Quick tip: get in your car and go to the IJsselstein location. This location is truly outrageous. I ordered pizzas for my mother's birthday. It said delivery would take place between 5:45 and 6:00 PM. Then they sent an email saying they'd deliver between 5:54 and 6:04 PM. You assume you can only determine this specific time when the delivery driver is on his way. But no way. Fifteen minutes later, still no one at the door, but the whole family is waiting at the table. I called anyway, and they told me the pizzas were just going in the oven and would be delivered in half an hour. We understand it's busy, but you tell them you'll be there at a specific time. And when we tell them, we get one nonsense after another: "Yeah, it's busy." Then you put your orders on hold until you can manage it again, like any responsible business would do. My brother then went to pick up the pizzas to save time. No apologies, no hint of any concern. But there they were: eight employees, two of whom were working, and six of whom were chatting among themselves, who didn't seem hardworking. Only to come home with half-topped pizzas... paid for extra toppings to get less than half the normal amount. Seriously, bizarre... Really, skip this place. Dozens of companies in Nieuwegein work hard for their money and take responsibility when things go wrong. But you shouldn't give this company your money. They think; the customers will come anyway.

What a disgrace, then you order some buffalo wings, and they still have some pretty big feathers on them and are still raw inside. I throw them away immediately and they're inedible. Not recommended!!

Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from the pizza. I was sobbing and puking all night and day... The pizza was delicious when I ate it, though.

Worthless. I placed an order with a cinnamon bread dessert. I deliberately added twice that they shouldn't forget a dip, and it's still not included! You always forget this, so please remove it from your website or just list it properly. And that's not even mentioning the bread itself. It looks like a run-over pile of shit. Don't be ashamed.

A True Gem in a Quiet Town! Finding ourselves in a town where everything seemed to be closed, we stumbled upon this pizzeria, and boy, are we glad we did! It was literally the only place open, and it turned out to be a fantastic discovery. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and lively. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. But let's talk about the food – the pizzas were absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked crusts, fresh ingredients, and generous toppings. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. What started as just a dinner quickly turned into a party! The vibe was so good that everyone, including the staff, seemed to be having a great time. It was an unexpected bonus to our evening. If you're ever in this town, especially when other places are shut, do yourself a favor and visit this pizzeria. You'll not only get a great meal but possibly a memorable night out too! Highly recommended!

I personally like domino's better. The pizza was nice and hot and arrived on time. Only the pizza was very sparsely topped, which meant it had little taste. Also, little sauce on the pizza and a lot of cheese.

Sent an email because the second pizza was €1.99, which was stated on the website. The guys there didn't know anything about it. I ordered two large pizzas. One was overcooked, the second was as it should be...otherwise I've never had any complaints...but not replying properly to an email is really rude...I was supposed to give my number, but no, ma'am, I ordered by phone at 5:30. And paid cash.

I’m super mad. I ordered pizza to my hotel. I gave them the roomnumber AND my phone number. Nobody called. The food has been sitting for over an hour and a half in the lobby and now I’m eating cold pizza that tastes also very bad. I want my money back but since I’m not Dutch the phone number doesn’t help me. I’m really angry!!!

Worthless place. Call at 1745 and you are told that the delivery time is about half an hour. Call again at 1915 where the pizza is, you are told that the delivery person still has to leave. Don't make promises you can't keep. Now just wait and see if I get my money back. We won't order from here anymore.

Pizza bbq chicken was ok, the cheese bites a bit dry. Unfortunately, this is a kind of halal place where they do not offer ham, bacon, etc. But I think calling it that on the pizzas when it is turkey is very misleading. It's a shame that the vast majority cannot order this now because preference is given to a small group. Anyway, dominoes again next time.

I ordered one pizza, and after 80 minutes, I called to ask where it was. The employee, Enrico, replied: "The pizza still needs to be made and it could take another 45 minutes!" He acted as if this was perfectly normal and was completely unhelpful and uncooperative. I canceled the order and now I'm hoping for a refund. OUTRAGEOUS!

Ordered here via Thuisbezorgd. After 75 minutes I called to ask where our pizza was (ordered via Thuisbezorgd). I was told that the pizza was just ready and that they were on their way. Took another half hour, so I felt cheated in the meantime, because I live 5 minutes away from this branch. Pizza was cold and limp, so I didn't eat it. Wasted money, I will never order from here again.

Disgusting staff. When you order your pizza, you indicate it is without pineapple and ham. You call about it and they don't want to make a new pizza, because it's not their fault. Preschoolers who know nothing about customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered at 6:24 PM, our pizzas arrived at 8:22 PM. Lukewarm to almost cold. Crust and base tough and tasteless. I felt nauseous and had severe stomach pains. I regret ordering my pizzas here

Plenty of toppings, distributed uniformly over the surface of the pizza. Right amount of cheese to go along with it; not too much, not too little.

Just ordered nachos, we do this often and always find them delicious. But I don't know what they had done because it was 1 rock-hard plaque and not even much cheese, so how? Could just throw it away...a real shame

The pizzas look nice, but something is not right. Almost every time one of our children pukes all over their bed at night, we order New York pizza here in the evening...... We don't order that often, maybe once every two months... it's really starting to stand out now. If we eat somewhere else, there is no problem.

Pizzas always on time and delicious

Pizza was bad. Complaint filed and the head office has asked the branch to contact us. This franchisee does not do this. Fine, never ordering again (which is also better considering the quality).

Ordered pizza at 5:37 PM, and now at 8:24 PM. Still no pizza. Calling 4 times only gives us excuses: There is still a delivery person on his way. According to his own staff, the boss leaves the boys out in the cold (good job guy). In the cold, just like our pizza. Ball tent. EDIT: In the meantime, the location Manager has offered a suitable solution so that we still had food halfway through the evening. I still have the feeling that the employees there do not receive the support to handle matters properly. So it is commendable that we have resolved it.

Actually never disappointed by this New York Pizza. Order here regularly and always good food and fast and friendly delivery.

Pizza chicken BBQ. I don't know what kind of chicken that is, but it's hard to beat

Ordered at 9:00 PM and delivered lukewarm pizzas at 11:00 PM. False statuses via the app such as that the delivery person is on his way and that the order has been delivered (which then took another hour). Had to call twice and they only told lies/excuses. Order assessed via app (with complaint), no response. Complaints via head office are also ignored.

Ordered a pizza, it would be there at 8:27 PM. It's now 9:34 PM and no pizza. They will take your money, but you can go to bed hungry.

We halen hier regelmatig pizza's, vallen nooit tegen. Correct en vriendelijk personeel. De behandeling van het aangevoerde pizza deeg in de rode bakken, kan hygiënischer.

De pizza was niet naar mijn smaak maar de zou per persoon verschillen.

Goed eten met helaas een slecht kwaliteit bestek als je ter plaatse eet. Alles kunststof breekt af bij gewoon gebruik.

Heel erg lekkere pizza en garlic breads, maar ze zijn wel vaak later met het eten dan gezegd wordt

@ pizzas + brood besteld... Het brood war een klomp niet gaar deeg met kaas en van de pizzas droop het vet eraf en was dus één slappe hap. Geen aanrader!

Over het algemeen keurig op tijd, hoge kwaliteit en een goede service. Ga zo door.
