New York Pizza in Ede-West

Ordered at 6 p.m. with a requested delivery time of 7 p.m. Two pizzas were actually delivered at 7:50 p.m. The pizzas were cold! That's €33.

Worthless order, food in Ede at 6:20 PM, and now it's 8:30 PM and still nothing. Called at 7:45 PM and it was supposed to be in the oven then. A truly worthless company, never again.

We had to wait over two hours for our order, which is already quite long for a few pizzas. When the delivery driver finally arrived, the pizzas weren't warm enough, and we had to heat them up in the oven ourselves. This is absolutely not what you expect when ordering food. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Hopefully, the service will improve in the future, but for now, I can't recommend it.

My order was never delivered. This isn't a mistake anymore, this is incompetence. I paid and received nothing. Customer service is unreachable and completely useless. New York Pizza has zero respect for customers. What a shameful company.

Absolutely awful, ordered 4 pizzas, all 4 were unbearable. The delivery guy was a nice guy, but that didn't make the pizzas any better.

Normally, the pizza was fine for what you'd expect from New York. This time, the delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the pizza wasn't as generously topped as usual. The crust was tough and hard (without garlic oil, too), and the pizzas were cold and chewy. The cinnastix also arrived without icing. After calling, the employee said they would deliver it later, but an hour later, still no icing. You order from New York Pizza because you want New York pizza, but that certainly wasn't the case here.

The order arrived an hour late and the pizza was lukewarm. They also forgot the garlic oil on the rim for the second time in a row...

It's truly disgraceful how this store in Ede treats its customers. We were significantly overcharged. I called about this immediately after placing the order. The employee replied that it would be resolved, and then the store manager confirmed that the money would indeed be refunded. It's now been seven weeks and we haven't received anything. We've since been there, filled out a complaint form on the website, and called ten times, each time promising a call back. NEW YORK PIZZA: when will you get back to us?

Ordered pizzas for delivery. An hour later, they arrived. You'd think, "Great," but seriously? Who packs those pizzas and lifts those boxes? We ordered two pizzas, and we received one pizza and one empty box!!!! My partner sprinted after the delivery driver to let him know. And after 45 minutes, my pizza finally arrived. No apologies or anything. I really don't understand how you can miss an empty box. You just feel it, don't you?

That something can go wrong isn't a problem. Unfortunately, the delivery drivers' problem-solving skills are just as poor as the franchisee's. I've been trying for almost a month now and have only received sporadic responses from NYP itself and NYP Ede. I advise others to simply report the franchisee's unprofessional conduct to the ACM (Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets) if they don't get satisfactory solutions. This only takes a few minutes, and with enough reports, they will take action. Because it's appalling how this man treats his customers. After waiting for over an hour, I got a cold, inedible pizza. I ordered two. The delivery driver didn't even come to the door. And after a "Oh yeah, I don't have the second pizza, I'll go get it," I was there. I had to leave in 10 minutes. Oh well, I waited anyway. An hour later, finally, the second pizza. So I didn't eat, and neither did my partner. I left immediately, since we had agreed to meet. A quick consultation could have prevented all of this. It also seems to me that you should immediately call the store and quickly drive back and forth to complete the order. But no. Just drive away without consulting them. Then several emails about the situation. An order over 30 euros and the solution: a coupon for one pizza. Honestly, a simple email with an apology and a refund would have been fine. You would have kept a loyal customer. Now I have no choice but to send a notice of default. And probably contact a debt collection agency.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery at 6:30 PM tonight. After waiting for two hours, I called to check on the delivery time. The employee on the phone told me that due to a delivery shortage, I could cancel or pick it up myself. So I canceled. The manager isn't available to assist customers in the evening. Apparently, contacting the customer to discuss the options in a timely manner wasn't an option either. Too bad. Could have been better.

Ordered two pizzas and one bottle of wine via Uber Eats. Unfortunately, they're no longer allowed to deliver a bottle of wine, but I did call them about it. However, after a week, I still haven't received my refund and can't get in touch with them.

really worthless lately. ordered recently. it took way too long, arrived ice cold and therefore inedible. called about this and eventually he said he would give a credit note for the amount spent. had to arrange this via customer service. did this & they linked it back to New York Ede. They gave 1 small pizza as a coupon but not what was agreed. Emailed again, no contact. Emailed customer service and they said they would do it anyway. a long time later and no answer. scandalous. if you dare to deliver poorly topped cold pizzas, you can probably also handle the consequences. but not here unfortunately! never again for me

1 star is too much, zero stars! Never again. Pizza is not delivered. They do not answer their phone, called 3 times with 5 minutes in between. This is not the first time that it is deeply sad. Also had to wait 1.5 hours for pizza several times.

Ordered 45 euros at New York pizza in Ede on Saturday night. At this moment we have been waiting for our pizzas for almost 2 hours. Calling is useless. They do not pick up the phone. Dramatic delivery service. Do not order here.

