New York Pizza in Wijk 00 Centrum

Where to start? We went there to order two pizzas to take away. The young people who were obviously overwhelmed and lacking coordination in their work were not really nice. The total paid did not match the prices displayed. After paying we were asked to wait 10 minutes…we waited 40 minutes which allowed us to observe the preparations. Everything is done barehanded, i.e. without gloves. We touch the cash register then the money then from there we knead the pizza dough we touch the toppings we touch the money we answer the phone then we continue to top the pizzas. The couriers place their bags on the work surface and fill them with the pizzas to be delivered, but before doing so they put the pizzas in the boxes after having cut them, all without washing their hands. Hygiene more than scandalous. Salads: we take ready-made bags, open them and pour them into salad boxes. No rinsing wash. It's shameful. It’s nice to see young people working but there are several basic rules of the catering industry to review…

Really good pizza and their fingerfood options as well. Quick and friendly delivery. We order from there a lot, and it's good quality every single time.

Incredibly bad customer service and nasty pizzas! After waiting an hour and a half for the pizzas and calling the branch twice, we received cold and dirty pizzas without any excuse for the delay. In the end I was able to throw half away. After contacting the franchisee and customer service, I was not given my money back. My tip: avoid this place!

Everyone was very nice and helpful , I was very hungry , they customised the pizza to my taste and were also generous with condiments. Amazing experience

Double pepperoni pizza had only cheese on one side and no cheese on the other side. The döner pizza only had a few pieces of döner on it. Nachos were cold, I used a 10 euro discount coupon, it seems like they saved on that.

After indicating no onions, I still received onions, new pizzas were sent without any hassle, kudos!

Personally, I have not ordered anything from NY-pizza anymore due to a previous bad experience where I waited more than two hours for an order and was then treated rudely and there was no response to my complaint. However, my aunt wanted lasagna and I ordered it for her, but unfortunately the cannelloni was delivered.

Super delicious pizzas 🍕 It's stupid that we had to drive 80 km, otherwise we would be there all the time. The reason why the pizzaria doesn't get 5 stars overall is because it is a delivery/pick-up shop. So therefore no ambience offers.

Finally a decent Pizza in our village. I saw that New York Pizza now delivers in Horn. I was a bit skeptical. But really delivered within 30 minutes, nice and warm 🫡 respect. You have a regular customer. Also tipped the delivery person immediately.

Food was tasty and arrived on time. Boxes were a little dented, making it look like they had been dropped. But overall good service and tasty pizzas

Nice that they have an action evening at NYP. But the pizzas would be delivered between 6:45 and 7:00 PM. At 7:30 PM I still didn't see anyone, so I called again. Yes is on its way. With a cold pizza? No, sir, it is in a warm bag. At 7:45 PM a motorcyclist will deliver the pizzas. And indeed the pizzas are not really warm anymore. But yes, I am starving, I worked all day and you have to wait 45 minutes for your food. So we quickly ate the cold pizza. But order here. I do not think so. If you are going to organize a promotional evening, you also have to hire more delivery people...

You really pay a lot for a pizza (even with a promotion), especially compared to Domino's. Customer service is poor and the whole place looks like you're walking into a warehouse. It could well be because of carnival, but I had the feeling that even my basic needs are not met. Pizza was otherwise okay. Was really nothing special.

The service was so subpar that the order wasn't even completed. Apart from a squeezed out “hello”, there was no reaction from the staff. After some time of being ignored, we finally left.

Ordered my pizza around 5.45 pm, the pizza would be delivered around 6.30-6.45 pm arrived, then I didn't have my pizza, I called the branch around 7 p.m., taking into account that it might be busy on the road, it was said that it would arrive shortly, 10 minutes later the track and trace says that it had been delivered but I am still without pizza, then it was said again "it is busy, sorry sir and we are short of man, we are sorry and that track and trace is an automated system we have no influence on that, in 20 minutes your pizza there sorry about that but it's really busy" meanwhile it is 7.15 pm after I hung up, then it came 10 minutes later than what they said at 7.45 pm, I had to wait two hours, had to call the branch twice, then my pizza tasted more like BBQ sauce so I could no longer eat the meat taste decent I even believe that the "online" orders were not even taken into account, which meant I had to wait an extra 20 minutes because the pizza still had to be made. I will not order from here again, poor service

Positive: order and payment placed quickly. Friendly delivery person. Point for improvement: Waited 1.5 hours, called twice. 25 Euro for 2 lukewarm pizzas. Below the level I am used to from NYP. Curious about the experience of the next order :)

catastrophe! The pizza was completely burnt to a rock. The margarita was completely unbiteable, and the teriaky chicken pizza had absolutely no ingredients it should have, just onion, cheese and bbq sauce, and where was the rest? You couldn't even find a piece of chicken in the chicken teryaki pizza! failed and we ordered margaritte from a promotion for which the backpack would be included! instead they brought us 3 plastic pieces of pizza with knife and fork, just a big fail, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.NY pizza Roermond

Today, December 1, 2023, I ordered a Chicken & Bacon Pizza via home delivery and a double Pepperoni Pizza, both with a thick base. With the Pizza Pepperoni, half of the base was paper thin and the other half was a bit thicker, while the Pepperoni was so crispy and partly black, which is very bad for a pizza of €15 euros. That's why this review is very bad 👎

The order was placed at 7:09 PM, called at 8:15 PM to inquire where the order was. The connection was first deliberately disconnected twice, after which I had to wait several minutes before they got tired of my calls and answered them. The order was delivered at 8:30 PM, the excuse was that it was busy and that I was not the only one waiting. Three thin/crispy ones were ordered which resembled the regular Italian crust, but they were certainly not crispy! I even threw the wedges away, they were soggy and soft. Something has gone wrong before, but this has always been resolved neatly by the branch, but this time I was left with a bad feeling, I regret that I gave a tip before ordering.

Ich liebe die New York Pizza Läden. Hengelo, Enschede oder Marl, alle megalecker. Die Filiale in roermond? Mit weitem Abstand die schlechteste. Der Laden hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Wirkt sehr abgeranzt, dreckig und stellenweise kaputt. Wir waren direkt zur Öffnung um 16 Uhr da. Nach uns kam n8ch Personal, das sich vor dem bearbeiten der Pizzas aber garantiert keine Hände gewaschen haben. Motorradhelm ins Regal umd schön Käse auf die Pizza klatschen. Die Pizza selbst? Wir hatten Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Unsere lieblingspizza. Aber diesmal? Das huhn hat man vergeblich gesucht. Denn es war quasi keines drauf. Stattdessen war sie getränkt in scharfer Soße. Und das war alles andere als lecker... Diese Filiale war leider sehr enttäuschend.
