I find that head manager (older man) really rude! Not customer-friendly! If we indicate that something isn't tasty, he always goes on the defensive! The menu has been the same for years, nothing new. I'm not going there anymore! Unfriendly, not tasty, and bad atmosphere. And a very unprofessional manager/boss.

I had a super delicious meal today at Sushi & Grill Geleen. They even took my gastric bypass into account so I could eat at my leisure. Great service and such a sweet hostess. I had a very nice and good conversation with her. On my next visit, they will let me order this way again. In a word: amazing. Thank you.

Tasty food, friendly staff, and really fast service.

The food is okay. Not above average. In terms of flavors, it resembles an Asian restaurant with sushi more than a sushi restaurant with Asian dishes.

The sushi was very good! However, in my opinion, the selection on the menu was somewhat limited. Hygiene in the building could also be better. The table was not cleaned, the floor was sticky, etc.

Very good, excellent quality and service for lunch and dinner. Reservations are recommended. Well taken care of, everything is freshly made. Do eat everything you ordered, otherwise you get an extra €1 for any leftover product. I think that is a good idea to prevent waste. And regarding telephone reservations, call in the early afternoon. Later on, if it is busy, it can take a while to get answered, which is normal. Very excellent service and quality.

The staff is generally friendly, but there is one among them who has a different calling than working in service. The price is fine/comparable to competitors, as long as you don't drink too much. Water is extremely expensive for... water.

We visited here for the first time on Thursday. Upon arrival, unfortunately, we had to wait a bit before someone showed us to our table. The service was of good quality. However, we were served a very old menu that was in dire need of being replaced. The food was of good quality and was also presented nicely. All in all, it was a great experience and highly recommended. We will definitely be going back.

Delicious food, very friendly and service-oriented staff, a great location, and a fantastic atmosphere! The food is very affordable, and the fact that they take allergies and other such things into account is very nice. My sincere compliments! The people who work there are wonderful, which makes me come back with a smile on my face every time.

Went here for dinner with two pescatarians and three meat eaters. The food was delicious, and there was more than enough choice for everyone. There was even a separate order form for the non-meat eaters, and they ordered separately from the meat. Fantastic! The food always arrived quickly after ordering, which was great! The staff (owners, family business, perhaps) were very friendly, customer-friendly, and service-oriented. Many restaurants could learn a thing or two from this restaurant! Highly recommended!

The ordering process is very efficient: you can order 5 dishes per person every 10 minutes via the tablet. This ensures that you can consistently enjoy fresh, hot dishes and plan your meal well. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, with a good variety of nigiri, maki, and inside-out rolls. You can taste the high-quality ingredients. As for the grilled dishes, we were also very impressed with the freshness and preparation. The dishes were served quickly and at the perfect temperature. The service was friendly and attentive. They made sure our drinks were refilled promptly and that empty plates were cleared quickly, without seeming rushed. The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and modern. Het bestelproces is heel efficiënt: je kunt iedere 10 minuten 5 gerechten per persoon bestellen via de tablet. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je constant van verse, warme gerechten kunt genieten en je maaltijd goed kunt indelen. De sushi was vers en smaakvol, met een goede variatie aan nigiri, maki en inside-out rolls. Je proeft dat de ingrediënten van goede kwaliteit zijn. Wat de grillgerechten betreft: ook hier waren we zeer te spreken over de versheid en de bereiding. De gerechten werden vlot geserveerd en waren perfect op temperatuur. De bediening was vriendelijk en attent. Ze zorgden ervoor dat onze drankjes op tijd werden aangevuld en dat de lege borden snel werden afgeruimd, zonder gehaast over te komen. De sfeer in het restaurant is gezellig en modern. I come here regularly and it really feels like coming home, the most delicious food and sushi rolls, I am just completely in love with this restaurant. Good fast service and very easy with the iPads. The spicy chicken sushi is simply not to be missed. I can't say anything bad about this fantastic restaurant. I love coming here so much and will definitely keep coming back. All sushi and small dishes are delicious, this restaurant is highly recommended!!!! Top and see you soon <3

We were welcomed friendly and were given an explanation of the procedure; ordering via a tablet and a maximum of 5 different dishes per person. After 12 minutes, we could order again. There is a wide choice of hot and cold dishes that tasted delicious. The Japanese plum wine was delicious.

