Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. The staff was very young, which isn't necessarily a problem, but the service left a lot to be desired. The cashier spent five minutes on her phone before helping us, without greeting us or any kind of customer service. The pizza was also disappointing: the taste was noticeably different than usual. It was also noticeable that the young man preparing the pizza stared at the ingredients for a long time, as if it were his first time. On a Saturday, you'd expect a more experienced and attentive team.

There's often something wrong with the order. We even got vanilla sauce on the pizza once instead of garlic sauce. And they're never on time. We often don't get the pizzas until an hour after the app says they're ready. So I regularly put them in the oven because they're cold. This is the last time I order from them. They've had plenty of opportunities to improve the service. It's ridiculous.

Second attempt to order a day later because of the previous review! Absurd beyond words. All the same bad managers and terrible service. You get a credit because of a complaint from the previous evening because the food was already very bad and dirty then, the dough was half raw, and two pizzas were dry and tough. When you try to order another pizza with the credit, you get the answer at the door that you have to pay an extra €17. One pizza was free, and the other pizza is normally €22 or something. Then €18 credit is deducted from that, even though you filed a complaint the day before and thought it was resolved. You get the same nonsense again. In my opinion, €22-€18 credit is worth something like €4 extra, but no, they can't do the math either. When you call them because the delivery person could take the pizzas back for that price because we didn't want them, you get the answer: "My manager is going to call someone to discuss it. It's already 6:50 PM." So I ask, "When am I supposed to eat?" At 9:00 PM? Because I assume you're going to make new pizzas because the others will be cold by the time your mess is resolved? Just forget about the credit and the pizzas, this is such a terrible place and all the employees aren't performing properly. Delivery times are also incredibly long. I'd choose a different pizza place because this really isn't worth your time and effort! Terribly bad.

Disgracefully bad! Ordered at 7:25 PM, promised delivery time 8:21–8:36 PM. Ultimately, I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for 2 simple pizzas. The status was stuck on "order received." I called the restaurant: grumpy staff who only complained that it was "busy" and people had called in sick. When I told them this wasn't my problem and they should hire better staff, I was met with a rude response. To top it all off, they simply hung up the phone! Poor service, poor communication, and rude attitude.

False advertisement next level 😂. Update: if you order after a long time you will get rubbish pizza again. Supposedly supposed to represent 3 cheeses. Where do you see 3 cheeses? Those pepperonis look like sand. Hot chicken pizza with sweet chili so called. Where do you see sauce?? When you call them they say it is normal and the dough is like this. Biggest bullshit ever. Regularly picked up pizza from New York St.Jacobslaan, never received such dry pizzas. People don't bother ordering here because you literally pay for cardboard box. Do you want delicious pizza? Get it at St.jacobslaan. Or Papa Johns. St. Jacobslaan has good pizzas. Papa Johns also has good ones and the customer service is 10x better and they also do something about it if you have a problem. Realize this is a year later and you think there will be an improvement, but not. Better yet close this place, let's find something else. You can also collect cardboard for free.

Please order elsewhere. As the rest indicate, this is a really ridiculously bad place where they simply lie to you about your order. Dry, cold pizzas with multiple HAIRS on them. Unfortunately I'm not making it up because it just can't get much worse. Ordered four pizzas before 7:00 PM. Called several times at 8:30 PM and they put you on hold and then just hung up. On the next attempt they told us that the order had been 'completed' and would therefore arrive at any time. We didn't trust anything and of course we were hungry, so we went and got the pizzas ourselves (which were still waiting... who knows for how long). You will never get your money back at this place, so save yourself a lot of trouble and order somewhere else.

DO NOT ORDER HERE WITH ALLERGY. They make lax mistakes: a gluten pizza was delivered instead of gluten free. I called, and the response on the phone was very angry. Ultimately, we received a new pizza that was delivered gluten-free, but we did not receive anything to compensate for that error. We have someone at home with a stomach ache, and they act as if it is our fault that they made a mistake... Update: Today, February 24, 2020, I wanted to place an order with the intention of having it delivered. We receive the message that there is no delivery today in Lent or Oosterhout. Apparently they have a shortage of delivery people, so they offered to pick up the pizza themselves (at 9 p.m.). Finally did that, it was only 0.5 km from our house. She apologized politely for the long wait and seemed very overworked. It turned out that the pizza had indeed been ready for an hour and had already largely cooled down. The nachos had become completely soft and the cheese had completely solidified again. The 4 cheese pizza also had chicken on it for some reason (very annoying for my vegetarian friend). All in all, a very bad experience, we will not order from here again anytime soon.

