New York Pizza in Wijk 01

Awful service. Ordered 4 pizzas via Uber! Never arrived, called New York pizza they said it had been delivered to the wrong address!!!! They never tried to contact me. Will never go back! Terrible customer service.

I am an expat and have been ordering food from New York Pizza in Rijswijk. The last experience has been the worst horrendous that has left a big scar on me- I found a cockroach in my Pizza and this was beyond the worst thing that one could imagine. I will never order from this place. I want to bring to customers attention to think twice when order their Pizza from this place next time.

Ordered food last night at 7pm, was told to receive 8:05pm. 11:15 PM I got my pizza. While this business is a 3-minute drive from my house!! Never ordering here again!! Try calling at 9:00 PM 20x every 5 minutes, this place doesn't answer phones, hang up your phone. Asked the delivery person why it took so long at 11:15 PM, he said it's none of my business, I only deliver. Very proff came over the whole team of that business there his asso and let you down and let you starve...

Ordered 2 hours ago via the website and no progress (order has only been accepted) and no one is answering the phone (I have called 10+ times)

I ordered a pizza, I had to wait 40 minutes and suddenly I received a message and an email that my order has been canceled??? I tried to call but no one could answer. It was my first and last time ordering from them and I will never do it again!

Paid for my order and nothing even showed up yesterday after I ordered , I called and was told it was on the way but nothing came !!

Ordered food via New Yorker website. If we ordered 6 pizzas, 5/6 were delivered again. I call the business. I get a big mouth from the telephone service even though I didn't pay for it. They can't even prepare something easy. Every time it goes wrong here.

Of course, if you order, it will not arrive complete. Not the first time here.

So we come into the store. At first we thought, yes, this won't be the best pizza of our lives, but it can't be that bad. Especially for at least €15 per pizza. Have ordered, so far, so good. Then it seemed to us as if we had forgotten that we, as customers, were still in the restaurant. In summary: pizza dough was used by the employees as a throwing material and a kind of sports game (dough=ball) started before our eyes, in the middle of the area where the food was prepared. Then one of our pizza rolls fell on the floor. After a conspicuous look at us and a clearly understandable look that we returned to the employee, the roll was then only used as another ball replacement instead of being sold to us. The food service staff also ran behind the counter and it could happen that a finger was taken to try it out. All in all, hygiene was/is definitely not their priority there. You don't even want to imagine what happens there when there are no customers in the restaurant. The only good thing to note is the employees' taste in music. In order to end on a positive note, according to the feedback method used.

I live near this location and the pizzas are delivered cold. It is not the first time that things are not going well. No more New York pizza haagweg for me 🫡

Received wrong order. When reporting, a discount was offered on the next order, so that's fine. Until the next time you call for your discount and you're treated like some kind of scammer. Enjoy that pizza where the sun doesn't shine, preferably at 220 degrees Celsius, you'll never see us here again.

I order a funny meal for children via the website. It is stated that children receive an additional toy. Unfortunately, they still manage to only deliver a loose pizza. No toy to be found. Scandalous! In short, the last time I order there. It always goes wrong there. Very Bad name for NEWYORK pizza.

Pizza terribly cut and very cold!! I didn't know that when it was delivered, I gave a 5.00 tip, not even a thank you.. SHAME

I had it delivered to my home, so that's why I gave the atmosphere a 4 ⭐️. But friendly delivery person, came very quickly and everything was easy to order online and change to your own taste.

Pizzas are always cold and take much longer than the indicated 20-45 minutes. When you call you get a smack.

Went to pick up pizza after receiving notice that the pizza was in the oven. After 10 minutes on site still no pizza ready. When asked where he was, I only heard a grunt from an employee. Then I saw that the pizzas still needed to be made. When they came out of the oven the "burnt" edges were broken off by an employee. After more than half an hour of waiting, I could finally go home with the pizzas.

Had twice that I confirmed my order, waited for hours, then had my order cancelled. Once I did actually receive pizzas (1 hour late) and they were kinda stale and not tasty. Only one other restaurant in the world has received 1 star from me!

Nothing about the food, just the staff who are downright rude. One of the delivery people from this branch almost ran over an old lady, when I went to get a story I was shouted at by this delivery person and laughed at by the other staff. The delivery person also felt it necessary to stand threateningly in front of my stroller. What an incredible scum.

Ordered 4 gluten-free pizzas today. According to the website these are 25 cm. Not so. They are mini pizzas for which you pay extra. And then you end up with a 21cm pizza where the toppings only start about 2 to 3 cm from the edge! The rest of the ingredients were also sprinkled very sparingly (or barely) on the pizzas. In the 2nd photo you can see the few pieces of mushroom on a pizza that has 'funghi' in the name. Never again.

The pizzas are good but the keep on getting the orders wrong, giving you thin crust instead of the thick, forgetting to put oregano and oil with garlic on the edge, you pay for extra cheese but what you get is a pizza with some cheese, sometimes I wonder if I didn’t pay for extra cheese would I get any cheese at all on my pizza.

