Super delicious/fresh, hot pizza just delivered! It tasted great. Especially nice and warm.

Ordered the wrong pizza and it was delivered too late. I called: a new pizza would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes. An hour later, still no pizza. I called again: the new pizza hadn't even been made yet, let alone on its way. Two hours later, the pizza finally arrived, and you guessed it: too cold. I called again, but the employee handled it very unprofessionally. Don't order pizza from here; it's truly scandalous.

Worst delivery and nonresponse for your order

I wish I had looked at the reviews sooner. You wouldn't expect something like that to be necessary at New York Pizza. We got a cold pizza and had to wait a full hour and a half for it. When you try to call, they take the phone off the hook, so you constantly get a busy signal. I'm surprised you're still open. End of story for me.

Moved to Amstelveen after being a loyal NYP Amsterdam customer for years. What a disappointment. I've ordered twice now, hoping the first time was a mistake, but they ended up with tons of tomato sauce, barely any cheese, not even melted, and only the toppings in the middle?!? Just slapped on like that, no love at all. I don't know who makes the pizzas on Sundays, but they should be fired immediately!!!

The staff is extremely rude and makes you wait ages for your order. On top of that, the pizza is cold and completely inedible.

Worst pizza ever. Such a shame. Tip: don't order extra toppings because they don't really put much effort into them. I should mention that it's a gluten-free crust. Utterly inedible. You don't get another pizza, but you do get a 50% discount on your next one. Definitely the last time in New York.

Do not have your pizza delivered by this location. Almost 2 hours waiting for 1 pizza. They call it a bit busier on the website AFTER you have ordered. They do not warn in advance and apparently the manager cannot handle it all. The pizza was also cold and that raises questions about the food safety at this location.

Outrageous. Waited more than two hours for two pizzas and received nothing. Phone is only answered after waiting more than fifteen minutes. The delivery person had left the pizzas. Well, just leave them there. I don't want them anymore. Never again this place. And now let's see how I get my money back. And don't come up with a discount on a next order, because that will never happen!

Unfortunately cold pizza delivered. Wasted money.. or a new pizza in 90 min or a coupon code (same action as on the website.) So you don't have much use for that. If you want a pizza, you better pick it up.

Ordered food via home delivery for collection. 15 minutes after I placed my order I walked in to pick it up. Asking where my order was. Then the gentleman behind the cash register started calling. After 10 minutes he indicates that the order had not arrived. The ovens had already been turned off, but it still said OPEN on the outside. The gentleman indicates that they forgot to put out home delivery. They ruined my time and gave nothing in compensation. Just indicated that he can understand that it is annoying. Amateurs.

Can you please enter a larger delivery distance, I always ate your pizza and it was just fine, I recently moved closer to the New York Pizza on the Karel Doormanweg and have now tried it there several times. Their pizza is impossible to shove down my throat with a funnel and is terrible and unpalatable, I want you back!!!! Oh, come on...

I seriously hate this establishment. They have a poster right out front of the Meerkamp clearly saying 1+1 if you use coupon 486. Try as much as you want via app, web, whatever, the coupon will never ever work. Call as we did and you’ll get some poor kid who has no idea why or what to tell you except “try the app, everything is in there”. In the end it’s 30 minutes wasted on a Saturday night just to go back to the always reliable Dominos. Horrific service experience.

I placed an order from their own website and payed with iDeal. The pizza was not delivered, when i called them they said they don’t see my order and my card transaction will be reversed automatically by the system which did not happen. I filed a complaint from their website and nobody cared to respond. I called them, they said they’ll get back to me and they did not.

Good variety of pizzas and other snacks. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is not much space for dine in.

1.5 hours late. The order was missing potatoes and chicken. I asked the courier about that when collecting the order. The answer was “Everything’s inside the pizza box”. It was nothing there. The restaurant delivered the rest after around 40 minutes. The courier had a “you are causing too much trouble” look and was rewarded with 2.50 euros (Uber tip + cash). !!!!Update your delivery times!!!! I don’t care about the couriers, I care about time spent waiting for food, when restaurant is 15 minutes away biking.

The pizzas are good but unfortunately let down by delivery problems. Expect deliveries to be at least 30 minutes late.

I always adjust some ingredients on the standard pizzas but they always get it wrong (still olives or red onion on it when I removed these in my order).Sent complaint twice, never heard anything back. Once I ordered take-out, order came 30 minutes after the scheduled time. No apologies whatsoever.

Normally I am very satisfied, but this time it was very disappointing. Pizza was lukewarm and the dessert ordered was not delivered.

