What friendly staff! We ate pancakes here with our family, including 6 young children, on my birthday. The warm and welcoming staff in particular, from the waitstaff to the chef, deserve a solid 10! We had a wonderful evening, thanks in part to you. Thank you!

Dear fellow humans, I want to give you all a concrete conclusion: do not eat here!!! In the restaurant, the staff didn't even know half the menu by heart, or they said they didn't have it when it actually was there... half an evening later our pancakes had arrived; well, actually, it wasn't even worthy of being called pancakes. We eventually just moved on broke and sad, because unfortunately they still dared to charge €53.35 for them ); fortunately, the whitewater ride and the cute donkeys (Charlie and James) made the day a little better. Day 2: On this day, we thought we were already prepared to choose not to have dinner in the park. In the afternoon, we had already stocked up at McDonald's just to be safe, which turned out to be the best choice in ages. In the evening, we bought food at the supermarket after all: a cheese fondue set and the cheese for it. Unfortunately, no matter how much faith I had in it, even this cheese fondue was a failure... the cheese just remained grainy and didn't melt, and the candle underneath ran out very quickly, and you pay €30 for that in total. In the end, we had baguettes with herb butter for dinner, because, very unfortunately, the watermelon we had was also sour and fizzy, even though it should have been good on the same day; a real disgrace to the Center Parcs name because of scenes like this... P.S. There were still hairs from the previous people in our blanket at the hotel, yuck 😖

It is a really expensive restaurant where the pancakes are huge. I had the Mexican pancake for 20 euros and the first impression was wow, huge, but soon the pancake and the minced meat tasted incredibly salty, so much so that an extra drink was really necessary. If you wanted to pay, you had to walk to the cashier, but it took a few more minutes before anyone noticed.

The price-performance ratio for the food is outrageous. The shakes are justified. The pictures show a mountain of pancakes, but in reality, there's only one. €12 for one pancake? Maybe the chef hatched the eggs himself, I don't know... The shakes are good and tasty. The food is okay, but very expensive.

We tried the pancakes, waffles, and freakshakes, and we liked everything. It was all fresh and beautifully made, and the little building looks nice.

We ate at Pancakes & Waffles tonight. First, we ordered fizzy iced tea and beer. The beer came from a bottle and the iced tea, I think, from a tap. The glass was only half full with a thick head of foam. We mentioned this and it was refilled. It was in a Lipton glass, but the aftertaste was beer, so it wasn't an original Lipton. We ordered pancakes with shawarma, bacon, onion, and mushrooms. The shawarma had a weird texture and didn't look like real meat. It also seemed reheated. The menu listed iceberg lettuce with it, but we got arugula. The other pancake had mediocre toppings but was otherwise tasty. We finished quickly and left hungry. We paid 52 euros.

Some items on the menu (still water and chicken soup) were unavailable. The appetizers and main courses were lukewarm at best. The grilled vegetables and wedges in the main course were greasy and swimming in oil on top of the celery. The meat, on the other hand, was drier than the Sahara. The returned food wasn't removed from the bill; only one drink was canceled. The staff was disorganized and seemed completely unmotivated, which was particularly evident in the cook.

I can only agree with the others: the price-performance ratio is terrible! Never again! The waffles were so carelessly made. They weren't even warm and tasted like they'd been sitting in the display case for two days. Absolutely not recommended.

It's a shame that Pancakes & Waffles took over the old page and that there are still old reviews from the previous restaurant. We had a pancake and tomato soup here, very tasty. And very friendly and nice service. Worth a repeat visit!

We found the food and drink at the Pancakes & Waffles Restaurant very disappointing. We paid around €27 for two lattes, a plain waffle, and a waffle with strawberries and blueberries. The presentation was uninspired: the plain waffle consisted of nothing more than a bare waffle on a plate. The more expensive option, costing almost €11, contained only a few blueberries and two small pieces of strawberries—no cream, ice cream, or any other toppings. There was an extra charge of €5 for the fruit. We felt the value for money was completely unacceptable. We were the only ones in the restaurant at coffee time.

