I ordered double cheese and red wine. I received a pizza without cheese and no wine. Another week has passed and no refund!

Friday i bought 2 pizzas, the shoarma and brooklyn style pizza. I ate the shoarma and spend 9 hours vomiting and having diarrhea. I didnt eat anything in the evening but that pizza so i know i got the food poisoning from that. PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER THE SHOARMA THEY’RE GIVING YOU OVER DATE FOOD AND IT WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISENING. 9 hours of diarrhea and throwing up it was Genuine hell. Sad thing is i order there all the time.

Definitely the best Nee York pizza in the Haarlem area! Pizzas are generously topped and the staff is friendly.

Horrible! Ordered two pizzas for €42.48. The delivery driver was on time, but both pizzas were cold. Never again!

I ordered a pizza and called after an hour and a half because it had been "ready for delivery" for 25 minutes. After calling, we were told it couldn't get cold because it was on a heated counter and we absolutely wouldn't get a cold pizza. The delivery arrived in 15 minutes, but the pizza was cold, so I decided to call. We then got a particularly sharp-tongued guy named "Bart," but since "Bart" wouldn't give his name, we can assume his name isn't "Bart" but "rude young man." We had to keep the pizza and wait another 25 minutes for a new one. Well, this was my last New York Pizza from Rijksstraatweg in Haarlem.

Great pizzas, but the staff is your calling card, and they could really improve on that. While waiting for the pizzas, five of the staff are loitering around the store, belching and cursing. Outside, staff are stretched out on delivery scooters, making video calls. It felt more like a local hangout for kids than walking into a pizza parlor. It definitely makes me want to get my pizza somewhere else next time.

Stands with 6 men. 2 ladies work, guys find it more important to have their friends behind the counter than to work. Is extremely low on ingredients. Wait 20 minutes for 2 pizzas. Bad place

Despite repeated follow-ups, we still haven’t received a refund as of June 14. The manager, M, has repeatedly claimed that the refund was processed — but that is not true. Customer service has been completely unresponsive, and the issue remains unresolved. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Avoid this place at all costs.

Extremely antisocial, I have been coming here for more than 10 years... but because I was treated so antisocially, I no longer come here.

I ordered Pepperoni Calzone and Hawaiian Pizza, among other things—it was rather sparsely topped with pineapple and turkey ham. And I practically needed a magnifying glass to see the broccoli. Silvie's Caprese Pizza, however, was generously topped.

They were the only takeout. There were 6 people and they forgot to make the pizzas.

Lovely, nice people, but the place was really run-down and very dirty. I've never eaten such a bad pizza. The pizza tasted sour, and I threw up after eating four slices. I've never experienced anything like that before. Simply horrible, and I'll never have it again 🤮🤮🤮

Almost more then 12 years order food all was perfect but last I would like to on Phone...and give discount code she accept then I ask any other deal you have she we dont have any this branch all ask she said its valid here ....if new pizza on line ...??? offer over all is valid first very bad exprince I am not gonna order any more....sorry for newyork pizza and this bahavier...you will loose more guest....I hope store manager get investigate and give good training to staff......

Waiting an hour and a half for a pizza, while they indicate home delivery, average waiting time is 40 minutes... you have to call yourself and it is easily dismissed by telephone. Certainly not worth repeating.

Ridiculous! I can understand that it is busy on Saturdays, but I find what happened to us absolutely ridiculous. Been on hold for over half an hour while trying to call the store and still haven't spoken to anyone. Ordered at 5:50 PM, it is now 7:00 PM and still nothing.🤦🏽‍♀️ For an hour the website was on order received. Will order somewhere else next time. Bunch of clumsies there. Phew

Lots of discussion and long waiting times due to their inability to scan the social deal deal they offer via QR code. They simply wanted us to pay again! And then in the end I didn't receive the 2 cokes I paid for. Lousy service!

