Nonna's Family Pizza é Pasta in Wijk 00

Unfortunately, I didn't read other people's reviews beforehand. We had to wait almost an hour and a half for a few pizzas. They tasted okay, but were very thin. A group next to us had ordered later and received their pizzas earlier. We had to ask twice why it was taking so long. The answer: it was a bit of a chaos in the kitchen. Heating up a snack for our toddler grandson also took a very long time. The restaurant itself didn't have a microwave; it had to be heated up at the restaurant next door. When paying, we had to wait for another long time. Everything went wrong here too.

Completely lacking atmosphere. Service was okay...but everything took ages, there was a burnt pizza smell, the door was open, and it got cold inside. The pizzas tasted burnt, and the pasta dish was cold. Such a shame. A waste of money. Not recommended.

The starter was quite tasty and quick, but the main course arrived far too late. We waited an hour and a half, and it was terrible. The pizza was absolutely soggy and disgusting. The service was fine, but we'll never go there again. P.S. We really should have read the reviews before going.

Our pizzas were really delicious. The crust was crispy and the toppings were generous. The Caprese salad was tasty, and the dessert was very good and equally delicious. The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was the espresso. The service was friendly. We felt very comfortable in Nonna's rustic atmosphere! All in all, a lovely evening, well-deserved four stars.

Delicious pizzas. Thin but not soggy, and with a generous amount of cheese. Nicely decorated and friendly service. It's a shame, though, that the bottle of wine wasn't opened at the table.

Should have actually checked the reviews before going here... The food is of poorer quality. There was a difference in service. The ladies in the gray shirts were cheerful, the ladies in the red shirts were grumpy, or at least came across that way. The food arrived before the drinks...

The worst meal I’ve ever been served. Took almost an hour to be served overcooked, cold, congealed pasta. Disgusting. We couldn’t eat the carbonara as it was a solid lump of starch covered in garlic powder. Avoid!!

Never had such a disgusting pizza. I had the pepperoni; I don't know what was on it, but it tasted very chemical. The pizzas are also very expensive for what you get.

We had made a reservation in advance for the two grandparents and three grandchildren. The table for five was fine. Unfortunately, service wasn't very fast. We had to wait a long time for the food, but we accept that when it's freshly prepared. Unfortunately, none of the dishes served really tasted good to us. We had lasagna, salami pizza, spaghetti Bolognese, pizza, and Hawaiian. A robber's plate for our youngest, three-year-old. This never came, and finally, when we were already annoyed, a plate with a small Hawaiian pizza arrived, even though we had clearly stated, with a translator, that there would only be an empty plate. Then, presumably the manager, brought us an empty plate. The lasagna, the Bolognese, and the pizza all had the same strange taste, like goulash. The Hawaiian pizza was okay. Given the rather exotic prices, we expected better service and, above all, better food. We won't go there again.

We paid around €80 for two adults and two children – and unfortunately, it was a waste of money. All the dishes were disappointing; even the salami pizza, which you can't really go wrong with, didn't appeal to the kids. For that price, it's truly outrageous. The service was unfriendly and seemed annoyed whenever someone asked for something or new people arrived. The ambiance is something to be debated – it's a matter of taste.

Service is understaffed. Ordering is inflexible (I only wanted an extra ham, so I had to get the jalapeño and cut it myself). The pasta in the kids' menu was overcooked and overcooked. Price-performance ratio is too high. Unfortunately, there are no reasonable alternatives at Centerparc.

Really, really disappointed with this place. We were staying at Centerparcs for three days, and after much hesitation, we decided to go to this restaurant. After a busy day of activities and swimming, we simply wanted to relax with our son and eat well. We arrived at 8:15 p.m. with a reservation made via the Centerparcs app itself. We were kicked out by a "young staff member" without any politeness or humanity! Explaining that the restaurant was full when there were about ten empty tables outside and inside, and especially mentioning that the kitchens were closed. It was 8:15 p.m. and the kitchens closed at 9 p.m.! Despite our reservation, they wouldn't listen. It's truly inconceivable that in a vacation spot where families are with their children, we should be treated like this! And especially that they don't enforce a rule requiring a reservation! Personally, I don't recommend this place, and the staff should change their approach to customers! I worked for 26 years with a clientele whose attitude is absolutely intolerable.

