I can't comment on the ambiance, however the chicken wings with the teriyaki honey mix were absolutely delicious, and the pizza was great too. I'd definitely come back!

Greasy pizzas, you complain and they won't call you back.

My order was delivered on time by a polite delivery person. Unfortunately, what I received was absolutely terrible. The crispy chicken wings were exactly as expected, no problem there, but the potato wedges were truly awful. Especially for €6, I expected a bit more. They were also soggy and not crispy at all. A waste of money. The photo shows exactly how it was delivered.

To my surprise, the pizza was actually authentic American. The prices might be a bit high, but there are also auctions for select pizzas.

This manager thinks he's exclusive to the pizza chain, a pizza for 7.99. I ordered and then had to pay 11.99, so when I asked why I had to pay more, the manager replied that it was more expensive because it was exclusive 😂😂😂😂, and he's a rude liar to boot. Disgusting guy 🤢

Ordered food at 10:19 PM and now it's 11:44 PM... the app clearly says it was delivered (at 10:51 PM) but no one was at the door and the food was never delivered, but 47 euros lighter for nothing.

Ridiculous when ordering NO 50% discount because you do not indicate that in the order and,,,,,,,,, the lady decides personally whether you get the discount,

I ordered the bacon minibites. After the first one I still tasted regular bacon. I tore the rest open. And in the other 5 pieces I found 3 SLICES of bacon. The cheese was burnt next to it on the baking paper. How bad this is. I see the bites as a real no-go.

Had de bacon calzone mini bites besteld. Maar na het eerste stuk gegeten te hebben geen bacon geproefd. Ik de andere stukken open gebroken en ik vond 3 snippers bacon in 5 bites. De kaas lag verbrand naast de bites op het bakpapier. Wat een slecht iets dit. Lijkt in de verste verte niet op ook maar iets van de foto op de site. Ik zou deze afraden. Je zit gewoon een homp deeg te eten.

I was misled by an employee. I wanted to order two pizzas for €7.99 each: pepperoni di papa Italian style and with mushrooms. The receipt listed both pepperoni di papa New York style, with completely different prices. I feel cheated. I didn't get what I wanted and not for the price I saw on the poster.

It's even better to get a salami pizza at Aldi, which is a disgusting pizza, 30 cm, 6 parts and each part, if you're lucky, 2 planks of salami, which is 17 euros lighter.

Nasty manager who cannot control his own staff. Always our own staff hanging around in front of the branch, sometimes playing football, sometimes smoking weed, always cursing and complaining when you walk past. Nasty atmosphere and the pizzas are also mediocre, often greasy or not quite warm anymore. The branch is not clean inside. Don't go there.

An order has just been delivered incomplete or incorrectly for the umpteenth time. At some point the manager even started to insinuate that I am a notorious complainer and naturally asked that any unfounded complaint from the past 15 years be submitted in writing immediately. Naturally, the gentleman came with nothing. In short, the manager mainly shot from the wrist/hip. After all, the gentleman immediately started to reject things that I brought up... because he normally has no complaints at all (only apparently with me). Naturally, this completely rubbed me the wrong way. In addition, the manager was very certain that he prepared the pizza himself and that there was certainly nothing wrong with it. Because I told a colleague about the order that I was basically dissatisfied with the quality. After all, there were chicken meat crumbs on it instead of the normal pieces. Then 30 seconds later he had to admit again that he had indeed overlooked 1 ingredient and had not added it. According to the gentleman, those crumbs were mainly due to the *varying* way of cutting the delivered product 😀. The gentleman knows perfectly well that the little ones end up at the bottom of the bin. After the pizza was redelivered, the contrast was downright laughable, it had the (normal size) chicken pieces on it again. Haven't attached the photos of this yet. In addition, the gentleman said that he is mainly busy... he mainly gave the impression that I should not complain so much. What do you mean? I just pay 16 euros for a pizza, with 2 complaints, one of which he can't disagree with anyway. By the way, I can imagine something about being busy. Treating people with so much bias comes naturally to you. After all, in my opinion, the customer is not seen as 'king' (advisor). I especially get the impression that, in the gentleman's eyes, they are extremely disappointing in terms of quality when they complain or even do so several times (quite rightly). Naturally, as a matter of principle, I will now report a complaint to the head office. Since shortly after the takeover, the branch manager will complain that I used loyalty codes and that he earned almost nothing. He must have forgotten that he made that rather jerky statement. Dear parents / employees, a friendly advice: pay attention to this man! I now have the impression that he only counts the money and is not concerned with the primary process... that is serving his employees and customers. In my opinion, to this man you are only as valuable as your last mistake or order defined by him as correctly. This is also the last time I order after 15 years. Obviously a resounding victory for sir.

We were a bit shocked at what the building looked like on the inside of New York Pizza at the Esmarke in Enschede, the remains were still on the counter in the morning, really dirty

One of my potato wedges was moldy and I didn't notice until I had it in my mouth 😭 I called (the rest of my wedges were okay) and it's probably just this one by chance... they offered a little extra but that's not necessary per se, although that was nice. They said they will keep an eye on it. (second photo is compared to one that was good)

Picked up a Brooklyn pizza.... DELICIOUS. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you!!!

Zeer fijn filiaal van new York Pizza, altijd op tijd en lekker warm. Met bestellen ging er iets fout waardoor de korting niet verrekend werd en ik het volle bedrag had betaald. Geen probleem, even gebeld, uitleg gegeven en het te veel betaalde bedrag werd terug gestort. Kortom zeer goede service!!

Prima pizza (glutenvrije buffalo chicken). Bodem is erg hard en taai maar dat ben ik van glutenvrije producten gewend. Het beleg van de pizza was erg schaars, de stukjes kip waren op 1 hand te tellen.

De pizza was prima maar het personeel in de pizzaria.met 5 jongens achter de balie computerspelletjes doen,de radio staat zo hard dat ze vaak moeten vragen wat zegt u. Het lijkt wel een speeltuin

Haal hier regelmatig pizza's. Erg smakelijk en veel diversiteit. Vooral de rand van de Pizza is erg lekker. Ook de bezorging is prima. Lekker snel en de fietsbezorgers zijn altijd erg vriendelijk.

Ik heb die pizza zo hard gekanteld die bezorgen kwam die pizza brengen, achmed sprong uit raam hij pakte die pizza. Meteen gechappt a mattie zo goeie pizza sws weer bestellen.

Wij zijn grote eters, maar 25cm BBQ meatlovers is echt te veel.

Toch maar een keer ny pizza geprobeerd ipv Domino. Smaak was goed alleen zijn de pizza's er wat vetter, na de tijd wat buikkrampen vanwege de vettigheid

Zwar nicht unbedingt günstig, aber dafür lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es lohnt sich, regelmäßig auf der Webseite nach Aktionen oder Coupons zu schauen.

Je wordt er netjes en snel geholpen. De pizza's zijn goed belegt.