Guys, save your money. You couldn't ask for a more uninspired waffle service. We spent over €27 on two lattes and two waffles, one plain and the other with strawberries and blueberries. The presentation was simply uninspired and uninspired. Just sad! To the owner: Never again! We were the only ones in the place, and now we know why!

The interior is nice in terms of space, but the food is disappointing, unfortunately! The cannelloni was incredibly dry with a blanket of burnt cheese and way too much arugula on top! With the tiramisu, you only taste the mascarpone, some cocoa, and 2 pieces of ladyfingers; it is certainly not tiramisu. First we had antipasti; that board was still on the table. Then our dishes arrived, we had to make room on the table, and after our "tiramisu," we were told that once it was empty, we would take it away, along with the glasses. They were apparently in a rush and didn't feel like working; there was no atmosphere. Never come again, grandma, not good eating, and not a beautiful atmosphere either. Terrible atmosphere, unpleasant and unfriendly staff; if I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs!

Good service. A friend of mine ordered lasagna, but when she received it, it turned out to have pesto on it. She is sensitive about this and mentioned it to the waitress, Lisanne. She very politely asked if she was okay because she had taken a few bites. She immediately took the lasagna off the bill and arranged something else that she could eat. My other two friends and I had carpaccio; well, it was more arugula than carpaccio. Parmesan cheese was nowhere, very nowhere to be found. Afterwards, I received the pasta with steak, and as far as I could remember, there was supposed to be a dressing on top, but that was also very, very nowhere to be found. The pasta tasted overcooked; it almost seemed like it wasn't fresh, like it had already been reheated. I've been there once before—I love pasta, so I always eat pasta in restaurants—and I can tell you that I didn't think it was worth the price I paid. All the hot dishes, which are supposed to be hot of course, were all just cold; the tomato soup was also very lukewarm. For everything we ordered, I think it is too expensive. We are never coming back here.

This restaurant is not the place to be for a nice dinner out with a large group of children. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 6 small children. We had made a reservation for 5:15 PM, but we arrived a little earlier. At 5:15 PM, the waitress took our order. Our starter arrived quickly; however, the soup was cold. The starter was also the only dish worth judging, as around 7:00 PM the staff still could not answer the question of when the main course would be ready. Due to the children's bedtime, we decided to leave without the main course.

We had a reservation for 5:30, and back then we thought that was nice and early, so it would be fine. The starter arrived quite quickly and was good. An hour and a half later, still no main course, and when we asked, we were told the chef was working on it. Another half hour later, we said we were leaving and that we were absolutely not going to pay. Then it became clear that there were new staff members and that they had forgotten to transfer the order to their internal system. As we were walking away and demanding to speak to a manager, two more families appeared who had also been waiting for a long time. Then a smart aleck appeared who was just barely willing to cooperate to cut half of the bill. In short, if you are at Center Parcs and want to ruin your day, by all means go there; otherwise, I would strongly advise against it.

Da Nonna restaurant was only a third full and felt quite cold. The new location isn't nearly as cheerful and colorful as it appears in the pictures. Guests without reservations were turned away even though there was space. The server couldn't explain the difference between the various Sanpellegrinos on the menu. We had to Google it for ourselves. The food arrived before the drinks, after what felt like five minutes. The whole experience took 40 minutes. This was anything but a relaxing evening. The pizzas are quite expensive for their size and are all served with a thick layer of cheese. This is more filling than satisfying. The taste is okay, but we recommend eating elsewhere. You'll find a better atmosphere and better quality for your money.

A waffle packaged right in front of us, just reheated, for €6 is a bit of a rip-off. For a restaurant called Waffle and Pancake, it wouldn't be hard to make the waffles themselves. Luckily, the crepes are homemade.

