I ordered pizza twice, and both times it was cold. The second time, I had to wait an hour and a half. I don't recommend it.

For months, the pizzas at the Delft branch haven't been right. I order a New York Pizza, and it gets chorizo ​​added twice. Now I order two loaded pepperoni, one with mushrooms, and I get two double pepperoni, both without mushrooms. Two euros wasted, and again, the ingredients are wrong. There was no answer when I called the branch, so that's not good either. I tried to file a complaint through the app, but that doesn't work either. I send an email, but the email address is unavailable. I'm very disappointed and hope something will be done about it.

This New York Pizza branch is terrible. I regularly have to wait an hour and a half to two hours. I've also been told a few times that my pizza has already been delivered while I'm still waiting. When I call, they say, "Just a moment," put me on hold, and never answer the phone. Pizzas are often lukewarm or cold when they arrive. The dough isn't like other New York pizzas; it's often dry and thin, while it should be an American-style crust. I hope they do some quality control at this branch and change something, because this is pathetic.

This used to be a really great place. Pizzas arrived on time and tasted great. Now it's a real lousy place. Several pizzas are never in stock (can you just let me know through the app?). I just ordered a pizza and got a free upgrade to a 30cm size. Received the pizza, definitely not a 30cm size. It's a real shame they're so bad now. They've lost me.

A few weeks ago, we ordered three pizzas. After paying, we received a call telling us that one of the three pizzas couldn't be delivered. The other two arrived freezing cold. Despite asking politely twice, we didn't get a refund, not even for the pizza that couldn't be delivered at all.

Much later, my truffle pizza arrived WITHOUT the truffle. And... no cookies at all. The sauce was stuck to the pizzas in the box. I'll never order from here again.

Please don't order here! I had the absolute worst experience of any pizza places in Delft. We ordered home delivery. The app mentioned 20-30min. Tried to call them after 1.5h but the phone number on Google and their website was not working. When I went to the shop to find out what happened, my pizza was finished but already cold. I told them they could keep it and wanted to have a refund. Not possible, since the system had the pizza already booked as 'out for delivery'. Also no response on my email complaints to New York Pizza service department. I will not order here again and would not advise anyone to do so

I had to wait two hours for the pizzas. I called and was told, "Do you have a moment?" Then they let me wait on hold for 10 minutes. All I heard in the background was slang and stressed employees. When the pizzas arrived, they were poorly cut. You can't tear off the slice with your hand, but the whole pizza rips like you're grabbing a piece of meat in the Middle Ages.

I really enjoyed the food. What I didn't enjoy as much was that one of your rude, rude, and antisocial employees, Adel Khodakaram, didn't treat me well and started yelling and hitting a girl nearby. I didn't like it, so I need to do something about it quickly. Thank you!

The pizzas arrived cold and half of it was missing. The boy then sent a message asking if I could send a tikkie and it still hasn't been paid.

I placed an order on September 14th. However, they were out of shawarma, so I had to cancel it. To this day, I still haven't received my refund, which is truly outrageous.

On June 13, 2025, I placed an order for €36.46 at this New York Pizza location via the website (order number 2025-62831084). The order was supposed to be delivered between 10:03 PM and 10:18 PM. When nothing had arrived by 10:20 PM, I called the location. I was told my order still needed to be made and would arrive within 20 minutes. Forty-five minutes later, I still hadn't received anything, and when I called again, the location was already closed. It wasn't until around 12:30 AM, while walking my dog, that I found a pizza box with my address on it in the grass next to the bike path. Apparently, the order had been thrown over a hedge and never delivered correctly. Since then, I've contacted New York Pizza several times: June 14: Submitted a complaint via email (service@newyorkpizza.nl) June 19: Reminder sent, no response. June 25: Received an apology via WhatsApp, but my complaint wasn't taken seriously (they didn't acknowledge the order was never delivered). I immediately requested a full refund, but no response! September 10: Sent another reminder via WhatsApp and requested a full refund, no response! It's now been four months without a refund or any follow-up. The lack of communication and accountability is very disappointing. I paid for an order I never received, and despite repeated requests, I haven't gotten my money back. I expect the store to take this seriously and respond and issue a refund immediately.

