This evening, the restaurant provided very friendly service and excellent customer service. The person on the phone was clearly very familiar with the products and ingredients they offer. The order was also delivered very quickly. Upon arrival, the extra toppings we ordered were missing, which can happen. Even though we didn't need compensation, we were still surprised with two ice creams. Besides this, they provided excellent follow-up and showed genuine interest in their customers. All in all, pleasant, good service.

The pizza arrived way too late, was cold and tough, and didn't have any garlic oil on the rim. Nothing new, according to other reviews. Next time, I'll check Google instead of Uber Eats reviews. Update: I finished half my pizza but decided to stop because my stomach hurt terribly. I have no idea what they do with those pizzas there.

sometimes things are incomplete, or one pizza is cut funky and one perfect. but it's delivered to my door which is already amazing. the cookies are to die for, lay em under the pizza so they get crumbly. always tip.

Often forget to add extra toppings and pizza is often cold

They almost always forget the garlic oil on the rim, which would be part of the reason why the pizzas could be nice in theory. Today they arrived cold and i had zero garlic and almost no chicken on my garlic chicken spinach pizza. And of course again no garlic oil on the rim as well. Was looking forward for a treat and i am greatly disappointed again.

Bad service, pizzas were cold, we expected the pizza at 7:30 pm, we got them at 9:15 pm, really bad service, I do not recommend it

The best pizzeria is in Zeist on Steynlaan. There's only one caveat. Employees must wash their hands frequently! And they don't, which can cause many illnesses. And young delivery drivers are being asked to drive slower on their scooters. Several incidents have already occurred involving them and it was their fault. Does it take a tragedy to understand this? Enough funerals, life is worth living.

Website has an error, as soon as you use the combination it takes a 20cm or you have to pay 2 euros extra for a 25cm. What a terrible place this is, I'm still waiting for my pizza after 2.5 hours, if you can't run a fast food place you have to let it go. This is scandalous.

If you're in the mood for pizza.....I would avoid this place! Delivery incomplete. Lukewarm pizza. Delivery people are not interested at all, and it's just as bad on the phone. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell but thought it would be more efficient to honk at the door until we came outside... once outside the delivery person indicated that he would be right there, that he had to get something very quickly and ran away... with 2 minutes he was there again. Pizza was really cold but still burnt... well done. chicken was cooked rather than crunchy and very gross! All in all... a great Halloween experience.

Supper bad! Pizzas look different than in the photo... what they deliver is super dry and poor. 2 leaves of spinach over the entire pizza, no chicken at all... super disappointed 😞 too bad it was an overnight snack and that they are now closed otherwise I would have brought it back🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Ordered a shawarma pizza tonight from New York pizza Zeist. Pizza had far too little topping. When I called they said they were busy and I would be called back, but never called again. Normally great experiences with New York pizza, but this made no sense.

I ordered via Thuisbezorgd half an hour before the pizzeria closed. I always make it a point not to order before a business is about to close, but I thought 30 minutes was enough time given the relatively short delivery time. Use aluminum foil boxes and heated bags. That's not that difficult, is it?! Have ordered from NY Pizza before. Never had any problems. This time we ordered a lot of Fingerfood, for about €25. Not a huge order, but delivery will be made. The crispy Nuggets were cold this time. The other food was also not super hot, but okay. When contacting the branch, they said rather unfriendly that the scooter courier had left immediately, and that Soesterberg was a long drive! 🤔😲😱 Then you should not deliver there or take precautions, for example using aluminum foil or with a car. When I asked if that was seriously the excuse for cold food, the gentleman became even less friendly and shouted gruffly that new nuggets were going to be brought. After I thanked him and wished him a nice evening, the answer was "Yes!" said and the connection was abruptly disconnected. Unfortunately, NY Pizza has lost a customer. Shame. Al een paar keer lekkere pizza’s besteld. Maar vandaag taai, droog en koud. Ik dacht laat ik iig even bellen om het te melden. Maar daar werd toch wel bot gereageerd; deeg is vers dus daarom pizza droog en het is koud buiten dus de pizza’s hierdoor ook !! Er werd geen woord meer gezegd dus dat was het dan. Zonde echt teleurstellend

Ik moest van werk door naar bijbaan en ze hebben er gewoon voor kunnen zorgen dat ik te eten had ondanks hoe laat ik bestelde. En ze gooiden er nog een Fanta bij 🙏

Hiiii ik ben vanavond rond 22:00 nog een pizza gebracht en 2 biertjes. Ik ben super blij met me bestelling en altijd geweest als ik wat bestel. Ik kan helaas niet via de mail me mening geven. De invullijst gaat tot 53% dus dan maar via deze weg Liefsss ene trouwe pizza klant.

Bij jullie New York Pizza is de kwaliteit constant en word altijd goed heet afgeleverd aan mijn deur. Dik dubbel en dwars tevreden en vandaar mijn 5 sterren voor jullie.

Heb dit zo veel liever dan domino’s. Domino’s duurt vaak veel langer. Soms druk ik op bestellen en staan ze in 5 minuten voor de deur. Fijne plek beste pizza’s in Zeist zeker een aanrader.

Af en toe een foutje bij de bestelling gehad, maar dat alles wordt goedgemaakt door de extreem snelle levertijd. Ik weet niet welke magie ze uitspoken, maar soms binnen 20 minuten na het plaatsen voor je deur. Ik blijf me verbazen.
