Cozy, warm and delicious drinks and food!

We booked a table for New Year's Day. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco. Lunch was excellent. Friendly service.

We had a lovely meal on Christmas Day, and the spare ribs are highly recommended. The location is beautifully situated in nature, and the restaurant has a very cozy and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended for the area. We'll be back soon to try the menu.

We had a wonderful dinner with family on our first day... everything was perfect! Food, location, staff... simply fantastic! We'll be back!

Delicious food and lovely people! We've been coming here for years now, and the food is and always has been excellent. The staff is also fantastic. The owner is very accommodating if you have any special requests. A truly top-notch location, and even after all these years, we still highly recommend it.

Great food in a nice location. But we had to wait (and I'm not kidding) two hours for our lunch order. We kept asking if we wanted another drink. After quite a few drinks, the food finally arrived. We immediately asked if we could order some extra bread, but the waitress said she wasn't allowed to take orders and walked away. My partner chased after us to ask where/who we could order it from and if it was possible to get that extra bread during lunch. I'd almost finished my salad, and then they gave us extra bread—four small pieces for 3 euros—but it was there in the end.

We ate here again yesterday, and it was truly delicious. The tournedos on the stone and spare ribs are especially recommended! We ate with a large group, and everyone loved it. We had the tenderloin on the stone! It was super tender and very flavorful. I've rarely had such a delicious tenderloin. The stew was also delicious, as were the skewers, spare ribs, and hamburgers! Definitely worth repeating! We ate again tonight, and it was truly delicious! Only the skewer we had wasn't cooked through, but we were able to cook it a bit longer on the other guests' stone. We did mention this to the staff. The stroganoff sauce was delicious; it's a shame it's not included with the stone dishes. But again, the staff was incredibly friendly. Excellent!

A quick drink turned into three drinks and two dinners. The first time, our dog came along, and he got some dog treats—how sweet! When you walk in, you don't expect such a good chef and a delicious meal at an affordable price. And I mean really, really delicious!!!! The service is also excellent. The vegetarian options are truly fantastic! The winter cocktail is highly recommended. It's a good thing we live so far away, otherwise we'd be there every weekend!

We were here a few weeks ago on a Thursday evening. We made a reservation and got a nice spot right by the pond. That evening, too, several reserved tables were unoccupied, but perhaps those people went inside to eat; it was a less-than-ideal summer day and not overly busy. The food was certainly delicious, but we also found the service a bit lacking. We had to ask for the menu ourselves because the waiter hadn't brought it after two attempts, we had to ask if we could order something ourselves, and the drinks we ordered hadn't arrived properly. Our table companion said she felt like an annoying customer because we kept having to ask for everything. There were plenty of (young) staff, and it certainly wasn't very busy, but they preferred to stand near us at the outdoor bar, giggling. When we paid, no receipt was given, only the debit card receipt.

Somewhere between Molenbeersel, Stramproy, Bocholt,... completely surrounded by greenery at a beautiful pond,... We took a break on this quiet, atmospheric, lovely terrace with coffee and cake,... bienenstich or something like that is what this served delicacy is called.🤭

The terrace/restaurant is beautifully situated, right on the lake. But what kind of owner are you to reserve tables on busy Saturday and Sunday afternoons for people who just want to have a drink?! We arrived on a gloriously sunny Sunday afternoon (around 2 p.m.) to have a drink. Unfortunately, upon arrival, people were already grumbling away from the entrance; it was three-quarters full, but the rest had reservations. We looked around for a few minutes, and during that time, a group of six, five, and four left grumbling. Plus the two of us, that's 17 people already, eager to pay for a drink. We decided to walk around the park and then take another look. But an hour later, the exact same tables were still empty, but still reserved. A group of 12 overgrown youngsters were debating where to cycle next, and a family of five walked away quite angrily, grumbling that it wasn't a good idea. In an hour (and God knows how much longer), you manage to turn 34 paying guests around like that, which we saw alone. That, plus 2 or 3 drinks each, and maybe some other snacks, means you're throwing a good 500 euros down the drain and possibly driving away quite a few (future) guests (permanently). I don't think you fully understand how the hospitality industry works, which is a real shame!

