What you did was incredibly rude. Even though I told you I didn't want pork, and even though I was writing this using a translation tool because I don't understand your language, and even though I specifically said I didn't want pork, you made me a pizza with bacon in it. I lost my money and I'm still hungry. I'm just a truck driver, this is completely unfair...

It's not what it used to be. I ordered a deluxe shoarma doner pizza, which had way too much tomato sauce on it, so it tasted more like tomato sauce than anything else. I also got garlic bread, which had whole cloves of garlic in it. I really like garlic, but this was a bit much. They should have put a lot more garlic on it. The delivery person didn't even smile or say hello. I handed over the order and couldn't wait for it to be gone. Such a shame. I used to order regularly, but not anymore after today.

Filed a complaint about inedible garlic bread, but got no response. Not nice.

I've ordered pizzas here many times. The first few times, the pizzas were well-topped and delicious. The last few times, the toppings were so meager, and the pizzas were just awful. So today was my last time at this New York Pizza; I lost a regular customer!

Just ordered two pizzas. They looked like they'd been in the oven twice. This makes the pizza lose its "juicy" quality and dries out the toppings. Hoping for better quality in the future...

I don't know if it's just my impression, but pizza a year ago definitely tasted better than it does now. I don't order pizza in NY often, but recently it tasted average to me.

I like the taste. It is of course different than Italian pizza

Ordered several times. Always something wrong. Delivered far too late or not at all. Then it is claimed that I was not at home. Funny, because as a disabled person I don't do much other than sit at home. Said he wanted a new one. It is a flat-out lie that it is still "rocking hot and fresh". 20 minutes after it leaves the oven. Eat it yourself and give my money back.

Not worth a star. People work here without gloves, but they still scratch and fiddle with their hair and ears. They don't pay attention and you receive half an order, but you pay the full price. I find it not only scandalous how I am addressed, but also disgusting how they deal with hygiene

The garlic sauce on one of the kebab pizzas was forgotten. Delivered quickly, warm and delicious.

21.09.2024 ordered 2 pizzas, it was 22:27 so 3 minutes before the close. My order was not delivered and money was not refunded.

One star is already too much!! The new boss talks too much! If you have been given time off, they will schedule you, if you have a good reason for not being able to work for a weekend, you will be dismissed!! Bahbah

I placed via website my order 2024-56795749 which I never received. I asked for a refund already 3 weeks and still did not receive it. I don’t recommend this place.

Ordered pizza shoaema via the website for pick up. Was just finished when picked up, went home within 5 minutes. Pizza was already cold. Not much to eat, not much shawarma. New York pizza used to be always good, but now it's nothing at all.

It started badly, namely that the pizzas left the branch too late, then the delivery person stands at the door to take the pizzas out of the scooter and then he puts them back and drives away. I had to call back to ask what was going on. It turned out that the delivery person had delivered our pizzas to the wrong address. The lady at the Helmond Molenstraat location indicated that she would prepare new pizzas as soon as possible. Finally, an hour later we received our pizzas with too little taste and poorly cut due to all the haste and urgency. I called back to ask why there was nothing extra/compensation to make up for the long wait. But they don't do that and I had to be happy with the discount on the pizzas and that I got new pizzas. I was entitled to that anyway, for all their mistakes. So they don't want to compensate if mistakes are made, customer-friendly is hard to find. Last time I ordered from here, it's a shame that one person has to ruin it for the rest.

Sad company/ lousy service. Pizza BBQ Bacon & Chicken €15 ordered and received. Only practically without bacon and with a few crumbs of chicken. After telephone contact, it is reported that it is topped as normal and you should actually just choose it with some fried dough, sauce, some pieces of vegetables, without bacon and some crumbs of chicken.. Kudos!

Good pizza, but the place is so small that it can barely fit 10 people

Recently ordered two margherita pizzas and there was virtually no tomato sauce on them, super dry and just disgusting. Not worth the money.

Tried it once a few years ago but was very disappointed. Now I gave it another chance but my god, the pizzas were of scandalous poor quality. Dry, sparsely topped, poor base and no taste. This isn't worth your money, just don't do it. Never again New York pizza for me.

Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza, Classic chicken box and Potato wedges. Everything was almost cold, the pizza was so spicy that you burned your lips (shot with the chili I think) the chicken chunks and chicken strings were limp and wet (supposed to be crispy) and all that for less than 30 euros!!! Next time I'll try Domino's Pizza

I ordered something here and it arrived ice cold. If they don't work on a solution, they just get grumpy on the phone. And then at the end she says fuck off and hangs up.

Complimenten naar de eigenaar van deze Franchise. Ten eerste was het persooneel erg vriendelijk, maar ook klantgericht vond ik. Ten tweede was mijn Shoarma pizza rijkelijk belegd, en met genoeg kaas en een heerlijke bodem. Bij de meeste vestigingen is het beleg karig, en niet altijd lekker! Als ik weer in Helmond ben, dan kom ik zeker weer langs voor dezelfde bestelling... 🤭 Ga zo door toppers, ik had echt genoten. 👌🏾

Leuk personeel. Mag wel klant vriendelijker zijn en een praatje maken kan geen kwaad wanneer je niks aan het doen bent.

De pizza smaakt altijd goed en wordt snel geleverd soms is ie er na 10 minuten al. De zaak ziet er altijd pico bello uit en dat kun je van Domino's (waar ik een aantal jaren boven gewoond heb) niet zeggen.

Ik heb een klacht en dat is dat ik er wat onsjes van aan ben gekomen.... niet gek, ze smaken stuk voor stuk keilekker!! Overzichtelijk en duidelijk online bestellen en bij altijd op tijd afgeleverd of opgehaald!!

Lekkere pizza's. Waren lekker warm toen ze afgeleverd waren. Nette bezorging voor herhaling vatbaar.

NYP is al jaren mij #1 pizzaplace. En deze 2e locatie is ook nog eens een stuk dichter bij huis. Super vriendelijk personeel, goede service, heerlijke producten en veel voordelige acties!!

Goeie pizza’s. Eigenlijk altijd lekker en goed belegen. Moisty and crunchy. Warm aangekomen. En ook een snelle levering.

weinig ingrediënten op de pizza en het lijkt alsof ze eerst met een vrachtwagen een frontale botsing hebben gehad voordat ze op deeg terecht zijn gekomen!

Pizza en, chicken wings en desserts zijn wel lekker maar aan hygiëne moet nog gewerkt worden. Normaal gesproken bestellen we de levering aan huis maar een keer heb ik het eten zelf opgehaald en dus gezien hoe het gemaakt was. Ik heb contant geld betaald en het meisje begon meteen met handen pizza deeg klaar maken zonder handschoentjes of handen wassen na het geld, dat vond ik heel erg raar.

Heerlijke pizza's ga vanuit Someren naar Mierlo of Helmond om bij NY pizza te eten. Fijne bediening.

Een fijne pizzeria met vaak kortingen en acties zoals, 2e pizza gratis of elke pizza voor 4.99 bij 25cm new york style. Vriendelijke service hebben ze ook en de pizza's zijn snel klaar door hun pizzaoven.

Dość smaczna pizza. Jest wybór i nie trzeba długo czekać.