We ate at the new concept Da Nonna's (far too expensive for the quality). DON'T DO THAT. Ordered cannelloni and pasta pesto (asked for spaghetti gnocchi instead). The cannelloni was lukewarm, sticky, and tasteless, likely prepared a very long time in advance and reheated before serving. The gnocchi was partly undercooked and partly crispy fried; the chicken in the dish looked like pressed separator meat and had a slippery texture. The only positive thing was the cooked zucchini. The dish was very bad and we sent it back halfway through. The toilet was our best friend that evening. The people at a table further away ordered 'nonna's favorite' according to the menu. Pasta from the cheese wheel quenched with vodka. You pay more for the spectacle than for a good dish. From a distance, it was clear that the spaghetti was bone dry (stiff) and the sauce had already solidified/curdled. Those people also sent their plates back half-full. She reported that the floor manager would arrange for compensation. For the people at the other table, it turned out that this had indeed happened: the dry pasta was deducted from the bill. We paid the full price, but were allowed to report it to the manager because one of us had become ill from the food. The next day, we spent over an hour filling out a form for the quality department. A response came fairly quickly. I requested once again that the amount be refunded to my account. Sent reminders. No response. I strongly advise against this place in every respect.

The food is simply outrageous. The pancake in the picture costs around €20. The service is awful, downright rude. I would absolutely never eat here again. Maybe I just caught the waiters on a bad day. I just don't know.

We received the wrong order, and they repeatedly tried to cancel it instead of exchanging it for the correct one. The restaurant was empty, yet the service was slow. The tables were only partially cleared. Not a recommended restaurant.

Many reviews of the Italian restaurant that used to be here. It is now a pancake restaurant. We found the pancakes to be of good quality and very tasty. They were served quickly. The service could have been a bit more inviting and warmer, but otherwise, the service was fine. What we found disappointing was that there was no play area, not even a coloring page or anything. We had actually expected this at a pancake restaurant. As for the price, well, it is Center Parcs, so it is very pricey. I thought the pancakes were still okay considering the price. I did find the ice cream sundae very expensive for what you get.

Never Again – Not a Place for Families We had reserved a table for 6:15 PM (2 adults, 3 children – one 5-year-old and two 2-year-olds) to enjoy a nice final evening of our vacation. What we experienced instead was a complete disappointment. We waited for our food until 8:15 PM – a full two hours. And it only arrived after we repeatedly and firmly asked about it. By then, our children were completely exhausted, and two of them had already fallen asleep. We were told several times that our order had “priority,” but nothing happened. Instead, we were continuously put off. Even other guests around us felt sorry for us – which really says a lot. A complimentary round of drinks is a nice gesture, but it does not replace a pleasant family evening. The pizza was okay, but after a two-hour wait, that hardly matters. Our clear conclusion: absolutely not recommended for families. If you are looking for a relaxed evening, this is not the place.

Nice Italian restaurant, but not for children. Fast food, not very hot, but friendly staff. Drinks also arrived very quickly. One drink was too little, but it was resolved within a minute. Asked three times for a coloring page and finally received it without pencils. I've been to several Center Parcs restaurants before, but this restaurant has so few activities for children. At other restaurants, children were always entertained, but unfortunately not here. It was far too posh and definitely not Italian; it was chilly and cold. It's a shame, but this isn't the right restaurant for a children's park.

If you order two pizzas from the Eemhof Hotel, you'll receive uncut pizzas. That's not going to work in a hotel room without cutlery. Please pay attention to this in the future.

The appetizer hadn't even been cleared away by the time they were already there with the main course. They wanted to serve limoncello, which you take with dessert, with the appetizer, and were surprised when we explained it was for dessert. While I wasn't even halfway through my pizza, they were already serving dessert, so I asked them to wait. Then they didn't come to the table... I had to ask for dessert three times. I had to ask for limoncello three times. I even spoke to the floor manager, but he seemed completely lost as well. I've never experienced anything this bad. Extremely expensive for exceptionally mediocre pizzas. A complete lack of service. A lot of work to be done.

