Pizzas always arrive warm and fast, never had any problems. Our favorite pizzas are the Korean chicken and pepperoni hot honey!!

What super top-notch service this was, I have never been so satisfied with a delivery driver and the taste of the pizza. Unfortunately, the rating goes up to a 5 and not 100.

We did not receive what we ordered. After contacting them by phone, they said new pizzas were coming. We never received them.

No idea what the pizzas are like, but I'm getting unsolicited advertising in my mailbox even though this is not allowed in Enschede.

Biggest scam!! Ordered because of a buy one get one free offer that simply wasn't applied. Paid full price. The pizzas themselves didn't look anything like the picture either. This just feels like deception.

This is not pizza. It's just crust with sauce. 20e for Goddamn crust... Moreover my discount and supplements were completely ignored.

The best place for pizzas! They have improved enormously in many areas. The service is clean and very friendly, and the food is truly delicious. I have eaten here many times and it was perfect every time. The staff is super polite and does everything to make you feel welcome and at ease.

I ordered 2 pizzas ("1+1 gratis"). 4 cheese and Buffalo chicken. Both were totally poor, like 40-50% of ingredients... almost no cheese in 4 cheese, was totally dry. Buffalo the same. Dry, without the cheese and almost no meat in it. "1+1" in Dominos much better. This deal here it's a lie , that's their plan I guess. You pay for 1 to get 2nd extra and anyway you get 1 (in ingredients) devided on 2... or even not. Never again.

My pizza was good, just a regular Brooklyn. However my girlfriend ordered a custom pizza with Parmesan, pesto and other items. To clarify, we paid for those toppings, and my girlfriend got neither pesto, or parmesan. Kinda defeats the purpose of a custom pizza when you basically get Hawaiian pizza…

New York Pizza is perfect if you just want a quick, tasty, and filling pizza without any hassle. Good toppings, lots of choices, and usually fast delivery, although it can sometimes be a bit greasy.

I ordered here with a lot of additionals, even added bacon, but it arrived without any of those extras, previously I had a good experience, but the last few months have been horrendous. The delivery was quite fast (because I ordered in advance) but it doesn’t make up for the missing extras

The pizzas arrived warm and it was very fast. The reviews regarding delivery times were always bad, and I agreed with them, because previous orders sometimes took up to 2 hours to arrive. I think these comments have now been taken seriously and that positive changes have been implemented. This order, for instance, arrived within 30 minutes, warm and tasty! 🍕🔥

I ordered pizzas in November. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to ask where they were. The employee told me it would take another two hours because they were busy. They also asked if I wanted a refund so I could order elsewhere. I said yes and ordered elsewhere. To date, I haven't received a refund from Domino's. The store manager in question has been fired, and Domino's is not taking responsibility for what happened. I've been waiting for my refund for two months. Shame on you!!! Terrible service.

A month ago, I filed a complaint about the long delivery time (1.5 hours), and the pizzas arrived cold. They promised me that if I called again, I'd get a free delivery. I called today and was told "no," even though it's registered in the system. It's a remarkable customer service tactic, making promises and then retracting them. It seems irrelevant to me whether there's a new owner. You're taking over the business and everything that comes with it.

Like others, I recently had an experience with this restaurant. After much ado, I learned that Jill Christjans owned this place until December 1st. She left behind a lot of hassle. The new owner has no intention of cleaning up her mess and is ignoring calls about it.

ALWAYS delivers WAY too late. This franchise will NEVER deliver your pizza on time. If you want a pizza at let's say 7PM, better order it for 6PM. Yeah. It's that bad. Also be prepared to get your pizza cold sometimes, it's basically a coin flip.

The reviews don't lie. I ordered without checking. Ordered for delivery between 4:45 and 5 PM, it's now 7:22 PM, and the order is currently complete. Of course, I haven't received anything, and I can't reach them. Literally, theft.

We ordered at 16:30 with an expected arrival at 18:00. We didn't get our order at 19:45. I already got an e-mail asking about the quality of the food. -.-''''. Tried to reach out to the restaurant for 5 times on the phone and no asnwer.

