⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience at New York Pizza Soest I have been a regular customer at New York Pizza Soest for about 2–3 years and have ordered from there many times, especially because my children really love your pizzas. I work in healthcare, and because of my busy work schedule, there are times when I don’t have the time or energy to cook, so ordering pizza is something I regularly do for my children. Recently, I called while my child was at swimming lessons because I wanted to place an order. The employee told me, “One moment, please,” and then apparently left the phone somewhere. I stayed on the line for around 25 minutes. Because I also had to go to my night shift and my children still needed to eat, I eventually drove to the shop myself to place the order and take the food home. Unfortunately, something similar happened again today. I called New York Pizza Soest and the employee answered. I said politely, “Hi, this is Jordi, I would like to place an order.” He immediately hung up the phone. I called back several times, but nobody answered. After about half an hour, I decided to drive to the shop myself and ask what was going on. When I arrived, I calmly explained what had happened. The employee told me that the phone was not working. I said, “Please call the number now, because when I call, the phone clearly works.” I then called, and the phone rang and was even answered with “New York Pizza Soest.” So I found the explanation very strange. Instead of receiving an apology or a proper explanation, the employee became very unfriendly and told me to go to another pizza shop. He literally waved me away and then hung up the phone in front of me. I understand that a restaurant can be busy. I have absolutely no problem with waiting when things are busy. But ignoring a customer, hanging up the phone and then treating a loyal customer this disrespectfully is completely unacceptable. I ended up going to another local pizzeria, where I was treated very kindly and respectfully. It was actually a much more pleasant experience. The most disappointing part is that my children really love New York Pizza, and I have been a loyal customer for years. But after being treated this way, I will never order from this location again. Very disappointing customer service. I hope the owner or manager takes this seriously and speaks to the staff about how customers should be treated.

Called the shop to order a pizza because it wasn't working online on the website since my address keeps showing Leusden. I have several housemates at the same address who are bothered by this. I called the shop to place my order over the phone; the employee was super rude. He didn't even try to help me; he put me on hold for 10 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. After that, he was rude to me again. Worst experience ever. Don't order pizza here. This will be the last time I spend my money there.

Truly too rude for words. We received a pizza with a mega-long hair on it. That can happen once, so we called politely to report it. Instead of apologies or a suitable solution, the employees acted as if they couldn't hear us and claimed that the hair couldn't possibly have come from the pizza, even though it was clearly mixed in with the sauce and toppings. After that, we were put on hold for over 10 minutes. Because no one came back, we called again. Subsequently, the connection was randomly cut off three times. On the next attempt, we were put on hold for another 7 minutes. Eventually, we were spoken to in an incredibly rude manner and were literally told that they didn't have time because it was too busy. As if that wasn't enough, we were called back over half an hour later by the so-called manager. To our surprise, this turned out to be the same person who had refused to help us earlier. Instead of resolving the situation, this person started shouting at us and then hung up the phone again. If this is indeed the manager, then that is perhaps the most worrying aspect of this entire experience. A manager, of all people, is supposed to act professionally, take responsibility, and handle a complaint properly. Here, exactly the opposite happened. Mistakes can always happen. A hair on a pizza is annoying, but human. However, the way you subsequently treat customers is completely unacceptable. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and totally customer-unfriendly. We were regular customers for years, but after this experience, we will never, ever order here again. The service is truly scandalous. Save yourself the frustration and order somewhere where customers are treated with respect.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I ordered from New York Pizza Soest with high expectations, but the result was extremely disappointing. They promised the pizza would be ready at 9:30 PM, but we ended up waiting a very long time to receive our order. I find this completely unprofessional. Furthermore, the pizza arrived cold, the dough was tough, and tasted anything but fresh. The flavor was bland, and the toppings were very sparse compared to the price. Absolutely not good value for money. A very bad experience. I definitely won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Just to be sure, I looked up a picture of what a Garlic Chicken Spinach pizza should be and compared it to what I got. As you can see, an average fridge leftover looks more flavorful. In short: if you're looking for a way to keep your calories low without actually fasting, this is the perfect choice (besides the high amounts of fat 💀). Ordered 30cm pizzas a few days ago, the delivery person delivered the wrong order. Namely a 25cm pizza and a hot dog. After calling them they would deliver our order, after an hour I called again and was told that they could not find my order. He would ask the delivery person and put me on hold, after which they said again that the order would be delivered and that did not happen again. When I called back the company was closed. The next day I called again to ask for my money back, I would be called back after my number was taken down. The next day I called again and was told that the delivery person indicated that he had delivered the order. So I don't have any pizzas and I don't get my money back. It's just theft!!

Het recept van de downtown döner pizza was veranderd. Dit had ik niet gezien bij bestellen, maar na even bellen maakte ze (terwijl het niet hun fout was) gewoon een hele nieuwe pizza voor mij omdat ik allergisch ben voor ui. Zo super lief en vriendelijk! Helemaal top!

Zelf haal ik altijd in Amersfoort maar dacht ik probeer een keertje in Soest maar deze New York pizza springt er echt bovenuit smaakte super lekker en super verse toppings zeker aan te raden!!

Vegan Pizza besteld met bloemkool bodem. Was karig belegd met veel bbq saus erop. Hmmm doen we geen tweede keer. De vegan nuggets zijn erg plat en verder maar net OK, wel erg duur voor maar 6 nuggets Al met al een tegenvaller...

Pizza besteld voor familie maar had per ongeluk het verkeerde huisnummer genoteerd. Bezorger was aangekomen maar werd niet open gedaan, netjes meerdere malen gebeld door Amrish om een oplossing te bieden, zelfs door alle drukte heen is hij zelf voor een tweede keer langs gegaan om te bezorgen. Echt een topservice! Kunnen veel zaken nog van leren. Ga hier zeker vaker bestellen! Zeker een aanrader!

Geen idee hoelang we hier al bestellen, maar eigenlijk alleen maar tevreden. Er gaat wel is iets mis, maar dat is altijd opgelost. Ze komen desnoods nog een keer naar je toe als er wat is, dat vind ik een goede inzet en daar gaat t om. Afhalen kan ook, gaat ook vlot. De mensen die er werken zijn allemaal vriendelijk, in de winkel, aan de telefoon en aan de deur.