Delicious food and great service. The pancakes weren't greasy, were generously topped, and cooked perfectly. When we asked if we could bring a pancake for our dog, they were happy to oblige. Truly excellent service, and our dog thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

After visiting the cafe, we headed to Nora, an Italian restaurant. Yes, we were out, so no cooking and had to find a location for everything. We were a bit early, but that wasn't a problem. Upon arrival, we had to wait at the reception desk. It took a while because it was busy, about 20 tables. Considering the size and staffing, this should have been easy. We had to wait a long time for drinks and appetizers. The appetizers were certainly okay. The main courses arrived an hour later. After asking where they were, they said it was busy. When the food finally arrived, two of the meals were cold. I received a new meal. This place needs a well-paid hospitality manager to properly sort this out. After all, there were plenty of staff milling around at the tables. You can't see anything, no helicopter view. There's no direction, a shame. Another disgrace. The prices are disproportionate to the dishes and the service you can expect, although we don't mind the price. Not recommended.

Very bad. It took so long (over 1.5 hours) to get our food that we left without eating. That really ruined your evening.

This "restaurant" is an absolute disaster. Nice ambiance, but the service couldn't be worse! Complete lack of planning combined with unprofessionalism. Only about a third of the tables were occupied. We ordered two pizzas and one kiddie meal. The starter from the kiddie meal arrived after 30 minutes... Our pizzas arrived after 50 minutes. Despite asking after 35 minutes... Guests are generally ignored. You have to wave or shout. The pizza (prosciutto), which eventually arrived lukewarm (while two tables that arrived after us had already finished!), was completely missing the burrata... While the fourth formaggi pizza had arugula. Furthermore, the pizza was quite uninspired compared to the pictures here. The taste was okay to good. But at €20 for a pizza, I expect significantly more! There were also 2 complaints from other tables, and the couple behind us even cancelled their meal and only paid for their drinks because they didn't want to wait any longer.

The food was okay, but overall our visit was disappointing. The new decor feels cold and unwelcoming – the old one was much cozier and had more of an Italian feel. It was also uncomfortably cold in the dining room. We waited about 25 minutes for dessert, without an apology; they only responded after we asked. I find the two-course menu for main courses silly and unnecessarily complicated. And why isn't there a salami pizza on the menu at an "Italian" restaurant?! Overall, the price-performance ratio isn't right for me – far too expensive for what's offered!

Unfortunately, I didn't read other people's reviews beforehand. We had to wait almost an hour and a half for a few pizzas. They tasted okay, but were very thin. A group next to us had ordered later and received their pizzas earlier. We had to ask twice why it was taking so long. The answer: it was a bit of a chaos in the kitchen. Heating up a snack for our toddler grandson also took a very long time. The restaurant itself didn't have a microwave; it had to be heated up at the restaurant next door. When paying, we had to wait for another long time. Everything went wrong here too.

Completely lacking atmosphere. Service was okay...but everything took ages, there was a burnt pizza smell, the door was open, and it got cold inside. The pizzas tasted burnt, and the pasta dish was cold. Such a shame. A waste of money. Not recommended.

Our pizzas were really delicious. The crust was crispy and the toppings were generous. The Caprese salad was tasty, and the dessert was very good and equally delicious. The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was the espresso. The service was friendly. We felt very comfortable in Nonna's rustic atmosphere! All in all, a lovely evening, well-deserved four stars.

Should have actually checked the reviews before going here... The food is of poorer quality. There was a difference in service. The ladies in the gray shirts were cheerful, the ladies in the red shirts were grumpy, or at least came across that way. The food arrived before the drinks...

The worst meal I’ve ever been served. Took almost an hour to be served overcooked, cold, congealed pasta. Disgusting. We couldn’t eat the carbonara as it was a solid lump of starch covered in garlic powder. Avoid!!

Never had such a disgusting pizza. I had the pepperoni; I don't know what was on it, but it tasted very chemical. The pizzas are also very expensive for what you get.

