New York Pizza in Zuid

Had to wait two hours for a pizza. Never again New York Pizza. Truly scandalous.

I ordered the pizzas late in the afternoon for delivery at 6:45 PM. Now, at 7:45 PM, the pizza still hasn't arrived. I contacted the store and was treated very unprofessionally, even by the manager. I'm truly dissatisfied. P.S. The pizzas were over 70 minutes late and cold.

I've ordered pizza here many times and been disappointed many times, but today it was truly awful! The pizza was ice cold and there was no garlic oil on the edge, and the garlic bread was rock hard. This was the last time.

Nice atmosphere with very friendly staff, they work very hard with what they are given to deal with.

We ordered a pizza with a "get-one-free" offer. After waiting two hours and calling twice, the pizza finally arrived. But instead of two pizzas, we only received one. The pizza delivery driver started arguing with us, and the employee on the phone said he had a rough day. In short, we received one pizza and received no further assistance. And apparently, waiting two hours for an incorrect order is normal.

Ice-cold pizza. When I called, they told me you weren't entitled to a warm pizza and therefore no new pizza or refund. 😂 According to the scooter guy on the phone, you're paying €35 for the cold ingredients someone put on the dough, not for an edible meal. We had a hilarious conversation. They also didn't deliver certain sauces, and they expect me to pay the plastic fee for a product I didn't receive. Making a profit from their own failures? Of course, I'll continue to address this. But please don't order from here. Just scooter guys who might ride other "products" but don't have pizza as their core business.

Horrible. My friend ordered almost €60 worth of pizzas, the delivery driver arrived 20 minutes early (meaning we weren't there yet), and then we had to wait an hour and a half for our pizzas. They were also very rude on the phone. What a shitshow—never again.

I've ordered from New York Pizza twice in a week. The first time, my order was an hour late, for a legitimate reason, and I was told it would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. I then had to wait another hour for my food. Now I've ordered again and received a completely frozen cheesecake. The store says they can't do anything about it. This is appalling service. I would find another pizzeria that provides proper service and doesn't deliver food that's frozen and hard.

They don't do what you ask for, I wanted Italian style but they couldn't do it, then I asked why and I got a very vague story

After waiting 3.5 hours and 5 phone calls later, I was allowed to eat 2 delicious pizzas all by myself in peace because the children were already asleep. What a treat. I even got a Ben & Jerry's ice cream as an apology

Certainly not the most professional department of New York Pizza. No food received even though the order was stated as 'completed'. When inquiring about a refund, they have the greatest difficulty finding the email addresses that you are required to enter when ordering. Let them put those two tens in their 'special dough' - what an amateurish hassle for a few pizzas

As always for lazy sunday our pizzas from New York pizza was amaizing.

We picked up our pizza here. What an extremely good service. We were helped right away and asked for some extra cheese on the pizza. The pizza had a huge thick layer of cheese, so was exactly what we asked for. Employees were friendly and very professional. We enjoyed our pizza. Definitely worth it for your next pizza evening. Delicious fresh pizzas😍

Don't order sauce here because you won't get it anyway. Mentioned several times. However, I have never received my garlic sauce, even if you ordered extra. Getting tired of this. Best to order from Papa Johns!

Super bad thing!!!! I live 3 minutes away from the delivery person and yet this store has repeatedly delivered the food cold or cold and not properly. After contacting the branch, a new one would be delivered and we could give the old pizza to the dog and cat. Eventually the delivery person showed up at the door with the new pizza, but suddenly wants back the old pizza that was eaten by the animals. Gave the pizza back and the delivery person also took the new one back because there was not enough left of the pizza 🤔. In short, don't order anything here.

The quality of the pizza can sometimes vary. If you don't set the bar very high in your expectations, then it's generally fine.

Delivery is slow. In the meantime, wait double the indicated time. In addition, there is no recording. Very annoying

We had to wait 2 hours, pizza was cold, if you want to pay in cash that is not possible, and the staff does not even know how the ATM machine works, you have to wait another 30 minutes until you get your pizza. Bad crockery!!!!

Ordered at 1834, now it is 2030 and the order has not yet come. And false status saying order is on time between 1919-1934 whereas time is 2027. And the phone has been disconnected. New york pizza service becoming bad.

Ik haal hier vaker pizza's af en laat daar geen problemen mee. Het wordt gewoon vers en lekker gemaakt. Hoe ze met bestrllingen omgaan weet ik niet.