As a group of five, we all ordered pizza. One of them was the vegan shawarma. Delicious! It came with a delicious sauce. The pizzas were also delivered within 10 minutes, which was a huge plus. I think it helped that we were quite early. Dessert was also delicious and plentiful. Tira misu is highly recommended. Reservations are required.

More staff required. Speed slow. Drink ordering time is slow. Orders arrived at different times. Food errors. Food tasted good though.

The food was overseasoned, and the pizzas in the pictures are a children's salami and a margarita... the edge of the salami pizza fell off the pizza, and the center stuck to the cardboard box. The margarita was unrecognizable in taste and appearance. All in all, the most expensive and worst pizza of our lives.

Our first pizza here in the park. The crust was thin and crispy, with a decent amount of toppings, and it tasted okay. The pasta with salmon was quite good. What was unusual for us, however, was that you don't get a drinks menu here and only see how much the drinks cost with the bill. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The interior is quaint and makes for a pleasant visit.

A restaurant with an unusual decor. The food is quite good (especially for a Center Parcs restaurant). The prices are a little high, but the wait time is minimal. It does the job, but nothing special. P.S.: The 4-cheese pasta quickly becomes disgusting unless you're a big cheese lover, and the restrooms are clean and refreshing.

The pizzas were very simple in taste. But the service was very tiring. Just to order another drink, we had to wave quite a bit. We wanted to finish with dessert, but the staff simply ignored us and simply walked around. We left. I won't be eating here again.

You can only get a table by making a reservation on the website or the Centre Parc app. The servers are friendly but not structured. Everyone is doing something different, but there's no system behind it, so the wait times are very long. The food is not recommended; it looks more like frozen food than freshly prepared. The taste is also very poor. We had a kids' menu with spaghetti Bolognese - there was no meat, antipasti as a starter, and teramisu with ice cream and strawberries - the cream was like thick sour milk. We also had a kids' salami pizza that looked like a frozen pizza and tasted like one. We also had a lasagna that tasted like the one from a cardboard tray and a risotto with grilled salmon and grilled vegetables - here the salmon wasn't fried but slightly warmed, the grilled vegetables were still hard, the risotto was like papier-mâché, and the béchamel sauce had a very strange taste. In the end, we were asked to pay for other things that were on the bill but we didn't have. But then it was canceled. All in all, very unsatisfied and very expensive - €90

The flavors were okay, but the portions were meager. The service was friendly but sloppy.

pleasantly surprised how good this place was, Lasagna is rarely done right and here it was spot on also pizzas were well above average and deserts were fantastic, maybe as an American my standards may be lower because these bad reviews are baffling and truly ridiculous in my eyes . place is a gem for this park

The pizza with goats cheese looked really good and my wife said it was delicious. The margarita pizza I ordered was under cooked! I was that hungry I ate it when I should have sent it back, service was slow but pleasant enough.

One of the worst pizzas ever eaten. No tomato sauce to be found. What looked most like tomato sauce was a red glow on the dough. That made it seem like they were using ready-made bases. My Pizza 4 cheeses was a big chunk of cheese. The goat cheese was still cold. There was so much cheese on it that the base had become very sticky. A friend's lasagna consisted almost entirely of dough. The service is, like in most Center Park restaurants, to cry about. There are too few staff for the number of people. Because of this you have to wait minutes to order something or for your table to be cleared. Because of this we did not order a 2nd drink or dessert because the service simply did not show up. Save yourself the time and cook yourself or eat outside CP.

