Nieuw Hof in Wijk 02 Castricum-Oost

On vacation in Akersloot, I got a Spring Roll Special, Babi Pangang with Nasi and Bami Goreng Compleet. It tasted great and was delicious. I'll definitely be back.

Authentic Chinese restaurant. Excellent Babi Pangang, Foe Yong Hai, satay, and delicious chicken in black bean sauce (delivered on a special piping hot dish).

The food was delicious, the service was great. The atmosphere was just right, and you can make it yourself. 👍

Friendly service and a charming restaurant. The food was excellent and plentiful. The menu was good but lacked Indonesian dishes. The lighting could be dimmed a bit more in the evenings.

We used to go to Jasmin Garden, but unfortunately, it's closed. Nieuw Hof, however, turned out to be fantastic. Super tasty spring rolls that are crispy and not too greasy, etc., so we actually discovered it by accident, but what delicious food. It is very busy now that Jasmin Garden is closed.

Perfect for a Chinese night! Delicious dishes and definitely on par with the more expensive Jasmin Garden in Castricum. I still miss this Chinese restaurant in Limmen!

We had to wait a bit longer for our food due to staffing issues. That's nobody's fault; we just have to get used to it. We heard hundreds of excuses, but there was no need for that. It's all about having a good evening with delicious food, and we succeeded!

Friendly staff, though it took a very long time for my order to come out so I suggest ordering in advance. Food is good, though a little bland but that's not necessarily bad. The pricing is fairly cheap for what you get. I'll definitely come again!

That wasn't good... rice table for 3 people with duck. Duck was a tasteless morsel. Too bad that duck died for this. The other 2 dishes were a fiver... No, didn't send it back, took my loss and learned from it. Positive: gravy was freshly squeezed. Service friendly.

Delicious Chinese, especially the spring rolls are very tasty. Freshly baked, super well filled, and large. The other dishes for takeaway are also delicious and not expensive. The service is very good, I immediately received a new portion of nasi, because I had ordered a portion that was too small weeks ago. I just wanted to report that the order might have been taken incorrectly, but I immediately received a new portion for free. The employee was very nice and cooperative. What great service, I would love to come back for delicious takeaway meals.

Very attentive staff and delicious food.

We have been coming to this Chinese restaurant for years. First in Limmen and now in Castricum. Unfortunately, we think the quality has deteriorated considerably. It was not tasty yesterday and all tasted very flat. And that was actually the case with all dishes. There were also no more spring rolls in the monthly menu. Shame.

The service is great and the food too, they are not stingy with vegetables and eggs etc. you really get a lot. It was so tasty in the photo that there is not much left of the foe yong hai.

The food was downright bad: tasteless, clearly not home-made, bland. Even for the low price of Nieuw Hof: don't do it!

Ordered the monthly menu with ajam pangang instead of babi pangang, but unfortunately when we got home it turned out that we had received pork after all. Very unfortunate. The rest was ok

Just take that "Bami Special" Then the 3 or 4 of you can enjoy noodles, satay, foe yang hay, fried banana and more! And that at a very affordable price of €15 Double delight! Delicious! See also attached photo (this was over after eating with 2 😅)

Monthly menu collected on a busy Sunday evening In the time I waited I saw 60 collectors come and go. Take your order home after 25 minutes Almost everything turns out to be cold or barely warm. Shame !! (I live 300 meters from the restaurant and took everything in a Thermo bag) Ate a little. Everything had lots of sauce and great taste. Tomorrow, let's fry it slowly without the sauce. We really miss the previous owner :(

Came here again after some time. It was always very good. But this has changed since the arrival of another owner. The food is fairly tasteless. Service is super nice, but I won't get food there again.

On Thursday we had dinner at Nieuw Hof in Castricum and we enjoyed the delicious food, the hostess and her daughters are super hospitable and very nice. We had soup from the chef then Beijing duck and steak in black bean sauce and chicken curry. We will be back soon.

