New York Pizza in Haarlemmerhoutkwartier

On October 17th, I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd for some beers. They called to say they no longer sell them, even though it was still listed on the website. A week later, I called to say I hadn't received my refund yet. I was told they'd called the owner, Thuisbezorgd had called, and that I'd get my money back within 3 days! Now, on November 15th, I still haven't received my refund. Disgraceful.

Poor quality, too much salt. Delivery drivers are speeding around like crazy on fat bikes and scooters.

The staff here are incredibly unfriendly. We even watched the pizza being made, and it was far from hygienic. The pizzas also had absolutely no toppings. We had to wait a very long time for our pizza because they wanted to make their own dinner. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but this was truly awful!!!!

Disappointing experience at New York Pizza New York still feels like a factory-made pizza: lacking flavor, artificial ingredients, and anything but artisanal. Compared to a true Italian pizzeria like Lorenzo's, or even a good American-style pizza from a local joint, Domino's is a huge disappointment. If you're looking for authentic flavor and quality, you're better off skipping NYP.

I've ordered from New York Pizza Haarlem (Rustenburgerlaan) a few times through Uber Eats. But every time Uber applies a discount or promotion, my order gets canceled. It seems like they don't want to accept orders with special offers. If they don't allow discounts, they don't belong on Uber Eats. Pretty disappointing for a well-known pizza company.

I've ordered 8-10 times in a month from New York Pizza Haarlem Rustenburgerlaan via Uber Eats, and almost every time my order was cancelled whenever there was a promotion or discount involved. This is unacceptable, especially from a brand like New York Pizza. If you can't honor orders under Uber Eats promotions, don't participate in them. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Normally a real fan of New York pizza, but for a number of months the pizzas have continued to disappoint. If I order an Italian base it is still thick, if I order a thin and crispy one I get an Italian base and it is anything but thin and crispy. The flavors are bland, toppings so big they fall off, and pizza poorly cut.

Ordered 1 pizza and 1 dessert on January 1, after waiting 2 hours (I can still understand because of New Year's Day) I received a cold pizza and cold dessert that was also completely messed up. pizza was very tasty despite being cold and well topped.

Ordered pizzas with a group, unfortunately my pepperoni honey arrived, but with 1 pepperoni. Called and I was supposed to get a new pizza. 5 minutes later I received a very rude call back saying that I would not get a new pizza because it actually had pepperoni on it. I hung up without being able to respond back. However, after half an hour I received a new pizza.

There's nothing to look forward to, if you're hungry, eat a wet newspaper, it's cheaper, more efficient, you don't have to keep calling, and it's just as raw as the pizza you get from this NYpizza. I have ordered several times and I am downright shocked at how you are bringing the franchise down. Too much sauce? Too much crust? Always raw inside, if it's too busy for you, buy an extra oven, instead of turning it up and not giving the pizza the time it needs. Train your pizza bakers. For years I have been eating pizza from friends who know how to make a NYpizza. You are a bit like the Dutch Energy Company (HEM) of the NYpizzas. The office should have dinner with you sometime.

I often get a quick pizza here for me and colleagues when I have to work overtime. Pizzas are great and the prices are great, especially if you pay attention to the offers. Just got pizzas again but forgot the receipt. An employee moved heaven and earth by discussing with his manager how he could still obtain a voucher for me. Cheers! Pizzas were delicious as always. Ordered two pizzas, I had to call back because they were late. No problem can happen. On the phone it was as if I was talking to group 8. The first person on the line started looking. What a drama! If I had read reviews before, I wouldn't have ordered from here again. Now for the 3 time it has gone wrong. 2 ingredients not on the pizza. Little sauce and even the wrong chicken. Then you call the branch and are transferred and now suddenly I can no longer get the other branch on the line. No solution or other pizza offered so far. Scandalous! Waste of money! There is a real difference in terms of location and city. If I order from a friend, the quality is top notch! But not here in Haarlem👎

Bizarrely bad experience. Ordered a pizza at 6:30 PM and it would be there at 7:15 PM. I started calling at 7:30 PM and it was simply not answered. Finally they answer at 8:15 PM and say 'The delivery person has been on the road for half an hour so he will be there soon'. Finally at 8:30 PM (after 2 hours!) a delivery person arrives at the door with 2 stone cold pizzas. The only 2 options offered were to wait another hour for new hot pizzas or to get money back, but then the pizzas were taken away again. Jamiro didn't care much about it all, he couldn't make any excuses.