Upon our arrival, we were initially ignored at reception. The employee tapped away at the screen for about five minutes without even greeting us or asking for a moment's patience. After we were escorted to our reserved table, it took 20 minutes for an order to be taken (not even the drinks beforehand). We ordered the children's menu for our child. The children's antipasti consisted of arugula salad (which most children probably don't like), spicy pickled and stuffed peppers (presumably from a jar), olives, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Apart from the tomatoes and mozzarella, the rest of the food understandably didn't go down well with our little one. The salami pizza was okay, but the "mini Nutella pizza" was not only rock-hard, but also covered in massive amounts of powdered sugar, which was far too sweet even for our child. I had the Quattro Stagioni, which was absolutely over-the-top and not exactly a hit in terms of flavor. My wife's goat cheese pizza, however, was very good. During our time in the restaurant, no one ever asked if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else... We (the adults) weren't even offered dessert or coffee, and during the last 20-30 minutes of our stay in the restaurant, the entrance door was opened and left open, so the remaining guests put on their jackets. They were probably trying to signal that they were ready to call it a day. Tables around us were being cleared, and there was a sense of departure. It's a real shame, though; the restaurant's ambiance is great, and you could have a lovely evening here if the kitchen and service made more of an effort...

I would not go here if this wasn't one of the few options in the center park. The good: * There is a playground just outside. * Tomato soup was delicious * Pizza with goat cheese was really good The bad: * Pasta was super overcooked. Carbonara sauce was too heavy. * Severely understaffed service. It took more than 15min to get the attention of a waiter to place an order. Same when we wanted to get desserts. We arrived shortly after 18:00 and at 20:00 were still waiting for half the desserts (really just basic ice cream)

We looked at the reviews, but we wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Honestly? Regret it. Carpaccio wasn't that bad, but it took some getting used to with vinegar, it dripped in. Spaghetti Cabonara was tasteless and overcooked. Desert was very tasty (as I had read). Presentation of the Cabonara in a pan was nice. Service was fine, but there was clearly too little staff. In addition, I occasionally smelled a burnt smell from the kitchen. We didn't try the pizzas ourselves, but a few of our table neighbors did and some of them looked burnt, so some of them of course left angrily and left the pizzas.

20 euros for this incredibly disappointing shawarma pizza. They did not add garlic sauce, which is also supposed to be included, for this and all the other shawarma pizzas that we ordered.

I recently had dinner at Nonna's Family Pizza é Pasta in Amersfoort and it was an unforgettable experience! This restaurant offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you're at home. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The pizzas are definitely a highlight; they are perfectly baked with a thin, crispy crust and generously topped with fresh ingredients. I tried the Margherita and the taste was phenomenal, with the perfect balance of tomato, mozzarella and basil. In addition, the pasta I ordered was also delicious; full of flavor and with a creamy sauce that made every bite a pleasure. Nonna's Family Pizza é Pasta is highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Italian food. I give this restaurant 5/5 stars! It is a place where you want to come back again and again for those delicious flavors and the cozy ambiance.

We had to wait two hours for the food to then be told that the pizza oven was out and we would no longer be able to get the pizza we ordered.

We went at the busiest time, and the service was sloooooow. But the pizzas when they arrived were delicious. Not enough staff to serve a full restaurant, unfortunately. But if you are patient, worth the wait . Or go after 7pm, when it's less busy.

There is clearly no management here. It is clear that they assume that you will only come here once and then never again. Waiting for food took 3 hours, the food was cold to lukewarm and can compete with a microwave meal. I don't blame the (young) staff because they do their best. It is the lack of management and long-term vision that can make many McDonald's visits much more enjoyable. There are many customers who decided to leave halfway through and I don't blame them at all. In retrospect, we should have done the same.