We had made a reservation in advance for the two grandparents and three grandchildren. The table for five was fine. Unfortunately, service wasn't very fast. We had to wait a long time for the food, but we accept that when it's freshly prepared. Unfortunately, none of the dishes served really tasted good to us. We had lasagna, salami pizza, spaghetti Bolognese, pizza, and Hawaiian. A robber's plate for our youngest, three-year-old. This never came, and finally, when we were already annoyed, a plate with a small Hawaiian pizza arrived, even though we had clearly stated, with a translator, that there would only be an empty plate. Then, presumably the manager, brought us an empty plate. The lasagna, the Bolognese, and the pizza all had the same strange taste, like goulash. The Hawaiian pizza was okay. Given the rather exotic prices, we expected better service and, above all, better food. We won't go there again.

We paid around €80 for two adults and two children – and unfortunately, it was a waste of money. All the dishes were disappointing; even the salami pizza, which you can't really go wrong with, didn't appeal to the kids. For that price, it's truly outrageous. The service was unfriendly and seemed annoyed whenever someone asked for something or new people arrived. The ambiance is something to be debated – it's a matter of taste.

Really, really disappointed with this place. We were staying at Centerparcs for three days, and after much hesitation, we decided to go to this restaurant. After a busy day of activities and swimming, we simply wanted to relax with our son and eat well. We arrived at 8:15 p.m. with a reservation made via the Centerparcs app itself. We were kicked out by a "young staff member" without any politeness or humanity! Explaining that the restaurant was full when there were about ten empty tables outside and inside, and especially mentioning that the kitchens were closed. It was 8:15 p.m. and the kitchens closed at 9 p.m.! Despite our reservation, they wouldn't listen. It's truly inconceivable that in a vacation spot where families are with their children, we should be treated like this! And especially that they don't enforce a rule requiring a reservation! Personally, I don't recommend this place, and the staff should change their approach to customers! I worked for 26 years with a clientele whose attitude is absolutely intolerable.

As a group of five, we all ordered pizza. One of them was the vegan shawarma. Delicious! It came with a delicious sauce. The pizzas were also delivered within 10 minutes, which was a huge plus. I think it helped that we were quite early. Dessert was also delicious and plentiful. Tira misu is highly recommended. Reservations are required.

More staff required. Speed slow. Drink ordering time is slow. Orders arrived at different times. Food errors. Food tasted good though.

The food was overseasoned, and the pizzas in the pictures are a children's salami and a margarita... the edge of the salami pizza fell off the pizza, and the center stuck to the cardboard box. The margarita was unrecognizable in taste and appearance. All in all, the most expensive and worst pizza of our lives.

Our first pizza here in the park. The crust was thin and crispy, with a decent amount of toppings, and it tasted okay. The pasta with salmon was quite good. What was unusual for us, however, was that you don't get a drinks menu here and only see how much the drinks cost with the bill. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The interior is quaint and makes for a pleasant visit.

You can only get a table by making a reservation on the website or the Centre Parc app. The servers are friendly but not structured. Everyone is doing something different, but there's no system behind it, so the wait times are very long. The food is not recommended; it looks more like frozen food than freshly prepared. We had a kids' menu with spaghetti Bolognese - there was no meat, antipasti as a starter, and teramisu with ice cream and strawberries - the cream was like thick sour milk. We also had a kids' salami pizza that looked like a frozen pizza and tasted like one. We also had a lasagna that tasted like the one from a cardboard tray and a risotto with grilled salmon and grilled vegetables - here the salmon wasn't fried but slightly warmed, the grilled vegetables were still hard, the risotto was like papier-mâché, and the béchamel sauce had a very strange taste. In the end, we were asked to pay for other things that were on the bill but we didn't have. But then it was canceled. All in all, very unsatisfied and very expensive - €90

The pizza with goats cheese looked really good and my wife said it was delicious. The margarita pizza I ordered was under cooked! I was that hungry I ate it when I should have sent it back, service was slow but pleasant enough.

