I placed an order in the store today. The staff were super friendly, especially the manager (Marit) and one of the delivery drivers (Thomas), who were very friendly to customers. The food was delicious; I will definitely come back here again.

Delivered faster than Uber Eats said! + a very sweet girl on the phone. The pizza was delicious and still very warm when it arrived!

Super satisfied, ate a delicious gluten-free pizza. I can also recommend Buffalo Wings. Even got an extra discount. See you soon.

1 pizza was really not cut well, both bases and edges were a bit harder than “normally crunchy” AND the sauce on the East Side shawarma was really stingy and there was really little meat🙃 The sauces I had asked for by phone weren't included either, so that pizza was really dry. Very disappointing, I'm not used to this from this branch.

I was standing in the store and was told that they aren't allowed to serve customers inside after 10:00 PM. Instead of being told I could call and have it delivered to my door, I could have at least eaten a pizza that I've been really craving. Now I've driven there for nothing two days in a row, wasted 4 euros on parking, only to still not be able to eat a pizza. Disgusting service, and certainly not customer-friendly in that way. So they've lost at least one customer. Worthless. Great, they're being so accommodating. So now I walked away angry, and no, I was friendly to the staff. They just really need to learn what service and being accommodating to the customer means. In any case, I'm never going there again!! A few months ago I was actually able to just order a pizza in the store at 11:15 PM. So this is more than a huge disappointment.

The Korean chicken is awful. It's raw and has no sauce. What you receive is completely different from what they advertise in their pictures. When we contacted the restaurant, the manager accused us of lying and said he wouldn't do anything because the Korean style is different. Even when we suggested returning the chicken, he said he wouldn't do anything. This is ridiculous, expensive, and disgusting. I don't recommend buying from that branch.

I've eaten here often, and it was decent. Today, a truly scandalously burnt pizza with a few pieces of tuna. Skimping on the toppings stops at some point. Skimping on the dough.... The bottom line: I spoke to a friendly employee on the phone. I was offered a solution that I don't want anymore. I won't order pizza here again.

Yesterday, I ordered pizza with my girlfriend after spending the entire day in the clinic for my ACL surgery. We both got really sick that evening and started throwing up. I woke up at 3 a.m. and didn't feel much better until 6:30 a.m. My girlfriend, who wasn't with me, told me she'd made about the same thing! You guys have really great pizza, I'll never order from them again. 👍🏻👍🏻

It's fine that it's busy and therefore the order takes considerably longer. But arriving 40 minutes after the expected time with a stone-cold pizza is a bit much. We're not talking about a €5 pizza, are we?

I waited over an hour and a half for a cold pizza. Next time, please let me know in advance if it's going to take that long. My pizza is still in the oven, so I should have gotten a frozen one. It's nice that all the ingredients are on my pizza this time.

I love New York pizza,but sometimes like today it was salty and not cooked well, I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but I’ve noticed this problem more than once. Please look into it, as I really enjoy your pizza when it’s done right.

Pizza is truly inedible. That you dare sell this to people is absolutely absurd. Overpriced garbage.

I recently ordered pizza for a large group. They called to say delivery would take a little longer due to a broken pizza. I find this very customer-friendly and didn't mind at all because they called. The pizzas were then delivered by a very friendly young man on a scooter. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon.

Had ordered pizza last week, delivered in Laren after 55 minutes. Pizza base was tough and tasteless. also the extra ordered meat on the pizza was not added for which you have to pay 2.50€. Amount of meat is minimal. Lava cake that I had ordered was also not tasty, top was hard and the side was limp, chocolate tasted a bit cheap. Would not order here, because you can complain but nothing changes! Too bad I will stick to Domino's Better taste and service!

Extremely slow service. When I called after 1 hour they said I was at the top of the list. Pizza was raw dough and tomato sauce. Everything but what I'm used to from NY Pizza. Very disappointing…

Great NYP, about the railway in Hilversum. Picked up and there are still a number of parking spaces available... pay attention to time and the payment machine.

Waiting 2 hours for an order. And not the first time, I have already had so many vouchers that I can eat for free all year long. But it makes no sense because they won't change their policy anyway. So good luck, I will never order from them again, even though the pizzas taste good

Ordered two pizzas for the children for the movie night, first delivery took 1.5 hours, then I received two wrong pizzas. I called the branch to inform them that I had the wrong order. Then I was on hold for more than 40 minutes, then I decided to drive there myself, and then a bunch of younger people were chatting while sitting on the counter, who continued chatting happily when I announced that I had received the wrong order, and after having been on hold for 40 minutes, I was told yes, I will no longer answer the phone if there are 50 people on hold! Very rude rude guy. I will never order from here again, I have always been a fan of dominoes, but this one! The disappointment of my children can no longer be justified!

2 plus 1 pizza free promotion used, but I think they split the topping of 2 over 3 pizzas. The 2 magarita pizzas in particular were dry. Dough with dried up tomato sauce and the cheese was hard to find. A shame because you pay 32 euros for 3 pizzas. (2 pizzas) I won't order again.

They park their cars in front of the parking garage next to the store, so nobody can exit. When someone tells them they shouldn't do that, they say they are in a hurry and there is nobody there. Why are you complaining? They have the audacity to argue with you that you shouldn't complain. That's not how it works. There are many other parking options and being lazy does not justify temporarily parking your car to block the exit of the garage. It's an unnecessary hindrance and fire hazard, especially since there were many free parking spots within 10 meters.

Ordered American cookie and pizza, pizza crust tough, can happen, American cookie, on the other hand, soaking wet/greasy, both the box and the cookie. Looks like just throw it in the microwave and you're done. Called, the only option is to have a new cookie delivered, but that takes +/- 60 minutes.

Super bad pizzas. Very frugal with toppings. Very dry pizzas. Not worth the money at all. Picked up food at this New York Pizza branch for the first time and also the last time.

We ordered about an 1 and a half hours ago, but the pizza is still not here, I love their pizza, but the delivery service is very bad.

Pizza’s waren lekker en goed belegd.

Ik kreeg een SMS dat mijn pizza te laat was en een tegoedbon. Dat klopt niet: ik had een lastig adres opgegeven en het was knap dat de bezorger het toch vond. Ik maak géén gebruik van de tegoedbon en de bezorger wordt wat mij betreft bezorger van de maand.

Nu een paar keer pizza gehaald daar ( we wonen in dezelfde straat zowat ). Ze zijn erg lekker en goed belegd. Ook wel fijn dat ze knettervers zijn, maar dat is omdat het 2 minuten lopen is. Zo uit de oven op je bord!
