It was a nice place to enjoy a good meal. We went out for dinner both as a couple and with a group of 11. There is a wide selection, and besides BBQ, you can also get wok. A big plus! However, on both occasions, it sometimes took a bit long to get the food... but otherwise, the staff was friendly and we had a good meal! 😊

Super fun new concept with the Korean BBQ. So much choice because you can also use the buffet, the wok, and the grill. Truly something for everyone. The staff were very nice too!

The concept is very nice, and the food on offer is fine. Unfortunately, the wait for it is very long. Some dishes arrive very quickly, while others were not brought until an hour later. The service was fine, but because you order everything via the app, it doesn't amount to much more than the delivery of the ordered items.

I ordered the Korean BBQ today. 36.95 for the entire month of May, including 2 drinks. Posted on Facebook today! But no, today is May 14th, Ascension Day, a public holiday, so this promotion does not apply. This is not mentioned anywhere, and as stated, this offer was posted today. Next, you go to order. There are only 2 sauces available: cocktail and something else. No garlic sauce, which is also a disappointment for me personally. Anyway, I ordered, and of the 6 items, 3 were delivered; the other 3 still hadn't arrived after half an hour. I spoke to the staff, sorry, some dishes take longer... 1 dish arrived, the other 2 still hadn't after 45 minutes. I asked again, and sure enough, after 55 minutes round 1 was completed. Round 2 also took longer than 30 minutes, so I was pretty much done with it. Round 1 was at 16:50, by the way, not the busiest time, it seems to me... So, after a little over an hour, I asked for the bill. The 3 drinks in total didn't have to be paid for, but the holiday rate did! So this was the last time we ate here.

We had a super delicious meal at Ocean Paradise! Everything tasted fresh and really good. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff friendly. This month they also have a great offer: all you can eat for just €36.95 including 2 free drinks of your choice. Definitely recommended if you want to eat well and have a fun evening. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience at Ocean Paradise in Sittard. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly sweet and helpful staff. They really take their time with you and make sure you feel welcome right away. The food was also really good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and there was a wide variety to choose from. The combination of Korean BBQ, sushi, and wok makes it extra fun, as there is something tasty for everyone. Everything was neatly replenished and presented with care. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the good service, and the delicious food. Definitely recommended for a night out, and we would love to come back again!

You can enjoy delicious wok dishes, teppanyaki grills, and sushi here. But now there is also Korean BBQ at the back of the restaurant. Everything was tasty and fresh. The biggest plus is that it is just the right size. Not as massive as a standard wok place. This creates a nice atmosphere in the restaurant!

On a Saturday evening, we took a seat at a table with Korean barbecue. We were welcomed very warmly and received friendly service throughout the evening. The buffet offers all kinds of food, including an extensive selection of fish, meat, fries, salads, etc. The meat on the barbecue was excellent. All in all, a pleasant evening and we ate very well!

We made a reservation for 7:00 PM, the place was full, and a table still needed cleaning, which was fine. It took quite a while (30 minutes) before anyone came to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Then, several dishes were empty, or only filled with leftovers, and the hot dishes weren't even very warm anymore. Despite reporting this, we didn't see any of the dishes being refilled during our stay. By the end, the ice cream bowls were empty, and several tables were deserted, still full of plates, cups, and cutlery. I think it's a typical case of understaffing and still letting the place fill up.

Super friendly people and the sushi is delicious, absolutely worth the money. The grill makes it perfect for grill lovers, but you can also enjoy the wok. The only minor drawback is that drinks are charged separately. Otherwise, everything is truly top-notch, with good service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

There was no one there for pickup, and we had to wait a very long time. We had the family menu 1, which didn't include vegetables or chicken satay. When we got home, there were vegetables but no chicken satay! The chicken in the sauce tasted like old meat. It was inedible. It was our last time there. It was definitely not worth €57.00, yuck!

After seeing on social media that it was supposed to be so amazing, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately for us, absolutely not again. It is old and run-down; the spotlights in the ceiling are so thick that they barely give off any light! It is anything but clean! It was freezing cold there! For us, absolutely never again, and it was absolutely not worth the money!

Yesterday, a group of 10 dined at Ocean Paradise. We had a reservation for 6:30 PM. The meat, fish, and vegetable dishes were delicious. However, the side dishes of nasi goreng, bami goreng, and mihoen (rice noodles) were already gone by 7:00 PM when we started eating. Only a little bami was left. And none of this was replenished. The same thing happens when you want ice cream afterward. The ice cream containers were also practically empty and weren't replenished. The restaurant is open until 10:00 PM, so I find it unacceptable that things run out at 7:00 PM and aren't replenished. After all, we paid full price! The service was very slow; we had to keep asking for drinks ourselves. All in all, I found this a disappointment.

We had a BBQ meal. The service for our ordered food was quite slow, and unfortunately, some items we requested never arrived, despite multiple attempts to order them. We also requested chopsticks and spoons, but these were never provided. It was notable that soup was served without a spoon. Additionally, the kimchi pancake was served cold. We have decided not to return to this restaurant for BBQ in the future.

Always delicious food, today we had a Caribbean BBQ

My wife had just ordered sushi, and for me, a stir-fry with garlic pork. I said, "I'll add sambal," and he poured it all over my stir-fry instead of putting it in a separate container. I had to throw it all away. What kind of chef throws sambal all over a dish? It was awful. I couldn't eat anything; it was so spicy. Sambal always belongs on the side. What kind of chef! Now I have nothing to eat.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give zero. The food wasn't replenished, and the food that was there was bad. Drinks were often forgotten. The specialty beer was gone after one round. Worthless.