Well it seems that the Italian cuisine comes from Alie express, we were seduced by the beautiful advertisement full of authentic dishes. But just like Alie express, advertising is many times more beautiful than reality. The kitchen also seemed like a failed urban festival, respect was hard to find. Very noisy and rude. The wait staff paid more attention to the “pizza” baker than their guests. Then the food, because yes, it's all about pasta Carbonara, which should not actually be called carbonare, but rather pasta with a Roe with some bacon in it. The pizzas looked like a battlefield, there was something everywhere and everything was cut clumsily and large. All in all, I have learned to read the recessions first before being guided by the emotion we call hunger. This should absolutely not use the title authentic Italian cuisine, I think many Nonnaatje would be turning in their graves. Dear people, you can only spend your money once, but don't do it here.

We had dinner here last night. And I am very satisfied. I wanted to order a shawarma pizza, but thanks to my daughter who noticed that it said Vegan, the waiter asked me how to imagine that. After explanation I decided not to take it!pizza tonno was delicious. And compliments to the service with the names of the little waitress, I forgot her name, but I take my hat off to her! We have a daughter with a disability and most of us ask our parents what she would like. This waitress just asked our daughter directly what she wanted and in a normal calm manner that made it such a nice evening for us. Thank you 100%

220€ for 4 adults and 2 children....WITHOUT DESSERT! A SHAME. The waiters come by chance and the antipasto is a scam. Advertised for 2 people, €15.50. Not cheap but hey.... Except that behind, a pp is written.... Pp for "per person". And there 62€ for 4 people, 2 plates with 4 toasts and 2 soups. Not only is the price deceptive but the quantity for this price is shameful. Wrong note for Center Parc! Run away!

I have ordered pizza before in my time but this was really the worst ever. The prices were good but the taste was just weird and not what a pizza should taste like. The restaurant looked cozy but the service was mediocre. It is a young team that still has a lot to learn.

Food was very bad, the pizzas were burnt, had 3 margaritas and a pepperoni pizza, there was no pepperoni on it, but there was salami and then there was a full onion on top that had been thrown on it in the middle. then we had a 4 cheese pasta, well this pasta was undercooked and the cheese was as sour as anything. We also had a cocktail for no less than 9 euros that they claimed contained alcohol, but I think they had just put oasis in a champagne glass. It also didn't look like the cocktail on the menu, the cocktail was in a large glass and we received a small champagne glass. We just got the pasta in a container and had to put it on our plate ourselves, the bread was in a paper bag, here you pay 140 euros in total. For it and we left half of it, definitely not recommended, worst place I've ever been to and finally the wait staff was also flirting with the women who were there while their friend was there. The service was also very poor and was very grumpy towards the men. Were most likely tired of life. NOT RECOMMENDED DO NOT GO HERE!

Ate here yesterday with our 3 children (16,14 and 10). The service was friendly but did not ask if everything was to our liking and did not clear the table when we had finished eating. The children were not pleased with the taste of the pizzas. As parents, we thought the price-quality ratio was particularly poor. The pizza is fine if you have to pay €6 for it, but we certainly didn't think €18.50 was worth it.

We understand that this is a pizza formula that belongs to the park, but it has nothing to do with a pizza restaurant. Especially the limited choice of pizzas and the final quality of the pizzas. it is not in proportion to the price. I give the one star mainly for the taste of the pizzas, which were tasteless.

We had a really good meal with 4 adults and 4 children. I think they had a great deal, because we didn't experience any of the bad reviews. The only point, we were helped very well by Chayenne, also at the checkout, but she was pulled away rather rudely by a fellow man... she became angry with him and quite rightly so.

It’s simple, probably pre-prepped, and flies out of the kitchen at lightning speed, which is *perfect* if you have a toddler with the patience of a fruit fly. You’ll be in and out before they manage to overturn a chair or start an impromptu food fight. Service? Let’s just say they show up, take your order, and deliver your food. No frills, no enthusiasm—just... service. Bottom line: If you must eat here, order a pizza, don’t make eye contact with the steak prices, and get out before your kid decides to redecorate the place.

Due to the negative reviews, we waited two days before we dared. Since we saw it was full every evening these days and it smelled very tempting when we walked past, we went inside. Service was very good and kind to the children. Food was also more than fine. I don't know whether the guests writing negatively are whiners or whether they may have visited the restaurant at the wrong time (or we visited the restaurant at the right time).