Upon our arrival, we were initially ignored at reception. The employee tapped away at the screen for about five minutes without even greeting us or asking for a moment's patience. After we were escorted to our reserved table, it took 20 minutes for an order to be taken (not even the drinks beforehand). We ordered the children's menu for our child. The children's antipasti consisted of arugula salad (which most children probably don't like), spicy pickled and stuffed peppers (presumably from a jar), olives, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Apart from the tomatoes and mozzarella, the rest of the food understandably didn't go down well with our little one. The salami pizza was okay, but the "mini Nutella pizza" was not only rock-hard, but also covered in massive amounts of powdered sugar, which was far too sweet even for our child. I had the Quattro Stagioni, which was absolutely over-the-top and not exactly a hit in terms of flavor. My wife's goat cheese pizza, however, was very good. During our time in the restaurant, no one ever asked if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else... We (the adults) weren't even offered dessert or coffee, and during the last 20-30 minutes of our stay in the restaurant, the entrance door was opened and left open, so the remaining guests put on their jackets. They were probably trying to signal that they were ready to call it a day. Tables around us were being cleared, and there was a sense of departure. It's a real shame, though; the restaurant's ambiance is great, and you could have a lovely evening here if the kitchen and service made more of an effort...

One of the worst pizzas ever eaten. No tomato sauce to be found. What looked most like tomato sauce was a red glow on the dough. That made it seem like they were using ready-made bases. My Pizza 4 cheeses was a big chunk of cheese. The goat cheese was still cold. There was so much cheese on it that the base had become very sticky. A friend's lasagna consisted almost entirely of dough. The service is, like in most Center Park restaurants, to cry about. There are too few staff for the number of people. Because of this you have to wait minutes to order something or for your table to be cleared. Because of this we did not order a 2nd drink or dessert because the service simply did not show up. Save yourself the time and cook yourself or eat outside CP.

I would not go here if this wasn't one of the few options in the center park. The good: * There is a playground just outside. * Tomato soup was delicious * Pizza with goat cheese was really good The bad: * Pasta was super overcooked. Carbonara sauce was too heavy. * Severely understaffed service. It took more than 15min to get the attention of a waiter to place an order. Same when we wanted to get desserts. We arrived shortly after 18:00 and at 20:00 were still waiting for half the desserts (really just basic ice cream)

We looked at the reviews, but we wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Honestly? Regret it. Carpaccio wasn't that bad, but it took some getting used to with vinegar, it dripped in. Spaghetti Cabonara was tasteless and overcooked. Desert was very tasty (as I had read). Presentation of the Cabonara in a pan was nice. Service was fine, but there was clearly too little staff. In addition, I occasionally smelled a burnt smell from the kitchen. We didn't try the pizzas ourselves, but a few of our table neighbors did and some of them looked burnt, so some of them of course left angrily and left the pizzas.

20 euros for this incredibly disappointing shawarma pizza. They did not add garlic sauce, which is also supposed to be included, for this and all the other shawarma pizzas that we ordered.

Super bad restaurant, food was super nasty, service was slow and it was definitely not worth the money. All in all, I will advise everyone not to eat here!!!

I recently had dinner at Nonna's Family Pizza é Pasta in Amersfoort and it was an unforgettable experience! This restaurant offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you're at home. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The pizzas are definitely a highlight; they are perfectly baked with a thin, crispy crust and generously topped with fresh ingredients. I tried the Margherita and the taste was phenomenal, with the perfect balance of tomato, mozzarella and basil. In addition, the pasta I ordered was also delicious; full of flavor and with a creamy sauce that made every bite a pleasure. Nonna's Family Pizza é Pasta is highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Italian food. I give this restaurant 5/5 stars! It is a place where you want to come back again and again for those delicious flavors and the cozy ambiance.

We had to wait two hours for the food to then be told that the pizza oven was out and we would no longer be able to get the pizza we ordered.

We went at the busiest time, and the service was sloooooow. But the pizzas when they arrived were delicious. Not enough staff to serve a full restaurant, unfortunately. But if you are patient, worth the wait . Or go after 7pm, when it's less busy.

