a disappointing delivery from NewYorkPizza today. Delivery took relatively long (55 minutes), but it is Saturday so I took that into account. However, upon arrival one of the three pizzas was missing. The delivery person had accidentally delivered it to a previous address. The delivery person makes a call to the scooter, but then drives away without communicating. In all the confusion, I decide to call the branch immediately, where the person on the line tells me that the missing pizza is being retrieved from the wrong address to be delivered. In all the chaos we decide to eat the two pizzas that have been delivered, but come to the disappointing conclusion that the pizzas are lukewarm. 10 to 15 minutes later the third pizza arrives, which as expected has now completely cooled down and was no longer edible without heating it up in the microwave. I have no fear of contamination or anything like that, but I do find it a strange idea that the pizza has been sitting on a stranger's counter for twenty minutes. I don't understand why the delivery person doesn't realize that this pizza could no longer be delivered. Mainly because of the fact that you could already feel from the box that this pizza had become cold. For the money charged for a few pizzas these days, this is really a very disappointing experience. The delivery person did apologize, but in my opinion there were better ways to resolve this.

Ordered food today around 5:45 PM and it was delivered at 6:30 PM. So nice and fast🥳 Unfortunately, this arrived lukewarm, so I called the relevant NYP. Had 2 options, either have it delivered again and then the cold food would be taken away again or order the same thing for free next time. Well we were hungry, so we delivered. At 8:15 p.m. we had not received anything yet, so my friend went to the store. According to the people there, the doorbell had been rung (nothing was heard) and also from the neighbors (if the doorbell rings there, we hear it too) and they would have called twice on the phone... well not!😒 They didn't want to make a new order or give a refund... and since we still had the cold food, I'm sure they could start cleaning the shop ✌️ the pizza became a frisbee and the chicken could suddenly fly again. They threatened the police for which we have been waiting for an hour now😇 it takes a long time for them to come. Too bad about this! Quickly ordered something from domino's....! 😏

Now for the 2nd time a hair in my pizza. I told them the first time and they would take action. But learned nothing because today I found another hair. So NEVER come here again.

I ordered a pizza in the store, normally I do it online, no problem, made on the spot and ready quite quickly... Advantage: I could take it with me nice and hot ♥️

Ordered nachos... the cheese was so hard (burnt) that you could throw the nachos across the living room like a Frisbee... and the nachos that were not covered in cheese were very dark and burnt and that's how they tasted. This is very bad. Shame !

The delivery man overtook me and cut me off on his scooter. I want to tell him that he has to be careful, and that I don't think it's normal. It's that I saw it just in time otherwise it would be full on the car. He's going to act cool and walk through the shop like a baked potato. All very sad indeed.

The pizzas were limp and greasy, completely tasteless and the sauce was missing on the pizza. In addition, the cheese on the pizza was yellow, well done. The poffertjes were simply burnt and dry. The chicken tenders, just like the pizzas, were tasteless and completely limp. The delivery person was also present at the branch and stated that he had driven straight from the branch to the delivery address, a journey of +/- 3 minutes. The entire order simply waited far too long to be delivered, making it completely inedible. The branch could only give a voucher for €10, which I refused as it was an order for almost €30 and it was simply inedible.

What a shame for a pizza. Lots of dough and certainly no decent filling/toppings. But you pay almost 17 euros for it. Cauliflower base also turns out to be simply made of flour dough. First and last order at New York pizza

It's open new in middle of March 2021, this location is perfect and better than old location. Because Van Ghog plain is a busy area occupied with different kind of shops and markets!

Since the new owners arrived, a lot has changed in a positive way!! the pizzas are better than ever and the service is like never before, great food and taste, definitely recommended! Keep it up 👍
