Today I ordered beef nachos, but the beef was simply not visible, and the chicken in honey sauce was simply undercooked. I am very unhappy.

NEVER AGAIN!! My order was wrong three times. I was supposed to get my money back. I ordered in August 2025, and it's now 2026. I called and visited each time. They said they would fix it, but they didn't. Dramatastic!!! Not customer-friendly at all.

Complaints are not being addressed. Reviews from the past year speak volumes. The food, by the way, is very, very bad.

Part of my order wasn't there. I called, and they said I'd "reorder it," but I never received anything. I contacted customer service for a refund, and they said they'd pass it on to the store, which then didn't contact me. Again, customer service, and the same story. Very poor service.

Disappointing experience with New York Pizza Uithoorn The website wasn't working properly — the order overview and progress were stuck. When I tried to inquire, the branch was listed as "no longer active" on Ozoo. I tried calling anyway; first, they hung up after a long wait. On the second attempt, they answered with an unprofessional "Hello?" When I asked if everything was okay, I was told that "things weren't going well." Had my order even gone through? He thought it had... Ultimately, I never received any clarification — a complete disgrace. Hopefully, New York Pizza's head office is reading this, because this branch absolutely does not live up to its name. Suggestion: remove them from the restaurant! (Dates: October 29)

Overall, this location was fine. But the NYP company can't seem to produce a working app. It doesn't recognize passwords (anymore). Password recovery doesn't work either. So ordering is impossible. So we'll just go elsewhere... What a bummer!

Order placed at 7:15 PM I called at 9:15 PM. Yes, the pizzas are in the oven now. I canceled the order because we weren't hungry anymore. At 9:45 PM (2.5 hours later), the delivery driver finally showed up with the order??? I sent it away because we had already canceled the order and eaten something else. If you can't handle orders, don't accept any more. Now to see if €42.46 will be refunded. Tip: check out NY Poldermeesterplein Aalsmeer...they do a great job!

They forget half the order and then don't answer the phone. What a terrible place, so many times already. I'll never order from them again.

You better eat your wrong pizza otherwise you will get an even worse one back that is half burnt and really did not taste good .... Hope it will be better next time if I order again. BTW they can't cut it either.. my girlfriend had a pizza with parmesan and got it without parmesan, nice work, keep it up you won't have many customers left.

Dramatic. Ordered pizza. Finally arrived after 2 hours!!!!! But canceled. Twice, they "just happened to have it in the oven." The second time, over half an hour later. What a lie. Just say: "It's too busy, sorry, it's going to take a long time." Never ordering from them again.

My stomach feels like a washing machine after eating some of my pizza, it was so fatty and greasey, not normal. My shorts were covered in fat after having the boxes on my lap in the car, the table in the house is covered in fat, my hands and fingers also covered in fat. I've never in my 45 years of life had a pizza so fatty and greasey as that. I'll not order from there again. Heart attack in a box 🤦🏻‍♂️👀😮

Worst pizza ever! I ordered the BBQ Meatlovers but received a nearly empty pizza crust. No sauce, no cheese, and only a few scraps of meat. How dare they charge that much! This was the last time I ordered from them! You'll never have a customer like this!

Yesterday, Friday, August 1st, I ordered via the TB app for almost €50. Appetizers (chicken nuggets, chicken drumsticks, Korean-style), pepperoni pizza, and a caprese salad. Compared to a year ago, I see 1) a shrinkflation is underway, and 2) the quality is deteriorating significantly. Very disappointing 🙁 The chicken was practically cold upon arrival and over-grilled/dark brown... The caprese salad was just warm and tasted watery. The salad portion had shrunk enormously and contained several brown lettuce leaves. Furthermore, there were only 3 small pieces of mozzarella. Really too meager. The pizza was okay, but tougher than usual. Unfortunately for you, this was the last time we ordered for a while! We can accept excuses like being busy, but not this decline in price-quality.

Ordered a pizza (pepperoni). Delivery was fine, pizza was okay. But the dessert (cheesecake) was absolutely disgusting...

Happy Valentine's Day! I am really very disappointed! Order late. He finally comes. Calzone 2 x is almost just dough. Hot dog cold. Chicken wings went into the oven with sauce and all and tasted burnt. Order Valentine's Day dessert and get the normal version. I tried to call but the number is continuously unreachable. I understand that you are busy, but just throwing out your food is not possible.

Ordered 2 times, 1 time 2 hours late and 1 time canceled because I no longer need pizza at 11 p.m. Tip: don't take any more orders if you can't handle it, or make sure the delivery indication is not 2 hours off.