There is clearly no management here. It is clear that they assume that you will only come here once and then never again. Waiting for food took 3 hours, the food was cold to lukewarm and can compete with a microwave meal. I don't blame the (young) staff because they do their best. It is the lack of management and long-term vision that can make many McDonald's visits much more enjoyable. There are many customers who decided to leave halfway through and I don't blame them at all. In retrospect, we should have done the same.

Floormanager helps enormously with options for gluten allergies, etc.

Well it seems that the Italian cuisine comes from Alie express, we were seduced by the beautiful advertisement full of authentic dishes. But just like Alie express, advertising is many times more beautiful than reality. The kitchen also seemed like a failed urban festival, respect was hard to find. Very noisy and rude. The wait staff paid more attention to the “pizza” baker than their guests. Then the food, because yes, it's all about pasta Carbonara, which should not actually be called carbonare, but rather pasta with a Roe with some bacon in it. The pizzas looked like a battlefield, there was something everywhere and everything was cut clumsily and large. All in all, I have learned to read the recessions first before being guided by the emotion we call hunger. This should absolutely not use the title authentic Italian cuisine, I think many Nonnaatje would be turning in their graves. Dear people, you can only spend your money once, but don't do it here.

We had dinner here last night. And I am very satisfied. I wanted to order a shawarma pizza, but thanks to my daughter who noticed that it said Vegan, the waiter asked me how to imagine that. After explanation I decided not to take it!pizza tonno was delicious. And compliments to the service with the names of the little waitress, I forgot her name, but I take my hat off to her! We have a daughter with a disability and most of us ask our parents what she would like. This waitress just asked our daughter directly what she wanted and in a normal calm manner that made it such a nice evening for us. Thank you 100%

220€ for 4 adults and 2 children....WITHOUT DESSERT! A SHAME. The waiters come by chance and the antipasto is a scam. Advertised for 2 people, €15.50. Not cheap but hey.... Except that behind, a pp is written.... Pp for "per person". And there 62€ for 4 people, 2 plates with 4 toasts and 2 soups. Not only is the price deceptive but the quantity for this price is shameful. Wrong note for Center Parc! Run away!

I have ordered pizza before in my time but this was really the worst ever. The prices were good but the taste was just weird and not what a pizza should taste like. The restaurant looked cozy but the service was mediocre. It is a young team that still has a lot to learn.

Food was very bad, the pizzas were burnt, had 3 margaritas and a pepperoni pizza, there was no pepperoni on it, but there was salami and then there was a full onion on top that had been thrown on it in the middle. then we had a 4 cheese pasta, well this pasta was undercooked and the cheese was as sour as anything. We also had a cocktail for no less than 9 euros that they claimed contained alcohol, but I think they had just put oasis in a champagne glass. It also didn't look like the cocktail on the menu, the cocktail was in a large glass and we received a small champagne glass. We just got the pasta in a container and had to put it on our plate ourselves, the bread was in a paper bag, here you pay 140 euros in total. For it and we left half of it, definitely not recommended, worst place I've ever been to and finally the wait staff was also flirting with the women who were there while their friend was there. The service was also very poor and was very grumpy towards the men. Were most likely tired of life. NOT RECOMMENDED DO NOT GO HERE!

Ate here yesterday with our 3 children (16,14 and 10). The service was friendly but did not ask if everything was to our liking and did not clear the table when we had finished eating. The children were not pleased with the taste of the pizzas. As parents, we thought the price-quality ratio was particularly poor. The pizza is fine if you have to pay €6 for it, but we certainly didn't think €18.50 was worth it.

We understand that this is a pizza formula that belongs to the park, but it has nothing to do with a pizza restaurant. Especially the limited choice of pizzas and the final quality of the pizzas. it is not in proportion to the price. I give the one star mainly for the taste of the pizzas, which were tasteless.

We had a really good meal with 4 adults and 4 children. I think they had a great deal, because we didn't experience any of the bad reviews. The only point, we were helped very well by Chayenne, also at the checkout, but she was pulled away rather rudely by a fellow man... she became angry with him and quite rightly so.