Just received my order and something went wrong with the 1+1 free. I called and they now deliver my vegan shawarma pizza. I think this is really neat and that's why I give it 5 stars!

Ordering would take 20-40 minutes, after more than 1.5 hours I have not received anything and the restaurant does not answer the phone.

For the umpteenth time, I had to wait an absurdly long time for my pizzas. It has happened 5 times now that my pizzas have arrived very late. This time 1.5 hours later, so I thought it was time to give some Google stars. Up to 5 times my pizzas were late, dry, hard and cold. Every time this is "made up for" with a free pizza (to be clear, in some cases 5 ruined pizzas and I get 1 free pizza for this). The only reason I still order from them is because of the Mexican hot and spicy (this is not a hidden advertisement), but now I'm done with it. The complaint handling is worthless and customer friendliness is NOT of paramount importance. They can keep the Mexican hot and spicy, I won't order from here anymore.

Not even worth 1 star! Ordered a pizza with one half margherita and the other half hot and spicy. Pizza was delivered and on the hot and spicy side there seemed to be mold between the cheese, I called politely and after my story the connection was disconnected. I called again and was on hold for 10 minutes before having to tell my story again. As an apology they would send me an ice cream, but they actually said that my finding was ridiculous and that it would 'probably' be gorgonzola cheese. The ice cream was not there after 1.5 hours, so I called again, had to explain everything again and the delivery person would almost be there. Half an hour later nothing, so I called again, they said they did not get the house number correctly because the delivery person had been in the street, it was said, quite strange if you had been able to deliver the pizzas just before. After calling again, explaining the story again and some laughter in the background, the delivery person finally came to the door, which turned out to be... the ice had completely melted. NEVER AGAIN, DISRESPECTFUL!

About service: Pizza come most of the time warm,not good cutted. I don't order pizza less than 40 sm because 30 sm very ugly,not well done. On 29.08.2024 I'm orderbedrag pizza for my daughter with big Coca-Cola, but she got only pizza without Coca-Cola. They supposed to chek order and call,but as New York pizza not honest ,they don't done that.Shame.

Passed by recently and had a quick look at the place.. saw a group of employees outside doing wheelies on their work mopeds, in the middle of the roads and disrupting traffic. A few minutes later, heard an employee cheering because another employee had been fired, causing the other employees to laugh. If that's the atmosphere you want to order or eat in, be my guest.

Bed count installed. Time was okay but Ben and Jerry were not included. Delivery person would communicate this and have new ones delivered. After 45 minutes I called, it didn't seem like they had been told, but it came across differently on the phone. Because it was quiet, they were still able to deliver it... with a drink as compensation. That was neat. Pizza itself wasn't great, I've had better, not well distributed and very strangely cut. Looked like an unfolded calzone.

Yesterday I ordered 3 Italian pizzas that were not Italian but with a thick, dirty edge. Ordered ice cream, but the wrong one was delivered. And the highlight of the evening, a piece of plastic on the pizza. I immediately called, but received a lame and laborious excuse.

Ordered a pizza with half “Black Truffle Pizza” and the other half “Veggie Spinach Pizza”. However, there was no spinach on the Veggie Spinach pizza. Compare Photo 1 (right half) with Photo 2 (as advertised on the website). You understand my confusion. Called them to clarify. I'm not that fussy, but spinach is a pretty essential part of the “Veggie Spinach” pizza. I could get a new pizza, but I had to send the old one as proof. I asked if I could start half with truffle (there was nothing wrong with that). But that had to go back too. I had already waited 40 minutes for my first pizza, so I didn't feel like waiting another 40 minutes for a replacement pizza. Just try to hold back when you're hungry and have a nice smelling pizza in front of you. Pizza itself was tasty, but that's not how you treat customers! The photos don't lie, what a difference from how it is advertised. Or adjust the photo, name and description on the website. Or just add spinach. This is confusing. And how they handled it afterwards is really customer unfriendly. That I wasn't allowed to start with the truffle half. Scandalous. I see in a review below that spinach is not liberally sprinkled on other pizzas either.