Considering the other reviews it was reasonable. We were half an hour early but there was room. The staff who were grumpy and couldn't cook apparently had the day off. Check your account: the family combination deal was not successful.

Very tasty meal. We had a pizza and lasagna with extra vegetables! Quite a lot. But contrary to most responses, we had a nice meal and the staff was fine, not perfect but not as bad as in the rest of the responses.

Unfortunately, to my great regret, I did not read the reviews first. Then I wouldn't have gone there in advance. The staff walked around like it was the last day of work. And as if they were dying. First of all, I wonder why there are almost only vegetarian choices. Assume that everyone can choose for themselves whether they eat vegetarian or not. I had a shawarma pizza with a few pieces of dog food-looking junk on it. A burnt bottom and so on, only the garlic sauce was tasty. But yes, it is ready-made, you can't go wrong. The pizza qautro stagioni was also burnt. There were only large pieces of uncut junk on it and poorly distributed, everything was in the middle. The lasagna was decent. All in all, absolutely not recommended. I'd rather eat a can of smack with ketchup than their crap. Besides, I wouldn't feed this to my dog.

Had dinner here yesterday. What a worthless pasta. We both had pasta that was undercooked, not enough sauce and had a weird taste. The menu also looks very messy. We had hoped to have a nice dinner... Unfortunately a disappointment. Very poor food and service. Pasta was dry and no sauce at all. I have never seen and eaten such bad pizza and pasta. The staff was very very bad and the service was dramatic. That's putting it mildly.

What a tragic phenomenon in such a beautiful and extensive park. Atmosphere: they tried to make it something nice. Staff: after-school care with two supervisors. Very bad food. Pizza margarita without tomato sauce with tasteless cheese. Never before have my daughter left a pizza behind. Now it does, with the comment that it looked like "cheese spread from a tube". The cannelloni also had tasteless cheese on it, and the cannelloni itself was not tasty either. It's incomprehensible how you can screw up something as simple as pizza and pasta - and then dare to charge such high prices for it.

Long wait for the selected pastas, unfortunately the tagliatelle was overcooked and you got a creamy texture in your mouth. Even though the restaurant was not even half full, we expected more in terms of quality for the price, which is not too little. Handy tip for chefs, perhaps use a timer/kitchen timer.

If only we had read the reviews beforehand... As a Dutch person, I am ashamed of foreign (let alone Italian!) tourists who eat here. Hair in food and dirty fake chicken on pizza that smells and tastes very much like fish, while I have an allergic reaction to it. (Other side of the table thought I had fish by smell). In the end, a free drink for the hair in a child's food and the pizza was also taken off the bill on our own initiative. So good service afterwards, but unfortunately that's the end of the meal. See other bad reviews for food quality and other issues. It's not a lie unfortunately so I don't have to repeat it.

Well where should I start? The setting of the restaurant is very beautiful, but the food is substandard, as Belgian Burgundians we are probably used to a normal basic pizza without a lot of toppings and a pasta with salmon without extra cheese and too little sauce and without taste, well? Could be much, much better. Service is very friendly, some of them, but there are staff who walk around as if their last hour has come. Can be better and must be better.😉

I found the food at Nonna's in Eemhof to be a big disappointment. It started when we entered, we were led to a table and then had to wait 20 minutes to order. We finally called an employee to take the order. When the pizza finally arrived it looked tasty. However, the cheese and ham, and my girlfriend's pepperoni, was one "chemical" mess. I can't find another word for it. I personally think this is bad because there is certainly sufficient demand for the pizzas. Not to be all negative, the dough and tomato sauce were tasty so the basics are there. Tomorrow we normally went for an all you can eat in Center Parcs. Now we will think twice about going here. We will probably have something to eat in Almere. Then on to the staff. With the exception of a few people, they were not at all enthusiastic about doing their job. As a customer I felt like I was in the way. It's been a long time since I didn't pay for drinks in a restaurant, but now there was no other option.

