New York Pizza in Wijk 01 Wijchen kern

The store staff are very friendly. The food itself is much better quality than at the local Domino's. However, it's often cold upon delivery. That's strange, considering Domino's takes 40 minutes just to deliver, while New York does it in less than 20 minutes. The store itself looks very neat and tidy. There's a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, including among the staff. The options are extensive and delicious. They also have multiple sizes, and you can customize your pizza. Since switching from Domino's to New York, it's saved me a lot of food poisoning. The only thing that would make my experience perfect would be if the pizza arrived warm more often. But so far, that only happens about half the time.

Best pizza ever, a nice, light crust and a deliciously cheesy center. I was helped by a lovely, charming man behind the counter. Definitely recommended!

I do not recommend, the pizza was very small for the price, very dry and did not taste like pizza at all, just like some bread with spices, I ordered a cheese pizza, but the cheese was not there, I really do not recommend! the pizza does not look like the picture at all, really never again

Hello people, do not order anything here, I ordered 2 pizzas online at 5 p.m. via Thuiszorgd, the delivery time was indicated as 7 p.m. It is now 7:30 p.m. and still nothing. I contacted the Wijchen branch by phone with Luuk who could not help me, yuck, as a company, I am also pushed aside in the conversation and then cheerfully say something went wrong.

You have to pay extra for a gluten-free base, even though with such an allergy, you have no other option. You only get 6 pieces of salami, which is a real shame, as it will be the last time.

Pizza was partly cold and if you pay almost 20 euros for a pizza you can expect it to be richly topped with what you ordered. Really it is just a disgrace. Don't order there people. All those chains promise a lot but deliver nothing.

After filing a complaint weeks ago because I received nachos with less than half the ingredients, I haven't gotten a response from the manager. Finally, they offer me a free pizza (because the manager still hasn't responded). Now I want to order that pizza, but because they've given me a €16 credit code and my pizza costs €18.50, I can't have it delivered and have to pick it up myself! Apparently, their online system can't calculate that otherwise. I've NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE!

Staff don't know how to handle complaints, and the manager is too busy to respond. They keep saying "sorry" in the hope that you'll get tired of pursuing your complaint and then just let it go.

Ordered pizza and 2 more things. Pizza didn't arrive until an hour and a half later. Order was incomplete, missing a few things we ordered. Only stomach dough instead of meat and vegetables. And food was lukewarm. When you called, you got a big mouth in return. Never order anything here in Wijchen New York Pizza again. Shut that shit down!

Tough, dry pizzas. They have probably been waiting for a while before the courier leaves. Orders are also not read properly (extra ingredients were not included). In addition, we could see that someone with long, black hair had topped the pizzas. Also had to wait +1 hour even though it is Tuesday. After we complained, we responded quickly and adequately.

The toppings are of poor (cheap) quality. Next time, preferably from Domino's. But when I eat pizza again, I only go to the Turkish one, where the bases are not always good, but the texture and therefore the taste is.

Too late, cold, raw, dry base, little topping/filling.

The pizzas ordered online came out of the oven exactly at the desired pick-up time and tasted good. Nice place and very friendly employees (even a delivery person standing outside wished us 'enjoy your meal').

I come here often with my wife, never had any problems. employees do their work well and always have a chat.

Hete kip pizza is echt superlekker! Bezorging 35 minuten (op zondag) Pizza was goed heet, niks negatiefs op aan te merken.

We bestellen en halen ze hier wel vaker! Zijn mega lekker altijd!😉

Gisteravond 2 pizza’s besteld, werd warm bezorgd en waren heel erg lekker. Pizza’s waren het zeker waard voor het geld wat je betaald, zeker volgende keer weer!
