New York Pizza in Bennekom

What a great place, and really nice staff and faster service, I give this a big 10 plus

You guys should pay more attention to your staff with that antisocial driving behavior through the village of Bennekom tokkies

It took an hour and a half to receive the pizza. Thuisbezorgd.nl showed a delivery time of 15-25 minutes. The pizzas were also cold when they finally arrived. Such a shame, you expect more from a large chain like NY Pizza!

I ordered and after 40 minutes it still hadn't arrived. I called again and they said yes, we're closed, too bad.

ordered three pizzas and a cannelloni. after 20 minutes everything was delivered. the pizzas warm, but the canelloni frozen!! called the delivery... only comment... oh yeah new guy who probably didn't know that the canelloni has to go in the oven three times... We'll bring a new one. No sorry, nothing at all. Nice to bring a new one, but this meant that three family members had already finished their food long before the new canelloni arrived. (canelloni half an hour after the pizzas). Update: the delivery guy apologized for his colleagues. 👍🏼💪🏼😊

Ordered and paid for pizzas, but they never delivered. When you call, you get a recording saying they're closed, half an hour before closing time, according to the website. This is absolutely terrible!

Terrible experience. Our order was marked as "delivered" 45 minutes after placing it, but we hadn’t received anything. After multiple follow-up calls over the next two hours, the pizza finally arrived—ice cold and excessively oily. Extremely disappointing service and quality. I won’t be ordering here again.

Order was never delivered. When I called them for the 3rd time the guy on the phone for rude with me. Will never order from them again.

I have been a New York pizza customer for years, I called on September 10, 2024; 6:30 PM. I just politely asked where my pizza is, because the status is 'delivered' and the status then disappears. But the person behind the telephone is a person who needs to be trained how to answer the telephone. Super rude person. I was in shock. 😳 With this experience, I go back to my old New York pizza place, Telefoonweg ;Ede. Super nice people and service wonderful 👍🏽

We thought we would order pizza from New York, but nothing could be further from the truth. Besides the fact that the pizza did not arrive warm at all and was far too greasy, the delivery also left much to be desired. It took about 2 hours before we got the pizzas. Ordered for the 3rd time and did not receive an order. The first time they were polite enough to call with the excuse that they no longer had any delivery people because the scooter delivery person had had an accident. ok.. can happen. A month later I thought I would try again, thinking that things should probably turn out fine now. No. An hour and a half later, no pizza, no phone call. And when you finally call you get some story about why they can't deliver it and that the order has been canceled. Some time later there was a nice promotion and I thought: Three times is a charm, it couldn't go wrong again, right? And of course, this time too there is no concern and they don't say anything.. It is now almost 2 weeks later and I have not yet received my money back. I have no idea what's going wrong there in Bennekom, but you're better off at the Domino's...

After a period of being really bad at delivery (just not doing it with all kinds of excuses), handling (after coming to pick up the pizzas yourself, the pizzas were not ready at the agreed time even though it was not busy at all/I was the only one!) and taste (not prepared/prepared with love) I think the broom has been thoroughly swept through, I think. Ordered 2 pizzas on Monday evening, and called on Friday to find out where my pizzas were. Of course, late Monday evening I completed the complaints form. Pizza is okay, potato wedges are often made of black potatoes. Customer service on the phone is not nice. When they didn't deliver an order and had to put money back, they didn't do so until were contacted again.

What a shame, an hour and a half later still no pizza. Called twice and each time a different chat. Really really bad! And then you have to wait another 10 days before you get your money back.

Ordered here once before, couldn't eat it (better order in Wageningen). Ordered pizza again today for 50 euros, waited an hour and finally decided to call. It was said that I had been called (which was not the case) because almost all the pizzas I had ordered except for one were not there! Bad thing! When I asked if I could order something again and it would be delivered urgently, this was not possible. Furthermore, they did not come up with a solution and they did not seem to care that much. Bad thing, never order here again!

Ordered online yesterday. After two hours my order was still marked as 'received'. I just called and asked when I could expect my pizzas. Online besteld. Na ’n half uur werd ik gebeld omdat de baas vond dat ‘t niet veilig was om te rijden. Het vroor niet eens, lag alleen nog wat sneeuw. Dus ergens anders bestelling gedaan, was er binnen een kwartier. Teleurstellend, en na een week nog geen geld terug. Verder altijd lekker eten van New York Pizza, met name het knoflookbrood.

In het begin dat we hier bestelde was het goed. Maar sinds een tijdje nu elke keer als we bestellen via de telefoon gaat er van alles mis. Of het aan slaan van de order is niet goed gegaan. En bellen we na 1 uur waar het blijft kunnen hun niks terug vinden. Pizza komen lauw tot bijna koud aan. Ze zijn echt slecht. Niet vriendelijk mee denkend als het fout gaat. Wij gaan echt hier niet meer bestellen. Raad af om hier te bestellen behalven als je bijna 2 uur op je pizza wil wachten!!!!!!!!

Super lekkere pizza’s, de caprese is de beste. De pizza’s zijn altijd warm en worden snel bezorgd.

Na anderhalf uur bel ik toch maar eens waar de 2 pizza's blijven. Ja het is druk, kan niet zeggen hoe lang het nog duurt. De manager heeft het verprutst. Je kunt annuleren. (Nee, want ik heb met ideal betaald) Kan dus nog meer dan een uur duren... Na twee en een half uur toch maar geannuleerd. Geld zou worden teruggestort. Waren niet de enige werd er gezegd. Eerste keer, nooit weer!

Er is ook een pizza met glutenvrije bodem, mmmh die is misschien nog wel lekkerder dan een bodem met gluten. Ook is er vegan kaas. Van die plakkerige, die laat ik volgende keer achterwege.

Heerlijke pizza's! En lekker warm bezorgd.

Een beetje serieuze pizza liefhebber koopt hier geen pizza. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is ver te zoeken veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Koop meteen een liter cola oud erbij want dat heb je wel nodig. Zeer onhandige bestel methode met allemaal vage kortingscoupons. Wel snel geleverd, dat weer wel.

Mooie aanwinst voor Bennekom. Vriendelijk personeel, snelle bezorging, lekkere pizza!