Very friendly employees and very good customer service. When I was there, for no reason they decided not to charge me for my pizza even though I showed them my card, in fact they also added a cookie. The sauce was very good and the cookie is one of the best cookies I ever had. the sauce had such a nice texture. I also forgot to tell you how good the crust was. All I'm going to say is ....FIVE STARSSSSSSSSS

Ze zijn altijd snel en de pizza is altijd warm, ideale oplossing voor als je geen zin hebt om te koken :-)

Ordered online for delivery for the first time. Maybe we were lucky (considering all the negative reviews), but we had a very good experience. Delivered on time and the pizza was DELICIOUS!!! Update: have ordered 5 times so far, and we are satisfied with every order!

Erg lekkere pizza's. Betrouwbare bezorging. Vaak mooie aanbiedingen.

Over het algemeen wel lekker pizza’s, maar wel een keertje mijn gehele bestelling vergeten! Hadden gelukkig voor contant betalen aan de deur gekozen dus geen geld verloren, besloten om maar wat anders te eten die avond.

Ik had 3 dingen besteld en er kwamen er 2 binnen. Ik heb even gebeld, en binnen 5 minuten stond dezelfde bezorger op de stoep met mijn chicken pops, hij zei dat hij zo snel mogelijk was gekomen om het te fixen. Top service! En erg lekker eten!

Fast food niet meer dan dat en service is matig.

Prima bezorging en een mooie pizza

Zoals altijd super snel bezorgd binnen 15 minuten. Pizza's waren weer goed, wel ontbrak er gorgonzola op de 4 cheese pizza dat was wel teleurstellend.

Erg lekkere pizza en vaak goede aanbiedingen op de website.

Pizza zijn goed. Alleen de bezorging is super langzaam. Het is slechter geweest bij deze toko.

Meerdere keren hier besteld, meestal niks op aan te merken, maar laatste tijd komt de bestelling minimaal een uur na besteld te hebben binnen... Ook hebben we dit jaar (2020) tot 3x toe een bestelling met een fout of ontbrekend product gekregen, waarna we nogeens een uur op het bestelde hebben moeten wachten.....

Lekkere pizza's en goed vriendelijk personeel

Ik heb de verkeerde Pizza gekregen... 5 euro te veel betaald en nog eens 20 min te laat...

Vanwege de storing van middag hadden ze het erg druk vandaag maar als nog erg goed en vriendelijk opgelost! + De pizza’s waren ook top!

Bij afhalen duurt het soms lang voor je je eten mee kan nemen. Maar dat is wel de moeite waard

Nice pizzas, always fresh. Organisation could be improved between kitchen and customer service in the shop. Footpath always blocked from their delivery vehicles in front. Despite some points needing improvement, I enjoy the food and do recommend it.

4 pizza's afgehaald. Waren in 15 minuten klaar. Italian style, dus lekker dunne bodem. Prima van smaak

We gingen naar NYP toe en bestelden daar 12 pizza's en wat lasagne. Na een kleine 20 minuten werd een enorme stapel dozen in onze auto gezet. We hebben er met z'n allen heerlijk van gegeten. Lekkere smaak, iedereen was enthousiast over de kwaliteit. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Bedankt!

Update: ik heb deze keer een nette mail met uitleg gehad. En beloofde verbetering. En een betere en nettere oplossing dan 'een tweede pizza gratis' Ik ben benieuwd. Zou zo mooi zijn als het daar wel goed gaat: want de pizza's zijn lekker. Waardeloos. Na twee uur wachten nog geen pizza. Telefonisch onbereikbaar (letterlijk 15 keer geprobeerd) en nadat er eindelijk 1 keer is opgenomen hebben ze mij in de wacht gezet en na 5 minuten wachten verbinding verbroken. En als dat nou de eerste keer was... Al twee keer eerder 3 uur (!!!) gewacht... Hoe dan?!

Ooit was ik zeer tevreden over deze New York Pizza, alleen tegenwoordig zijn ze gewoon altijd te laat. Ben wel blij dat ze even bellen dat het lang duurt en vragen of ik de bestelling wil annuleren.

Pizza was very dry, bought buffalo & mexican wings, both were still partially raw & frozen... Overall not a please experience!

Als je gaat afhalen kom je niet in de meest state of the art winkel annex afhaal restaurant terecht. Neemt niet weg dat de kwaliteit verder ok is. Gewoon zoals een New York Pizza is..