They had a deal and advertising it in thuisbezorgd that they should bring a 25cm free pizza next to my order. They only brought my order without the free pizza. They blame thuisbezorgd for this but it seems it is shop’s problem as I understand from thuisbezorgd. So, never order pizza from here after seeing good deals. They do not bring it. Waste of money!

(And if you indicate that you're missing 2 sauces from your order, you get an irritated manager on the phone. A large kindergarten class within this nyp.)

Very disappointing experience I ordered pizzas from New York Pizza Delft for delivery at 8:00 PM (pre-ordered at 5:00 PM). The order finally arrived at 8:15 PM, which was fine, except the pizza was cold, the spinach was burnt, and the extras I'd chosen were missing. I called the location and was met with unprofessional and disinterested staff. I was eventually offered new pizzas, but after waiting 45 minutes (around 9:00 PM), I called again to find out the order had never been placed. Only then were the pizzas remade and I was offered a free drink as compensation. A bit sad, but oh well, I chose something. And sure enough: the pizza arrived again... without a drink. A series of errors, sloppiness, and poor communication. I wonder if things are still running smoothly there. I certainly won't be returning.

I think the depression that I got from waiting for 3 hours cured my hunger ❤️. I never got my food, but at least I still have the memories! For next time though, I would rather fill my throat with concrete then have to argue with the employees on the phone. Yes, after 2.5 hours of hunger and confusion, we looked that pizza in the eye and said, “No. Be gone.” Because that’s obviously what rational humans do. When we tried to explain, the staff decided yelling at us was the best strategy. Excellent customer service. Michelin-star-worthy shouting. Ordered two pizzas 1+1 free as I order almost every week. Delivery person arrives with 1 pizza and manager says I didn't fill it out correctly. Nonsense! Just 2 selected. Not a regular customer anymore👋. This is scandalous! Just checked and ordered again via the same promotion. You cannot go to the next page until you have selected the second pizza. So you don't even know how your own system works. Too bad, liar. Disgraceful and a stain on New York Pizza if you treat customers like this. I'm going to file an official complaint.

Today around 8 PM, I placed an order from NewYorker Pizza in Delft. When the delivery person arrived, he was immediately aggressive and began yelling at me. He was angry because he had rung the doorbell and I hadn’t answered — however, I’d like to clarify that the building’s bell system is currently not working. As soon as I got the call, I went downstairs right away to collect my order in person. it took me under 10 seconds. Despite that, the delivery man continued shouting and even approached me in a threatening manner, as if he wanted to start a physical altercation. I quickly closed the glass door for my safety, but he continued to behave aggressively outside. I then contacted customer service to report the incident, only to be met with more rudeness. Not only did they not apologize for the situation, but they also hung up on me mid-call. This experience was completely unacceptable — not just in terms of service, but basic human respect and safety. I’m shocked by how this was handled by both the delivery person and the support staff. They refused to give the call to the manager. I hope this message is taken seriously, and I expect a formal apology and a resolution to this matter.

Some people like cold pizza, unfortunately for this branch I am not one of them. Then you call, hey, did the order go through? They say yes, it is being made now. RIDICULOUS STAFF!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER If you ordered 2 pizzas online, you could not check the box without cheese, so I called the store to request a pizza without cheese. Order took a very long time, then it came with cheese even though we had communicated this over the telephone that it had to be without. I called the company again to say that something had gone wrong here, and I got a very rude person on the phone who was not serious while we just politely called to say that something had gone wrong. Ordered last September 27 from the Delft Krakeelpolderweg branch. The order was originally confirmed at 4:55 p.m. I then received my order at 6:13 PM. I then only received a cold pizza with no extra ingredients, no cookie and no coke. I called and was put on hold and never taken off. I called again 7 minutes later and the order would be remade. At 7:54 PM I called to see if the new order would still arrive. It was on its way. At 8:58 PM I called again to say that I still had not received my order, that I wanted to cancel it and would like my money back. The boy on the phone wrote down my number and the manager would contact me to refund the money by means of a tap. On October 15th, I had still not been contacted and I emailed and called the location without receiving an answer. After repeatedly contacting the head office who informed this location several times that they should contact me, still no response from the franchisee. Only an offer from head office for a voucher for a free pizza. I will never order pizza from this location again, so I didn't agree to that. Customer unfriendly, unprofessional, theft.

