New York Pizza in Het Zand

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I ordered food and they didn't arrive until an hour later. The food was cold and inedible. I called them and they were very rude.

I received a polite call to say the order was delayed and that something extra would be included. I thought this was very thoughtful and polite.

Perfectly on-time delivery and lovely staff! Got some great garlic bread on the side :)

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, I never do, but literally every second something goes wrong here. The pizza is delivered and I only get it half an hour later, or the pizza tastes tough and awful, or you get an attitude on the phone when you call (in the case of the first point). The last time I ordered from them before today, I clearly indicated no-contact delivery when I didn't want to see anyone that evening. The delivery person ignored that and even had the nerve to flirt with me 🙄

It took quite long before the order arrived. So we called after 1 hour and 10 minutes to check if everything was right. The girl said the driver was under way but that was a lie. It took another 30 min

I almost got hit by one of their delivery drivers who was speeding through a pedestrian path at a corner. Very dangerous and unacceptable behavior.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and received a pre-cremated frisbee. They did try to make it right, but unfortunately, they delivered the same pre-cremated frisbee. This has little to do with pizza. Definitely not recommended if you're looking for a good pizza.

Honestly, this review should have been 0 stars. I ordered two desserts on Saturday, September 13th, around 7:45 PM. I called an hour later, and they said, "Your order will be delivered in 15 minutes." Then I called back 30 minutes later, and the same answer. Ultimately, I never received the entire order. Be honest, if you don't want to accept orders, just tell your customer that honestly. I will never order from them again, and the employee who worked that day should be assigned something else.

NewYorkPizza used to be a pretty decent place. Back then, there were people who wanted to do their jobs. And there was structure. There was a certain level of quality you had to deliver to keep up the reputation. Now it's literally the lowest rung of society. The lowest rung of hygiene, and you can fill in the rest yourself. I've updated my review at least 10 times because it's not being posted. I'd love to write a hard, honest response, but Google won't let me. Those guys working there now even let their buddies hang out in the kitchen. They stand outside the door smoking weed and then walk back in. They don't wash their hands and touch everything. They pretend this is a studio they've rented with a group of buddies to hang out in, but they forget that this is a store where people buy food. This is truly the lowest point of NewYorkPizza. It's impossible to get any lower. Want to get sick??? Then come eat at NewYorkPizza Wandelboslaan! Guaranteed! Andy

45 minutes late. This was honestly the worst New York pizza I've ever eaten. The pizza was orange, cold, unsliced, and had no crust. I'll never order from here again.

The staff seems to have been literally plucked off the street. I think the future of New York Pizza is doomed at this rate.

The pizzas are good and not badly priced for the Netherlands. Nothing special about it, but if you live in Tilburg and are tired of Domino's, this is your pizzeria.

Very cool place to eat my first newyork pizza here in Tilburg very nice people I felt at ease. Food was ready quickly really enjoyed the pizzas and drinks definitely recommended

I have been ordering from New York Pizza for a while now, it's really a great place, the pizza is nice and warm when it arrives, in any case it is better than the lukewarm pizza from Domino's that arrives 45 minutes later

Placed an order for 6 pizzas and 3 garlic breads - The garlic oil on the edges of all pizzas was missing. - There was no pesto on 1 pizza as ordered. - We ordered 4 garlic sauces but got 1 and 3 mayonnaise. - It was over 30 degrees inside. Which is not really a safe working environment for the employees. This branch is significantly worse than others. Too bad.

I went there to order a pizza, but a large order had been placed in advance, so I had to wait for it, but the pizza maker said I had one within 20 minutes.

Ordered a spinach and chicken pizza today, but eh...? Where's the spinach? What you see in the photo is literally what I got, it wasn't hidden underneath or anything. Otherwise a great pizza, but I would have liked more spinach 🤣

We ordered a pizza that had cost us 16 euros and what we got delivered is a stone hard piece of charcoal that we both were hungry but managed to finish just a couple of pieces each . Definitely not ordering again, at least could had left a note with "sorry" or something :)

Best pizzeria in town! The food is great for the price, so I would say is the best deal you can get. They have all the kinds you can possibly think of so the food is on anybody’s taste. And the delivery is very fast.

In the handful of times I've ordered: once the pizza arrived more than an hour late, once we only received half the order, once we received the wrong order, and the last time we didn't receive an order at all. They then refuse to refund the money. I will never order from here again.

I ordered something, got the wrong order and then I was completely scolded with the k word, because I called anonymous

Pizzas delivered 2 hours early, then received the same pizzas 2 hours later which made them cold, hard and dirty! I was supposed to be called back within half an hour and then I called 1.5 hours later

Today my pizza was professionally destroyed by the pizza baker on duty. Way too much of that pizza seasoning and way too much of that hot sauce, it was dripping off.

Despite the enormous crowds on Christmas Day with 200 telephone + online orders per hour!!! I was helped friendly and quickly with 2 vurrukkulukkuh pizzas!

The pizza was very good, I was satisfied, it was not expensive, it was tasty and I received it quickly.

Warm bezorgd door een goed verzorgde vriendelijke man. Je moet de korst doorscheuren met je handen of snijden met een mes. Waarschijnlijk snijden ze niet de korst om te voorkomen dat er stukken verschuiven of op elkaar komen. De hete kip pizza was lekker, maar eerder zoet door de sweet chili saus swirl. De naam zou eerder zoete kip pizza moeten zijn. Of er is iets mis gegaan bij het bereiden. Of ik ben spontaan een Indonees geworden. De aardappelpartjes waren lekker vol van aardappelsmaak.

Helaas komt het vaak voor dat de pizza niet is zoals hij moet zijn. Daar ik altijd de zelfde bestel zijn er grote verschillen te bemerken.

Heerlijke (vegan) pizza’s en ze worden altijd binnen een redelijke tijd bezorgd!

Heerlijke pizza. Echter staat er dat het binnen een half uur wordt bezorgd dus daar ga je dan van uit. Daarna hoor je niks meer, staat er op de website nog steeds dat het op tijd wordt bezorgd ook als is die tijd al verstreken en wordt het pas na een uur verzorgd. Als ik dat van te voren had geweten had ik mijn pizza ergens anders besteld.

Heerlijk eten en nette bezorger

Lekkere pizza's, korte wachttijd en ook nog leuke actie. Zijn beter dan de pizza van Domino's.

Over het algemeen goede pizza's voor niet te veel geld. Niet hetzelfde als in Napels nee maar dat kun je ook niet verwachten. Bijna altijd worden ze goed warm bezorgd en lekker belegd.
