I have ordered several times, always good, but now I ordered and after 2 hours I called to find out where the phone was. It seems the phone is off, so I just drove by and all the equipment is gone. I would like my money back because this store is simply closed.

Had placed an order on Saturday July 6, 2024 at 5:43 PM and paid with I-deal and received a proper confirmation and 3 hours later no pizza. Called a few times, but only a busy signal as if they had picked up the receiver. Got on the motorbike and drove there. Shop closed and abandoned as if they had left for the northern sun. No pizza but lost my money. So I have been nicely ripped off.

We've been waiting two hours for pizza and couldn't reach them by phone the first and last time. Finally, we went to the restaurant, but it was closed! You can order from the website! BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

We've ordered from here several times, and each time we waited a very long time for the pizzas. We wanted to try it again, but unfortunately, the pizza was delivered more than half an hour late this time as well. We'll order from someone else next time.

I ordered some pizzas, and they were delivered right on time. The flavor was good. The edges were a bit tough, but that wasn't a problem. The toppings were good—not too little and not too thick. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

After an hour I get a phone call: 'you ordered pasta after all'. After fifteen minutes another phone call, I could barely understand it due to the accent. I thought maybe he's calling or he can ring the doorbell so I said just ring the bell. After fifteen minutes I called again because I didn't hear anything anymore: 'the delivery person had already delivered it and rang the doorbell, but you didn't open the door. Of course that's not true, I was home all the time. Then it became: 'the delivery person had accidentally delivered it to the wrong address'. Well, it seems strong to me, they just forgot, otherwise they wouldn't call me after 1 hour with what was your order again. Then the delivery person calls me to tell me that I can pick up my food downstairs after waiting 1.5 hours, while making pasta takes 10 minutes and they are 5 minutes away from me. I said, just ring the bell, I'm a young woman, don't go downstairs in the dark. But it was the gentleman's first day and he didn't know how the bell worked, even after explaining it, which was also difficult because he could barely speak Dutch. Ultimately picked up downstairs late in the evening in the dark. Seafood was barely there and I had the pasta, most disgusting pasta I have ever had and A FLY IN THE BAGUETTE??? Gadver, I am now working on a complaint about home delivery, not only do I want my money back, but they really need to do an inspection there, this is dangerous what you are doing. People can get sick in such a disgusting place.

Calzone is great, otherwise I have no idea. That's all I need from this case. Especially for a fun Friday evening.

Pizzas are delicious and the steam came off when delivered, they were so hot. Delivery was right on time!! Definitely 5 stars

Delicious pizza, very friendly man behind the counter, I was helped quickly and for little money you have a very tasty pizza with fresh ingredients!

Ordered quattro stagioni with extra chicken . Pizza looks nothing like on the picture, it was small and mess. The only positive was that it was hot just like out of the oven.

I ordered via the website itself of No. Uno. The pizzas arrived within an hour. Nice, warm and friendly delivery.

Ordered at half past four and indicated that we wanted to receive the food at 6 o'clock. I called again at half past seven. It was indicated that it still had to go into the oven.

The worst ever. Ordered at half past nine. A quarter past 10 a phone call that the business is closed and that there will be no more pizza. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS

The pizzas are great. The delivery is lousy. We don't order here anymore. Waited over 2 hours and called twice and still no pizza.

After almost 2 hours the two pizzas were still not there. I also didn't receive a call saying it could take longer. I will never order from here again

I have ordered from there regularly, the food is fine, but the service and on-time delivery can certainly be improved. After waiting for over an hour, I called twice with half an hour in between and both times they said they would be there in 10 minutes... Take this as a tip and ensure that agreed delivery times are met. :-) Aren't you in a hurry? And can you wait all evening for your food? Then this is the perfect pizzaria! :-)

A few days ago I ordered food from here and it was delicious! The calzone Uno was superb and the fried mushrooms were delicious! The delivery time was exactly in line with what was estimated in advance and the delivery person was very friendly. I will definitely order here more often.

Baguette with herb butter was not included....wrong pizza delivered and tasteless, lasagna really unedible. Shame!!
