Thought paper flyers don't work as got one in post box. After seeing photos decided immediately - need to visit! Pros: Fresh bakes pizzas with rich taste and ingredients Easy to find location, no wait Tasty pizzas. Really. 5/5 Cons: Nowhere to sit inside. No tables. No dishware. No napkins. Misleading photos of pizzas. A lot. You wont get even similar. Anyway taste is good. Hate false advertizing but liked the pizzas.

Normally always satisfied and the staff very friendly. Now I was on hold for almost 30 minutes to submit a change that couldn't be adjusted in the app. When I finally got Nathianiel (the manager) on the line, he said it was my own fault and that he couldn't do anything about it, even though I had previously agreed with them that I would call them to report the change. That was their own advice and always goes well. When a manager treats a long-time customer so unkindly and doesn't even look for a simple solution, something is wrong. The customer shouldn't be the victim of the fact that they are too busy.

Hygiene is nowhere to be found. The final scene has people looking at you like "what do you want?" while they touch their noses, ears, and hair with the same hands and handle the pizza with them. I'm not doing this!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas. Didn't have high expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. Well-filled and the taste was certainly fine. Will definitely order from there more often; much better than Domino's.

1.5 hours late… after my order was already 30 minutes late, I ended up calling the branch myself. I was told that the delivery driver had delivered my order to the wrong address. By then, it was cold. Only then did the employee suggest putting a new pizza in for me and delivering it ASAP. It is very unfortunate having to call to follow up myself, after which the employee finally saw the light and decided to take action. Last time at New York Pizza for me!

Ordered at 18:00, supposed to be between 19:15 and 19:30, it is now 20:00, no pizza. Go get it myself. What a terrible place Was on hold on the phone for 20 minutes !! I live a 10-minute walk away Never ordering from here again!

I'm a pizza lover, but I've noticed the quality at this location is inconsistent. Sometimes the toppings are sparse and there's not enough cheese. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I recently ordered a hot dog, and to my surprise, it contained a small piece of bone, which was an unexpected disappointment. Unfortunately, with another order, I had to wait two hours without any communication. No apology was offered, and the pizzas were again poorly topped. A recent Cinnabread order also had no cinnamon sugar at all; the product consisted almost entirely of dough and oil. I hope this feedback is used to improve the quality and service at this location.

Recently ordered food here. The guy on the phone was friendly and arrived quickly. All those reviews are completely off the mark; people just don't have patience anymore...

Jeez, that was bad! It took an hour and a half for my order to arrive. About a 10-minute walk away. And when the pizza finally arrived, it was lukewarm too! Completely cold by the last slice. The taste wasn't special either; what did stand out was the amount of oil dripping off everything. I've learned my lesson again. Never New York Pizza again!

The delivery took an extremely long time. When the pizza finally arrived, the food was cold. As if that wasn't enough, an item turned out to be missing from the order. I tried to contact them by phone several times, but they were completely unreachable. Poor service and no communication whatsoever. I will definitely not be ordering again.

I ordered three pizzas here. One of the two margaritas looked like a piece of burnt cardboard. There was no cheese, and the other two pizzas didn't have much on them either. We spoke to a staff member who said the fault was ours alone. Another bad experience here. If this is the norm with your staff and policies, I wish you the best of luck, now and in the future. It's truly unbelievable that you dare to deliver a pizza like this. They're also so stingy about sending a new pizza and not even offering a solution. I'll definitely inform others not to order from here.

According to "the manager," I'm lying. I politely call back because I've waited an hour for what will ultimately be cold pizzas. Finally, I get a staff member on the line who tells me I might be lying about the cold pizzas. What a disgrace. The service is terrible.

Pathetic service. I ordered pizza and waited for more than an hour with no update. The expected delivery time was 20-30 minutes. After at least 10 calls someone picked up and told that pizza is in the oven and still take 15 minutes.

The delivery was over an hour late, and when I called to ask where the pizzas were, I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Aside from a half-hearted apology over the phone, they didn't make any effort to make it right.

Ordered 3 pizzas, waited an hour and a half. It said the pizzas were ready for half an hour, but they didn't deliver. Called while on the road and was told the delivery person was on their way a few minutes later. 20 minutes later still not there. We live 3 minutes away, so called again. Another employee said they were only just leaving but would arrive warm, but we received dried-out, soggy, and cold pizzas. What a load of crap. The location on Haagweg is always good, but here in De Boogaard they don't know what they're doing. Definitely not recommended.