We had delicious, super-tender spare ribs! 🍖 The atmosphere is cozy and the seating is great. Another big plus: dogs are welcome, even indoors. That makes it extra nice to enjoy together. Definitely recommended!

Today I had to wait 25 minutes to place an order. My "signals" were ignored. I understand that the staff was busy, but when I spoke to a woman (I think she was a manager) and she didn't take me seriously or apologize, I found that unfriendly. At the very least, she could have apologized, but she turned around. Unfortunately for us, no drinks with lunch, which is what we came for.

Cozy tavern in the middle of the woods near the campsite in the UNESCO protected quiet area with camping and many cycling, walking, horse riding and mountain biking opportunities.

Delicious food, super friendly service. Very cozy and inviting inside, and with a lovely view of the pond, you can also enjoy sitting outside. Great play area for kids. Very reasonable prices for what you get. And the cocktails and mocktails are also highly recommended!

Our favorite place to take the dogs for lunch or dinner. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is always great! Our dogs are never made as welcome as here!

I recently went to Vosseven for dinner. I had an autumn stew. It was busy, but Yasmina kept her composure and served us like a true waiter should.

Cozy and affordable, yes that's for sure. Especially the relaxed atmosphere, child-friendly attention, and the top outdoor play area. Also: thinking along and solving; not reserved at Pentecost 🙈 and still arranged space for 10 people 👏 Then, as the ultimate sweet action: a coat that had been left hanging on the coat rack, sent home! ❤ This is highly recommended, and if we are ever in the area again we know where we will go.

Good food, simple menu, nothing special but just good. Young people in the service who clearly still have to learn something. Price quality more than okay. Beautiful location on the water and the woods.

There are different opening times everywhere. The store itself says it's open until midnight on Fridays. We were there at 11:30 p.m. You come into the store, two people are sitting there drinking something and the waitress is enjoying their wine. Without asking what we wanted, we were thrown out straight away and escorted to the door. It's a shame actually, I imagined much better.

Yesterday we had a Christmas dinner at Nieuw Vosseven. The food was decent, vegetables were undercooked and potatoes were hard. We had suggested more of it for a Christmas dinner.

Nog steeds geen reactie gehad van hun ivm een kapot bord jl waar ik op heb moeten eten stuk eruit gezegd aangetoond daar alles .ik werd niet geloofd tot op heden niks meer vernomen van hun. Schande zwakke afhandeling de bazin snauwde mij zelfs .af wij hadden voor binnen gereserveerd ivm de electrische rolstoel breedte van mijn vrouw .. whoo dat kon dus niet terwijl het wel was aangenomen in onze reservering. .hoop temult uiteindelijk in een hoekje geduwd bij de bar .. ook weer gedoe daar met de bazin

Ouwe zooi daar ik kreeg eten geserveerd op een bord waar een stuk uit was . Gemeld aan de serveerder en hij heeft dit bij de kok gemeld Volgens de kok was dat normaal hij had het gezien maar toch met eten uitgeserveerd .. aan mij . Heel raar. .. zoo een opmerking ben inmiddels met hun in gesprek geweest maar ze geven niet bij dat het bord kapot was . Terwijl het ons duidelijk verteld was dat de kok er v an afwist .. dus wat kan je verwachten bij zoo ern situatie op zijn minst coulance Nee hoor van hun niet . Bah dus let op je bord .het kan kapot zijn is normaal daar kan geen kwaad heeft de eigenaar mij gemaild. . ....

Very nice restaurant in a beautiful area! The food was delicious and the servers were friendly!