I ordered around 9:46 PM and didn't get my pizza until 11:58 PM. It was cold, not tasty, and I threw everything away. I called them a few times. My phone is turned off. And I often order from New York. I think I'll switch to Domino's Pizza. It's a real shame, and then you're 50 pizzas behind because there was no one to make them. Make sure you have someone to make them.

Been coming to New York Pizza for years and to my complete satisfaction. I recently moved to Uithoorn, but of the 10 times I have ordered, both takeaway and delivery, it has not gone well at least 6 times. Some of the things that have not gone well: - hardly any sauce, which makes the pizza very dry and not very tasty - for example, ordered an extra topping on it, but it was not there. - ordered a cinnamon bread and no sugar dip is added. - ordered multiple pizzas and 1 was not there or one pizza was there that I did not order - ordered a chocolate chip cookie and it was not there. Today again... ordered a cinnamon bread and an EK sharing pizza. Literally standing in the store and one employee shouts to the other, no herb butter on it. To which the other says no, it is gone... and shows the bottle of it that is empty and then another bottle that is full, but still frozen or something. It fell on their workbench and sounded quite loud. Now that I'm home it turns out to be my pizza (see photo). How bad is that... They don't even inform the customer that the order is not as it should be and possibly offer a solution. Then I think I'll just eat the cinnamon bread. And yes, for the 3rd time there is no sugar dip. I call the store and indicate that I miss the sugar dip and that this is not the first time. They say yes I can make a new one if you come to pick it up again. To which I said it's about the sugar dip, because I haven't eaten my sandwich yet so can you bring it over, because this is not the first time it's gone wrong. Yes no that's not possible I can't charge a free product for delivery. To which I again indicate it's about the sugar dip. I don't want a new cinnamon roll. Oooowww sounds, where do you live and then 'I'll be right there'. This was at 7:00 PM. Then I called again at 19:16, because if they leave immediately and I literally live around the corner, literally less than 300 meters away, it would have arrived long ago. Apparently I have another employee on the line and explain it again, then a delivery is called and a few minutes later it was delivered. All in all, I took both products with me around 18:30 and now it is 20:00 and I have not even touched the pizza, because I am simply done with it. Coincidentally I saw a delivery person from Domino's passing by, so I will visit that store soon for a pizza. If this goes well, New York Pizza will not see me again for a while, while I used to like ordering from you. Since I saw that New York Pizza does not respond to the reviews, I went to the store anyway. They were honest about a number of things and the way things are done in this branch. I was asked what I would like as a solution... I indicated that if you now have the herb butter, please make it again and then I am okay. No sooner said than done. wrong orders 3 times in a month!!! I pay for a more expensive product and get something different. Today I ordered a 40 cm bbq bacon and chicken pizza and I received another pulled chicken pizza in a small size! scammers!

Previously, New York Pizza Uithoorn was not very good, but after 7 years I tried it again and was positively surprised. Pizzas were hot. Tasted great, will definitely try again soon.

Received the pizzas late after I had been waiting for over 10 minutes. Not hot and cold and dry at home. The Alpine pizza was reasonable, but the chicken teriyaki had almost no chicken on it and 5 pieces of red onion. Not what we are used to. Different owner? Called and received an apology. They taste “good” 😌

We ordered 12 Crispy nuggets, received 6, also ordered a green salad and received a caprese with pesto. Called the location, they hung up. We called a second time, and as I was telling the guy our adress, he hung up the phone. Zero for customer service.

When they first opened it was super tasty. But the last 2 times it was very bad; the pizzas were ice cold, even a hair came off. While we never have it delivered, we pick it up ourselves.

Slechtste NYP filiaal ooit. Bezorgen duurt een uur doordeweeks. Pizza is helemaal afgekoeld. Dat was een maand geleden ook al zo toen we er bestelde. Drinken vergeten, wordt dan ook niet gelijk gebracht maar kunnen we weer een half uur op wachten. Bestel hier nooit meer, zei ik vorige keer ook maar dit was echt de laatste keer.

Unfortunately, for the second time, we waited an extremely long time (more than 2 hours) for the pizza. We won't order from here again.

Koude pizza's ontvangen. Na klacht ingediend, nieuwe pizza's gekregen. Nog viezer dan de eerste. Ze adverteren met hun pizzabodem en dat is ook het enige wat we kregen. Nagenoeg geen kaas en tomaat en wederom koud.

The taste was bland... wait time was almost 20-25 minutes... missed to put sauce on the pizza...

A place that makes truly delicious pizza, their regular crust is an excellent example of a classic pizza; However their cauliflower crust is 100% the best option, especially for their Californian Veggie pizza. This location has a friendly, hard working staff it’s people like Miguel who make paying for pizza worth while. Strongly recommend.