I ordered from Uber here twice, and both times my order was cancelled. When I call, I get a jerk on the line who is rude and curt, and anything but helpful. Then my money goes somewhere else.

What terrible service and food! This is the only New York pizza where the pizza tastes like cardboard with cheese on it. I ordered two garlic sauces and only received one. Also, there wasn't any garlic oil on the edges, which is usually standard! This keeps the edges soft and fluffy. I called and had to wait an hour for both the garlic sauce and the oil. The man on the phone sounded like he'd just woken up. I paid €20.00 and it wasn't even worth €2. Literally cardboard with cheese on it. The pizza feels just like cardboard.

I always order the New York-style pizza with a thick crust, but they almost always bring the Italian-style one with a thin crust. This happens really often. It's a shame, because the pizzas are tasty, but I want to get what I order.

I had it delivered today, but it was a huge mistake to order it here. It was over 20 minutes late, it was cold, and incredibly greasy. It's a shame I couldn't give it a -1 because it was worth it. Unfortunately, that won't happen, but this would definitely have been a money-back opportunity for me. Bad service here, and that's a shame. If you receive the wrong order four times and the instructions haven't been followed, you quickly lose hope. This branch delivers sloppily garnished and tasteless pizzas. Fortunately, this has improved in 2023. I'll chalk it up to initial problems. The plant-based options are a welcome addition to the selection. The service is also a plus.

Worst pizza I've ever had. I recommend closing this place down. It's so awful. The cinnamon bread was burnt dark black. How can they deliver that? And let's not even mention the pizza itself. I only had two bites and threw it all away.

Always been a regular customer but I'm quitting. Ordered pizzas for 88 euros and they were really horrible (again). After several missteps it's over for me.

Good evening, I just ordered 9 pizzas, but 5 of them look awful; they're all a bit crumpled. Oh, but if I make new pizzas, they'll arrive like that again. What kind of answer is that? I'll just drop them off. They ended up making a fuss in the store because I'm dissatisfied with the pizzas that were delivered, and they said I have to pick up the new ones myself. Not a single apology or anything like that. When we were standing outside, we were being talked down to by customers who were still in the store.

I have encountered rude people on the phone before, but this was really exaggerated, really very rude and grumpy, they hang up while you are still talking and talking to several people at the same time. The food was quick and just good.

Bad customer service overall, they say the pizza is ready in the app but when you get to the shop always have to wait 15mins more. My mobile phone was stolen there, left unattended for a few minutes and gone. Employees didn't see anything, store owner said cameras were not working and were fake cameras. Can't recommend ordering from that shop.

Very disappointing experience. I was told my pizza would be ready in 2 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 35 minutes with no updates. When I politely asked about it, one of the staff members responded rudely, saying “Why are you looking at me? Just wait.” His aggressive attitude was completely uncalled for. I've already tried the pizza at the one in the Spui, as well as the one in Leyweg, both were great. Yesterday I stopped by this one in Prins Johan Friso Promenade, Rijswijk, and asked for a Gyros, after 15 min, I got it without a sauce. I asked where the sauce is? And the same person that gave it to me said, Het is op/ out of stock. I replied: And? I paid for it right? He says, it is 70 cent. I asked if I can get the 70 cent back since he didn't gave me the sauce and also didn't say anything about it (which is a stealing for me). He then said Yes l, but don't eat here. I ask why is that? He said, like that, don't eat here (He didn't like the fact that I found out about him robbing the 70 cent, because I'm pretty sure if it was me who still need 70 cent to be able to buy a pizza and that I would have asked them, if it was possible for me to get a pizza with not enough money they would just say NO. I turned my back to him, started eating, he started yelling HEEEEEY, I said don't eat here!!!! And then I heard a girl working there told him to let me do so. When I was leaving, I asked the girl when the manager would be there today, so I can meet him and report the incident, to my surprise, she said it's him the manager, Mr Thief who didn't liked me appointing the stealing, and started bullying me. If he really is the manager, he must be fired, and btw, their pizza was also trash compared to the one I ate at both New york pizzas I have previously mentionned! The picture I took shows how dirty the table was, they don't even bother take a minute or two to clean after clients ate there.