Terrible establishment with even worse customer service. Time and again they come up with excuses as to why the wrong pizza is delivered, if anything is delivered at all. We also find strange things in the pizzas, such as plastic. The establishment claims this is onion, but if their onion is as hard as plastic and looks like melted plastic, I certainly wouldn't eat here again!

Was good when this location first opened. The pizzas are good. Unfortunately, I have experienced so many strange things. Long blonde hair baked into my pizza (definitely not mine, I have dark hair. Plus the hair was baked into the cheese). Wrong soil, wheat instead of cauliflower while I have a gluten allergy. Pizzas that were baked way too long. I don't know how that is possible, after all they go through the oven on a conveyor belt. Completely wrong pizza delivered. The baking tray was still under the pizza when delivered. The discount codes do not work in the app. So if you order online or by telephone, you will not receive the points. The first time I had a complaint I had email contact with the owner of this franchise. He resolved it nicely. The following times (over a period of 6 years) I could only contact "customer service". Some of the people who work there are extremely rude. As if they have to pay for something out of their own pocket. I asked several times if they would forward my email to the owner. "We don't do that. And we won't do that either!". I got one hateful email after another. This has been going on for 1 year now. I don't understand why the owner accepts treating customers this way. And we ordered once a week. I have never experienced such rude "customer service" employees. No decency at all. Those I contacted via email were not all rude. It concerns a few people. But those who wrote that they would "help" me ultimately did nothing. I'm done with those kids. A course in customer friendliness, decency, respect, professionalism, etc. would not be out of place. These people ensure that New York Pizza on the Molenweg is doing very poorly. But the pizzas are no longer what they used to be. Too little tomato sauce. Baked too long. This makes the cheese look like plastic. Especially the quatro formaggio.

Products were very substandard, no iceberg lettuce supplied with the doner pizzas which also had very little garlic sauce on them. Hot dog was chewy, like it had been microwaved. The caprese rolls had almost no flavor. Finally we had the cinnamon bread - this was almost just plain dough, barely any cinnamon at all.

We thought the pizzas were very bad. The ease of ordering, the friendliness and the delivery time were okay, but the pizzas themselves were terrible. Cold, the bottom was as hard as concrete, the sauce was tough (I didn't know this was possible either), the cheese was hard and to say that the toppings were not fresh is a major understatement. I would have preferred the crispy dry tuna to be different. Definitely not recommended.

Do not go to this branch!!!! Seen several times that staff (young girl) cough into her hands and run through her hair, then grab cheese, chicken, etc. with those same hands. Now everyone knows that those things happen, but if you have an open kitchen and you see it happening all the time, it's over. If you say something about it, the slightly fatter lady...the manager is very rude. While a colleague agrees with us and has also seen it, she changes her mind somewhat. After asking if we could place a new order, it was difficult. The girl in question gave us very angry looks and acted very inappropriately. After asking if the manager wanted to call us, he did so the next day. She thought we were actually being aggressive and it was only a 17 year old girl...oh well. The next week we tried again...the same girl gave us a very dirty look and for a very long time. Ridiculous and scandalous, ordering 40 to 60 euros every week and then being treated like this. Best chicken of my life, never had pink chicken before. Really original idea! Really a tongue twister. A friend told me the flavor was called "Salmon zella". Can anyone confirm that what I had was chicken, not salmon. Recommended!

Nausea and stomach aches 🚽🧻 after eating a shawarma sandwich for €8!!! 😂🙈. Visit to the toilet, treated very unfriendly by the staff. After a well-intentioned friendly remark that they should clean the toilet. Response: if you have to go again, go somewhere else! When you have to pay €1 (as a customer too) you should expect a clean toilet, right? 🤢🤮 I understand that they are tired after the four-day festivities, but treating your customers like this is not advertising!