This is the second time I've placed an order that took far too long. It arrived after 2.5 hours. All 5 pizzas were freezing cold. Furthermore, the pizzas weren't cooked properly and were missing parts. I called the first time after five attempts and 10 minutes to ask where the pizza was. I didn't get an answer. The second time I tried to call to report that the pizzas were incorrect and freezing cold. No one answered. Such a shame, a waste of money. The Jumbo pizza was of better quality, and you get what's pictured. No more New York Pizza for us.

Very disappointing. New York Pizza on Deurningerstraat used to be reliable, but now it's completely unacceptable. I ordered my food at 7:07 PM, and around 9:20 PM the web app said it would be delivered – but nothing was delivered at all. They don't answer the phone, and meanwhile, complaints are appearing everywhere from people who wait more than two hours or never receive their orders. What's going on here? This looks like a complete scam.

Waited almost 2 hours for a cold and wrong pizza, called several times, eventually got hold of them, had a whole discussion, was rudely snapped at, eventually after a lot of whining I would get the right order, but they said I would have to wait another hour, eventually waited another 2 hours and had to call 10 times for a response, eventually they said after another discussion I would get my money back, well can you tell me after 4 hours of waiting, not the promised pizza and not the promised money either, but what to say to you so that you wait a couple more hours and are silent, lied to my face several times and arrogant I never write reviews but these people🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

The pizza took two hours to arrive and was very flattened. It looked like it had been made in a hurry and didn't taste very good.

Ordered at 18:00 ish and didn’t receive anything till 22:30. Drove to the location to find out they didn’t even start the order yet. They wont make orders that are not a bike distance. The store doesn’t have workers with cars, structure and so on. And it is being ran by 16-19 year olds. Don’t recommend.

Just to be clear, I normally never have any problems with NYP. Now my order suddenly arrived half an hour later than indicated, and it was cold too. I tried calling, and they just hung up on me. I've since contacted the head office, who suggested several other locations contact me, but they didn't. I was offered a free pizza, which I obviously couldn't refuse. When I tried to order, I first received a message that I didn't meet the minimum order value, which I found strange because I get a free pizza. Well, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and miraculously, my pizza was almost cold again. I don't know who took over the location or who the manager is, but something has changed drastically in recent months, and not for the better...

Slowest delivery of all time. If you want to order it will take at least 2 hours to get delivered. I genuinely don't believe they are this busy and it takes that long to prepare and deliver the orders. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to waste your time

Ordered a pizza at 5:30 PM. According to the website, the order was completed at 6:00 PM. Still hadn't received anything by 6:30 PM, so I called. The delivery driver was on his way and would be with you shortly. Delivered at 7:00 PM. The pizza was cold and had very poor toppings. There was no pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza.

75 minutes after ordering, I called to ask where the pizza was. All I was told was that it was in the oven because it was busy. I can't imagine it takes 75 minutes to even put a pizza in the oven. Then they told me I'd get it with the delivery driver sometime. Then, two hours later, I finally have a pizza.

For the true lover of a full evening of disappointment, this is the place to order. Two hours of waiting, two pizzas: the wrong one and one too small, both at refrigerator temperature. Here's where it's at. The highlight is the customer service, a masterpiece of unreachability. The delivery driver directs you to a phone number that exists purely for show. A perfectly closed circle of incompetence. An absolute must for masochists.

I've never encountered such antisocial employees on the phone. I ordered pizza through Thuisbezorgd. After an hour, it still hadn't arrived, so I called the location. A young man answered the phone and suggested I pick it up myself, or maybe it could be delivered after another hour. I told him neither was an option, and then he answered. I called several times, but no one answered. Later, I called again to clarify that it had been canceled, and then a female colleague (team leader) answered, who politely apologized. Later, the same young man called me, and he became very rude and challenging again. I ended up recording this to follow up on the complaint and, if necessary, to post it on social media as an example, because you'd rather react that disrespectfully and antisocially at home with your family, not with customers.