Picked up pizza tonight, due to the abundance of bad reviews about long delivery times and cold pizzas. Unfortunately, this was no longer a success. The pizzas weren't very warm anymore; they were also already ready when we arrived, even though we had only just received a message that they were in the oven when we walked in. Then, at home, we opened the boxes: one pizza had no sauce and the other was drowning in sauce. No garlic oil on the crust and very few of the key ingredients. We are used to the NYP in the center of The Hague, where they deliver quality time after time. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for this place; this was the first time and immediately the last.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at New York Pizza Rijswijk. Not only did the pizza arrive much too late (a whopping 75 minutes!), but it was also cold when it finally arrived. This was not what we had ordered; the crust was wrong and the pizza was not as expected. I called the branch, but received no understanding. The employee came up with a ridiculous excuse and offered no apology at all. Instead of customer friendliness, the tone was rude and unprofessional. I will never order here again and would absolutely not recommend this branch. A real huge letdown!

Forgot 2 sauces that I paid extra for, I asked the driver to be sure as I didn’t see them when he handed me the order and he assured me they were inside the boxes. I tipped the driver and he took off quickly. When I checked there were no sauces. I called and asked the restaurant for help. The guy on the phone was quite rude and said that they are busy so if I want the sauces it will be delivered very late even though I live max 5 minutes walking distance away from them. He gave no other solution.. I told him that I actually need the sauces with the food and he just hung up on me.. Won’t order from here anymore, shame really..

Yesterday I ordered a salad, cheese bread, and Ben & Jerry's. The order arrived, but Ben & Jerry's was missing (the delivery person said they would check if they had time). The salad contained a lot of lettuce, three tomatoes, and three flakes of Parmesan cheese. No dressing, and I had to pay 7.99. I called and they brought the ice cream and salad, and eventually, they said they would make a new one, which I had to return. After a long time, the delivery driver returned with the ice cream and the "new salad." I returned the old one and grabbed the kitchen. The salad container only contained cheese and tomato, and again, no lettuce. I threw everything away, so it was just 7.99, and off with it... such a waste of money.

I waited two hours for my order. I called three times, and they said the delivery driver was on his way, even though he wasn't. After two and a half hours, the delivery driver showed up with the wrong order. Very poor service.

Much to my regret, I ordered a pizza here again today. It also went wrong the previous times, but unfortunately you cannot choose another location. @newyork, please close this branch! You get cold pizzas. The delivery person places the pizzas on the ground in the street and then kicks the box with his foot. While I was standing there as a customer, I would have called for a moment and then I would have taken the pizza into my hands. On busy days the pizzas are baked... then they stand on the counter for an hour and then deliver a cold, hard, dry pizza. I always contact the branch to discuss the feedback, but have not heard anything at all. Yes, I feel pretty stupid to think that everything will be fine at this location and still ordered a pizza again. Save yourself the trouble. This branch is a disgrace to the other branches!

A pizza without flavor on dough that had not yet been baked sufficiently...it was inedible. We baked it ourselves and put some herbs on it. What a disappointment The other New York pizza in Rijswijk is much better or different to domino's.

I ordered pizza today with a special request. Unfortunately, upon delivery this was not as agreed. The employees then resolved the matter nicely by sending new pizzas. Really great service, fast and delicious.

Takeaway: The person who took the order rolled out dough without a glove and was busy with money. First pluck his beard. Family or friends and children among staff. Hugging family with gloves on and then filling pizza dough. All unsanitary. I won't go there anymore. The dough was undercooked, a waste of my money. Everything in the trash.

I've been before, but last night my surprise was too great for words. I order 3 pizzas and after ordering I walk outside and come back in after 5 minutes. I stand there watching the pizzas being made and to my great surprise; the person who takes orders stands and takes all the money, rubs his nose and touches his ear, then gives the money back to the ordering customer. Checks his mobile in between. Everything is possible nowadays. But then use the same hands to grab the pizza dough including all the ingredients. Without washing your hands. Goes too far for me. I brought this up and the employee was all astonished. The answer from a colleague was "sir, all bacteria die in the oven" ??????? Incredibility at its finest. Another colleague says I have worked at several stores, it is like this everywhere. Naturally, these employees do their utmost to make a pizza. But ignoring all hygiene rules and then coming up with a strange story about how bacteria die in the oven is really bizarre. The owner of this branch still has quite a bit of work to do. Completely too raunchy for words.