The people who work there are not customer friendly! Make unnecessary comments when things go wrong because of them. If there is a problem they send minors to talk on the phone! Never again. In addition, our pizza was too white compared to the other pizza we ordered. Chicken was also not with spices.

I have been ordering from NY Pizza for quite some time, but due to a move I chose the location in Rijswijk. However, this will be the last time I will recommend NY Pizza at all. The pizza tonno and veggie did not meet my expectations at all; the ingredients were very scarce and the pizzas were overloaded with cheese. It seems like they are trying to cover up the lack of ingredients with an abundance of cheese. I even went to the trouble of contacting NY Pizza customer service, but the response I received from the branch was not at all focused on customer satisfaction. This disappointing experience seriously damaged my confidence in NY Pizza and I will order my pizza elsewhere in the future.

I order east side shawarma here twice every week and every time it was delivered to my door quickly and hot 😋

1/3 of the things ordered were correct. That's not even 50% right. Very poor delivery and when you call you get a not very service-oriented employee who also talks during monkey cages (judging by the sounds in the background). Would you like to order spontaneously and not know what it is? Then do that here because you won't get what you order. 😄

NY Pizza Haagweg Rijswijk. The pizza fell out of the box when the driver pulled it out of his bag in front of my eyes. He was cheeky enough to ring at my door five minutes later, presenting that same pizza in that same box! Hilarious and unbelievable!!

They didn't do delivery, so we just picked up. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes after the specified pick-up time. Then saw almost every staff member eating a slice of pizza themselves while we had to wait. Pizza was greasy and cold. Furthermore, they apparently did delivery by telephone. Very mediocre

Gekozen voor afhalen pizza om 19:00. Om 19:30 nog steeds geen update mbt order. Zelf maar langsgegaan en de pizza lag al een half uur te wachten. Slechte communicatie vanaf NYP. Medewerker was ook niet bepaald vriendelijk. Vertelde mij dat ik de tracker in de gaten moest houden. .. Ik kies niet voor niks afhaal op een bepaalde tijd...

Aantrekkelijke acties! Jammer dat het nergens (site, app of menukaart) welke Pizza's en snacks halal zijn. Daar kun je telefonisch wel achterkomen, maar dat is best omslachtig als je iedere keer moet bellen om steeds weer hetzelfde te vragen...

New York pizza Rijswijk, blijft voor mij een filliaal waar mijn hart ligt! Op 17 jarige leeftijd heb ik hier gewerkt als bezorger en ik heb altijd contact gehouden met de eigenaren. Nog steeds kom ik hier om de 4 maanden, 1 keer een heerlijke zelf gemaakte pizza eten met een vriend, vriendin of familie lid. Het blijven sublieme pizza's!😍🥰👌🏽 Ze zijn vers en met liefde gemaakt door de pizza bakkers en worden meestal bezorgd, door toppers! Tuurlijk heb je er af en toe onvolwassen en kleine kinderen tussen zitten..... Maar dat mag je verwachten als je kijkt naar de leeftijd van bezorgers. In de tijd dat ik er werkte was de minimale leeftijd wel 17 jaar, dit zodat je wel wat volwassenen bezorgers had en niet zoveel last hebt van kinderachtig gedoe in de zaak, aan de deur of aan de telefoon. Misschien nog een klein verbeterpuntje van de nieuwe eigenaar, maar verder blijf ik hier lekker genieten van de overheerlijke pizza's! #GaZoDoorToppers🩵❤️🩵🙏🏽💯 #SeeYouGuysSoon!

I have ordered again and it took some time. All in all 45 minutes. They told it in advance. The large Italian pizza Mexican has been tasty at usually. Very friendly delivery service.

Een aantal weken geleden tijdens het overwerken besloten maar wat eten te bestellen bij New York Pizza Rijswijk. Weet bleek; De bestelde pesto kippenvleugels bleken nagenoeg helemaal rauw te zijn! Als gevolg hiervan is een collega de hele nacht behoorlijk ziek geweest. We hebben New York Pizza eerst de kans gegeven om dit met ons op te lossen. Echter blijken ze dit soort klachten niet serieus te nemen. Na het eerste telefoontje van de franchisenemer (zou het uitzoeken en ons terugbellen) nooit meer wat vernomen op onze e-mailtjes. Let dus op! Het kan levensgevaarlijk zijn om hier eten te bestellen.

Ik heb in de ochtend m'n bestelling geplaatst... Zij gingen ervan uit dat 't niet doorging m'n bestelling. zelf hebben zij besloten om m'n bestelling te annuleren. Om 16:45 had ik ingevuld voor levering bestelling. om 18:00 gebeld wat er gaande... toen vertelde de manager het bovenstaande. Belachelijk!! als ik het wilde annuleren... had ik zelf wel gebeld. Daarnaast gesjoemel met geld. niet terugkomen met gepast geld.. dus nooit meer bestellen bij New York Pizza.

I have ordered quite often during the last years. My favourite is the " Mexican hot & spicy " Italian style. I don't like pan pizza. The taste is great and the home delivery works very well. For me the choice in Rijswijk.

Not much to say here. On my quest to find a decent delivery pizza in the Hague this ranks straight to the bottom. Probably the worse pizza I ve ever had
