New York Pizza in Wijk 12 Schoonhoven

Picked up the New York pizza and it was delicious!

Ordered 4 pizzas and ordered 3/4 pizzas for people with a tomato allergy. Everything arrived neatly, only 1 pizza with tomato sauce, it was a 40cm pizza so quite pricey, I entered on the app that the sauce had to be creme frache, the app did not pick it up and placed the wrong order. Called New York Pizza in Schoonhoven with my issue and I was helped very politely and explained that it must be due to an error in the app and that the problem does not lie with this branch as New York Pizza is a franchise. Ultimately, after consultation, they decided to send us a new pizza at no cost, which is excellent service.

I ordered a pizza tonno without pork, but got pizza tuna with bacon and I am very unhappy with that.

Food was great! Within 15 minutes my food was already on the table and nice and warm 😋

Worthless…. Had to wait 1.5 hours for cold pizzas!! And the delivery person who calls himself the “boss” was also very grumpy and not professional at all. That's not how you treat your customers as guests :). Think the owner has changed, never had any problems but lately it's been a mess. Never again, lord, nice weather after Domino's

“Pizza or pancake?” I don't know what I ordered, but it certainly wasn't pizza. It seemed like the pizza crust had an identity crisis and decided it wanted to be a crepe. When I lifted the pizza, it sank into my hand like a wet mop. The toppings slid off as if they knew they didn't belong on this gastronomic fiasco either. The taste? Let's just say that cardboard with ketchup probably has more depth. I had hoped for a real New York slice, but was given a lame excuse that not even a pizza box would wear with pride. In short: if you're looking for a workout for your jaw muscles or an alternative way to feed your cat, be my guest. For the rest: stay far away from here.

Really not okay... Pizza crust didn't seem well done, had to wait almost an hour and a half while it said online that it had already been delivered... Not a tasty dough... In short, a waste of money!!!

Crappy tent. Waited more than an hour for the pizzas. And then they are also lukewarm. Better experiences with Domino's, so if you want good food and a bit tasty and on time, choose another place.

Placed order at 6:42 PM (on a Tuesday). And 20.34 still no order received! Very bad!

NEVER ORDER AGAIN, you will be treated on the phone as if you are crazy. And they turn you away. Orders are completely wrong and that is not the first time. And 1 star is already too much. It can happen once, no problem. But the umpteenth time. Or that products are out of stock. Hello, you are a pizza place, make sure you have enough ingredients and cans of soda. Very shame. And recently had a nice vape behind the cash register. Are you really out of your mind? Sin sin. Let's bring in a real Greek. There are plenty of pizza shops. Aju.

Good pizza and nice service, I'm satisfied

Pizzas delivered cold. A replacement would be delivered. Five minutes later a phone call, the delivery person had indicated that it was not cold so we were out of luck. Pizzas were so cold they were unedible, so they were thrown away. Drove to Schoonhoven and was treated very antisocially, but with the promise that I would get my money back. That never happened and complaints via email are not responded to.

Delivery was quite fast for a Friday evening. Just a pity that they forgot the garlic sauce and 4 pieces of salami on the pizza, but that's not too bad, after calling for the garlic sauce and then shortly after delivery no problem, but unfortunately they can't be reached by phone, or yes they do answer but they don't hear me, so after calling 3 times, maybe just look at the phone's horn! All in all, delivery was quite fast, the service cannot really be judged and the salami was a bit sparse

Received this delicious frisbee today. Next time just “delicious” amon for me.

Proceeded to order 12 crispy nuggets fillets at 9,99€, I got 12 crispy nuggets chicken pops instead which are 6,99€ and way smaller. I called to ask what happened and the lady excuse was they ran out of fillets, so they gave me the smaller one for the price of the big. I explained her that they gave me something different from what I asked without my consent or even calling me to change my order and she proceeded to evade the conversation by keep saying "oh yeah but we ran out of those". Moral of the story, I paid 14€ total for 12 nuggets the size of a thumb and they didn't even bring the receipt👍 Carefull with your orders here, staff definitely don't give a damn about customers.

I don't know why the rating is so low. Everything is great! I've ordered pizza here twice and it's always great!!! Delicious, lots of filling, the most delicious dough! It tastes better only in America. I try pizza every time I visit a new country. A huge PLUS is that you can choose several flavors in one pizza and the type of dough - NY style / Italian style / gluten free. And no poisoning - this is sometimes a serious problem encountered in the Netherlands. The prices are reasonable and after each purchase they give you coupons with discounts for your next order. Service. Well done guys! They are smiling, polite, and will do everything in the best possible way. *both times I was with my husband The only downside is the restaurant opens late. Be prepared, if you come and order pizza at 16:00, it will not be ready until 16:45. I advise you to arrive at 16:30. You can eat inside. There is 1 table there. But it’s much more comfortable and tastier to eat nearby on the street in a park overlooking the lake. I'll be back at the next opportunity. I RECOMMEND!

We won't go back there again. Got pizza tonight and it was really substandard. Both in terms of taste and not filling. The staff tonight was not customer friendly and the music was loud. Too bad.

Website vs Reality..... Downright stingy. 5 slices per pizza slice in photo vs some with 1 or 1.5 slices of pepperoni per slice. Shameless.

Wat een super zaak dit! Vriendelijk personeel dat goed met je mee denkt , Goede service en makkelijk bereikbaar! Ben altijd een dominos fan geweest maar NewYork Pizza Schoonhoven heeft mij van gedachte laten veranderen... Nogmaals super zaak met top personeel!!!

Bezorging was snel en prima. Pizza's waren nog lekker warm. Wij hadden de dunne bodem pizza besteld (Italian style) die was erg droog en weinig smaakvol. Niets geproefd van knoflook olie op de rand (zat er denk ik niet op?) Kortom; pizza zelf viel ons tegen.

Ik heb hier vooraf via internet besteld. Bestelling was absoluut perfect en op de minuut nauwkeurig geleverd! Echt onwijs lekkere pizza!

Bestelling was niet juist, reactie was totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Deeg was wel lekker.

Ik had een méga pech dag, auto stuk 200 km verderop, uren onderweg geweest en pizza bestelling was ff in het honderd gelopen. Maar toen waren ze zo lief om mijn pizza snel te leveren met een lekker ijsje erbij en deze gezellige verrassing in de pizza doos. Thanks! Heel lief en wordt gewaardeerd!