The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. And besides the extensive selection of meat and fish for the Korean BBQ, you also have unlimited use of the wok and sushi bar. Highly recommended!

Beautiful restaurant with an impressive fish/turtle pond at the entrance. We had a BBQ... but the wok and buffet are actually sufficient. Not many vegetarian options, which was disappointing. Ordering for the BBQ is via a QR code, which isn't my thing.

This week I ate there for the first time in a long time. The restaurant is small, and some items are really in need of replacement. The play area is in the basement. It smells musty, as do the restrooms. The food is excellent and beautifully presented. The service is friendly and attentive.

Food of all kinds, most of us were completely satisfied, but we ate at the buffet. I highly recommend it.

Bestelde drankjes werden niet gebracht, ook niet nadat we aan de bar waren gaan vragen. Personeel komt ongeïnteresseerd over. Vragen niet of het eten smaakt, of er iets nodig is. Eten was niet warm en er stond niet bij welke gerechten het zijn. De woksauzen vonden we niet lekker. Het personeel achter de bakplaten was wel vriendelijk, dat maakte het uiteindelijk wel goed. De toiletten waren niet schoon. Bij de kassa werden ook drankjes in rekening gebracht die niet waren gebracht, maar werd wel gecorrigeerd. Ook hier ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Heel jammer dat de zaak achteruit isvgegaan, voorheen hebben we hier wel lekker gegeten met fijne bediening.

On a Monday evening, I decided to order from here again. I placed the order at 5:26 PM, and received a confirmation with an expected delivery time of 6:15 PM. The food finally arrived around 7:00 PM. In the meantime, we called the restaurant to ask where our food was. They told us the delivery driver had just left. It still took 20 minutes for the food to arrive. It doesn't take us 20 minutes to get from the restaurant to our house or vice versa. Then the order was incorrect, so I had to call again. They wanted to deliver the correct dish, but I asked them to refund the difference. I'm still waiting for that. The food was otherwise delicious! It's a shame about the delivery service.

Nice new Korean BBQ in Sittard. Good quality of meat and nice taste of the dishes. And the place is equipped with air conditioning which is welcome with this hot weather.

Enjoyed the Korean BBQ at Ocean Paradise. The meat is deliciously marinated and the cooked dishes were full of flavor and freshly prepared. What is also nice is that you can use the Buffet that is available for Wok guests.

Today we received our food for the third time (two hours) too late. The food can be so good, if you have waited from 5 to 7, it does not taste good anymore.

Food is good, but ALWAYS much, much too late. Even if you order in the afternoon and on time, food always arrives an hour late. Well after time you receive an app that the delivery person is on the way, when you call the delivery person always leaves. No compensation or apologies. Food is genuinely good, but because of the delivery time hours later we never order again. Too bad.

Always delicious food and now again. But I had ordered via the app to pick up at 18:50 and I only got my order at 19:15 after asking a few times, because I think they would have forgotten it otherwise! Too bad not used to it from them!

We have ordered food here several times, because this place is closer so that the food does not arrive very late. It has happened several times that the food arrives 1.5 hours or 2 hours later. I have a knack for crowds, but communication is key! Orders that are incorrect and service that could really be improved. If you are hungry and have little time, definitely do not order! If you want to eat here, order at least 3 hours in advance so you can get your food on time.

The food is fine. Impossible to park across the street. And I really don't recommend trying it. (The barrier does not open when you exit, and you have to do it backwards while others want to enter.) At 7 p.m. many containers of food are already empty and are no longer refilled. From the noodles, nasi and noodles. There was only nasi and it stayed that way. But many other bins were and remained empty.

The food from the wok is bad, tried different wok sauces but everything is tasteless and bland, even the spicy sauces have no taste. The food from the griddle tastes reasonable. If you go all-in, you have to pay an extra euro per alcoholic drink, you are not told this in advance and you only find out when you pay, and if you say something about it, they tell you to look at the website because it is there. mentioned, this is not all-in for me. The quality of the steaks is very poor, most pieces are tough and contain tendons. I'll never go here again

I thought the quality had deteriorated compared to 2023... but that's personal. I always thought the price-quality ratio was good here. A bit less choice, but affordable and good. But I'll come back to this after our dinner in December. I also think the surcharge on a beer at all-inclusive is a shame.

We had a delicious meal at this wok restaurant. The grill dishes were well arranged and tasty, and most dishes were fresh and well prepared. The downside was that it always took a long time for the drinks to arrive, and we were not often asked if we wanted anything else to drink. The food from the chip shop was a bit disappointing in terms of taste, although that was not what we came for. We also had a great evening, parking was difficult due to the limited number of spaces.

A few years ago we discovered this gem on the Rijksweg in Sittard and we have been visiting it regularly ever since. As vegetarians we are well catered for here. Good food, hardworking employees and a nice atmosphere. Also a well-visited place during the summer lull. Highly recommended.

Of the wok restaurants I have visited in recent years, this is my favorite restaurant. Cozy seats, friendly service and the food is very tasty. There is a lot of choice, so something for everyone. I ate delicious food again, and way too much. The Chinese white wine was nice and cool and sweet.