The worst Pizza Experience ever! Seriously and even seen under the circumstances that this is a Center Parc, the Restaurant hit the absolute lowest standards. Way to expensive, bad pizza taste - smelled burned, tasted burned, cheapest ingredients just like thrown on the Pizza. Do yourself and your family a favor and skip this Place, even if the Ambience is fine. Buy yourself a Pizza from Aldi and heat it up - tastes much better ;) Sorry for the Staff!

In retrospect we should have read the reviews, there was way too much mozzarella on the pizzas and lasagna, the fat was literally dripping off. The lasagna had "half a jar" of pesto on it, I was literally able to scrape off 3 heaped tablespoons. Our children got the adults' soup and I later got the children's soup with canned balls. When we received our main course, half of it was served, the rest came 5 minutes later, when my daughter also got the wrong pizza, it took a while before the right one arrived, so my son and husband had almost finished eating. All in all, we will never go here again.

We were there with 4 adults, a toddler and a baby. The atmosphere is cozy and, above all, child-friendly. The service was very quick and friendly. No long waiting times and very good, hot and tasty food. The price is right here in Center Parcs. But you already know that when you book, so the prices are good here too. Just one sentence: SAVE YOUR MONEY! Any frozen pizza tastes better than this! We had 3 x margarita & 1 x salami - Instead of salami we had salmon first, a complaint was made, the waitress was rude and said I had ordered that, rolled her eyes and walked off... after waiting we had the real pizza salami, careless clapped. All pizzas were burnt, the cheese was inedible (!!!), we would have liked to have given it all back. A disgrace for the money!

After reading the reviews, I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but it's not good. The carpaccio was covered with half a bottle of basamico, the lasagna was really very sad. It is better to buy a ready-made lasagna in the supermarket, the waiting time of the waiter and the serving of the food is really sad, not to mention the price. Once but never, never again.

Soils covered in soot, pineapple dried out. Bad pizzas for a lot of money.

I can now officially announce that I just ate the worst pizza ever. It's a mystery to me how you can make flavorless pizza. I only taste substance in my mouth. I wonder about the cheese they use. Just a creamy substance with no taste. The people serving seem to have no interest in their jobs. Except for the blonde lady. The cheese in my daughter's macaroni is also completely tasteless. I can only recommend Nonna's pizza.

Warning: Do not bring hungry kids to this restaurant!!! if you order a kids menu, they won’t tell the kitchen to start cooking your main dish till you actually finish your starter (but they don’t check when you finish your starter either ), so expect at least 40 mins waiting between after your starter is done and your main dish. Terrible rule! The waiting time of your dishes is way longer than your eating time. We had to wait for so long for the main dish, in between of waiting, all other tables arrived much later than us have already got their dishes served. We were simply sitting there with dirty plates of starters and 40 mins of waiting, terrible terrible dinning experience. The waiters are not even apologetic, simply told us this is their kitchen rule: only when starter is finished, then they will inform the kitchen to START preparing main dish.

The food we had was ok 1x lasagne 1x carabonara 1x meat with ratatouille The service was so-so, the girls never knew what to do with the food. What really bothered me/us was THE COOK was sick and had nothing better to do than cough on almost every food.... 😡(she was constantly making herself something to eat, licking her fingers and then using her fingers She put arugula and the note with the order on the pizzas. She left 2x to the kitchen to make tea with honey. I have nothing against it if you're sick, it happens, but if you're as sick as you are, then you should stay at home. I find this behavior extremely selfish, I'm sorry!!!!

We started at 19:20 and The starters are served very quickly but the main dishes are still not served until now at 20:38. We have 4 kids under 12. It is Not acceptable!! Only for pizza and pasta, it cannot be so difficult and slow. Btw: the starter plates haven’t been taken away as well for one hour!

The pizza was very tasty, but many black pieces of ash(?) came out of the pizza oven. I think this is very unhealthy. Hopefully they can change that.

