New York Pizza in Wijk 16 Havenkwartier

Waited an hour and a half, called to ask where the pizzas were, and was spoken to rudely. Spoke to two different people, and received rude responses. After delivery, the delivery driver was also very rude. No decency whatsoever, and ultimately, the pizza was lukewarm. Never again New York Pizza.

The delivery service is terrible, two hours of waiting after the order was placed, I had to improvise dinner for the children after an hour of waiting and it was only delivered an hour later. Unbelievable

Delivered too late. Arrogant staff. The delivery driver was rude when I told him he was half an hour late. It's fine that they're busy, but please let the customers who have ordered and are waiting know. This was the last time I'll order from them.

Ordering through the app works fine, but the preparation and delivery takes hours. The tracker on the app is random, and when you call, they're always just about to go in the oven. The food tastes and looks like it's been waiting for hours to be delivered and can go straight back in the bin. Yuck. I have no idea why I kept giving them a chance, but this was definitely the last time.

Horrible business. The staff promises everything, but they don't deliver, and they lie. The food wasn't delivered cold until 9 p.m., and when we called after an hour, they said the delivery driver wasn't on his way, so we live 10 minutes away. We're canceling the order, and they won't offer a refund. We recommend ordering elsewhere.

The pizzas were delivered more than half an hour late and cold

I worked there myself, and one of the owners smokes over the pizza and only complains about his employees. That they're bad and should work faster. You have to get the pizzas out of your head within two days. It's really the worst part-time job. Out of all of them.

The pizza arrived cold. It tasted awful; our pizzas were swimming in chili and BBQ sauce. I find this ridiculous!!

We ordered at 6:00 PM and thought we'd be eating on time. Two hours later, after two phone calls and an app cheerfully telling us our pizzas had already been delivered, we finally received them. Unfortunately, they were quite cold by then, and the thin, crispy crust wasn't really crispy anymore. It's a shame, as we expected more after such a long wait. Next time, we'll just turn on the oven ourselves.

I waited two hours for my food, only to receive a cold pizza and part of my order was missing. They couldn't make a new pizza because the oven was off. They offered me a 25% discount on my next order, but I didn't want it because I won't be ordering again.

Ordered 2 pizzas that were so greasy they were inedible

Today I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd. I received a confirmation number. However, after an hour, the food still hadn't arrived. After calling, it turned out the order had never arrived at the restaurant. The restaurant (New York Pizza) indicated that Thuisbezorgd was at fault. This is already the third time this has happened. Very disappointing.

Pizza was horribly sweet and greasy, like I was eating a pancake. In addition, the delivery time was an hour and a half, 10 minutes by bike 22/6/2025.

We ordered several times at the beginning it was good now it's bad they work with bad materials the toppings are terrible I don't recommend it.

Had to wait super long for order and then cold! Also forgot product. Would be brought back, never seen again. I think it's more than fair that you get your money back. Well no! Head office believes that the branch should respond, but of course you don't hear anything about that anymore. Really really bad! 1 star is of course too much.

I ordered a pizza and got one with almost no toppings on it. Essentialy it was a margarita pizza without cheese and 4 slices of salami on it. They hiked up the prices to 20 euros for a delivery of one pizza. I complained about this and was offered a coupon for 25% off on my next order. I am not upset that something might have gone wrong but that they refuse to take responsibility is unacceptable. Never going to order here again.

Ordered here several times, we wait an average of 1.5 hours for the order, much too long for an address in Barendrecht, so the pizza is already COLD! Wrong products delivered several times, as was the case again today! In addition, you get cookie crumbs instead of a neat whole cookie. The pizza tasted awful today; I honestly don't know what you did to it. The pepperoni tasted different than usual, and this is supposedly a "Brooklyn" pizza with three cheeses, but there was no cheese at all. I order this same pizza from you monthly (if not weekly) and have NEVER experienced it like this. Half of it ended up in the trash. Very disappointing.

Drama pizzeria always has cold pizzas, ridiculous and then they don't respond to complaints or offer a 25 percent discount, then you really don't understand it as a company. Always keep the same delivery distance at Domino

Ordered two pizzas at 6:45 PM, delivered at 8:56 PM. Pizzas were completely cold. The only possible compensation was a 25% discount for a next order. What a service.

Delivery time was very long, called after an hour and was told that it had just been put in the oven.

Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas. When they finally arrived, the pizzas were literally drowned in the sauce that was all over the box. Dough was much too pale and could have been left in the oven longer. Not anymore

Truly the worst establishment I know. You don't have much choice so decay makes sense. But time and time again, incredibly long delivery times of up to 90 minutes. And in about 6 out of 10 times, what you ordered has simply cooled down to a point that you wonder why you didn't just start cooking. Please don't call them. Those kids in the shop will do anything to make you feel misunderstood.

Ordered 2x margaritas at 6:15 pm. I called at 7:15 PM because the status on the account remained at “Received by branch”. They are now going in, was the answer. It is now almost 8:05 PM and I have not received anything yet. Called again. Answer: He's ALREADY on his way...I know, it's Sunday but this doesn't make any sense. No excuses or anything. Fortunately, the pizzas were still warm when they were delivered at 8:10 PM. Almost 2 hours after ordering!

