New York Pizza in Wijk 13 't Hout

I ordered here on June 19, 2025, for €54.62, but it was never processed correctly. I was promised a refund over the phone, but it never arrived. I've contacted customer service several times, and they kept saying the store would contact me – but that never happened. So far, still no refund. Very disappointing and unfriendly to the customer.

There is hair in the pizza and they do everything without gloves and head nets

The caprese pizza was terrible! Very greasy, and the box was soaked with grease. There was no pesto on the caprese and four small tomatoes. The margarita pizza was slightly better, but also way too greasy.

The crispy wings were MEGA good, fresh and hot. I recommend it because it's worth it.....

I ordered a pizza caprese and got a pizza margarita. When I called, they casually said they couldn't handle the pesto anymore; it was the first thing they did. 🤣🤣 As if green pesto disappeared under the cheese in the oven, what idiots. Then they said, "Yeah, you can taste it, I just tasted a margarita with tomato. It's okay, but then I'm businesslike enough to admit my mistake instead of making things up. I won't order from that clown shop anymore, and this is going to the head office. 🤣🤣 They'll see if they like the pesto, because apparently, due to the weather, they're doing it the other way around, jokers. And then you used a coupon for a cookie and you want to order an extra cookie. As a customer, you have to know that you have to choose your cookie in the coupon, choose your extra cookie, and then choose the first cookie again, because if you don't, you only get one. Everything is good but those pizzas are never cut

Ordered a custom pizza. But it was terrible. I added extra buffalo mozzarella and gorgonzola to the pepperoni pizza. But the way it looked was outrageous, plus the crust was incredibly tough instead of extra crispy Italian fare. If I have to pay 18 euros for a pizza, I expect something a bit better. Oh well. I was hungry, so I finished it anyway, but it was more like a bad Dr. Oetker from the supermarket than anything else.

Consistently very tasty pizza and fast delivery

They simply don't deliver. They say the money will be refunded, but that doesn't happen.

Nothing to complain about this pizzeria normally. But going on holiday and not turning off your phone or arranging something in your voicemail is really bad. I hung on the line for 10 minutes with some waiting music playing. Think, just drive there. Miss, the phone is next to it. Are they just closed? How many people are now incurring daily calling charges for Jan with the short surname? Really bad....

We ordered pizza and two hot dogs, the pizza is okay but the hot dogs have completely raw dough, it's just ruined

Good pizzas that you can rely on. The service/delivery was fast every time.

Ordered 3 pizzas, all 3 cold. 2 Margaretha and 1 Mexican hot and spicy. The cheese on the Margherita pizzas had solidified again. The Mexican hot and spicy was very sparsely filled and was not even spicy, just 1 sausage and 1 jalapeno. We paid €40 for 3 cold pizzas. New York Pizza isn't what it used to be. Waste of money.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a hot dog at the main street Mierlo-hout branch, cauliflower base pizza was fine, but the Hawaii pizza was not browned and not fully cooked. The sauce was also missing from the hot dog. Called the branch and was spoken to quite rudely, but the new Hawaii and hot dog with sauce were delivered again, unfortunately the pizza was again not browned and not cooked. Fortunately, there was sauce with the hot dog. What I also found very unpleasant is that the pizza was delivered by 2 delivery people and that the returned pizza was viewed in front of my door, seen through a video doorbell. So I feel like my complaint was not taken very seriously. So NEVER again pizza evening from New York Pizza for us, after many years of enjoying it.

Good pizza, nice and fast staff. I did had to remind them the pizza was on discount, but that was no problem.

Ik bestel alleen hier pizza, altijd lekker en altijd op tijd! Heel tevreden!

Heel weinig kaas, alleen brood.

Altijd tevreden hier. Hoewel niets boven een echt authentieke pizzeria gaat, is New York Pizza nog altijd 10 keer beter dan de gemiddelde 'Italiaanse' pizza die je krijgt bij veel kebabzaken. Grote keuze uit toppings en altijd snel bezorgd. Vaak goede acties ook, helemaal top.

Tweede pizza gratis was een aangename kennismaking. Pizza met zwarte truffeltappenade is een echte aanrader. Heerlijk. Hier kom ik voor terug.

Heerlijke Pizza's. Woon in Someren. Daar is een Domino's. Vindt ik gewoon niet echt lekker. Het verschil zit echt in de bodem van de pizza. Verder goede bediening.

Word voor je ogen klaargemaakt. Helemaal niet verkeerd.

Is gewoon prima pizza, moest wel lang wachten, maar door de actie die liep was het het wachten waard.