I ordered 12 buffalo wings but was given 10 crispy wings. On the website both wings were the same price but on the phone they said the crispy wings were more expensive so I was given less. Also they said they tried to call me to tell me they changed the wings but I never got the call

The people and the manager at this place are like a big gang that hardly speaks Dutch. The food arrives wrong every time with multiple excuses that the facts are as they say. The sauce this or that it is always checked. I can say after having worked at NYP once, this is a shame. Ordered a vegan pizza for 18 euros. Recieved a pizza with barely any toppings and normal cheese. Figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try a slice. I started getting bloated and got heavy cramps within minutes. Absolutely ridiculous the staff is too lazy to take dietary restrictions seriously. Definitely never ordering here again.

Unfortunately, more orders have gone wrong in the last few times. Delivery takes a long time, wrong pizzas, offering alcohol but not being able to deliver it, very poorly topped pizzas, delivery people who have 0 service. This just makes you sad.

It took me 4 hours to get my correct pizza, I spoke to 5 different people and ended up having to go by myself to exchange my pizza. If I was 15 minutes later I wouldn't have gotten anything, lied to for 4 hours by 5 different people. You are a bunch of crooks and liars, you should be happy that I stayed calm.

Late delivery. The pizza boxes looked like they had been thrown against the wall 16 times. Well before delivery it was stated online that the pizzas had already been delivered and we were just guessing where they were. They were either very moderately warm or very cooled down, but because we were very hungry we reheated them in the microwave. With each subsequent order, the pizzas seem to have less and less topping. This business is deteriorating very quickly. If anyone has a tip for a better option I would appreciate it :(

I am very disappointed, Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas and a 1.5 liter coke, firstly it took an hour for the pizza to be delivered, but the delivery person came without the coke, he indicated that he would bring it back as soon as possible. Elke keer als ik pizza heb besteld is er wel wat. Of ze komen te laat aan/de pizza mist ingredienten of het is zo armoedig belegd dat je praktisch deeg en tomatensaus proeft... en een Tip! De Chicken Tandoori terug op het menu. De chicken pizza die het nu vervangt is SMAAKLOOS!!

Bestel denk ik zo’n 10 jaar bij New York Pizza, maar na de laatste keer is het wel klaar. Drie keer op rij een pizza veel te laat leveren. Waarbij de langste bijna 1,5 uur na bestellen werd geleverd. Wat extra zuur was, omdat we voor de oppas hadden besteld. Laatste keer expres ruim op tijd besteld (17:15) om de pizza om 18:30 te krijgen. Uiteindelijk kwam die pizza iets over 19:00 uur lauw aan.

Best pizzas ever, try the BBQ meat lovers or the Mexican hot& spicy. Consistently great quality

Ik bestel hier maandelijks, nog nooit problemen gehad. Prima pizza en fijne opties voor glutenvrije eters zoals ik. Soms kan het erg druk zijn, dan sluiten ze de bestellingen via de thuisbezorgd/uber eats app. In dit geval kun je altijd bellen of via de site zelf bestellen. Ik zou zelf graag nog een grotere glutenvrije pizza zien.

Super! Kwaliteit van de pizza's wil weleens een beetje verschillen, maar over het algemeen prima en betaalbaar. Tip: gebruik de eigen NYP app waarin je kunt sparen voor gratis producten! Glutenarme pizza's zijn een mooie aanvulling op hun assortiment en volgens mijn vriendin erg smakelijk.

Zo vet als bagger, pizza's vallen door het vet uit elkaar.

Zeer tevreden over dit filiaal. BBQ meatlovers is hier echt heerlijk!