Food is good but they can do better in service. Its mostly run by boys and in need of a good manager. Team might be good in area but not all. When I was ordering many calls from customer were unanswered.

You will receive a size smaller as standard. In other words: pay 35cm get 30cm, pay 30cm get 25cm. You will receive a box in the correct size.

Charging 1.50 euro for delivery now... before it was free then it went into 1 euro and now 1.50 euro. Who gets the 1.50? Better be for the delivery people. By the way great store. Just complaining about nypizza as the whole company.

One of the worst pizza I’ve ate. Look at pictures to see how driest it is and how much they have burnt it. See the amount of dry flour is at the back side of pizza. I wish there could be zero star option.

Placed an order two hours ago. Called about that. After waiting in a queue for a long time, I was treated very unfriendly. In the end the delivery was still not made. The telephone is also no longer answered. I don't know if I'll ever order a pizza from them again.

Average, chicken pops are not good , 4 style pizza is burnt in some places and too thin at middle and too bulk at side of base . The guy making pizza is taking it with bare hands instead of using the proper utensils. Lava cake is no comparable with Domino's. Packing is good and has parking space in front of the shop, you have coop supermarket next to it , so u can place order and finish your grocery purchase meanwhile 😄

Ordered several times. But they are inconsistent and having a poor customer service. Unfortunately we don’t have many choice in the neighbourhood. Once in a while they do it right.

Responded quickly and friendly. Extended opening hours. The negative point is the hygiene within the complex. Certainly a feedback point to keep both the ground and the rest clean and tidy.

I ordered online, arrived on time, but still had to wait 10+ minutes for my order. I received 2 of the 3 products after paying and asked where the third one was but apparently it was no longer in stock, I asked if I could get the money back for the product in cash but that was not possible. I ended up having to take another product.

Flavour and base is great, but... Ordered online twice, and twice it has been delyed by an hour. First time, the delivery person said the driver forgot it. This time it was due and suddenly the time doubled. Poor delivery. Still waiting for the second one (now almost an hour and still 30 mins to wait) (Sept 2021) Continued to order via website. Deliveries picked up to 30-45mins. Luke warm to hot depending on weather. Toppings depends on chef, usually tasty (80% of the time) and usually enough (once or twice a little stingy). Better than the dominos one previously ordered. Upped rating Star.

In the meantime, I find it incredibly annoying that I will never put a garlic rim on my pizzas again. I think the last time was more than a year ago. The pizzas I ordered today were also not well cooked and soft at all. The edges of all 3 pizzas are at least 4cm thick, which means that very few ingredients are thrown on them.

Quality pizza shop in Amstelveen area. Home delivery & take away both are possible. Service is good & staffs are friendly. Like the other outlet they also give various offers time to time. They open until 10 p.m.

We had to wait a long time for our pizza, the employees paid more attention to the orders that had to be delivered.

Excellent pizzas and always delivered quickly. However, 3 stars are deducted because of anti-social staff who hang around in the area after their shift, smoking pot and eating and the pizza boxes are simply thrown on the floor. I will order elsewhere from now on.

The photos say it all and for €14.99 the pizza, this is of course no show. Received a bag of dry "brownies". This wasn't just one pizza either, all 5 looked like this. The 5th had to come separately because they had forgotten it.

I ordered 4 pizzas with extra cheese on the edges. All 4 arrived without anything on the edges, so I paid 4x2,5euro extra and got nothing. Waste of money.

These people are thieves. I ordered food, paid for it, however I never received it. They promised to return the money as they had made a mistake, but after calling many times, and three weeks later, they still have not done so. ALWAYS deliver the wrong pizzas. The team leader in this branch is super rude and does not offer a solution. Other franchisees also complain about this branch. Never again New York Pizza for me. Waiting IN THE SHOP for 35 minutes, only to be told afterwards that they had misapplied our order and that it had not gone through. They said it would take 5 minutes after that, but then I waited another fifteen minutes and when asked if I could use the toilet because I had already been waiting for 45 minutes: NO.

Tuesday all pizzas for 5 euros for takeaway, tasty and easy food with your children, always good here. And if they accidentally make something wrong, you get a new one for free and without any hassle and you can keep the old one too, that's service!

For the third time in a row no sauce was included with the pizza! Please call back twice after ordering online to ensure that the item has been remembered. "Yes sir, I will pass it on to the delivery person." Not again, and then the question, "Do you want us to deliver the sauce?" No thanks, I think waiting 50 minutes for a pizza is enough, I prefer to eat it lukewarm without sauce than cold with it. Dear NYP, what in God's name do I have to do to get sauce on my pizza?