Nonna’s at Center Parcs De Eemhof is the kind of place that looks promising—until you open the menu and start doing mental gymnastics over the prices. €40 for a basic steak and fries? That’s not just expensive, that’s borderline comedy. If the steak is as "good" as the pizza, prepare for disappointment. Speaking of pizza—just get that. It’s simple, probably pre-prepped, and flies out of the kitchen at lightning speed, which is *perfect* if you have a toddler with the patience of a fruit fly. You’ll be in and out before they manage to overturn a chair or start an impromptu food fight. Service? Let’s just say they show up, take your order, and deliver your food. No frills, no enthusiasm—just... service. Bottom line: If you must eat here, order a pizza, don’t make eye contact with the steak prices, and get out before your kid decides to redecorate the place.

Due to the negative reviews, we waited two days before we dared. Since we saw it was full every evening these days and it smelled very tempting when we walked past, we went inside. Service was very good and kind to the children. Food was also more than fine. I don't know whether the guests writing negatively are whiners or whether they may have visited the restaurant at the wrong time (or we visited the restaurant at the right time).

Considering the other reviews it was reasonable. We were half an hour early but there was room. The staff who were grumpy and couldn't cook apparently had the day off. Check your account: the family combination deal was not successful.

Very tasty meal. We had a pizza and lasagna with extra vegetables! Quite a lot. But contrary to most responses, we had a nice meal and the staff was fine, not perfect but not as bad as in the rest of the responses.

Unfortunately, to my great regret, I did not read the reviews first. Then I wouldn't have gone there in advance. The staff walked around like it was the last day of work. And as if they were dying. First of all, I wonder why there are almost only vegetarian choices. Assume that everyone can choose for themselves whether they eat vegetarian or not. I had a shawarma pizza with a few pieces of dog food-looking junk on it. A burnt bottom and so on, only the garlic sauce was tasty. But yes, it is ready-made, you can't go wrong. The pizza qautro stagioni was also burnt. There were only large pieces of uncut junk on it and poorly distributed, everything was in the middle. The lasagna was decent. All in all, absolutely not recommended. I'd rather eat a can of smack with ketchup than their crap. Besides, I wouldn't feed this to my dog.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately the service left much to be desired. Whenever we wanted to ask something, we would get a disinterested response, like "I'm busy," and then never get back to you. This was disappointing and could definitely be improved.

The food was unbelievable!!! The pasta carbonara was tasteless like cream with paste. Pizza wasn't much, doctor Oetker's pizzas were even better. Too bad for quite a lot of money.....

The atmosphere and the food were good, but the service was poor, it felt like it took forever for them to serve you food or drinks. The service also only came by once for a drink.

Had dinner here yesterday. What a worthless pasta. We both had pasta that was undercooked, not enough sauce and had a weird taste. The menu also looks very messy. We had hoped to have a nice dinner... Unfortunately a disappointment. The restaurant is very cozy and nicely decorated, the pasta comes in a very nice pan, the food/drinks came to the table quickly, and the staff is friendly. Afterwards we were not asked if we had enjoyed it. All in all, unfortunately no more Nonna's for us.

Oven too small in relation to the number of guests. We had to wait more than 1.5 hours for our food. As a result, the children had to miss the activity that was planned.

Friendly staff, the tent was clearly understaffed... you cannot blame the staff present. Good pizzas. Anchovies should have been there but were not noticeable. My daughter really liked the carbonara.

We ate with thick sweaters on and the pizzas got cold very quickly. It's also a shame that there is nothing for children to do, while Center Parcs is for families....

Very poor food and service. Pasta was dry and no sauce at all. I have never seen and eaten such bad pizza and pasta. The staff was very very bad and the service was dramatic. That's putting it mildly.

What a tragic phenomenon in such a beautiful and extensive park. Atmosphere: they tried to make it something nice. Staff: after-school care with two supervisors. Food: Tasteless and without atmosphere, thrown together rubbish. I never really had a high opinion of park restaurants, but my expectations have dropped again.

Pizzas were very tasty, but the staff walks around disinterested and it is a long wait for the food and dessert.