Does not respond to submitted complaint! Ordered 3 ice creams and only received 2, so I showed the surprised delivery person on the receipt that there were 3. Said he'd bring the 3rd ice cream. Never been again. Complaint left but no response. I've had pizza with hair on it before, so I wouldn't recommend it

The service at New York Pizza is abysmal in every respect. It can't be worse than bad. Delivery up to an hour and a half late is 'normal'. Calling where the delivery is, it will give you a different answer every time. Conclusion: New York Pizza is, as has been repeatedly shown, an incorrigible and unsurpassed crap club. You must have ordered a pizza there....

What bad service. Quality of pizzas is getting worse every time. If you add extra ingredients to a Margaritha pizza, it suddenly says that you added extra Mozzarella for 1.50, I don't want that. Then I get a pizza delivered without cheese. If you call and say what they delivered is incorrect, I will have to call the head office tomorrow. Never again NYP Platenhaven for me.

Bad experience with delivery, takes long and cold

Super tasty pizzas, although unfortunately the quality has deteriorated a bit lately. The pizzas are increasingly sparsely topped and that is a shame, because it makes them slightly less tasty. Keep up the Quality!

Wachttijd 1,5-2 uur. Pizza was cold and taste like 2 days old pizza, soggy and hard. After long waiting I need to put it to the oven to be able to eat it. Second time they forget the garlic sauce, I was calling them and ask where is my order, they told me that the driver will be any minute from now then waiting another 20 minute for it. Why deliver pizzas if you can't do it in 30 minutes. Almost 2 hours! And then we're talking about ordering on Sunday evening around 7pm. One of the pizzas was lukewarm (temperature). If you call, it is due to crowds and staff shortages. Then you put that on the site so that people can decide for themselves whether they want to wait.

Super tasty American pizza with a thick soft base. The pepperoni is highly recommended. Will definitely order here again👍🏼

My experience with NEW YORK PIZZA is really bad, no good services, old pizza looks like it was from 3 days ago or something, sorry, but it really didn't look fresh and Julie also delivers cold food because those pizzas were really cold and to make it even more beautiful They also forget my drinks. Sorry, but never again for me.

Lekkere pizza en ze bezorgen best snel

Goeie tent goede eten en bezorging.. veel revieuws met 1 of 2 3 sterren kloppen echter niet ! Jongens doen hun best !

Jammer dat als bezorgers ook (goed bedoelt)die net.. binnen komen en gelijk helpen met bestellingen klaar maken zonder eerst de handen te wassen .

Elke keer bestel ik toch weer de pizza bij New York Pizza. Constante kwaliteit en snel klaar.

Heel fijn dat er een ruime keuzen glute vrije pizza's is maar als alles dan geleverd wordt en het ziet er zo uit is het direct ook de laatste keer

De pizza was lauw / bijna koud bij aflevering. Beloofd was 16:15. Aflevering was rond 16:38. Maar rond 16:33 stond er al "afgeleverd"... Onjuist. Conclusie: bezorger is gaan dwalen en heeft leverantie afgemeld vóór het daadwerkelijk bezorgmoment... jammer.

Vriendelijk personeel. Goeie en snelle service. De kwaliteit van de pizza's is uitstekend. Prima zaak dus!

Pizza’s afgehaald. Echter wat mij opviel was gebrek aan interne communicatie en leiding. Mijn pizza’s lagen al 15 minuten in de doos te wachten en werden toen pas overhandigd. Toch had ik me tussentijds opnieuw gemeld.

Ik wil een klacht indienen , we hadden twee pizza's besteld eentje waar ijsbergsla op zou zitten wat er niet op zat! En ik had cinnemon bread besteld , zat er geen dipsaus bij en dat is juist het lekkerst!!!

Hele lekkere pizza's. Alleen ze gaven een wachttijd van 20 minuten en als ik dan na 25 minuten vraag hoelang het nog duurd zeggen ze "nog ongeveer een kwartier"

Prima te doen die pjezza's, wel vaak aan de vettige kant alleen.

Het was wel even geduld oefenen. Want door de actie 2 halen 1 betalen bij afhalen was het behoorlijk druk. Maar in de keuken liep het als een goed geoliede machine. Dus na wat wachten toch beloond met heerlijke pizza. Overigens bleek er vooraf te bestellen. Hoe, dat weet ik niet. Want op de website kon dat dan weer niet. Maar er liepen wel degelijk mensen binnen en gelijk met pizza naar buiten.

Kwaliteit is goed. Maar op tijd komen ho maar.

vlot, lekker en glutenarm: yayy!

Goed bereikbare plek, duidelijke site, kwaliteit van het eten is super en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Alleen wel weinig wachtruimte.

Leuke plek met veel historie. Specialiteit vis maar ook vleesgerechten. Winkeltje waar je souvenirs kan kopen. Toeristen en ook lokale mensen vinden deze plek.

Pizza's blijven aan de zoute kant.