Very bad. The person behind the cash register did not understand that by children's pizza I meant the so-called funny meal. But the pizza was already in the oven and I didn't get any money or toys back. Luca or Lucas is his name. An old-fashioned first-grader who also entered into a discussion with me.

The pizzas are delicious, I recommend the 4 cheese and the chicken with spinach.

I don't know what it is! Ordered and picked up 2 Caprese pizzas. After returning home and opening, you immediately notice the wet contents. After cutting the pizza slices properly and picking one up, the fat dripped off and you had to eat your pizza slice like a herring. I don't know what went wrong. Caprese pizza.

If it takes longer to be delivered than the app indicates and then you order a pizza with spinach, then you have to look for the spinach🤣🤣🤣🤣

Good fast food, recommended but many things need to be improved

Have been ordering here for some time, but I don't think I will again. Last order was said in the app to be "ready for delivery" for over 30 minutes. I called and asked if that means we can expect a cold pizza. I was guaranteed the pizza would be hot. Got a cold pizza. I live 1 street away, so there's no excuses there. If there's anything I hate more than cold pizza it's being lied to about what's going on.

Overwegend in orde, maar de laatste paar keren steeds geen knoflookolie op de pizza's.

Plantaardige pizza's zijn goed, nog niet beter gehad. Ik had gebeld en de telefonist die niet op de locatie zelf zat zei een kwartiertje maar toen we aankwamen moesten ze er nog aan beginnen. Duurde niet lang, maar toch.

Een van de betere NYP filialen. Heb het idee dat er goed aandacht in de pizza's wordt gestoken. Ook mooi om te zien dat het personeel goed met elkaar kan vinden!

Enige new york pizza locatie die ik tot nu toe lekker vind. Ik heb nog nooit problemen gehad met de pizza's. Best lang geleden ging er iets mis met de site en had ik heel lang gewacht omdat het aangaf nog niet klaar te zijn, is toen goed naar geluisterd en mij verteld dat je meestal na 10 minuten wel die kant op kunt komen, dit klopt meestal wel. Ik laat het heel vaak bezorgen en vind de bezorgers vriendelijk. Zijn nooit te laat. Pizza's altijd lekker en goed heet. Top! Ik blijf een vaste klant.

Heerlijke pizza's en meestal snelle bezorging. Enige puntje van kritiek is dat niet altijd alle ingrediënten op een pizza zitten die wel op de website staan vermeld. Bv de caprese pizza, die heb ik nu toch wel een aantal keren besteld maar ik krijg er eigenlijk nooit rucola bij die er wel bij hoort. Daarnaast had ik bij mijn laatste bestelling aangegeven geen knoflook op de rand te willen. Dit gaat denk ik niet goed in het bestelsysteem want ik krijg de pizza's allemaal geleverd met een knoflookrand (staat ook op de bon zo). Verder prima!

Well the pizzas are okay. Had better, but the prices are very reasonable and albeit the guys seem a bit overworked they try to pull a friendly face when a customer steps in.

Goede pizza, fingerfood wat rare smaak, barbecue saus had zeer sterke smaak (Texas style). Bediening beetje afstandelijk, maar had het ook erg druk. Bezorgers heel goed.

The creme fraiche spinich was hot and delicious. Definitely alot better then dominoes.

Nette zaak, de volgende punten van kritiek. Sommige benamingen op de menukaart komen niet overeen met de verwachting. Als je in de zaak je bestelling doet om het ter plekke op te eten; komt je bestelling in volgorde van ontvangst tussen alle bestellingen die bezorgd moeten worden. Als het dus druk is met bezorg bestellingen. Kan je dus zomaar een half uur op je pizza wachten. Verder was het bestelde wel goed verzorgd en smaakvol.