Recently visited this place after me and friends saw their local offer for free 200 pizzas, first come first served. The poster on their site mentioned 2 PM when they start and 3 PM if you read their description. At arrival with my friend and about 6 other people over there, it seemed all closed. Strange advertisement of NYP, it turned out to be false. One man even slammed on the window with his hands cause he got angry. I'm not waiting 1 or 2 hours for a free pizza. May not even be correct or "eligible" when they open up. Opening time at this place is 4 PM. A big mess. Based on other reviews I wouldn't even consider ordering cold pizzas here.

Food is quite cold when it arrives. I personally had to call the building regarding... they have marked the order as completed while it still needs to be delivered. I started calling and a man answered. I asked what about my order? I provided the details, he says yes on the way and hangs up the phone. My order was finally delivered by someone in bath slippers? Apparently New York Pizza's new dress code these days. Very unhappy!

Very bad services, I ordered puffalo pizza, Italian style. Delivered late by more than an hour and it was so cold that I had to reheat it in the microwave. In terms of price, I paid almost €18 for a small pizza. I will never order from here.

I ordered a pizza with wedges, chicken pops, wings and two ice Teas. After a long wait I finally received a cold order, the pizza was hard, there was mold in my wedges and I received the wrong ice tea. I called to complain about the disgusting food, and I got some vague Guy on the phone who didn't understand much, who later turned out to be the manager. I have been waiting for new food for 1.5 hours now, I called again and was told that they sent the pizza to the wrong address. I am really fed up with it and will never order from here again. Spent 50 euros on cold pizza, mold in my food and a lot of headaches. 3 HOURS OF WAITING AND I STILL HAVEN'T EATEN ANYTHING!!!

Below is my experience with the Prins Johan Friso Promenade Rijswijk branch this evening. After waiting for over an hour I called, a smart employee on the phone who didn't seem that interested. He says he'll check it out and sees that my pizza "isn't there anymore" and must be on its way, which I assume. After waiting another fifteen minutes (I live 1.5 km from the branch) still nothing. Called again and the wise-cracking employee only gives excuses instead of a solution. 35 minutes after my last call, so almost 2 hours later, the delivery person finally arrived at my door. With 2 pizzas, both barely warm and 1 cut in a bizarre way. Not what I'm used to from New York Pizza. As compensation for the inedible pizza of €24, I can choose a whole 25cm pizza worth €8.99.....

The service I received was extremely poor. I've had to wait over an hour twice for my pizza, which BOTH times arrived cold. On the second attempt, the staff promised to deliver a pizza quickly, which did not happen. In addition, on the second attempt I called again after an hour and was told that the pizzas had just come out of the oven. However, upon arrival (less than 10m after the phone call) the pizza was still delivered cold.

The order arrived cold after +/- 2 hours. After contact, a new order was sent, which was delivered within 30 minutes. Neatly and quickly resolved.

Ordered here a few times, had to call each time to find out where the pizzas were. Every time I was told that the 'delivery person is coming now'. You better do something about these delivery times. Sometimes we have to wait one and a half to two hours and we are literally around the corner. Run your shop better buddy. * Rude staff, not customer friendly at all. Show a bit of attitude when you have a complaint on the phone. Avoid this place.

The best and tastiest pizzas with top service. We often have to work late and we order a delicious pizza.

Not even worth a star. Bad service. Was fooled by the branch manager. This person tried to make fun of us for 40 minutes after the final delivery time of the order. By saying it was on its way and being told by the courier that it didn't even leave 5 minutes ago.

I have been ordering from them for years and have not experienced any problems. Pizzas are always hot, well topped, and I get the pizza I ask for. Service is there, as long as you remain polite. And not every delivery person is the same, personally I have never experienced any problems. So for me, great business and great people, and the delivery people do their best under all circumstances.

Great pizza. The taste is sort of similar to Dominos on Aruba ( the one here is not as good). Dominos on Aruba has this saltiness on there bread, which New York Pizza also have. It's amazing and the food is almost as good as Pizza hut.