Just opened in Geesterduin so I gave it a try right away and picked up something. Friendly service on the phone and in the store. Good price-quality ratio, tasty single dishes. A bit too sweet for my taste, but that's what we have sambal for.

This restaurant has moved from Limmen to the Geesterduin shopping center in Castricum. The quality of the food has remained the same, which is fine. If you had not placed your orders in advance by telephone, it may take a while. I have the impression that they will get more traffic at the new location. I'm especially a fan of the spring roll menus. Those things are huge and delicious.

One of the better Chinese Indian restaurants. Takeaway is fast and good.

Well this was another test after many years Babi pangang, a lot of fat, sauce that cannot be put in a bin, also a dish that was not ordered, could not give it a name and our chicken balls had flown so not present, I think this company is saying goodbye, be warned!!

Héél vriendelijke dames achter de bar, lekker eten en gelukkig nog betaalbaar. Dus een aanrader. Begreep dat ze binnenkort dicht gaan i.v.m. wegwerkzaamheden, jammer. Er zijn veel Chinese restaurants, ik was fan van Alkmaar (gesloten) en Obdam (haal ik maandelijks nog wel) en ook Limmen!

We gaan altijd voor de heerlijke T-pan gerechten of de babi pangang spek. Echt prima! Krijg er nu alweer trek in.

Als het druk is kan je beter niet bestellen, soms nog 50 minuten wachten.

Hele vriendelijke gastvrouw. Heerlijk eten gehaald welke zeker niet te duur was.

Oprecht de beste chinees/indische afhaal plek, eten is top en het personeel is altijd heel vriendelijk. Een aanrader.

Wer nicht nur Fritten u anderes Fastfood mag, wird in Holland nicht verwöhnt. Auf der Suche nach Alternativen ist dieses Restaurant absolut empfehlenswert. Lecker, schnell u frisch zubereitet und preislich für die Verhältnisse in Holland absolut o.k. Service sehr freundlich und sogar mit Speisekarte in deutsch!

Goed restaurant, mooi centraal in Limmen. Lekker eten, en vooral een Chinees restaurant zoals die hoort te zijn in Nederland.

Kreeg een tijd mee... Duurde nog 30 min voor het klaar was. En kwaliteit vonden wij matig, bijna alle gerechten alleen maar paprika smaak. Er wordt heeeeel veel paprika gebruikt!. Paprika's zijn lekker maar dit was een overkill. Heb wel eens betere Chinees gegeten. Jammer volgende keer rij ik naar Castricum of Heiloo.

Vaste afhaallocatie. Porties zijn goed. Eten is vers bereid. Ik lees reviews over lange wachttijden; dat is voor mij nieuw. Ik bestel meestal voor of rond 18u en dan is het binnen 15 min klaar om op te halen. Aanrader!

Al jaren komen we hier met regelmaat; heerlijke Chinese gebakken rijst (vooral die zonder vlees!). Eigenaresse weet altijd precies wat we willen waardoor het horen van mijn stem voldoende is 😊. Dat het weekends druk is, zegt meer dan genoeg!

Geen schone entree, donker en ongezellig. Eten opgehaald, 5 min later thuis, eten was lauw, heel jammer

Bij nieuw hof is het eten altijd snel en lekker. Wel even zelf ophalen.

Vriendelijke en vlotte bediening alleen de gerechten waren niet op temperatuur.

Ik kom regelmatig langs en altijd heerlijk gegeten. Lopende buffet echt heerlijk! Altijd lekker en vers en snel bijgevuld. Mijn favoriete Chinees restaurant!

Heerlijk eten afgehaald.ik vind het helaas jammer dat je eten mee kan nemen in een tasje waar je nog voor moet betalen. Bied dan een stevig kartonnen tasje aan.maar het eten is heerlijk!

Goede Singapore mifan.. en heerlijke wonton soep

Alleen afhalen nu met covid. Loempia is een aanbeveler.
