Of course, things can sometimes go wrong, but this business takes your complaint(s) seriously. From order to home! Today my children once again enjoyed the food with a tasty extra from the company! We like the taste of Schoonhoven 🤗. Highly recommended for every customer! Until our next order again!

Bah! Food was delivered cold after 1.5 hours. 14.50 for a sandwich, half of which was rock hard, the fries so greasy and some that they could have gone straight into the garbage bin and the meat was so little that the sandwich was barely filled. Ordered a pizza with Mozzarella and we got a magarita with pieces of sour Feta! Turkish pizza was soft and before it could be eaten it had to be unrolled so as not to eat the foil... NEVER AGAIN, gone more than 40 euros...

Waited 2 hours for my order, called after 1.5 hours and the delivery person was on his way. It is a 5 minute drive and after another 30 minutes (2 hours in total) we finally got the food. Fries were limp and lukewarm, Turkish pizza (with lettuce, cucumber and garlic sauce) was not topped and very spicy, while I specifically ordered without sambal. Called twice but the man on the phone thought it was normal that I had to wait so long.

Been getting food here faithfully for a while now and trust me, nothing can beat it. Service is top notch, always delivered with a smile on the face. Greetings Dion

Delicious food! Within about 25 minutes after we called the store, the food was already there. The food was brought by a polite boy who politely rang the doorbell and kindly wished us a nice evening. We also found the veal döner very tender and tasty, in short, a delicious kapsalon!!! And definitely worth your money.

Ordered at a quarter to 7, after 1 hour I still wondered where it was and called. Did not write down the order properly. Can happen, right? They make it right with the promise that they will make your food right away. And yes, after a whopping 25 minutes, my calzone finally arrived. Without sauce, burnt and splattered. I sent it back and said that I would come and get it myself because I didn't want to wait an hour. I then get a calzone that is half raw and half burnt. To be ashamed! First time ordered via Thuisbezorgd. It had gone wrong (see photo) and the item was completely impossible to reach. Complaint filed with home delivery. Received a friendly text from the owner with apologies and that the next order was compensated. It got even worse. Ordered two dishes last night at 6:45 PM, they were supposed to be delivered between 7:45 PM and 8:00 PM due to crowds. After a text at 9:05 PM that it was ready, there was still no food at 10:00 PM (!!!). Called: yes, it is being prepared now. HUH?! We wanted to try again because the previous complaint was handled well. But here it is: please never order here again ;)

Ordered kapsalon shawarma and 2 pitas Time: 3:30 PM on Sunday, July 7 After ordering it took at least an hour before the food arrived. While the delivery time was 15-40 minutes. When I called after an hour, they were on their way next to the person on the phone. Indeed they were at the door within 5 minutes. Once received, the food was lukewarm, the pitas were blackened and the shawarma was fried hard. The bit that wasn't burnt was so salty, so I left that too. Very dissatisfied and will not order from here again. Mistakes can always happen, but that's not how you send food out of the kitchen to your customers

Overpriced, tasteless hair salon without sauces; no garlic and no sambal either. You have to order it separately for €1 each! Comes with soggy salad on top of tasteless meat for only 14 euros a man. Little or no competition in the area doesn't help them. The 1st and therefore last time!

I will NEVER order from you again. The food was a complete disaster. The chicken seemed to have been cooked days ago. I didn't eat anything and threw everything in the trash. Even animals wouldn't eat this!!!!!!!!

After waiting for 45 minutes, we called again and were told that the delivery person was on his way. Fifteen minutes later I called again and finally a few minutes later the delivery person showed up with the dismal result. 1 barely lukewarm Turkish pizza veal döner with a taste phobia. Then the 2 hair salons with cheese where the cheese played hide and seek. We had to report complaints to Thuisbezorgd.... shame about this. Tip: just turn on your air fryer. Faster, warmer and tastier.

Yesterday I ate Turkish pizza, after which I suddenly got a bad stomach ache at night and had to throw up a few times😡

New owner: 2023 Pizzas are nice and thin, good bases, very dry, you need sauce on your pizza, which you really shouldn't. Kapsalon was really bad, 9 euros for a container that wasn't even full of fries and some meat thrown on it. No sauce on it. A really dry bite. Sauce was loose, but throwing it on didn't help improve the dry bite, poorly made if you ask me. There was some wear on it somewhere, but it was so thin you could barely see it. A waste of money if you ask me. And it's a shame that the only good pizza place in Schoonhoven and the surrounding area is no longer really great. Nice guests by the way. Review from 2 years ago with old owner: Super good pizzas! Kapsalon and the meat was also great. I am very surprised that there is such a good place in Schoonhoven, the rest can learn something from these pizzas. Food was ready quickly (20 minutes). Very friendly staff, will definitely come back. Thank you.

Hier net 2 Pizza s besteld. Werden keurig bezorgd. Waren bij aankomst lekker warm en smaakte ook nog eens goed 👍.

Na een bijna geslachte Pizza die ook nog eens lauw was en bijna 1,5 uur wachten, een brutale jonge dame aan de telefoon die vertelde dat ze er niets aan kon doen dat het druk was, waren de 2 goede dingen dat de bezorger vriendelijk was en dat ze echte gorgonzola gebruikten.

De zaak ziet er wat smoezelig en onverzorgd uit, maar het eten was verder goed.

Perfect op tijd geleverd. Kapsalon besteld en was één van de beste die ik op heb.

Ontzettend aardig personeel en de durum en kapsalon van grote klasse 👌… veel vlees genoeg saus en verse salade … ga zo door mannen 💪👊👍

Ik was gisteren met familie geweest. Ik werd netjes begroet en kreeg meteen de vraag wilt u ergens zitten. Uiteindelijk heb ik een grote kapsalon besteld. Persoonlijk had ik niet verwacht, maar dit is tot nu toe de beste kapsalon die ik ooit gegeten heb. Ik kom hier zeker vaker.

Soms wel is een niet krokante pizza, maar ook dan goed te eten. Helaas wordt geregeld de bestelde knoflook vergeten :(

Pizza zelf was prima zoals eigenlijk altijd daar. Alleen dit keer door de drukte wel lang moeten wachten en hij was helaas flink afgekoeld.

Super vriendelijk, houden goed rekening met afwijkende bestellingen!

Haal hier al jaren af en eigenlijk nooit teleurgesteld. Eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en personeel is dat ook. Eten is erg goed, bezorging is snel, en de prijs is ook erg netjes. Kortom, aanrader.

Beste kapsalons van schoonhoven en omgeving. Ook voor pizza's de ideale plek.

Ik kan er niets anders over zeggen dan een goede shoarma- en pizzatent. Wel een tikje duur, desalniettemin kom ik er graag.

De afgegeven bezorgtijd werd niet gehaald. De pizza's en schotel waren bij open niet meer warm. Hebben deze zelf maar weer opgewarmd. Ook de patat was slap en erg vet. Was geen succes.

Al een aantal keer iets afgehaald. Erg goede (turkse)pizza's en kapsalon. Ook de sausen die erbij zitten zijn perfect.
