Truly a top-notch place! The delivery was fast, and everything arrived neatly and well-packaged. The atmosphere is super cozy, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. And the food? DO NOT ORDER! I waited over an hour for my order, only for it to be canceled without any notification. When I called to ask about it, they disconnected the phone. The delivery was supposed to arrive between 23:58 and 00:13, but it never showed up.

Ordered directly from their website on a Saturday. I was able to pick it up within 15 mins. Great team! We ordered BBQ Meatlovers pizza Italian style (sweet in taste) and Californian Veggie pizza (salty/sour in taste). Tasty combo!

The delivery person was friendly and right on time, and the pizzas were still nice and warm. However, the pizza crust was rock hard, like a piece of cardboard. My jaw muscles had to work hard. The toppings and the taste were fine. Unfortunately, the €3.99 cheesecake isn't recommended; it looks much bigger on the website. The taste is also just awful, definitely not worth €4. One star off because I feel cheated.

Dude, this is by far the worst Pizza Place I have ever been to. Service is beyond horrible and oh my lord don’t get me started on the pizza, tasted like something that came out of the garbage. I even saw a homeless dude take a bite of this pizza and throw it away. Place sucks, people suck. Words can’t even describe how bad this place sucks. There like the Steelers 50/50 if they even show up. I hate this place.

Just give up, waiting 2.5 hours? 0 sympathy - 0 cooperation. No pizza, went to get money out of desperation and still not a single bit of cooperation. Think before you act...

16 euros for the smallest pizza I have ever seen; at Aldi you get 2 pizzas for less money. Ordering also takes just as long as a flight to Italy; waiting 2 hours for a pizza isn't normal, is it?

The order status has been "completed" for 45 minutes. I called them twice, and each time they assured me the delivery driver would be there within a minute. I'm still waiting. The pizza arrived cold and wrinkled.

We attempted to make an order from this place through the Uber Eats app around 9 PM. The latest estimated time for the arrival of the order was 9:45 PM, but we ended up waiting for more than 50 minutes before deciding to cancel the order because they close at around 11 PM and we were worried that they would conveniently use their closing time as an excuse for not delivering the order. It is important to note that the pizzeria is approximately 600 meters away or 3 minutes by bike from our location so this occurance is just beyond me! We ordered two 30-cm pizzas and one chicken sandwich so I don't know what else to tell you but one thing's for sure. We won't be ordering from this place again. 😄

Waiting an hour and a half for 1 pizza, called 3 times already. 2 orders and then it went into the oven… called 45 minutes later and it's only just in the oven now. Very bad.

It took 2 hours for us to get our pizzas from a place that’s an 11 minute bike ride away. We called twice and they lied to us on the phone, saying “he’s coming in a minute” and that it was already delivered when it was still in the shop. Pizza is mid, not cut properly, chewy and basically cold by the time we got it. Our jaws hurt from chewing so much. We almost gave up a third time waiting for it until the delivery person finally came. The images online are also nothing like some of the pizzas— a small pizza for 15 euros (kinda pricey) is not worth it. They also forgot multiple ingredients on one of our pizzas too. It would’ve been better for us to just pick them up. 😡

the cook who made this is probably blind and has no sense of time. the pizza not only tastes like someone poured a whole jar of tomato paste on it, but it is also hard as a rock and thin at the same time like a sheet of paper and it was supposed to be on thick dough.... a joke and a mistake is an understatement.

I'm obsessed with New York Pizza in the Netherlands! As a pizza lover, I was blown away by the authentic New York-style flavors. The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is tangy, and the mozzarella is melted to perfection.

We tried the new burgers and we were positively surprised!

I liked it quite a lot. The pizza was as I ordered, cut and warm (also within the time expected). I don't have any reason to give a bad review.

I order regularly and it always arrives nice and warm. It rarely happens that it is a little colder or that they are later due to crowds. Asked for extra garlic oil today and they got the hint, it was delicious haha.

I always receive friendly help from the staff at this New York Pizza branch. Place an order by telephone and pick it up within 10 minutes, that's service in my opinion! The kitchen often looks untidy and unkempt, but so far I have not gotten sick from the food.

Absolutely the worst. I ordered it online. I had pizza from this company many times in Amsterdam and it was fine but this one… I paid extra for broccoli and corn, you can see the photo and judge yourself.

Geweldige service. Super vriendelijk. Soms gaat er iets fout met de bestelling maar als je belt wordt het meteen en goed opgelost, in korte tijd. Pizza's op de verkeerde bodems? Geen probleem, ze maken ze opnieuw en je kunt ze vrijwel meteen ophalen(drukke tijd). 1 verkeerde pizza? Geen probleem, even bellen en er wordt meteen een nieuwe bezorgd(rustige tijd, en we hadden in eerste instantie afgehaald). Super vriendelijke service elke keer en bijna altijd gaat alles goed.

Op afgesproken tijdstip was de order nog niet gereed, 15min later wel. Pizza's waren uitstekend.

The have great pizza at a great price and very close to where i live (Korvelsweg) they deliver and are pretty fast, and the pizzas are great tasting. They also stay open till late so they're great for a midnight snack!

Was wel lekker maar kreeg van de appie een bon 2e pizza gratis en zo was t dus niet bij afhalen. Minpunten dus als je een actie hebt zorg dan dat ie goed verloopt en niet om alleen winst te boeken in je bedrijf.

Jammer dat ik ruim 50min moest wachten op mijn pizza, terwijl ik heb besteld bij de kassa en daar heb gewacht. Eigenlijk is New York Pizza geen optie als je het vergelijkt met Happy Italy. Daar heb je écht binnen 5 min een afhaal pizza, voor de helft van de prijs en véél lekkerder. Niets ten nadele van het personeel, maar de locatie-eigenaar mag wel meer personeel aannemen. Wel goed dat ze ook met fietsen rijden in plaats van scooters.