Avoid, this is really bad. Very disgusting vomit tasting food, soft, undercooked, the nastiest plastic cheese ever used. Horrible, disgusting.

Unfortunately, despite the very friendly staff, we have never had such a bad meal. The vegetables on the pizza were cut very large, there was almost a quarter of a pepper on it. The past carbonara was cooked for far too long, making it a big mess. And then the children's menu 'pasta with cheese sauce' I have no words for, what a mockery. The entire meal has been returned to the kitchen. We skipped dessert. The drinks were also served with lots of ice. All in all a real disappointment.

Disappointing experience at Nonna Pizza Restaurant at CenterParcs - 1 star I recently went to the Nonna Pizza Restaurant at CenterParcs and unfortunately I have to report that my experience there was very disappointing. Firstly, the waiting time for food was unacceptable - almost 2 hours. This is particularly problematic when traveling with hungry children. The quality of the food was also way below standard. The pizza, which should be a staple in an Italian restaurant, was topped with an “industrial cheese” that left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. There were no activities for the children such as art supplies, which made the long wait even more unbearable. The pasta we ordered was served cold and that too with a further delay of 20 minutes after the pizza was served. It seemed like the kitchen was completely overwhelmed. Despite the existing bad reviews, we wanted to give the restaurant a chance, but were bitterly disappointed. Unfortunately, based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this restaurant and advise others to look elsewhere, especially if they want to dine out with children. It was a frustrating experience that will hopefully be taken into account by the management of the restaurant to make improvements.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Service times a bit too long. The food was very tasty and tasteful. Great ambience.

I thought the price-quality ratio of the food was mediocre. On the Hawaiian pizza you got slices of canned pineapple on your pizza

Staff not friendly pizza barely can call it food.

Ate here recently and the experience was mixed. Bruschetta and antipasti very good. The entree was tasty, but very small. The stew as a main course was simmered for too long and therefore on the dry side. I reported this, but received no response. Exchanged the dessert for an espresso, but the price of the menu was not adjusted. Shame.

Vanavond om 19.15 uur met z'n 13-en gegeten bij Nonna's. Een groot feest. Rustig aan begonnen met drankje en antipasta. Daarna werd er ons gevraagd welke hoofdgerechten wij wilden. Alles tegelijk geserveerd. En iedereen heeft het heerlijk gevonden, de verse pizza's en pasta's. De desserts en de koffie waren ook top. De service was goed, en met name Karim heeft onze bijzondere avond speciaal gemaakt. Bedankt Karim en andere medewerkers. Wij hebben genoten.

Met de hele familie gegeten. Pizza was wel ok, pasta was droog en niet lekker.

Geen idee wat voor kaas ze over de pizza's doen, maar het verpest je hele pizza. De lasagne bolognese wordt geserveerd met pesto. Er zit alleen zoveel pesto op, dat je de bolognese niet meer proeft. We roken vaak een verbrande geur in het restaurant, de rand van de pizza was echt veel te donker. Als voorgerecht hadden we carpaccio, dat had een vreemde bruinige kleur en smaakte ook niet zoals je van carpaccio verwacht. Tijdens de hele avond hebben we maar 1x drinken gehad, er werd niet gevraagd of alles naar wens was (zodat je nog een drankje kan bestellen) en het personeel ziet niet dat de glazen leeg zijn. Geprobeerd meermaals een seintje te geven, maar dat wordt niet opgemerkt. Personeel was overigens wel vriendelijk. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt totaal niet. Met 2 volwassenen en 1 peuter bijna 100 euro kwijt voor iets wat niet erg lekker was. Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar. De overige restaurants op CP de Eemhof hebben ook bar slechte recensies. Tip: Ga naar Zuiderzoet, in de haven. Daar zijn we 2 avonden geweest, heerlijk gegeten! Carpaccio, biefstuk etc.. En we waren nog goedkoper uit dan bij Nonna's..