On Friday, August 29th, around 6:15 PM, I ordered 6 pizzas. It would take an hour for them to be delivered. Around 7:45 PM, still no pizzas. I called to follow up and was told, "It'll be here as soon as possible." I called again around 8:20 PM, and then the doorbell rang. I waited over two hours, and the pizzas were very dry. I contacted New York Pizza, and they said they would call me back on Saturday. As of today, I haven't heard anything back.

Today (Tuesday) at 19:47 ordered 2 pizzas and 1 garlic bread, at 20:06 I was called that 1 of the pizzas could not be made because the crème fraiche was gone, can happen, so another pizza was chosen. Then at 21:06 I called again to see if the pizza was coming, it was on its way, they said. At 21:47 the pizzas were finally delivered, despite the fact that it is a 20 minute bike ride to our address, the pizza arrived later but very warm and tasty. The delivery person did apologize for the long wait. Because we had little confidence in it, also based on other reviews, we also ordered two pizzas at 21:31 from the other red and blue pizza chain, those pizzas arrived at 22:10, also very warm. 2 hours versus 39 minutes. I think I know where we will order next time!

I won't be visiting a real branch today, but I'll be there tomorrow. This really bad. They make you wait at least 1 hour. If you call them you will get an excuse saying sorry, the delivery people are gone. And they are completely unwilling to solve things. I will never order from them again, this actually doesn't deserve 1 star!

Arrived cold, and again super minimally invested. Picked up the phone, called, "maybe you can't see it well, but this is the normal amount of pepperoni, you know?".

Ordered 4 pizzas at 6:00 PM..... at 7:15 PM I called to see how the pizza was going...... Where we got the answer is on the way, it is +/- 20 minutes by bike to our address... after half an hour we called again... still on the road, at 8:03 PM we finally got the pizza, you are treated rudely over the phone. The delivery person would be on the road for 1 hour, but it is special that you will then receive 2 small ice creams that are still frozen.

Called after an hour of waiting. The pizzas supposedly just went into the oven and they would make it right. Then it took another hour and a half. So order at 6 p.m. and finally have the pizza with a tired child at 8:35 p.m. We also get completely different pizzas than I ordered, half burnt at the bottom. Didn't see anything of a saving grace. Complaint filed. I would be contacted by the branch manager. A week later and I heard nothing. What terrible service. This branch manager really needs to leave.

I recently ordered two pizzas from New York Pizza and it was a huge disappointment. First we had to wait a long time for the delivery, and finally we got two pizzas, but one of the pizzas was the wrong one. The delivery person quickly picked it up and said that the pizza we missed would still be delivered. After an hour of waiting there was still nothing. When we called, they indicated that they would only then make a new pizza for us. It has now been three hours since the order was placed and we still have not received our second pizza. This is absolutely unacceptable! Finally called again and asked for my money back. I wonder if they take that seriously.

I called to place an order and was angrily told no and hung up immediately. I find it very irresponsible and unprofessional. Keep an eye on your staff!!

My experience with New York Pizza was quite an interesting one, but not in a good way. The delivery man arrived at my door and I quickly noticed that he smelled of cannabis. I also found his long hair and weird beard quite disgusting, but you could call that a matter of taste. When the gentleman gave me my pizza, he quickly asked me if he could go to my toilet. I was surprised but I still let him in, which I deeply regretted. After an awkward 20 minutes of waiting the man left, unfortunately he forgot to flush and left a very strong smelling second message. Eating the pizza was definitely harder after this. :(

From the tastiest pizza ever, to unfortunately no longer ordering here. Having to wait so long the last FEW times, that can happen once in a while, of course, but this appears to be a structural problem. Pizza arrives cold, no garlic oil on the edge, wrong order, cannot be reached by phone, and even the delivery person pretends that it is normal for your order to be delivered after 2 hours. Too bad!

They never keep to the delivery time

I had to wait more than 1.5/2 hours for my last few orders, for those 16 euros per pizza, they were cold, limp and far from crispy, not surprising because they had been ready in the store for more than 45 minutes and then still Spent 35 minutes on the road with the delivery person. Pizza was edible but had to wait way too long. Once the delivery man came, he had a sort of rotten fish smell coming from him. Even after he left it was still hanging at my front door... gross.
