The food and service were good the previous times. In January 2025, I placed an order of €50+. I didn't receive an order in the app, and I didn't get any notifications. Only a confirmation email. After waiting for over an hour and a half, I called the location. After a few minutes, someone who was clearly not inside (probably the courier) answered and said my order wasn't even ready yet and that it would take a while. I wanted to cancel my order, but I couldn't because I didn't have anything in my New York app; I had to call again. We had to leave that evening with a group of four without dinner. It's now been two months and several emails, and I still haven't received my refund. How hard can it be? Great service from a major company like New York Pizza!

What a shame! We ordered pizzas from the Vriezenveen location and received a call half an hour after the delivery time to say the location was closed. They insisted on a refund. So we did, and now a month later we haven't received anything. I contacted the manager in Almelo, who promised us all sorts of things but received nothing, and they're no longer responding! How awful.

Cold food, sparsely topped. Not tasty. Delivery time was okay.

My pizza was 1 hour and 20 minutes late. When it arrived, my pizza was cold.

Had a delicious meal here, the staff were really nice (handsome). The boxes were perfectly folded. The 40cm 4-cheese pizza is highly recommended!

Order placed. The delivery person comes to deliver a pizza with the message that something went wrong, the rest will arrive in 2 minutes. Called after 20 minutes. Oh, something went wrong? Yes indeed. Received the other half 20 minutes later. What amateurs.

I find it annoying that if you indicate a delivery time, they arrive 15 minutes earlier. My husband isn't home yet so his pizza is just getting cold now. People fill in those times for a reason

Ordered pizza, 2 cans of drinks and a chocolate chip cookie today, May 24, 2024. Firstly, I had to wait 1.5 hours for my pizza even though I checked as soon as possible. It may take a little longer due to crowds, but please let the customer know. Secondly, I received 2 wrong products that I did not order. If you don't have a product, call the customer, you have my telephone number, but don't go blindly, otherwise you'll just add it to the order because you don't have something! I used to love New York pizza, but this is the umpteenth time something goes wrong, so you've lost me as a customer

Pizzas only delivered after 2 hours, also very unfriendly and antisocial staff. Mistakes are often made, either wrong sauce or wrong pizza. Ingredients are also not as fresh as at real pizza places. Don't order here again.

Yesterday I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for 2 fucking pizzas, retarded service. I call them after waiting 45 minutes and they say on the phone yes, it is now coming out of the oven, the delivery person will be there shortly. I live 7 minutes away, what slow dogs. And also ridiculously expensive.

Delivery has been declining rapidly lately. Pizzas are arriving colder and the mushroom pizza has at most a few stray mushrooms. And that's not the first time. Next time 1 star.

They are always fast and helpful with delivery, tonight it took 55 minutes instead of 30 normally. I found that very acceptable on a carnival weekend. Still, they made the effort to call me, ask if everything was OK and offer a discount for my next order because it was "late".

The delivery person was more than 20 minutes late, while ASAP also meant a waiting time of 45 minutes. Always fun with impatient children🙈 This was made up for by the delicious pizzas that were well topped👌🏻

First of all, the pizzas are excellent and the delivery people are friendly, unfortunately every now and then a mistake is made that can happen, but if you try to correct it by telephone, you will not be called a liar and you will be treated very aggressively. And trying to get away with the excuse that you are busy is not the customer's problem. No, all in all not a pleasant experience and I will not order from here again.

Nice American style pizza shop. Dough very airy and well prepared. Pizza is on par with Domino's. Personally, I enjoyed the pizza here.

Pizzas are good. The staff is quite young and you notice that.. efficiency has to be learned. Sometimes it is ready quickly and sometimes it takes a little longer. Quality is good.

Ordered well in time, pizza was supposed to be delivered at 5:30 PM and was still not delivered at 6:10 PM. Very bad, even called twice and the delivery person would be on his way around 5:40 PM. Walking it should take 2 minutes. Where are those pizzas?!

had a party last weekend with 29 people. ordered 10 pizzas to pick up at 5 p.m. When you get there it's not ready, you pay in advance. so I thought I'd just wait a while. I would pick up fries from a cafeteria at 5:15 PM. 5.15pm no pizza. I get the answer sir, it is on its way. 5:35 p.m. is on its way, order was not yet being processed. 5.50 pm finally 10 x pizza the next day 5 out of 29 people fell ill and I'm in the hospital with food poisoning.. and thank you team new york say that hygiene is of paramount importance, but stories from the neighborhood tell different. They won't see me again, I've been in the hospital for 4 days now

Double pepperoni is fantastic. The garlic bread too. At friends who live nearby, the pizza was simply piping hot. I live on the other side of Almelo. So I'm skeptical whether the pizza will still be warm upon arrival. The taste is just good. Well invested. It's great that this store is also socially committed.

The temperature of the Pizza obviously depends on the winter, which is now easily minus 3 degrees in the evening, so in the summer it is easier to take the Pizza out of the oven as hot as possible for delivery. Tastes good.

Waited 1.5 hours for our order! Upon arrival everything was lukewarm. Potato wedges were dirty, as if they had been fried yesterday. Pizza tasted fine. Too bad it was too cold to eat half way through.