Had sent son and his friend to pick up the ordered pizzas, they stood there for fifteen minutes without anyone asking if they could help them. And then the pizzas were cold. Still nice here, but there are a few clumsy teenagers behind the counter...

Prima plek om te eten een aanrader is de pizza caprese met bloemkoolbodem

Voor een snelle pizza is dit het adres, de bloemkoolbodem is een aanwinst in het assortiment, bestelprocedure en bezorging is eigenlijk altijd goed. Enige waar ik nog steeds mijn vraagtekens over heb is of de bezorgers ook echt het fooitje krijgen dat online betaald kan worden.

The pizza was good. They have a very nice crust. It is an American style pizza, which is harder to find since I moved to the Netherlands (most places are Italian style, even when it said American). Delivery does seem to be spotty as other reviewers noted. They forgot the beer that I ordered with my pizza. They did correct it when I called, and sent the beer over.

Vriendelijk personeel. Communicate is goed. Snelle service. Verdomd lekkere pizza. Misschien wel de beste pizza in Haarlem.

Really New York Pizza, you advertise this as a Gyros Pizza?! This is just unseasoned pork. If we all would call unseasoned pork, gyros. Then gyros would be the actual word for pork. I'm feeling robbed of all the spices and flavours that's in actual gyros. And the overall quality of New York Pizza, it has just been decreasing month by month. Also don't order their mince in any way or form, not even when it's advertised as taco or nachos, they forget the spices in that too.

Zoeken jullie nog een nieuwe (marketing)manager? Of HR medewerker? Ik houd me aanbevolen. De kwaliteit is erg wisselend namelijk. Soms is het echt geweldig, maar vaak ook weer niet. Aan sommige ingrediënten merk je dat ze iets minder vers zijn, dan de andere keer. Zorg dan dat dit eerder weggegooid wordt, en gebruik altijd wat versere producten; zo blijft het consistent en behoud je je klanten. Ook de toppings op de pizza's wisselen enorm, de ene keer wordt de pizza - zoals het hoort - riant belegd, maar een andere keer zit er maar heel weinig van een bepaald ingrediënt er op. En laatst was zelfs de kaas op de gehele pizza vergeten; een pizza tomaat is niet echt lekker hoor! Hoe kan dit nou jongens? Jullie kunnen het best, want soms is het wel erg lekker! Fouten worden hier echter te vaak gemaakt. Kom op! Dit moet beter! Je wilt toch trots zijn op je merk?

Good pizza, I had the pepperoni one, was deliciously crunchy but the tomato sauce is very strong compared to other places. I would definitely order here again though! Also; quick delivery!

Dacht ff chill pizza pepperoni te scoren, hebben ze em te lang in de oven laten liggen. De pepperoni was dus zo taai als een uitgedroogde schoen zool. Helaas niet te vreten. Misschien in het vervolg maar de Crispy Pepperoni noemen ipv Pepperoni Perfection? Leugens. En dan ook nog dat half tamme snij gedrag wat net niet door de pizza gaat, dus je staat nog steeds met je vette klauwen je pizza uit elkaar te trekken. Thanks boys, was weer lekker 😑

Gelukkig krijgen wij de pizza's meestal warm tot heet geleverd. Of je je volledige bestelling krijgt of een fatsoenlijk belegde pizza ect ligt er net aan wie er werkt. Het zelfde geldt wat betreft klantenservice. De personen die 03-07-21 rond een uur of 18:00 pizza's aan het bakken waren zijn helden. Was de beste tot nu toe!

Net de pizza's ontvangen, 1e slice opgegeten en die zijn echt niet warm meer. Jammer. Veel van de smaak is dan weg.

Muy buenas pizzas. Teníamos la caprese de 30 cm y lo mismo con el salami. Ambos estaban muy sabrosos. Listo en 15 minutos. Buen precio para comidas rápidas y fáciles.