They offer delivery on the home delivery portal, but then do not deliver. They do not report that the order has not been delivered. They do not answer the phone. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Being able to wait 1.5 hours and receive a cold pizza. Called for a complaint. I was able to send an email but I received an incorrect email address. When I want to call again the phone is picked up and pushed away and then not answered again. Bad thing 👎🏼

Don't order here, wait an hour first and then your order will be cancelled. If you call them you can wait another hour until your pizza is delivered. Also not customer friendly!!!

Things have been going wrong more and more lately! Wrongly delivered pizza, no sauces or just a very long wait. If you call, you are told that the pizza has been delivered... I think the delivery person was hungry himself. Not recommended.

I recently received the wrong pizzas and today I received the wrong coke for the third time. At least call which one I want when the normal coke runs out and don't just give me another one without the customer's permission. This is the last time I order from here

Very poor delivery. Through the app you get the message that the delivery person is on the road, 30 minutes later they are finally there, with yes cold pizzas. It's not the first time. We will not order from here again.

Very unfortunate.. I already ordered at 5 p.m., indicated that we wanted the pizzas delivered at 7 p.m., so we called at half past seven, pizzas still had to be made.. according to the young man on the phone, I had just placed my order. That would have been strange if I wanted the pizzas delivered at 7 p.m. The young man told me that it was busy (I can understand that) But also that the pizzas still had to be made... it is now almost half past eight and we don't have any pizzas yet I think this is a bad thing! I won't be ordering here again anytime soon

What a ridiculous experience at New York Pizza. My house is just 3 minutes away from their branch, but I had to wait over an hour for my order. When the food finally arrived it was cold and tasteless. The pizza looked unkempt and sloppy, as if no effort had been made to make it attractive. In addition, I am seriously concerned about the poor customer service. The staff seemed completely disinterested and rude when I called to inquire where my order was. This is absolutely unacceptable for a company that claims to provide quality service. I recommend everyone to spend your money elsewhere.

The food was delicious. But I didn't think it was normal to have to wait more than half an hour for our food and then forget something so now we had to wait another half hour for our last food. And cold is really bad service.

Delivery was 35 minutes late and it was cold and tough so it's a mess and when you call you say sorry yes it was late many more people are getting cold pizza tonight because hef is busy o can you do something with this no it's just a shame that's all, in short, crappy service for a lot of money, cold food, so don't order anything here, just as worthless as domino's pizza

Pizzas ordered were delivered at agreed time. I was mistaken and thought I had ordered one of the pizzas gluten free (online). This turned out not to be the case, but after a phone call it was arranged, within half an hour the delivery person was on our doorstep to exchange the pizza for a gluten-free variant! Super service and tasty pizzas!

Erg lang moeten wachten op de bestelling, ruim 1,5 uur. Kaas was op of vergeten. Veelste veel tomatensaus op de pizza. Erg jammer.

1,5 uur moeten wachten totdat mijn bestelling bezorgd werd. De smaak van de pizza viel me tegen. Hier ga ik niet meer bestellen.

Voorheen goede pizza, maar tegenwoordig steeds slechtere kwaliteit. Pizza's druipen in het vet, amper of niet in stukken gesneden, karig belegd of zelfs koud! Ook worden de pizza's steeds vaker ca. een half uur later dan de geplande bezorgtijd bezorg, maar liggen de pizza's onnodig lang koud te worden in de winkel. Als het druk is en daardoor later bezorgd wordt kan ik nog snappen, maar gooi die pizza dan later in de oven dat het bij bezorging tenminste nog wel heet is. Kortom, veel werk aan de winkel dus!!

Geweldige pitza en goedkop maar ik wachte ongeveer 1/5 uur, anderhalve uur is echt lang.

Aardappel frietjes koud. Pizza’s half om half belegd maar niet duidelijk welke helft nou wat moest zijn, zag eruit als 1 pot nat. Korst van de ene pizza was niet goed gaar.

Goeie en lekkere pizza's. Nadeel is wel dat op drukke dagen (vrijdag en zaterdag) de bezorgingstijd lang is. Rond de 45min tot een uur.

Pizza eten zonder aan te komen? Dat kan bij New York Pizza! In de extra tijd die je op je pizza moet wachten kan je een volledige workout doen om vervolgens in topconditie een andere pizza in ontvangst te nemen dan je besteld had.

9 van de 10 keer de extra kaas over de rand van €2.50 vergeten. Laatst wel een uur na sluitingstijd nog bezorgd met iets extra's erbij omdat ze de foute pizza hadden geleverd

Zojuist om 21.45 twee pizza's besteld. De smaak was prima, maar de pizza's waar we een uur op moesten wachten waren koud. Wat ik overigens opmerkelijk vind is dat de koerier om 22.15 vertrekt en om 22.45 aankomt, dit over een afstand van 2,8km. Daarnaast is de opmaak van de pizza ronduit droevig te noemen, het is er allemaal maar opgegooid.

Super. Vriendelijk. Snel klaar, leuke babbel en ook nog een mooi pizzames meegekregen. Bedankt.
