After receiving tough pizzas several times, I decided to give it one more try, this time with the clear message: "No tough or dry pizza, please." But apparently that was too much to ask, because yes, the same story again. I finally took the pizzas back and asked for a refund. They said it was the oven, so there was nothing they could do. A pizzeria that can't make decent pizza... it's almost laughable. I'm not spending another cent here.

After a long time of bad pizzas, it finally got much better, but now the quality is starting to decline again. Half-baked pizzas, unsliced, and requests in the comments section are ignored, to the point where you have to call ahead. And the most annoying thing of all: paying a hefty 5 euros for some extra toppings and not getting them! (This is the third time already.) Nice. It always gets resolved, but it's annoying that things aren't right the first time.

I ordered food through Thuisbezorgd, but I had to wait an hour and the food arrived still a bit warm. Despite everything, it was still good to eat, but it was a shame, a waste of money. I hope it will be better next time.

Today I received a cold pizza for the third time and had to wait over 45 minutes. When I placed my order, they asked if I wanted a specific time or as soon as possible. I said as soon as possible, because I didn't expect to wait 45+ minutes. They said on the phone that it was busy. I called after 45 minutes, and the delivery driver arrived after 50 minutes. I'm really done with pizzas from here. They'll refund my money within 5 to 7 business days, and then it's ready for me. I won't be ordering pizzas from here anymore. I'll buy one at the supermarket.

The pizza is sometimes cold, the pizza is sometimes suddenly very sparsely topped. Sometimes the pizza is missing 1 ingredient of the whole (was it finished?) The delivery is reasonable to good, but often the pizzas arrive lukewarm, even though we are in the delivery area (edge ​​of the city). For the money you pay it is simply substandard! Complained before, response from head office, NOT from local branch. You don't have to do that anymore, I'm done with it now! I will go for a different pizza maker from now on.

Delivery person Jayden did a good job, but what a shame it is to be 20 minutes late because you simply placed the order too late, not because of the delivery person. Pizza’s waren ruim een half uur te laat klaar en toen bleek er ook nog een vergeten te zijn, waardoor de bestelling uiteindelijk bijna een uur te laat gereed was. Niet eens een excuus. Pizza’s waren ok, maar de extra toppings waarvoor betaald was ontbraken. De pizza Veggie was ronduit smerig vanwege een chemisch soort plakkerige kaas.

Pizza was ok a bit dry and nothing annoying me when pizza is not cut properly, some slices where big some very little but worries me bag of lettuce that supposed to be green but was brown in colour so that's definitely wasn't fresh lettuce

De bezorger kwam ruim op tijd maar met de verkeerde pizza's. Het probleem werd erg snel opgelost, zo snel zelfs dat de pizza's alsnog op de juiste bezorgtijd werden geleverd!

Okay, so first off, the pizza taste great! Not actually New York great, but great for the Netherlands, especially a small place like Doetinchem. I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza. Do NOT expect American Buffalo chicken style. Not much grease. Ordering online is easy with lots of options. The pricing is reasonable and won't break the bank. The reason for the 4 Stars is that the website said it would be ready in 30 mins. It took 45 mins. We call that a free pizza in the U.S. Secondly, the pizza my gf ordered and the one I ordered both we 90% but mine was missing sauce and hers had added extra stuff she asked them not to put on via the website. All said and done, it's a good pizza. Just check to make sure you get what you ordered.

vriendelijk personeel en de winkel ziet er modern en schoon uit! en de pizza's zijn natuurlijk uitstekend. als minpunt wil ik wel de bezorgers aanstippen, deze lopen vaak wat nors en lomp door de winkel heen. dit geeft een wat onplezierig gevoel.

De bodem van de pizza is perfect.
