Pizza way too late, called a few times, spoken to rudely, and they just hang up.

Food ordered for 19:10. Still not delivered. We have been trying to contact the restaurant for well over 20 minutes but no one is answering. We are now left empty-handed.

Very bad and shocking experience with the staff. I called the store to place an order by phone. The employee answered for literally one second, without a hello or any greeting, and immediately said: “Calling with your own number,” after which he hung up right away. I was unable to say anything at all during that moment. On the second call, the same employee answered again and said: “I told you not to call privately,” after which he hung up immediately again. On the third attempt, I got someone else on the line. While I hadn't said a word yet, I was being sworn at in the background using the word “cancer.” I find it absolutely unacceptable that you are treated and insulted in this way as a customer. I am extremely shocked by this. Ultimately, I was unable to place an order and will certainly not order from here again in the future.

What a worthless place. The food arrived late, it was cold, tough, and sparsely topped. And on top of that, something was missing from the order. After calling, they didn't even apologize and promised to deliver it, but that never happened. Worst order ever. If people read this, avoid this place. Worse than worthless.

sometimes things are incomplete, or one pizza is cut funky and one perfect. but it's delivered to my door which is already amazing. the cookies are to die for, lay em under the pizza so they get crumbly. always tip.

Ordered tonight, 26.07.2026 at 20:35. The delivery time stated 15 to 30 minutes, but after 40 minutes we started wondering where our pizza and chicken bites were. So I called and got a young man on the line. I asked him what the status was and he said, "It's on its way, man!" That wasn't very polite, considering you pay 40 euros for 1 pizza and 12 chicken pieces; there should be a bit more respect. And then when it arrives after 1 hour and 10 minutes, almost everything is cold, the sauce container is all over the chicken box, and the pizza is flattened and misshapen. Al een paar keer lekkere pizza’s besteld. Maar vandaag taai, droog en koud. Ik dacht laat ik iig even bellen om het te melden. Maar daar werd toch wel bot gereageerd; deeg is vers dus daarom pizza droog en het is koud buiten dus de pizza’s hierdoor ook !! Er werd geen woord meer gezegd dus dat was het dan. Zonde echt teleurstellend

Ik ben niet het type wat gelijk een review schrijft (tenzij de eerste keer al bere slecht is 😁) Ik ben een enorme zeur als het om.eten gaat, dus door een paar keer het zelfde te bestellen kan ik oordelen of de.kwaliteit van het eten goed blijft ipv alleen die eerste keer. Bij jullie New York Pizza is de kwaliteit constant en word altijd goed heet afgeleverd aan mijn deur. Dik dubbel en dwars tevreden en vandaar mijn 5 sterren voor jullie.

Pizza binnen 15-30 minuten bezorgd, ik bestel altijd bij deze NY Pizza, heel tevreden!