Surprising! All you can eat usually sounds less great. But it can be good! The dishes were all beautifully presented, good quality, wide choice, .... Don't be afraid that you haven't eaten, we haven't even finished half of the rounds and I can do something! I will definitely come back here!

We were there regularly... unfortunately this time was the last time. In terms of food, okay, but friendliness and hospitality have really gone downhill!!! Something very simple: I asked my little one to make a special dessert for his birthday, for example an ice cream ball with whipped cream and disco dip (all together) but no... you can order that via tablet. What do you get on your table? A tub of ice cream, a tub of whipped cream, please place your order here. After paying, little one took a lollipop but also wanted a lollipop for his sister - what do you hear? Yes, you don't have to pay that much... Very sad..

I really don't think it's acceptable for us to simply be served beer that has expired. As an owner, you regularly check your stock, right? When we pointed this out, the owner simply pulled the beer out of our hands and didn't even say sorry. This says enough about this case. I come here almost every month now Me and mother are very satisfied with this restaurant! The sushi is always wonderfully fresh And the fried meat and fish here are always delicious! The service is always very nice, they are very friendly and understanding For example, if you are not very good at eating with chopsticks, they don't mind that and just provide cutlery At other sushi restaurants we often get very strange looks and here we were really a bit disadvantaged But this sushi restaurant has now become our regular!

Worst sushi I've eaten. All the fried things are dripping with oil. Steak is flubber. Pork tenderloin looks like chicken thigh. The sushis have very little choice and are really missing a few on the menu. And totally tasteless, sloppily made. The hot things are lukewarm or old. Really very disappointing for the hefty amount of 116.50. I'm really disappointed about it. The place itself is very outdated, and some sloppy signs that need to be replaced. There are many better ones in the area and this difference in quality should not be possible in 2024. An awful lot of money wasted like that 😔

I recommend you comming here but come with an empty stomach. Cooking 5/5, It's really good a lot of différents meal you are free to choose Service 5/5, The worker are kind and explain really well, you order with a tablet. Atmosphère 4/5, You enter you are in a beautifull room even tought there is a lot of noise you are in a public space so they can't do anything, so 4 for the noise but 5 for the décoration.

I came here for dinner, the iPad barely worked, very annoying to begin with. There was hardly any fish in the sushi dishes, they are very stingy. Food was okay, some dishes were unedible. Owner was very rude! Spoke to me like I was a little kid when I'm a grown woman, I'm never coming here again and definitely don't recommend it

In the beginning I was always very satisfied, but in recent times there has always been something that has ensured that we no longer eat here. Nice meal, owner was not that friendly but perhaps stressed due to crowds? A busy and small restaurant so not recommended with (small) children. Food was tasty, sushi unfortunately very dry. My family and I have been customers for a few years and have nothing to say about the food and service... But today ( 14/02/2024) I wasn't satisfied when I saw on my expense receipt that 2 feestdagen dinners were debited, today being Wednesday, therefore a normal day of the week and not feestdagen where they should charge 2 normal dinners of €31 per person as is normal from Monday to Wednesday and from Thursday to Sunday and feestdagen which are €32.50. I asked an employee why they charged €32.50 when Wednesday was a normal day of the week and he replied with a laugh that it was because it was Valentine's Day. Attention, note that it's not because I paid the €32.50, but rather for the abuse and without prior notice forcing them to pay this amount. If that was the case, they had to warn customers when they advertised for Valentine's Day. Employees need to be taught how to deal with customers. Today I wasn't satisfied Regards Paulo

Unfortunately not what it used to be. We hadn't been in a while. The food was always tasty before, but this time the hot dishes were not really tasty, a lot of the same sauce used for different dishes. There are better restaurants for the price. The service was tip top!
