If you forget to fill out a coupon, they simply refuse to help you. It's not your problem with the rude guy who answers the phone; go to the main office, is his answer. The food was decent, but they can't even cut the pizza. So, skip this place.

Takes 1.5 hours to deliver a pizza

No buy-one-get-one-free offer in-store, only on the website. That's nonsense.

Ordered food at 6:30 PM, only to receive two cold pizzas and popcorn chicken at 8:30 PM, also cold. They were literally a five-minute drive away. We were supposed to receive a treat as compensation upon delivery, but we didn't. The delivery driver said I'd be right over, but he didn't show up. When I opened the pizza, it was stuck to the box, so I had to scrape the toppings off. Hungry kids and pizza like that just don't make you want to eat it. Such a shame! I wonder what NY Pizza will do about this.

The worst pizza I had in a long time, I always buy the same personalized pizza from NY because we love it, this last one I had was disgraceful, waaay over cooked, dry, missing the extra ingredients that I paid extra for, so thin that it was like a wrap pizza, like a cracker, I was so disappointed and mad because I always pay more to have it as I like, and it was disgusting, didn't came with the extra cheddar, the hot honey swirl, the 4 cheese was so dry, anyway, terrible.

Hot Chicken Pizza (30T&C) € 19.48 ordered. Pizza box was half wet and half opened (weather conditions dry). The pizza was anything but crispy. The crust of the pizza was hard and dry. Oil dripped from the hot chicken filling. Simply rancid! Wasted money. Never again!!

Thought I would order on time, but still had to wait quite a long time for unfortunately cold pizzas... this is not an invitation to order again for 34 euros

Got pizza and ate it outside. There is no room for this inside and, if you are waiting for your order, there is nowhere to sit quietly. The only place is somewhere on the windowsill, close to the ground.

Ordered pizza today, had to wait 2 hours for it and I literally live 3 minutes away. Called an hour later to ask where the food was, was told it would take another half hour (+30 minutes), so the staff was happily watching the European Championships together.

I just threw away 23.90 for a duo pizza that was neither what I ordered nor tasteful. It felt more like "here's your pizza, want to close quickly and not put chicken on the buffalo chicken, nor put buffalo mozzarella and parsley on the other side, even if you chose to do so." Gosh! After not ordering for a year, I tried again, hoping for improvement, but unfortunately: firstly not what I ordered, secondly a cold pizza where the cheese had already set considerably, and thirdly I was missing half of the ingredients that made my margaritha de bufala, a simple margaritha. This isn't how you treat customers, is it? @newyorkpizza head office, time to maybe take a closer look at this branch? This has really been the worst branch among all the New York pizzas I know for years and it has been the same thing for years!

Are you stalked every day with advertisements in the email, so you think... ok... let's order then. After waiting 1.5 hours it said that the delivery person had already been on his way for 15 minutes... over a distance of 5 minutes... 🤔 So I headed that way and coincidentally the pizza just went into the oven😡. So no delivery person on the way. So I took the pizza myself. If you advertise that much, make sure you can handle it!!! Now unsubscribed from advertisements.

I waited 1.5 hours for 1 pizza to be delivered...tracking had already been on "in transit" for 30 minutes. Then I drove to the branch myself. He looked for my note and coincidentally my pizza just went into the oven. So after 1.5 hours the pizza wasn't even in the oven! How then... No discount, no delivery costs received back. Crappy fast food (!) restaurant.

They are not the tastiest here. Thick sour dough pizzas they provide. Their garlic breads are worst

Just ordered a 4 cheese pizza but there was barely any cheese on it and it was bone dry! Baked for too long was really not tasty, shame I lost so much money..

Tasty pizzas! Ordering a pizza last week took a long time and the pizza was cold. We called and we were allowed to order a pizza another time for free. Did this tonight and it was great again! Good service 👍👍

Altijd goede service bij deze zaak, zijn optijd, de pizza’s zijn lekker en de gezellige eigenaar is altijd in voor een praatje

Zo zuinig met hun basis sauzen en toppings.. 2 Italian pizza afgehaald, deze waren droog, alsof ze de basis saus vergeten zijn. Kan de tomatensaus en de bbq saus niet eens in terug vinden. Smaak is zeer flauw, enige wat te proeven was, is de buffalo saus omdat de pittig was. Maar voor de rest.. Zeer slecht te spreken. Volgende x toch maar bij de concurrent... (we reden toevallig langs deze zaak en besloot af te halen) Pizza was overigens wel dunne bodem.

De nieuwe BBQ bacon pizza's besteld, 1 zat alleen een soort saus op, 2e de kip was gewoon smakeloos, wel keurig op tijd bezorgd. De pizza's waren dus 1 en 2 sterren waard, in een volgend leven probeer ik ze nog wel eens.

Prima new york pizza. Het kan 's avond wel vrij druk in de buurt zijn dus het is soms even zoeken naar een parkeerplek.

De deeg van NY pizza smaakt goed , alleen heb ik mijn twijfels over de hygiëne . Die jongens vegen elke keer hun vuilen handen aan hun spijkerbroek af , hoe weet ik of die broek überhaupt schoon is en dan vervolgens weer verder je pizza maken . Ze zouden in eerste instantie een schort moeten dragen en vaker hun handen wassen . Pizza : 8/10 Hygiëne : 4/10 Service : 6/10

Kom er al jaren en pas 1 keer iets mis gegaan bij de bestelling. Prima bedrijf en altijd goed en snel geholpen!

Smaakt prima alleen de champignons waren een beetje vergeten geloof ik.