La terrasse de ce restaurant donne sur un étang entouré de verdure. Une grande tente permet de s'y asseoir à l'extérieur, même par mauvais temps. L'atmosphère y est détendue, l'ambiance agréable. On peut y manger ou juste prendre un verre (il y a un bon choix de bières belges, même si on est aux Pays-Bas). On accède facilement au site à vélo et il y a un petit terrain de jeu pour les enfants juste à côté.

What a pleasure. We had a delicious meal several times again, but also had a 'Voske' meal under the tent after walking. What a solution that new tent is! And to maintain that feeling, bring a 6-pack of Voskes for home.......

Heerlijke spareribs gegeten vriendelijk personeel gezellig van binnen en top locatie heerlijk aan het water midden in de natuur.

We moesten anderhalf uur wachten.nadat we reservering weken van te voren gemaakt hadden..soep was lauw.eten erg zout en frietjes doorbakken.als je het niet aan kunt dan ook geen reservering accepteren..erg teleurstellend .nooit meer

The oasis of peace that it once was is unfortunately gone. Today we wanted to have lunch in the sun again, only to find out that the entire terrace has been covered with a large party tent, and the music is ruining the peace. Since the bar and tent were built, and since there have been calls for asphalting the picturesque roads, the charm has disappeared. Someone who has difficulty walking can no longer enjoy the sun, but will have to venture through the wood chips to a picnic bench without a backrest. We used to come here to relax with a snack and a drink, enjoying the sun and the sound of the frogs in the fen. These can no longer be heard, so we left after a cup of coffee, fled from the stimuli, and went for a lovely walk. 2 stars because of the good food. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is no longer what it once was. Shame.

Deze lokatie is absoluut geen aanrader. De bestelde asperges waren slecht schoongemaakt waardoor je iedere keer een mondvol draden had. De genoemde hollandaise saus kon je snijden. En van gerechten op smaak brengen hebben ze niet gehoord. Tel daar de super slechte bediening bij en het negatieve plaatje is compleet.

We had a delicious meal with 5 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 2 years old. The children had a great time playing in the play corner, so we could enjoy the delicious food.

After a long walk in the beautiful surroundings, nothing beats a snack and a drink in the restaurant.

We stayed at the park for a few days and we had dinner here one evening, which was fine. The second evening we stood in front of the closed door at 7:30 PM while the opening time was until 9:00 PM, so we drove to the village where we had a delicious snitzel at restaurant De Luifel. have eaten

Het hoofdgerecht Vosseven spies was niet te eten. Het vlees was niet gebakken, maar sous de vide bereid. Zo maak je een spies niet kkaar. Daardoor waren de stukken vlees niet lekker gekruid. Het rundvlees van de spies was droog en keihard. Er 2 keer iets van gezegd. Was dit vantevoren aangegeven had ik het niet besteld. Nog geen echte excuses gehad. En ook niets aangeboden voor t ongemak. Zelfs geen kopje koffie. Dit vind ik niet netjes.

Je voelt je onmiddelijk welkom. Supervriendelijk, ook voor de honden. Zeer rustgevend aan de fontein en de vijver. Lekker eten. Lekker wijntje. Dit is telkens weer echt vakantie...

Wij komen al een aantal jaar op het vakantiepark en gaan dan ook altijd naar dit restaurant. Je kunt heerlijk buiten zitten aan het water maar binnen is het ook erg knus en gezellig. Zowel de lunch als het avondeten zijn erg lekker. De spareribs waren super mals een van de beste die ik heb gegeten! Niet heel veel keuze voor vegetariërs maar wat ze hebben is erg goed.Veel verschillende biersoorten. Ook super fijn dat onze hond altijd hartelijk verwelkomd wordt, zowel op het terras als binnen. Een heerlijke plek om te lunchen, borrelen, avond eten of gewoon voor een kop koffie en thee.

Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten, rustgevende plek, mooie omgeving, veel mogelijkheden. Super ga er zeker nogmaals terug.

Eten was erg lekker. Helaas hadden de jongens van de bediening het niet altijd door dat erg iets gedaan kon worden. Wel ook leuke speelplek voor kleine kinderen.
